Quick response. Answered questions understandably and clearly. Made sure we understood what we were paying and what we got for that payment. Cleaned up the workspace so there wasn’t even a hint that he was here. I’ll hire them again when I need a plumber (so should you!)

Cody was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly! He was able to figure out why our hot water wasn’t properly working and fix the issue. I would absolutely recommend him.

For the past 22 years I have been extremely pleased with the quality of service that we have received from Chen Plumbing. This most recent service was no exception. Our plumber, Eric, was extremely knowledgeable and highly skilled. Additionally he was very courteous and welcomed our input when considering options.

We love Chen Plumbing. Easy to schedule. Good availability. Great staff. Solid work. You pay a price premium for Chen Plumbing, but you know that the job is done right. Have worked directly with Tim and with Dawson. Both easy to engage with.

Came on time and completed the repair in a timely fashion

The new faucet looks great and works well. However, our bathroom was left quite messy after he did the job. Dirt smeared across the top of the toilet, gray flakes all over the top of the sink and floor, random plumbing parts left on top of the toilet and the sink. Not sure whether we need to keep them or not. It definitely made me question whether to go with Chen Plumbing in the future.
