I had a great experience with Cody! He took the time to really walk through the issue and my options and even helped out with a smaller issue I had without additional charge. Pricing was fair. I will definitely use Chen Plumbing again for any plumbing needs that come up.

Matthew Craven was very fast, thoughtful and helpful. Our water heater burst back in November. We called Chen Plumbing and they were able to send out Matt pretty fast. He drained the water out so we can have hot water same day and replaced the heater the next day, which we really appreciate since winter was coming. He also explained everything clearly when we have questions after the service about the new pressure valve, and we paid very reasonable price for everything. Our water heater is working really well! I will recommend him to anyone!

We had a plumbing emergency late Friday night and we called our plumber, Tim Chen. He was at our home this morning and had the issue resolved in a very short time. Kim Chen came out in a pinch. We had a gas leak coming from our water heater pipe that we found at 530pm. By 830pm Kim had come out and the problem was fixed! He was awesome!!

Matthew from Chen Plumbing came out today to check if we had a leak. Him and his colleague were both very polite and professional and answered all our questions patiently and thoroughly. He also installed a water structuring device on our pipes. He walked my husband on any potential problems. He was helpful and passionate about what he does. I had a minor drip at least I thought it was minor.. Chen Plumbing explained to me exactly what I was going to face if I didn’t act fast. My hot water heater wasn’t going bad it was BAD.. It had build up a lot of corrosion and it had other issues.. My pipes were also questionable. If I waited a couple of weeks longer. I would be facing a huge problem.. My pipes were in jeopardy of bursting.. We all know the problems of pipes bursting. Should I say more..Chen Plumbing is a professional and outstanding company.. I would recommend this company and his staff highly..You want be disappointed..I wasn’t..

Entire process was great. Excellent booking process, timely updates, and Tim (our plumber) was great. He was very fair price wise and thorough! He was also very honest about what work needed to be done and what could wait for a bathroom remodel. Juan from Chen Plumbing did a great job installing a new water heater and fixing the shut off valve for our front faucet. He was very pleasant, communicated well, made sure we were satisfied with his work, and patiently answered any questions we had. There were a few challenges with our existing set up but he handled them efficiently and professionally. The best part was that the price was much lower than the 2 other big name companies we received a quote from. Overall, it was a great experience and we highly recommend Chen Plumbing - and Juan. If we ever have a plumbing need in the future, we will be sure to call Chen Plumbing.

We had water leaking from our front yard after a freeze. We expected a big price tag and lot of digging in the yard (maybe after it thawed a few days later). We were very pleased that Juan opted to do a full investigation of our pipes as they entered and exited the house and meter. He found an old unused irrigation line and checked that without any digging! The problem was solved in an hour, he capped it to prevent further issues, and the cost was a fifth of what we feared. We were very grateful and impressed by his professionalism.The company themselves were responsive, understood the urgency, and were easy to schedule with. They even sent a picture of the technician coming out so we felt secure when he arrived.

Dawson Foster and Josh (last name unknown, a second plumber) were wonderful! Very friendly, polite, hung plastic to keep any debris contained in the work area and worked diligently to get the job done in a timely manner.The work requested was extensive as our kitchen was being relocated in a different room. Additionally, our plumbing was cast iron piping in good condition in the vertical runs, but showing age in the horizontal runs. Dawson replaced the horizontal cast iron with PVC, including P-traps, branching, as well as stubbing pipes through the ceiling into 2nd floor bathrooms. He cut and connected the previous copper piping for the sink and dishwasher in the "old" kitchen, moving them to their new location using brand new copper piping and stainless valves. The dishwasher pipe was moved to the same cabinet location & stubbed out of the floor next to the new sink pipes so both can be connected inside the cabinetry.Additionally, Josh removed the cast iron in the upstairs bathrooms and connected the new PVC piping, which required removing both toilets and reseating them upon completion, as well as replacing the pipes to both sinks. A small replacement was required in the tub. Josh also reworked the pipes in the basement with new copper and PVC as needed.The work we needed was extensive and required 1 1/2 days. We were impressed by how clean Josh and Dawson kept the work sites throughout their time here and by how professional/knowledgable they were about what was needed to get the job completed. Additionally, they left all work areas neat and orderly with all tools placed out of the way over night. Except for the new pipes left, we'd never have known they were here. Extremely satisfied and would 100% recommend Chen Plumbing, Dawson & Josh, for having everything that we value when hiring out a service: excellent work completed in a professional manner by truly good people.

We discovered a drip in our intake to the house on Sunday night at 8:30PM. We filled out their online form, heard back within 5 minutes, and two plumbers were here barely 12 hours later. They immediately diagnosed the problem, then also identified two follow-on problems to fix and one error made by the original builders of the home. They were here 5.5 hours and fixed all four issues fantastically. But what really sets them apart is that I casually mentioned a couple little things that have bothered me (a faucet that wasn't installed correctly, an outdoor spigot that leaks): they fixed those as well, without asking and without charging, just because.

I found Chen from Google ratings. I called for help at 11 AM on Friday. They booked me for Monday. When I said I had no hot water, they said they would try to find a team that could come in the afternoon. Emails kept me in touch when the found a team and dispatched it. By 5 PM the team arrived. They found and fixed the problem quickly. But since they could not understand why it had happened; they continued to work on the phone with the manufacturer to try to eliminate the possibility that it would recur. By the time they left, I was convinced that I was not just lucky. Rather I am confident that Chen Plumbing is a well-organized company who wants to give good service and succeeds in doing so.
