great communication and great work. however, thr price for flush, removal of the filter and removal of a part from a spigot was $920, way too expensive. there are other high quality providers with less cost. sorry but wont be a repeat customer. service was great though!!

Very excellent customer support. Very patient and thorough handling of job. A lot of additional problems that needed to be fixed were brought up but due to cost I was unable to address so only a small valve replacement was done

Dawson was great. He thoroughly explained what the problem was and how he planned to fix it. Our house is older so repairs aren’t always easy or straightforward but Dawson was able to make the needed repairs with minimal impact. Another great experience with Chen Plumbing. We hope we won’t need a plumber again anytime soon but, if we do, we will call Chen Plumbing.

Edit 2026: Second time excellent service! This time Shane Silva helped us out. He walked us through all the steps and was super respectful of our space. Most importantly, our hot water and toilets were up and running in no time! We signed up to be a member. Thanks again, Chen Plumbing!2024 Matthew Craven was very fast, thoughtful and helpful. Our water heater burst back in November. We called Chen Plumbing and they were able to send out Matt pretty fast. He drained the water out so we can have hot water same day and replaced the heater the next dayWe really appreciate their considerate and quick service especially since we’re in the middle of winter.Both technicians explained everything clearly when we have questions after the service about the new pressure valve, and we paid very reasonable price for everything. Our water heater is working really well! I will recommend them to anyone!

We had two ADA height toilets put in by Cody with Chen Plumbing. He was very kind in explaining how the work was being done. Cody was careful in cleaning up afterwards and hauled the two toilets away also.We would have him come back if ever we had another plumbing need.

Since I live in a 75+ year old house this was not a routine garbage disposal installation. Some new plumbing was required as well as the new dishwasher. Tim Chan made sure it was installed correctly.

Cody is great at explaining the scope of work and how it will benefit your houses functions and how to prioritize what needs to be worked on first. Tim came out within and hour after I had a pipe burst and water leaking into my living room. He was able to get everything fixed, identified additional leaks in the house, and did a sink install. Very thankful for his prompt response, sense of urgency, and professionalism. I will use Chen Plumbing for all my plumbing needs going forward.

Chen plumbing replaced a single seal on our toilet and charged $350 to do it. Absolutely fraudulent to be charging an amount like that for the actual job required.

Was able to schedule an appointment quickly. Willing to investigate and determine problem when other plumbers weren’t. Kept me updated throughout the process, including about cost. Shane was great in terms of service, professionalism and being prompt. However the company is very pricey. Was charged $176 for a simple fix of a clogged garbage disposal that probably should have cost less than $100. I know next time to use YouTube first to try to figure it out.

We were introduced to Chen Plumbing last year after our water meter was damaged by a delivery truck. After working with them, we were very impressed and reached out again for additional services. From scheduling to the on-site team, everyone is courteous, hardworking, honest, and kind. Their pricing is fair and clearly explained, and they take the time to walk you through each line item. They also explain the work as they go and answer questions patiently and thoroughly.We worked with Shawn and Shane, and they were outstanding. I felt completely at ease and confident in their work. Simeon was very courteous and efficient with solving our plumbing issues. He also wore shoe covers inside the home to be respectful of his customer's home.Chen Plumbing provides excellent communications to its customers to provide time of arrival as well as a photo of our plumber, Simeon, before his arrival. We truly appreciated a 30-minute window instead of the usual four-hour window. We will not hesitate to use Chen Plumbing if we have any future needs!

Main water line break was repaired quickly. Shawn was prompt, professional, and personable. Assessed scope of work, performed repair, and completed the work with review of all outside and indoor fixtures. Excavation area required a shrub to be replanted and the site was left tidy. We will definitely use Chen Plumbing again for future improvements and home maintenance.

I called Chen Plumbing having discovered a 'wet patch' where there shouldn't be. Tim & Otto came out that day, found the leak (under the front of the house) and very quickly organised to have the whole front line replaced.I could not have been more impressed with (a) how easy and quick it was to make an appointment, (b) how efficient and effective Tim was in diagnosing the problem and getting a digger out to our house *same day*, (c) how well oiled the admin team coordinated with Tim & Otto on the ground to make sure waiver docs were signed & everyone was clear on the quote etc. (d) how diligent Tim & Otto were in making sure the job was done and done right, and (e) how good their communication was with me (I had to leave for work in the middle, and got text messages to update me on the work progress).When we moved in several years ago we were quoted a price to have the front line replaced - compared to that, what we paid Chen Plumbing was very affordable (Tim threw on a bunch of discounts that I guess I might've known about if I was collecting mail coupons).I live in Tucker, and I also love that Tim is a local guy. Happy to support real local Atlanta business - the last 'local' business I called was actually based in Athens(!). Thank you Tim & Otto. It's a big weight off my mind! Looking forward to our water bills going back down again. I'll be using Chen Plumbing again.
