Chen Plumbing charged me over seven hundred dollars to find a gas leak. They did not find the gas leak but they kept my money. Leaving me with the gas leak, two holes in my walls, and over seven hundred dollars less in my bank account. Their solution to this problem was not a refund, but for me to give them seven thousand dollars so they can continue working on the issue. Its highway robbery what they are doing.

Brylen was great! So quick but also attentive and thorough while needing to remove our toilet to retrieve an object our toddler flushed. 😅 he came the same day I called, within a couple of hours! hopefully we won’t need to call again but if we need to we will be calling these guys.

Very satisfied with the installation of the new water heater .Chris was very polite. He went over what would needed to be done and then provided an estimate. Once approved he went to work quickly and in a short time the new water heater was up and runnig. Very neat installation.

I called Chen plumbing on Saturday afternoon for kitchen sink not draining. Kevin was able to come out Sunday morning, did a great job on the stubborn cligged pipes, and left my sink draining beautifully. Five stars.

Dawson Foster from Chen Plumbing could not have been more professional. He was thorough with every aspect of the job we needed. He was efficient, took exactly the amount of time he estimated to complete the job, and explained all that he planned to do prior to starting it, and then recapped everything he accomplished after job completion. He represented Chen Plumbing quite well, and earned all five stars from us.

Tim Chen and his team have been great plumbers for me for years. This recent visit was to replace a faucet in the kitchen. They were on time, fast, efficient, and left no mess. I highly recommend them.

Timely and efficient service with excellent communication from first contact to dispatch to closeout; overall high quality of service, although I’m sure you can find cheaper bids out there. Kevin was thorough and took the time to answer all of our questions. I would definitely recommend and will use Chen Plumbing again if/when needed.

We called Chen Plumbing for a toilet fix. Turned out we had a bigger problem that could have caused way more damage if it had not been fixed. About 10 years ago we had the water line from the meter to the house changed out. However, we did not know to change out the Pressure Valve Regulator. Our water pressure was too high (100!). As soon as Tim turned on the water, he knew we had problem. Too high water pressure damages other components. He fixed it and let us know that we probably never would have to do it again. Ours was original from 1969. 😳 We are totally satisfied!!Chen and his crew have always done quality work for us. They are all very knowledgeable and very clean as they work.

Chen Plumbing gave top notch service! The communication from Elisa and Leo was absolutely fantastic. Incredible customer service! Simeon, the plumber/tech, did an amazing job. Super knowledgable, professional, helpful, and friendly. We had a leak and ended up needing to replace our water line to the house, which was not fun, but Simeon and his co-worker did an amazing job, and performed the work thoroughly but quickly (in 1 day). The company also gives a 5 year transferable warranty on the parts and labor, which is really great. Overall, one of the best plumbing experiences we've ever had, highly recommend this company!Update: We hired CP for a different job at our new place and they were amazing again. Victor was our tech this time, and he was excellent! He was such a pro, so knowledgeable and really friendly. Love that we found a reliable plumbing company with so many wonderful people on staff.

Highly recommend. The water line coming into my home was leaking. They came out the next day after my call and repaired. They quoted the cost after determining the issue and price was fair. Dawson was the lead guy and he was easy to deal with and professional.

Chen Plumbing is the best! The plumber came out same day to detect where my leak was coming from, after I got a notice of a leak from the water department. He explained everything in detail, showed me photos, and provided a reasonable quote. He returned the next morning to complete the repair and even gave me advice on how to request a leak adjustment with my water company. Very satisfied with the process and service.

Called Chen plumbing to detect a leak in our home - they responded and were at my door within 15 minutes. Simon was great to work with, he was honest and made me relax about the visit. All repaired quick and was on his way. I will be calling again for future repairs.

I've been using Chen Plumbing for over seven years. The work is always excellent. This was as well.A suggestion: when wall board must be cut, offer the customer a choice to seal the hole on their own, or cut the hole a standard size to install an access door. Carry access doors in the truck. Less stressful for the customer, and no issue trying to then find a dependable repair person.
