Tim was so professional and polite. The water heater they installed looks so clean and tight. They made sure I was satisfied with everything and left the area cleaner than when they arrived. Absolutely would recommend them again. They came highly recommended and I can see why, thanks Tim

Chen plumbing replaced a single seal on our toilet and charged $350 to do it. Absolutely fraudulent to be charging an amount like that for the actual job required.

Was able to schedule an appointment quickly. Willing to investigate and determine problem when other plumbers weren’t. Kept me updated throughout the process, including about cost. Shane was great in terms of service, professionalism and being prompt. However the company is very pricey. Was charged $176 for a simple fix of a clogged garbage disposal that probably should have cost less than $100. I know next time to use YouTube first to try to figure it out.

We were introduced to Chen Plumbing last year after our water meter was damaged by a delivery truck. After working with them, we were very impressed and reached out again for additional services. From scheduling to the on-site team, everyone is courteous, hardworking, honest, and kind. Their pricing is fair and clearly explained, and they take the time to walk you through each line item. They also explain the work as they go and answer questions patiently and thoroughly.We worked with Shawn and Shane, and they were outstanding. I felt completely at ease and confident in their work. Simeon was very courteous and efficient with solving our plumbing issues. He also wore shoe covers inside the home to be respectful of his customer's home.Chen Plumbing provides excellent communications to its customers to provide time of arrival as well as a photo of our plumber, Simeon, before his arrival. We truly appreciated a 30-minute window instead of the usual four-hour window. We will not hesitate to use Chen Plumbing if we have any future needs!

Main water line break was repaired quickly. Shawn was prompt, professional, and personable. Assessed scope of work, performed repair, and completed the work with review of all outside and indoor fixtures. Excavation area required a shrub to be replanted and the site was left tidy. We will definitely use Chen Plumbing again for future improvements and home maintenance.

I called Chen Plumbing having discovered a 'wet patch' where there shouldn't be. Tim & Otto came out that day, found the leak (under the front of the house) and very quickly organised to have the whole front line replaced.I could not have been more impressed with (a) how easy and quick it was to make an appointment, (b) how efficient and effective Tim was in diagnosing the problem and getting a digger out to our house *same day*, (c) how well oiled the admin team coordinated with Tim & Otto on the ground to make sure waiver docs were signed & everyone was clear on the quote etc. (d) how diligent Tim & Otto were in making sure the job was done and done right, and (e) how good their communication was with me (I had to leave for work in the middle, and got text messages to update me on the work progress).When we moved in several years ago we were quoted a price to have the front line replaced - compared to that, what we paid Chen Plumbing was very affordable (Tim threw on a bunch of discounts that I guess I might've known about if I was collecting mail coupons).I live in Tucker, and I also love that Tim is a local guy. Happy to support real local Atlanta business - the last 'local' business I called was actually based in Athens(!). Thank you Tim & Otto. It's a big weight off my mind! Looking forward to our water bills going back down again. I'll be using Chen Plumbing again.

Very disappointed with Tim at Chen Plumbing. I requested service to clear a clog in a kitchen drain line. I had already isolated the problem to an old 3" pipe and asked them to come and clean it. After committing to come same day, they reached back out to re-schedule so we accommodated for the next day. When Tim arrived, he wanted remove/replace the old pipe, then snake the line AND replace the working disposal. Instead of a simple cleaning, he insisted on a repair estimated at $3800! I asked him to just do the cleaning and he said he WOULD NOT do it -- "I should do it myself or get another plumber"! So I was stuck AFTER I had accommodated their re-schedule. Afterward I DID go and clean it myself when I had time with a hose and pressure bulb in about 15 minutes. I also tightened the seal on the disposal and now I'm fine. And $3800 better off. This is the second time this high estimate ploy was used. The last time I used Chen Plumbing I was on site and declined the $2500 recommendation to dig up pipes and insisted that he simply clean a line for $500. Don't just take what the plumber tells you! I won't use Chen again with these ridiculous recommendations.

Shawn was an absolute pleasure to work with. We had a major leak around Christmastime and needed repairs ASAP before having company for the holidays. He turned a seemingly super stressful problem into an even better solution that we didn’t even think was possible. Shawn arrived the same day I called even though they were really busy due to the holidays. He explained the issue but reassured us that insurance would cover the repairs which was such a relief because we all know money gets tight around the holidays. Overall, 11/10 experience and I will be using this company in the future for any and all my plumbing needs!

Wow! What can I say. I was an unexpected blockage in my sewer drain. It was a Sunday and around 6 and I was able to get scheduled and someone came out.Shane was extremely professional and courtesy during the draining clearing. He explained everything and showed used proof of the blockage and cleared it. I really appreciate the professionalism and the upfront approach to the problem. Shane was quick and direct to the point. Even during the freezing cold plunge he was able to assist.Luz was the scheduler that was able to accommodate us so such short notice. I appreciate all the hard work and professionalism that everyone did.
