Alex Rubits has been a most skilled and thinking plumber who has addressed some major problems like finding and repairing leaking 100year old pipes in the walls that were leaking seriously and we couldnt find the source. We recommend him and Tim Chen who have been quick to come , efficient in identifying the problems and skilled with their repairs. Great work! Tim came to my house so fast, and diagnosed the issue, even though it wasn’t plumbing (HVAC). They went out of their way to help me get in touch with the business that will help repair my floors from the water damage and also gave a great recommendation for help with my HVAC. This is the second repair work we have used Chen Plumbing for.Scheduling to completion was easy and smooth.Today, Cody from Chen Plumbing works on my shower-dripping issue.He was professional, thorough and friendly. Cody installed our top of the line Navien tankless hot water, and hose bib for servicing our AC units. His workmanship, along with Chen's customer service is outstanding! They kept us informed on arrival time, and even sent reminders during the weekend on our upcoming service. Cody/and Assistant had to remove our old hot water tank and replumb our entire hot water system to accept the new tankless system. Cody's plumbing of our new water lines is a work of art to behold! Chen Plumbing always does excellent work for us! We have been using Tim Chen’s Plumbing services for over 20 years and have always been pleased with their work, prices and honesty! Had them out twice this week for two different issues. Shane first fixed a leak underneath our master vanity sink and then Cody was able to find the cause of a leak in our hallway bathroom shower and present a solution. Would fully recommend this company and Shane and Cody. They were both informative and honest every step of the way. Very much appreciated!

Anthony came to my home due to a clog in the pipes which turned out to be much more. After two days of plunging and countless flushes and through his many years of experience Anthony was able to pinpoint the issue like a blood hound sniffing for a quail. He was able to explain clearly and properly explain all aspects of the service to be performed. Thanks Anthony and thanks Tim Chen plumbing for always going the extra mile!! We had a great experience with Chen Plumbing. A couple of our underground drains were clogged, and Dawson Foster arrived quickly to help. He used a camera scope to inspect the issue and a hydro jetting machine to successfully clear the blockages in under two hours. Dawson was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and respectful throughout the process. The price was very reasonable for the high quality of work. Highly recommend!

We had a leak in our kitchen in our breakroom. We found this plumber on Thumbtack and they were very responsive on taking on my task. The only caution I have is to use them if it's not an urgent need. They requested to reschedule me 2 times and I did so willingly because our task was not urgent and they gave us a great discount for rescheduling 2 times. The pros they sent were quick and very professional.

Shane installed a new natural gas line and connection for a BBQ grill. It's perfect! He referred me to a leak detection service to locate a leak in our main water line. Mr. Chin arrived within the time range I was given. I have a service contract with Chen plumbing that includes a yearly water heater draining and a 65 point yearly plumbing inspection. My water heater is 9 years old and during the inspection, Mr. Chen, noticed I didn't have a drain plan, the shut off valve to the heater was broken and the compression tank needed an installation update. Although there was some unexpected expenses, I felt the pricing estimate was fair and went ahead and had the suggested repairs to the water heater. The repair also included the installation of an automatic shut off valve that detects a water heater leak and shuts of the water. Mr. Chen was very focused on the task at hand. Mr. Chen was very professional, polite and careful to not disrupt anything in the work area as he installed the necessary items. I highly recomment Mr. Turner and Tim Chen for plumbing needs.
