After our copper pipes had repeated leaks, we decided it was time to repipe the entire house. It’s a huge undertaking, and we’re happy we chose Chen Plumbing. Cody and David are professional and highly skilled, and Cody’s prior experience with repiping put us at ease. He explained clearly how the process would work and kept us posted each day. We recommend Chen Plumbing highly.

Shane has the been one of the best service people we've had. He diagnosed our leaky sink valve problems and gave us a good fair price for his labor. Super knowledgeable and we'll be getting our water heater replaced by him in the future. He was also super fast and we booked appointments with 3 companies.

I called them because my neighbor used them for a similar small issue and I wanted to have someone professional to diagnose it before self treat.They were very good with communication before the appointment. They came on time with shoe covers.But they wanted to upsell me to replace my heater, flush my heater for a high ticket, which is completely not needed for me. My complex is very very new, my heater is perfectly fine, not even 6 years old. A small gesture cause literally zero dollar, they wanted to sell me a new heater for $7-800.They charge $49 for a visit with no treatment is a lot. And it will be fine if they give me options to fix the problem without selling me for a high ticket immediately.. there are plenty of options locally I can choose from. I could have it assessed for free from local business, but went with them because of my neighbor. Not sure if it’s a different guy came out, I am very disappointed. $50 is a lot.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I can’t say enough good things about Dawson and Chen Plumbing.We had an emergency at our property when the well pump that supplies water to our barn went out. I called Chen Plumbing, and they responded immediately. Dawson came out, and from the moment he arrived, he was exceptional—friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and, most importantly, someone you immediately felt you could trust.He diagnosed the problem, was completely straightforward and honest about what needed to be done, and did a stellar job getting everything taken care of.What impressed me just as much happened afterward. After Dawson left, I realized I had completely forgotten to ask him about some additional plumbing work we needed done under the sinks in our master bedroom and bathroom. I contacted Chen Plumbing again, and they promptly arranged to have Dawson come back out the very next day.That kind of responsiveness and service is increasingly hard to find.Dawson and Chen Plumbing are the kind of people that others in the service industry should take note of. This is how you earn a customer for life: show up when you say you will, know what you’re doing, treat people well, be honest, and exceed expectations.They did exactly that.I won’t call another plumber. Chen Plumbing will be my first call for anything plumbing-related from now on, and I’ll gladly recommend Dawson and Chen Plumbing to anyone who asks.Absolutely outstanding experience from beginning to end. Five stars without hesitation.

I’ve had multiple plumbing issues over the past couple weeks including a sink disposal issue and bathtub leak. Chen Plumbing has been very responsive and efficient with the repairs. Tim was great with communicating the issue, a solution and provided photos/documentation. I have used this company before and will continue using them in the future. Highly recommend.

I would HIGHLY recommend CHEN PLUMBING! I have been using this company for 8 years and the quality work and superior customer service cannot be beat. I have tried many plumbers and always had issues. Chen always excels and puts there customers first. Shane and Cameron installed a new tankless hot water heater today and fix other plumbing throughout the house. They did a phony job and did not try to sell me anything I didn't need. I highly recommend Chan Plumbing and the amazing crew.

Had I had known that they were out of Norcross I would have called another (local) closer company, but Chase was repectful and showed responsibility to the job at hand. Had my problem been in the house or close in the sewer line he would have been prepared for the job, but at 135 feet he had to go get big pressure jet machine did the job perfectly best of all no digging when pipes are 13 feet down.

Chen Plumbing came recommended to me by a friend. I gave them a call in the morning and within the hour they were at my home doing a thorough inspection. Unfortunately, there was quite a bit of work that needed to be done, and when they quoted me, they gave four different options to ensure that I was getting the best choice for me and my family. From there, we scheduled the work for a few few days down the road since it would take all day. Prior to the work beginning, they sent out a third-party company, Provisions To prep my house and make sure that we contained any sort of dust. On the day of work Chase and his colleague arrived promptly, worked around the clock and were incredibly thorough. At the end of the job, they cleaned everything up and left no Stone unturned .They were personable. They built rapport And even gave my needy dog extra attention. I will highly recommend Chen Plumbing to anyone in need of service.

Shane was amazing today. He is definitely positive representation of this plumbing company. It's obvious that he loves his work and that he enjoys people. He was very helpful informative and extremely customer service driven. You do not get the impression that he's trying to manipulate the circumstances particularly when there is a problem in your home you want someone who is genuine and trustworthy.

I found Chen Plumbing through Angie's List to inspect my water heater after hearing a loud sound coming from it, and they were responsive and professional when I called, made an appointment for the next day, the technician arrived within the time frame, provided detailed information and options on repair versus replacement. Seth was knowledgeable and patient, serviced the water heater and installed an overflow tank everything has been working great since!

Chen plumbing sent out a tech, Simeon, who proved not only a pleasant acquaintance but a thoroughly competent plumber who accomplished exactly what I'd asked and in the process proved himself a creative and determined problem-solver. He went above and beyond helping move storage boxes and a disgustingly heavy washer to again access to work areas, and he returned everything to precisely where it had come from once the water was back on. He even moved a hose for me to spare my unhappy post-surgery back. The service wasn't cheap, but I got all of my money's worth from Simeon and Chen Plumbing. I'll gladly recommend this locally-owned company for any plumbing needs.
