Great service.Cody A. was a true professional from start to finish. He installed our whole-house water filtration system and also checked our sump pump, where he discovered it wasn't functioning properly. He quickly diagnosed the issue and installed a new pump, getting everything back up and running. His attention to detail likely saved us from a flooded basement.Mike responded to my text messages immediately—even before business hours—which showed just how committed he is to excellent customer service. I had a clog. A bad one. A clog no amount of drain cleaner would have touched. It was a clog I could not reach with my small bore-snake. Mr. Chen came out and his diagnosis matched mine. He very quickly solved the problem and took some video. Would definitely call again.

Absurd cost. $250 quoted to cap a gas line and that was the "cheap" price. This was not a complicated project, this was the simplest possible scenario.They do flat rate pricing, but won't tell you the price over the phone. Waste of $50 for the service call. Go with someone else.

Called after hours for help with an old water heater that began to leak. They were able to dispatch Tim and another associate to my house within an hour who came and replaced the water heater and fixed other small items all within 2 hours. Excellent service and very easy to work with. Would definitely recommend!

Tim Chen and his assistant Oto did a great job for me. I had an emergency on a Sunday morning with my hot water heater overflowing. They replaced the heater promptly and put me in touch with a remediation company to help mitigate the damage. I highly recommend Chen Plumbing.

Shane Silva with Chen Plumbing was outstanding! He investigated the mysterious source of a water leak in our home until he actually found a heretofore unknown open space behind a paneled wall as well as an entrance to it. This has literally been the best experience with a contractor ever; Chen Plumbing responded quickly and efficiently to my request for a service appointment; Shawn Bush and Christian Perez showed up on time, met with me for an extended period to diagnose the issues I raised and proposed very direct, clear and effective solutions. I ended purchasing a home filtration system, a new pressure valve (which they tested to detect an imminent failure), rebuilt five new toilets, and installed a new water spigot for an internal hose. Super courteous, most professional and very patient with us. They were with us for a day and a half to do all the installation, but it was well worth it. I am confident for the first time in 36 years as an Atlanta homeowner that I'm finally in good hands with a reputable plumber who not only knows what they're doing, they are professional and stand behind their work. Recommend them to everyone.

My first experience with Chen plumbing was excellent. Super responsive. I did not feel ripped off like I do with so many big name plumbing companies. Chase was great. My confidence level was such that I am planning to schedule more work and feel I may have finally found a plumbing company I can refer to others. Speaking with the on-site technician Chase instilled further confidence due to his straight forward approach, honesty, and lack of trying to over sell me. So many of the Large well-known companies push their employees to hunt for other ways to make the company money whether it’s needed or not in the home. I was relieved that this was not a tactic employed by this locally own family run business, which is the type I cater to for that reason.

Unfortunately, the leak was the result of work done by a previous plumber who clearly did not know what he was doing. My experience with Chen Plumbing turned out to be fairly pleasant, I wasn't happy about spending the money, however, Cody Butts was patient and professional. He took the time to explain the issue along with options to fix the problem. Cody's knowledge was reassuring, the install looks great and everything works as it should. I am very impressed with Anthony and the people at Chen Plumbing. I filled out the online form and got a phone call shortly after to make an appointment. Office and technician were communicative about his arrival. He identified the problem immediately and still took the time to go through the rest of the house.
