Chen plumbing arrived Within the Scheduled two hour window and diagnosed the problem, gave me my options and fix the problem within 90 minutes. The technician was a good listener and was CLEAR about his game plan to fix the lack of water pressure.

Shane installed a new natural gas line and connection for a BBQ grill. It's perfect! He referred me to a leak detection service to locate a leak in our main water line. He and helper, Christian, fixed the leak before leaving. I couldn't be happier with his expertise, professionalism, and urgency to repair our broken line.

Mr. Chin arrived within the time range I was given. I have a service contract with Chen plumbing that includes a yearly water heater draining and a 65 point yearly plumbing inspection. My water heater is 9 years old and during the inspection, Mr. Chen, noticed I didn't have a drain plan, the shut off valve to the heater was broken and the compression tank needed an installation update. Although there was some unexpected expenses, I felt the pricing estimate was fair and went ahead and had the suggested repairs to the water heater. The repair also included the installation of an automatic shut off valve that detects a water heater leak and shuts of the water. Mr. Chen was very focused on the task at hand. Mr. Chen was very professional, polite and careful to not disrupt anything in the work area as he installed the necessary items. I highly recomment Mr. Turner and Tim Chen for plumbing needs.

I was impressed with the ongoing communication and the consideration for my safety by sending me the identification and photo of the service provider before he arrived. They were very clear about their process which involves a free visit and check of the problem, the pricing showing best case and worst case scenarios and ensuring my approval before any work was done.. Cody was extremely knowledgeable about the work that was needed and different options that might be necessary for completing the job and was very considerate in moving about my home as he worked. I’m a very happy customer!

Great service.Cody A. was a true professional from start to finish. He installed our whole-house water filtration system and also checked our sump pump, where he discovered it wasn't functioning properly. He quickly diagnosed the issue and installed a new pump, getting everything back up and running. His attention to detail likely saved us from a flooded basement.Mike responded to my text messages immediately—even before business hours—which showed just how committed he is to excellent customer service. I had a clog. A bad one. A clog no amount of drain cleaner would have touched. It was a clog I could not reach with my small bore-snake. Mr. Chen came out and his diagnosis matched mine. He very quickly solved the problem and took some video. Would definitely call again.

Absurd cost. $250 quoted to cap a gas line and that was the "cheap" price. This was not a complicated project, this was the simplest possible scenario.They do flat rate pricing, but won't tell you the price over the phone. Waste of $50 for the service call. Go with someone else.

Called after hours for help with an old water heater that began to leak. They were able to dispatch Tim and another associate to my house within an hour who came and replaced the water heater and fixed other small items all within 2 hours. Excellent service and very easy to work with. Would definitely recommend!

Tim Chen and his assistant Oto did a great job for me. I had an emergency on a Sunday morning with my hot water heater overflowing. They replaced the heater promptly and put me in touch with a remediation company to help mitigate the damage. I highly recommend Chen Plumbing.

He investigated the mysterious source of a water leak in our home until he actually found a heretofore unknown open space behind a paneled wall as well as an entrance to it.
