Remove bidet and install new toilet seat For this job I came out to a leak coming from the toilet bidet seat in the bathroom of the hallway so therefore I took a look at what’s going on with the issue and the issue at hand was the valve connection was leaking whenever the water was turned on and it was spraying so therefore the customer wanted a new toilet seat anyway so rather than installing a new fitting for the bidet, we just went ahead and swap the toilet seat went back with the elongated plastic toilet seat once everything was installed, there are no issues and everything is tightened down properly. The customer is all set. Water pressure is normal. Water heater is fairly new at this time. The customer is all set. Thank you for using Chen plumbing and have a great day.

Customer has a credit of 110 For this job I came out to take a look at a kitchen sink faucet, customer has a grohe faucet, the faucet needs a replacement, the customer had the replacement however the replacement was broken and missing a piece that was need to be on the part itself. During my thorough inspection, I noticed a few things about the water heater that didn’t sit right with me. The vent pipe has constantly condensation in it. The vent pipe want primed and glued. T&p didn’t have a drip 90, the thermal expansion tank had a 3/4 x 1/2 galvanized bushing, rather than the proper tee. Gas shut off valve was on the unit rather on the line. Vent pipe didn’t extend past the deck. The work that was preformed on the unit isn’t correct. The company that installed the unit needs to come back and fix all the issues that were pointed out during the inspection. The customer will follow up with us regarding the faucet, they are going on a trip and will be returning the customer will be ret
