Customer wanted water dispenser installed. Gave customer quote to install dispenser for $384.66. Filters didn’t come with water dispenser and customer was going to order them to come in and wanted us to install them as well at not extra charge. Stated that we can do that for $489.49 for 2 trips and customer didn’t want to do that. Also customer didn’t authorize me to charge trip charge for today.

Came out to do an assessment on the homes plumbing system. Customer showed us some various issues he noticed inside the home. Main concern is the fact that the plumbing has already backed up on him twice inside the home and frequently gurgles when he is using the shower. Home has a crawlspace we made access to, but gets so narrow approx. 8’ away from the kitchen sink, which is the first fixture you get to when in the crawlspace, that it is not possible to do anything currently from the crawlspace side without significant excavation inside the crawlspace. Recommended we go the route of him having a contractor pull up the floor and subfloor so we can correct the piping from above, but he just spent a lot of money having all new flooring installed. Gave quote for us to pull the toilet and run the camera down the drain line to further assess what is occurring, but he elected not to move forward at this time as any issues occurring under the home cannot be corrected anyway as the house curr
