Replaced 1” water service from meter to house tail out due to leak in water service. No warranty on existing tail out and distribution system piping in side of home. Pressurized line before back filling to check for leaks. No other issues at this time.

Replaced a belly sewer line from house to middle of the yard with excavator digging , back fill , removed a section walkway , not included grass and plant put back

Left customer estimates to replace PRV, add a Recirc pump with a crossover T, and adding a new hose Bibb line with a shut off

Used sewer machine cleared blockage , camera inspected line found problem at about 33 feet from clean out , possible second problem about 80-90 feet away , we will come back tomorrow to locate and quote for the repair

Customer stated there was a leak in the yard. Upon arrival found AT&T box full of water and meter spinning. Gave customer quote to dig and find the leak. Customer approved found leak in 1” water line and gave customer quote to do a spot repair. Customer approved the quote shut water off, and did the spot repair and turned water back on no leak detected and meter no longer spinning upon departure.

Replaced the toilet in the master bathroom. Customer had purchased the new toilet. Once we removed the old toilet we inspected the flange and found no issues. The previous toilet was installed on a bed of mortar. We had to carefully the mortar off the tile. Notified the homeowner there may be some discoloration to the tile in the area where it was sitting due to the new toilet having a different shape than the old one. Water pressure tested at 50 psi. Found yard completely saturated. Dug at center of saturation to find leak on 1” blue pipe at about 3.5’ deep beside drain line. Repaired with 1’ of 1” pex pipe. Turned water back on and back fill.

Water heater is from 2011. Left quote to replace tank. Replacement with same size heater using natural gas will require a hatch to be built into the attic, or for the stair framing to be removed. Water pressure was testing high, but I believe this was due to thermal expansion occurring after we lit the water heater. Unsure if the pilot light going out was due to a disruption in the gas service or due to the age of the unit, as we were able to get it to light first try and the burner assembly came on. Tank will have to be replaced at some point in the near future due to the age of the tank.

Called home owner for approval on water service repair.

Customer had drainline interfering with new vanity placement. Gave options to alter plumbing. Cut wall to move drain work up a few inches in order to allow for vanity to set. Also replaced both stops to update hardware. After work was complete, checked for leaks and proper function.

Removed old tub drain. Cleaned surface and installed new lift and turn kit. Tested. No leaks. Will need to order parts for shower handles full rebuild and return to install once all parts arrive (price $620.12) estimate created. Recommend provision restoration 6783830998

Client called us out due to a leak beneath the kitchen sink that soaked the cabinet and leaked down below into the basement. Discovered it was the side sprayer nozzle leaking at the hose connection when water was on to the faucet. We replaced that faulty kitchen faucet with new moen customer supplied faucet that we picked up from Home Depot and installed. Tested all connections, no leaks. 1 yr labor warranty

For this customer they have a fancy bridge style faucet, that they don’t sell the parts locally for, we did our research to try and find the name of the faucet, so we did our research and the the customer will call the manufacturer to get the parts order and have us come back to install them. Wasn’t able to check water pressure, water heater is newer in good condition. At this time the customer will reschedule for when it comes time to either repair and or replace it.

Client called us out to give estimate on running new gas line to new grill on newly built deck. Client declined estimate, waived SF.

Customer needed flange replacement due to broken flange during new floor. Gave customer option for replacement of flange removed flange installed new secure to floor after installation checked for security of flange unable to test with water due to bathroom not being done.

Customer called us out for a leaking stop their thorough evaluation. Recommended to customer that we replaced stop and make it serviceable. Customer agreed replaced half-inch pex b stop with half-inch male and 5/8 female ended stop and 1/2 male for easy future maintenance. All work is tested and complete.

Customer called us out for a leaking water heater once we arrive on to perform the thorough evaluation. We found water heater to be leaking at T and P valve. Also customer mentioned that PRV was original to house built in the 70s gave customer options to replace 40 gallon water heater with brand new 50 gallon water heater as well as replace PRV customer agreed furnish and installed 50 gallon water heater and installed new PRV Properly brought everything up the code with water heater thoroughly checked all connections to ensure a leak free install work is tested and complete

For this customer, they need a gas regulator installed on there pool heater, so therefore gave them an estimate to get the regulator installed in all the necessary pipework, without in mind the customer decided that they want to wait for now. And get another estimate since I had already disconnected all the necessary pipework because I have the intentions of doing the work with a signed estimate. The customer decided to call me back and say that they’re not gonna move forward with the work so I had to reconnect all the plumbing that I took off back at a new piped out to make a tight seal, however kept the pool heater off. At this time, we are not doing the work unless the customer calls us back to get it started.

Adjusted water heater temperature to hotter per owner requested from 120 degree to 130 degree

Run snake through kitchen drain and attempt to clear stoppage. Customer stated that kitchen sink drain was stopped up and wasn’t draining. Stated to customer best step will be able to run snake through drain and clear stoppage. Customer greets so went ahead and ran snake. Cleared stoppage about 30 to 40 feet out. Pulled back what looked to be like a Clorox wipe. Filled sink up multiple times to test in kitchen sink is now draining as it should and no leaks were present at this time. Cleaned up work area. Also, Chen plumbing doesn’t warrantee any drain cleaning.

Came out due to water service line leak just outside the home. Not completely sure whether it is broken by foundation wall or further out. Client remembers a couple/few leaks on this same water line that is from the 80’s. Gave options for repair and replacement. Client needs to speak with husband before making a decision. Advised client we would get on it asap when they decide what they would like to do regarding the water line. Will credit back SF.

For this customer we installed a new pressure regulator valve due because the water pressure was reading at a 120psi indicating failure of the pressure regulator valve. We installed a new prv along with a new 1/4 ball valve. The previous shut off valve was gate valve. The homeowner has a brown water in his hot water, so therefore I recommend to flush the water heater to see if that helps with the discoloration of the water. The water heater is from 2018 if this issue persists with the brown water, I recommend replacing the water heater at this time. There are no leaks. The customer is all set to use his new shut off valve as he wishes along with the new regulated pressure. The homeowner has a leak at the water meter could indicate why the customer is having the brown water. The leak is between two of the curb stops on the county meter so therefore I’m not sure if it’s something that we can fix and or if it’s the county responsibility, more than likely, it is the county responsibility a

Returned to install 16 inch frost free hose bib that we ordered a couple weeks back. After installation secured hose bib to wall and used quick Crete to seal old penetration for standard hose bib checked for leaks and proper

For this customer they got a few things that are wanting done, I gave different solutions on what we can do for them, they need a shower valve installed in the guest hallway bathroom, they need two new service stop valves installed underneath the lavatory sink, a new hose Bibb in the front of the home, followed by removal of plumbing in there basement, they want to go a different route so that’s why they wanted it removed. At this time these are just estimates. One thing to note, on the water heater, there is a possible back draft issue due to the melted plastic on the nipples, I would seek for a hvac contractor to take a look at the venting. The water heater is on a plastic pan which is strongly not recommended.

For this job, I did a couple things replaced the angle stop on the toilet due to a small drip coming off of the angle stop following that replace the supply line in the discussion plate once complete. There are no leaks. Also went ahead and install the new toilet handle, followed by a fill valve and a new flapper got rid of the old system. The customer had updated it a little bit to furthermore, we also Replaced the price Fister shower cartridge upstairs. The customer wasn’t getting any hot water in the guest hallway bathroom so therefore that is what I recommended we replace is the cartridge and it did the fixed perfectly fine. CUSTOMER has hot water and there’s no further issues with that went back with white caulk to seal the trim plate. No leak after installation.
