I appreciate Chen Plumbing for really wanting my business. I put in a call to have two companies come out and Chen called me back immediately to say they had a opening for me same day. Juan was awesome! From start to finish he explained everything and was thorough with the work even finding a additional issue that could have cost us alot of $$$ down the line. Highly recommend Chen Plumbing and their technician Juan for any plumbing needs!

We had a water leak outside within a couple feet of the the water meter. Elisa at Chen Plumbing promptly answered the call late Monday afternoon. She was professional and clearly relayed to us what to expect. There is no dispatch fee (which was a plus) and they provide a free estimate. Matthew came out the next morning and assessed the situation, provided us with an estimate, and we decided to go with Chen Plumbing. After a short dig, Matthew quickly found the leak, which was mainly caused by what the builder used during the original install about 9 years ago. The problem was corrected and we are all pleased. We very much enjoyed the conversations we had with Matthew while he was out here!! He was patient and answered our questions with pleasure. Thank you again to everyone at Chen Plumbing!
