Juan did a project at our house today and was fantastic! He called in advance, showed up when he said he would, and explained everything to us and was just super friendly and knowledgeable. We love Tim Chen plumbing and Juan was fantastic!

What stood out was his honesty; he provided an upfront estimate and later adjusted it down when the repair didn't require as much work as anticipated, which is rare in my experience. Highly recommended for trustworthy and efficient service.

He didn't fix the toilet instead shows all the water problems that cost crazy overpriced amount on his tablet.
