Upon arrival customer had water spot stains on ceiling. Informed customer we could get in attic and see if there is any plumbing issues. Customer allowed me into attic there was no plumbing related leaks in attic. Informed customer we could have provision out to take a look at the issue.

Checked hot water smell issue , did not smell today , told her need flush water heater to see if help , quote $225 , customer declined service

Returned to begin and complete customers whole home water system replacement. Removed old copper throughout home and installed three-quarter and half inch Uponor pex piping. With customer approval, cut sheet rock and cabinet in certain areas of home in order to access old piping and install new. Explain to customer about sheet rock and that we do not repair also left certain small portions of copper approved by Customer in order to fully complete system without Maximum deconstruction. Installed new three-quarter ball valve, new stops and new PRV. Secured piping with straps throughout home. After work was complete turned on water to check throughout home for leaks and proper function of all new work, went over all work with Customer and reviewed any alterations throughout home.

Replaced a old broken disposal , supply and installed a new 3/4 hp insinkerator disposal

Unknown water leak upon arrival, customer stated the neighbor stated he had a leak and it was causing water damage to their unit. Informed customer we could open the walls to see if there was a leak. Gave customer estimate, customer approved estimate. Cut out sections of sheet rock to expose the wall, found no water or sewer lines in the wall. Upon looking noticed the water is coming from unit 1378 from their garage into his garage. The neighbor has a plumbing issue that needs to be resolved to stop the water from causing anymore damage. Unit 1380 has no leaks and is all working properly.

Customer stated that there was water around the toilet. Found water dripping from supply line and fill valve and recommend recommended to customer have toilet rebuilt. Rebuilt toilet by replacing supply line fill valve and flapper. Tested and no leaks were present at this time in toilet was working as it should. Cleaned up work area.

Came out for a leak above the water heater. Found water was pouring out of the drywall above the water heater. Homeowner approved us to open the ceiling and identify the source of the leak. He wants to get other quotes for the repair itself. Home hot side piping was installed with the painted red uponor which was recalled due to premature failure caused by the manufacturing process. We left a quote to replace all of the hot side piping in the home. Also left quote to replace the water heater as it is 11 years old.

Let quote for a whole house re-pipe

Customer has pinhole leak in copper this is now the fourth leak on copper lines. Suggested to Customer to re-pipe home gave customer quote for full home re-pipe. After approval made repair on pinhole to stop leak and will perform whole home re-pipe at a later date.

Came out for a smell by the water heater. Came out and assessed the water heater. They only smelled the foul smell randomly when they were walking upstairs past the water heater closet. We found there was a condensate trap in the closet for the t&p drain that had no trap primer. The water had evaporated and is allowing sewer gas to come up out of the pipe. I used a cup and filled the trap back up. Left quote to install trap primer inside the closet to keep the p trap full. We also found customer has the recalled colored uponor piping that is prone to pinhole leaks. House is only 6 years old and this recalled material is prone to pinholes and system failure around the 10 year mark. Left quote to install a whole home flood prevention system. Static pressure on the home is 40 and dropping to 10-15 psi when 1 toilet is flushed. Left quote for new PRV as well.

Came out for the disposal not working. Found it was making a loud noise because something fell inside 5e disposal and got stuck. Homeowner said the kitchen sink was also slow to drain sometimes which I did not notice on this visit when we ran water. We removed the trap and cleaned out the p trap and waste arm as there was a good amount of build up inside that I could see. Removed the broken piece that fell down inside the disposal and was making the noise when the blades were spinning. Disposal is now running correctly with no noise. We filled the sink basin up with water and let it drain to verify sink had no problems with draining. There is an AAV on the sink that may be occasionally getting stuck during periods of high use and mimicking a slow drain. Drain was working normally though after we cleaned the trap out. No further issue at this time.

Replaced fill valve per customer request warranty, only applies to our fill valve only one year warranty in labor and parts

Left quote for repair and replacement. Customer did not want to proceed at this time.

On arrival customer expressed to me toilet may be shifted to one side and would like to check to see if seal underneath was in good condition. Also, customer mentioned needle valve for icemaker line was leaking. Gave customer options to replace customer approved. Pulled toilet and found flange to be in great condition Reset toilet and flushed multiple times to ensure no leaks.In kitchen, replaced needle valve with dedicated service stop ensure no leaks were present at the time of the departure. Everything is working as intended at this time.

Customer reported hose bib near garage bent while accidentally backing into hose reel cannot find any leaks at this time on hose gave customer option to replace customer did not want to continue with replacement at this time, in kitchen found line to have 2P traps underneath the floor, which is not up to code also no visible vent was observed, with the combination of these things and food debris in the line we determined that the lines should be reworked and a Studor added to help facilitate draining of water left estimate for customer.

Hose bibbs leak , removed two vacuum breaker per customer request stop leaking .

Customer stated that shower upstairs wasn’t getting hot water. Took a look and found that shower upstairs needs a cartridge replacement. Also tested recirculation pump and pump seems to be working properly but is making strange noises so I would also recommend replacing pump. Will send estimates for repairs that are recommended.

Upon arrival, customer stated sewer line was backed up to clean out. Customer has tried 100 foot machine, but was unable to clear after giving customer options and approval began to run our sewer machine through line unable to clear due to length. Deducted sewer machine charge. Ran camera till blockage at approximately 85 feet. Gave customer further options for repair/section replacement. Customer was uncertain with next decision. Offered credit of Jetter if Jetter did not fix issue or if section needed to be replaced. Customer was not happy with options and wanted to wait to decide.

Camera inspection in the crawl space clean out to outside and also from clean out in the middle of yard to street , found multiple problems, we discussed with Mr. Bud granger today for repair or replacement

Cleared the main line blockage with sewer chain snake equipment, no warranty because of roots issue and customer aware of it .

Could not found clean out , attempted to camera scope the main line thru toilet pull and reset , found a backwater valve outside , we can’t put camera thru pass backwater valve because camera can get stuck not be able to take it back . Need get mini excavator remove some bushes and open and add access to the backwater valve so we can continue camera work , only charged toilet pull and reset today , ok by buyers agent on site l

Installed customer supplied kitchen faucet they’re only tested all work to ensure a leak for experience. Everything is working as intended upon departure.
