Customer stated that shower upstairs wasn’t getting hot water. Took a look and found that shower upstairs needs a cartridge replacement. Also tested recirculation pump and pump seems to be working properly but is making strange noises so I would also recommend replacing pump. Will send estimates for repairs that are recommended.

Upon arrival, customer stated sewer line was backed up to clean out. Customer has tried 100 foot machine, but was unable to clear after giving customer options and approval began to run our sewer machine through line unable to clear due to length. Deducted sewer machine charge. Ran camera till blockage at approximately 85 feet. Gave customer further options for repair/section replacement. Customer was uncertain with next decision. Offered credit of Jetter if Jetter did not fix issue or if section needed to be replaced. Customer was not happy with options and wanted to wait to decide.

Camera inspection in the crawl space clean out to outside and also from clean out in the middle of yard to street , found multiple problems, we discussed with Mr. Bud granger today for repair or replacement

Cleared the main line blockage with sewer chain snake equipment, no warranty because of roots issue and customer aware of it .

Could not found clean out , attempted to camera scope the main line thru toilet pull and reset , found a backwater valve outside , we can’t put camera thru pass backwater valve because camera can get stuck not be able to take it back . Need get mini excavator remove some bushes and open and add access to the backwater valve so we can continue camera work , only charged toilet pull and reset today , ok by buyers agent on site l

Installed customer supplied kitchen faucet they’re only tested all work to ensure a leak for experience. Everything is working as intended upon departure.

Customer needing gas shutoff changed upon arrival. Customer stated he purchased a stove top and when Home Depot came to install it, they said they could not shut the gas off and he would need a plumber out to change the valve before they could install it. Informed customer we could change the old valve with a new style one. Gave customer estimate, customer approved estimate. Installed new gas valve and checked for leaks with leak detector. Gas shutoff is working and no leaks upon departure.

Removed santipump from in wall behind toilet in basement. Install new liberty pump in basement restroom in wall behind toilet. Ran water to test pump left in good working order.

Snake drain to clear blockage. Pulled back wet wipes and roots. Ran everything in house to test drain. Gave estimate to replace sewer service from house to street. Tested and left in good working order.

Removed a saddle gas tee in basement ceiling, installed mega press tee , new gas valve inside basement ceiling and outside under the deck for grill , used all black iron pipe for this job .

Upon arrival, customer has leak coming from tankless water heater. Found leak coming from heat exchanger and recirculating pump. Informed customer we can rebuild tankless or replace tankless with new Navien 240A2. Customer approved tankless swap out. Installed new Navien with new service ports and expansion tank. Tested unit, tankless is lit and working properly at departure. No leaks at departure.

Customer had blockage last night. Blockage was clear on arrival. Customer bought membership and used camera from membership to check to and insure there were no issues with outside drain.

For this customer we came out to look at a wet spot in the ceiling of where the dining room is. The wet spot looks like it has been therefore a while but progressively had gotten worse. The spot started about 6 months ago. I took a look in the bathroom, there are two young children that splash and play in the tub above where the spot is. I took a look ay the tub spout to see if there was coming into the back of the spout and I couldn’t see any water there. Additionally I looked under the sinks and the toilet to see if there were any leaks. There are multiple grout cracks around the tub and the tile, this is indicating that when they are playing in the tub, water splash’s on to the floor and then goes down and creates that wet spot. I popped off the over flow cover to look at the seal. The seal doesn’t appear to be dry rotted or damaged. water pressure is normal. Did not look at heater. At this time I provided an estimate for removal of the drywall below in the dining room to find out w

No leak , meter not turning

Customer had sewer gas smell. Opened kids restroom vanity and found Aav had gone bad. Replaced Aav to stop sewer gas from escaping.

Customer needed jetting maintenance for grease lines throughout restaurant. Old manhole lid for grease trap and entered mainline. Also pulled various clean outs throughout restaurant in order to clear lateral lines. Then return to main line to clear again. After jetting ran large volume of water throughout system in order to clear system to check for proper drainage function. Setback cleanout, and cleaned up area of work. Also cleared gutter on roof and gutters for overhang of drive-through. Informed customer about issues with drainage on overhang.

Install a new pop up assembly in master bathroom For this customer they are selling the home and they a had there home inspection done. Upon further investigation of what was leaking. The pop up assembly the back was leaking, it was due to the age of the fixture. So therefore I’d recommend to replace the pop up assembly. So that’s exactly what we did. We replaced the pop up assembly. Installed a new chrome pop up. Once the new pop up assembly there are no leaks, reconnected the ptrap and there are no leaks. Water heater is from 2018, from when the home was built, it is original. The water pressure is 80 psi, recommend to get the pressure regulator valve replaced.

Repipe drain lines for bathroom for lateral lines and stack Repipe the stack for the flange. Remove the toilet and reset With membership For this customer we repiped the pvc in the ceiling, provision had already tore out the wall for us and set a containment to repipe the drain lines. We repiped the closet line and the tie in for the shower drain and then the main stack. We primed and glued all fittings that were necessary. We tightened the fernco that attached the 2in drain line to the 3in stack. Set the toilet on the flange, install a new stainless closet flange, following that installed new wax ring with horn, installed new nylon closet bolts so they do not rust, and following that installed a new toilet bolt caps to finish the job.

Performed smoke test to locate sewer gas leak. Found smoke coming from multiple places in vent. Recommend cutting wall in restroom to locate source of sewer gas leak in wall. Also replace sections of vent pipe that is actively leaking at this time. Gave estimate to repair vent that we know is leaking at this time. Will perform smoke test again after repairing the leaks discovered.

Install customer supplied utility sink and faucet, route copper waterlines with isolation valves to sink. Install hot and cold lines with stop valves. Run 2” pvc drain across wall into crawlspace, route across crawlspace and cut in a new tie in to the 4” abs mainline in the crawlspace. Secure piping to wall.

Crawled through crawl space to perform inspection of plumbing system. There are no plumbing leaks at this time. Has abs drain system in crawl space transitions to cast iron at wall. Has copper water lines in crawl space.

Customer wanting options to replace his water heater with either tankless or a 12 year tank. Customers water heater is 11 years old and he is starting to get quotes to replace it. Gave customer estimate to replace with a rinnai tankless and one to replace with a 12 year tank. Customer is going to review the options
