Anthony came to my home due to a clog in the pipes which turned out to be much more. After two days of plunging and countless flushes and through his many years of experience Anthony was able to pinpoint the issue like a blood hound sniffing for a quail. We had a leak in our kitchen in our breakroom. We found this plumber on Thumbtack and they were very responsive on taking on my task. The only caution I have is to use them if it's not an urgent need. They requested to reschedule me 2 times and I did so willingly because our task was not urgent and they gave us a great discount for rescheduling 2 times. The pros they sent were quick and very professional.

Tim installed new natural gas lines for our grill and gas light. Did a fantastic job. He also helped me with a replacement for my shower trim for a refurb. Always responsive and willing to help/answer questions. Highly recommend Tim!

Shane installed a new natural gas line and connection for a BBQ grill. It's perfect! He referred me to a leak detection service to locate a leak in our main water line. Mr. Chin arrived within the time range I was given. I have a service contract with Chen plumbing that includes a yearly water heater draining and a 65 point yearly plumbing inspection. My water heater is 9 years old and during the inspection, Mr. Chen, noticed I didn't have a drain plan, the shut off valve to the heater was broken and the compression tank needed an installation update. Although there was some unexpected expenses, I felt the pricing estimate was fair and went ahead and had the suggested repairs to the water heater. The repair also included the installation of an automatic shut off valve that detects a water heater leak and shuts of the water. Mr. Chen was very focused on the task at hand. Mr. Chen was very professional, polite and careful to not disrupt anything in the work area as he installed the necessary items. I highly recomment Mr. Turner and Tim Chen for plumbing needs.

I was impressed with the ongoing communication and the consideration for my safety by sending me the identification and photo of the service provider before he arrived. They were very clear about their process which involves a free visit and check of the problem, the pricing showing best case and worst case scenarios and ensuring my approval before any work was done.. Cody was extremely knowledgeable about the work that was needed and different options that might be necessary for completing the job and was very considerate in moving about my home as he worked. I’m a very happy customer!

Great service.Cody A. was a true professional from start to finish. He installed our whole-house water filtration system and also checked our sump pump, where he discovered it wasn't functioning properly. He quickly diagnosed the issue and installed a new pump, getting everything back up and running.
