Chen Plumbing does great work at a very good price. Cody has been out twice for different repair work and both times has fixed things and gone above and beyond explaining what he’s done. Shortly before this visit I discovered I had a leak in the kitchen. He took the time to thoroughly investigate, sending me pictures. He also called Reliable Restoration for me, who came out shortly after and evaluated to see if there was an issue with water damage.

Within a range if 5 to 10 mins. Cody and Christian worked together and determined the source of the issues I was facing when it comes to plumbing and water leakage. They advised, walked me through and assisted me with my questions and pricing. Fantastic work, customer service, empathy, and communication. They actually seemed very concern that this was happening to me and was adamant about helping and fixing the cause of the issue. Would definitely recommend. 10/10 around the board. Will definitely request they come back out to fix the plumbing underneath the house once I have the resources to submit the request.

I found Chen plumbing on thumbtack and the service has been top notch. Luz was great at communicating through the process and Braulio came to inspect the house the same day I called. I had a pretty bad leak from our service line outside with water pooling in my yard. Even though he already had jobs lined up, he offered to fix it the following day. Honoring his word, he came the next day and worked into the night. I have a lot of respect for him because we both knew it would be a tough job. Absolute A+ from my standpoint.

Great service. Had a small emergency on a weekend with a slow leak in my older home. Shawn came out within an hour and had the tools, equipment, and expertise to knock out the repair. Couldn't be happier!

Very professional and friendly, but otherwise definitely not the best to call for a quick emergency job unless price is no object. Had a broken sprinkler line with the hole already dug - took less than 45 minutes of work (generously) and wanted to charge over $900 (“ these types of jobs usually take a lot more time”). Was eventually able to get down to $800, after they left to do another job for over 2 hours with our water off (“waiting for the glue to dry” - which took less than an hour). Again: came quickly, friendly and professional (and did good work) but you’re definitely going to pay for it.

We have been working with Chen on a fairly large plumbing job and couldn’t be more pleased with their work and communication. Cody has been our main plumber (with excellent colleagues) and has delivered top quality work. He has also graciously (and patiently) answered all of our questions throughout the entire process. The same can be said for the entire communications team at Chen Plumbing. The reminders via text message and the calls were super helpful. We would recommend Chen Plumbing to others and will use them again in the future.

I’ve been using Tim for over 20 years. Always Efficient and thorough. Great, friendly employees who do a very good job. We had several items that need to be addressed. Water heater replaced, prv valves installed on the irrigation line, a slow sink and a toilet replaced. I honestly wouldn’t use anyone else. Tim has even come out in the middle of the night to repair a broken pipe- he runs a great busines and cares about his clients.

I was having a problem with the plumbing at my house in the basement and needed help desperately. I scheduled an appointment for same day service. I was called back with an offer to push my appointment to the next day with a waived service fee and ~$150 credit to any work. The next day, the plumber comes out and says it will be ~$500 to do a line inspection with a camera to see where the problem is. He finds the problem (see attached images) maybe 3’ down the line. He says the repair will cost between $2.4k and $3.2k. I get a second opinion from another plumber. He shows up to my house within 2 hours and fixes the problem the same day for leas than $500.This is the problem that I have found with tradesmen. Instead of just fixing the problem they want to sell you something that you don’t need because they can take advantage of desperate people.

Tim and Shawn were excellent. They completed the needed job exactly how was expected. They were even available to fix another unscheduled problem. I highly recommend them for any plumbing issues.

The pipe leading to my septic tank was clogged, technician snaked it in 5-10 mins and charged me $675.00 just like that! I appreciate the work done but this is a ridiculous amount to charge/pay for this kind of service in less than 30 minutes ……..

I am always pleased with the prompt replies and ongoing communication Chen Plumbing provides. They truly do not let you fall off their radar! However, their pricing has gone up considerably since I began using them +/-8 mos. ago. They recently replaced a toilet for us and repaired the flange. We were already surprised by the high cost (almost $400) to install the new toilet, but the repair of the flange was also close to $400.00. I understand specialized work is not inexpensive however, this experience reminded us the importance of obtaining multiple estimates prior to a job.

Chen plumbing is the best. First helped with septic to sewer conversation in 2021, wow! Monday I found out I had a crack in my 1972 cast iron pipe that was leaking under the house. They took my call and were there in 40 minutes. Worked all day to replace this old pipe and Y connection. A beast of a job finishing up at 7PM. Paid the quoted price, and a nice follow upcall the next day! Chen for the Win!

Solid communication and competency. Technician Simeon leveraged his experience to properly identify the true cause of a problem another company misidentified. I still don’t like flat rates that seemingly don’t have any connection to actual time and materials, but unfortunately that is in industry practice these days Wish a company would go back to time and material cost as a marketing distinctive - they would grow fast

Foster Dawson did an excellent job repairing a sink plumbing line. His communication was great. The pricing is a little bit On the expensive side, but it is worth it to get the job done quickly and correctly with great communication.

We've used Chen Plumbing twice now! Awesome service both times. Friendly, informative, and very professional. Braulio and Brylen both did a great job.We had a new water put in, our main supply valve replaced, and a rough in shower/tub valve replaced. I've already recommended them to our downstairs neighbors.

Chen Plumbing charged me over seven hundred dollars to find a gas leak. They did not find the gas leak but they kept my money. Leaving me with the gas leak, two holes in my walls, and over seven hundred dollars less in my bank account. Their solution to this problem was not a refund, but for me to give them seven thousand dollars so they can continue working on the issue. Its highway robbery what they are doing.

Brylen was great! So quick but also attentive and thorough while needing to remove our toilet to retrieve an object our toddler flushed. 😅 he came the same day I called, within a couple of hours! hopefully we won’t need to call again but if we need to we will be calling these guys.

Very satisfied with the installation of the new water heater .Chris was very polite. He went over what would needed to be done and then provided an estimate. Once approved he went to work quickly and in a short time the new water heater was up and runnig. Very neat installation.

I called Chen plumbing on Saturday afternoon for kitchen sink not draining. Kevin was able to come out Sunday morning, did a great job on the stubborn cligged pipes, and left my sink draining beautifully. Five stars.

Dawson Foster from Chen Plumbing could not have been more professional. He was thorough with every aspect of the job we needed. He was efficient, took exactly the amount of time he estimated to complete the job, and explained all that he planned to do prior to starting it, and then recapped everything he accomplished after job completion. He represented Chen Plumbing quite well, and earned all five stars from us.

Timely and efficient service with excellent communication from first contact to dispatch to closeout; overall high quality of service, although I’m sure you can find cheaper bids out there. Kevin was thorough and took the time to answer all of our questions. I would definitely recommend and will use Chen Plumbing again if/when needed.
