After installing an automatic water shut off, water bursted through the copper pipe joints and ruined a rug that was stored in the room. They are unfriendly as well.

We have used Chen Plumbing for YEARS now. Our latest experience was with Chase. He evaluated our situation and offered solutions so the project would be a success in the long run. He was punctual, professional, and left the job site in a much better condition that it was in to begin with.

Bought new fridge. Old waterlines were out of code. Called around 2 pm. They had someone out within an hour. Excellent work. Very informative. Explained everything he did and showed me the work. He also inspected the rest of the house fre of charge to let me know what to watch out for and provided quotes. Friendly and efficient. Highly recommend

Excellent overall service. Appointment confirmation text, a phone call to say they were on their way (including the name and picture of my service tech), took care of my initial issue, but had them do some preventative work that they suggested (I agreed, and I have basic plumbing skills). Also was respectful of wearing shoe protection in the house, and cleaned up the work area when finished. Even had a follow-up call from the office to confirm my issues were addressed. Outstanding communication. Would absolutely use them again...

Foster Dawson did an excellent job repairing a sink plumbing line. His communication was great. The pricing is a little bit On the expensive side, but it is worth it to get the job done quickly and correctly with great communication.

Anthony Westberry and Chen Plumbing replaced a shower drain in my condo. It was a tricky job requiring extensive work, but Mr. Westberry completed the project quickly and efficiently. He, along with the entire Chen Plumbing team, were great at communicating in a timely manner, and explaining the process and cost. I highly recommend them!

We needed to have the expansion tank on our water heater replace which was leaking and it was Saturday. The company we have used in the past would not schedule us until Monday which was unacceptable to us especially since we have been loyal customers for a few years.We called Chen plumbing and they worked us into their schedule and even sent the owner to do the work. Tim was courteous, efficient and very knowledgeable. He explained everything and why he needed to do it which was exactly as I suspected. He even helped with an unrelated issue I mentioned and provided advice on what was needed.Chen plumbing has now become our go to plumber.We would highly recommend them to anyone with plumbing issues.

I spent my Sunday drying floors and draining my broken water heater and was referred to Chen Plumbing by my parents who had Tim replace a couple water heaters and performed service and repairs over their decades in their home. I requested service on Chen Plumbing's website once I had the leaks under control. I received a call within an hour for options to come immediately or the next morning. Dawson arrived early Monday morning, quickly diagnosed the problem, provided a reasonable quote, and had the install completed by lunch - and was a marked improvement over the previous system and job. They left the utility closet in better and cleaner shape than it was before my water heater broke. I would highly recommend Chen Plumbing, and Dawson!

Cody Ard was the technician to service my home for a clogged toilet. Cody came equipped and ready to work. He used a special camera to see what caused the clogged to verify if and all was cleared from the drain line so that it want happen again . Cody is the man for the job.

Very pleased with Chen Plumbing after getting the run around from my home warranty company. I called Chen on Tuesday and they came out on Thursday to install a new hot water heater. Scheduling was easy and they came out, checked the issue, and installed the new hot water heater in about 2 hours. Even though they gave me as arrival window of 10-2, the technician (Dawson) actually arrived around 9:30 and immediately started working and had everything up and running by noon.I'm impressed with the great service provided by Chen Plumbing, I'll definitely use them again.

I have used Chen Plumbing for about 3 years now and I'm always pleased with their prompt replies, use of text messaging and ongoing communication after submitting a service request. They truly do not let you fall off their radar! However, their pricing continues to increase & is really hard to afford now, and this will impact future decisions for residential plumbing services for us.

Polite, friendly.Update: I wanted to make sure I mentioned our plumber by name: Braulio and his apprentice (sorry, I forgot his name). I met Mr Chen long ago and was struck by his strong commitment to integrity, family, customers, reputation. Sometimes, when you grow large enough to have other people working for you, that dedication to quality can fall off. That is not the case with Braulio. I would like to take a moment to thank Dawson and Austin for their total professional attitude from inspection to giving a quote to clean up. They showed great stamina and were polite and smiling throughout the project. And it was a huge project with busted and rusted main wrought iron sewer pipes going all the way out and halfway into the back yard. We wish them the very best.
