My house is 5 years old however water heater pump making humming noise that concerns me and called Chen Plumbing for help. Technician Hunter came for service and he was excellent! Within a min he diagnosed the problem and gave me the estimates. Once he got parts to fix it, he was already fixing it. It was very fast! He told me the great advise to keep up the maintenance. I truly appreciate the Technician like him.(Previous)This is my first time using Chen Plumbing. I knew exactly what I needed for plumbing job which was to fix ghosting flush toilet. Technician MAX came by on time appointment, he was good listener, no time wasting he checked water pressure, brought correct flapper size to replace all 3 toilet. He gave me the free estimate with options, it was very simple, fast, pleasant. He finished the job in 40min. Chen Plumbing guarantee the work for 90days too. Thank you!

1. Excellent work. Diagnosed the issue, let me know the pricing and completed the work, also bringing the water heater up to code.2. Technician came back and we looked for a mystery leak that we could not find. He was very thorough and efficient and we will keep an eye on it just in case. He did absolutely everything he could to find it.3. Next tech came out and identified the problem, which was not obvious. He gave me clear instructions on how to fix it myself and now it’s completely repaired and the issue is gone! I can’t recommend this company enough.

I went with Chen Plumbing after doing some online research for some major plumbing updates needed at my house. Their total estimates were competitive but Dawson explained everything coherently and with enough detail that I knew exactly what I was getting. They completed the work efficiently, cleanly, and with the utmost profession. Highly recommended - I will definitely use them in the future if I ever need to again.

Juan from Chen Plumbing did a great job on replacing our main line. He was very knowledgeable, professional and easy to work with. He showed up on time and cleaned up his mess, including repairing the yard when he was done. He also thoroughly investigated and explained the issues and fixes to us ahead of time. Afterwards he again walked us through what was done, explaining and showing us the changes. He also noticed some issues with our irrigation system and was able to make some small fixes free of charge. This is the 2nd time we’ve called Chen Plumbing for a big issue on our house. Both times we’ve been very pleased with the professionalism, responsiveness and knowledge of the plumbers who worked with us. Would definitely recommend them and will call them again if needed in the future.

I discovered water leaking next to the front door last night, but I don't know how long it's been leaking. I was really worried, so I contacted this company and they came this morning as quickly as possible and handled it promptly. Since I’m a tenant, I need to bill the landlord's company, so I asked for a detailed report of the work done, and they provided it. I was really concerned because I have a trauma from water leaks, but I’m so grateful they took care of it quickly and efficiently.I wanna recommend Chen plumbing to my friends.I’m really appreciate it.

Really appreciated Cody’s assistance with my plumbing issue. He was professional, timely, courteous, and efficient. I’m also thankful for his thorough explanation of the hot water issue and education on cross over valves. Hopefully, I won’t run into any plumbing issues in the near future, but will be sure to contact Chen Plumbing if I do!

This is Jeff Bashuk at 2497 Tanglewood Road Decatur. I’m happy with Matt, but the water pressure downstairs is too low and the kitchen sink is leaking. He put in a new disposal. My fault, I didn’t check everything before he left.

Professional, reasonable price, and good service. Juan and his partner came to do a sewer scope to diagnose an odor issue and checked my air vents in the attic and street side manholes. We found a potential issue in my garage attic connected to the water boiler that could have been causing a major problem. Nice guys, helpful and clean/courteous.

I had a leak in the basement so I called Chen Plumping to come out to see what the issue was. The tech, Cody, took a look and pinned pointed the issue right away. The leak was coming from the outside pipe coming into the house. Cody did a remarkable job and I would highly recommend Chen Plumping to anyone needing their service. Price was also very reasonable.

Tim was great! We made an appointment for an estimate but when he had an earlier appointment available he called back to let us know. Once there, it turned out he already had everything on his truck to repair our leaky toilet and service our tankless water heater. Highly recommend!Follow-up: We had an unexpected leak in the yard, and Cody came out, found the source, and had it repaired within the hour. Great service, as always!

Mr. Tim Chen has helped me in plumbing emergencies twice in the past 4 years. One was for a service line leak where he not only fixed the problem but also gave me a better water mains shutoff capability. The second was today when I suspected a toilet leak. Tim looked at the issue and said that there was no leak. Everything was ok. He is trustworthy and won’t charge you for unnecessary repairs. Prompt, reliable, very knowledgeable and wonderful to work with, Tim will stand by the work he does because it is high quality work. I am very happy with the services provided.

Chen Plumbing did a great job installing a new bathtub (after prior contractor totally messed up the plumbing). Chen also replaced the old hot water heater which was a horrible job. The spigot was corroded and stuck --- the tank would not drain. Zane and Gus had to lug the water-filled tank out of the crawl space on knee-pads. Late that night, the tub's copper pipe sprung a leak - water was draining to the floor below. I called the office next day at 7:30 AM and the boss himself rushed over to fix the leak. I recognized the boss from 20+ years ago when he was the only plumber who responded late at night before Christmas to fix an overflowing toilet (tree roots). In a few hours, his team dug out the front lawn to replace the pipe to the curb plus install a clean out. I really appreciate these folks who know what they are doing and, above all, they are just good people. Licensed, experienced, great service, fair price. (Can't post photos right now -- the bathroom is being tiled.) Thanks, Chen Plumbing.
