I would give two and a half stars ideally. Called for bathtub fixtures to be replaced as they were old, dripping constantly. Instead the guy they sent out Braulio immediately went to my hot water tank to test the pressure and declared it too high! Then recommended a service to fix this "problem", and said could not warranty any of the other work he did in the house if I didn't get this repair done.He replaced fixtures in one bathroom, but for second bathroom he said he didn't have the parts - most plumbers run around with spares in the work van, if they don't have it they go out and get it! Still tried to sell me the other "repair" which I declined, later on I spoke to his supervisor who said plumber would be coming back to finish the second bathroom but never followed up. Not a positive experience, only half the job was done.

Tim Chen was a pleasure to deal with. He diagnosed our problem but unfortunately the part would not be available for several days. Tim departed and one hour later called to say that he had found the part, returned and fixed the problem. Great job.

The guys who came out to the house provided great service. They explained everything and answered all of my questions. The price was $1100 less than the HVAC company I have a service plan with. I will definitely use Chen in the future for any plumbing issues.

Had an oddball leak in a 1970s-era bath faucet, took it as far as I could and then called the experts. Matthew showed up on time, as promised, and put in a lot of effort to fix it - but it ultimately (and understandably) was not repairable. The coolest part - he gave me a lot of great info and didn't try to sell me a bunch of BS I didn't need. And he was able to put it back together with no leaks. The bailout cost was very reasonable, and I got the answers I needed. When I finalize my renovation plans, I'll be calling Chen Plumbing to do the work.

We can't say enough great things about our experience with Cody B! He recently completed a big 4 day project at our house and truly went above and beyond. Chen Plumbing is nothing but exceptional. Had a leak from a rusted disposal. Hunter and his partner (Im rather terrible with names, so I apologize I cannot name him specifically), our technicians from Chen, replaced our disposal and installed a new kitchen faucet in under 45 minutes. Everything from initial call for scheduling, all the way to the end result, is a 5 star service. I will always recommend Chen Plumbing to anyone needing any work done at home!

It all start with a leaky spigot (inside of the wall) and ended promptly when Chen arrived.Victor and his crewman did a great job, very quick with the estimate no nonsense. Best of 4 bids by nearly $500. Much higher quality replacement than was originally installed. They did an excellent job of cleaning up after themselves and as any one who has had a plumber in their house knows that is a rare occurrence.If you have plumbing needs I would highly recommend you start with Chen.

A strange and sudden leak led me to call my very trusted and reliable plumber of many years -- Tim Chen Plumbing. Their professional and efficient technician, Matthew, arrived and did a thorough evaluation, but we could not identify a recurring leak or the source of it. Sometimes mysteries happen! However, he tested my system and both the ten-year-old water tank (due for a replacement) and the valve pressure regulator were on the point of failure. So we replaced both, as well as replaced a triple faucet and fixtures in an upstairs tub that also were way past their shelf life. Matthew's work on all these projects was thorough, methodical, and professional. He was courteous, listened to me and also explained clearly what was happening and why. While I still have a hole in my downstairs ceiling living room and am monitoring the situation for the next few weeks to see if the leak recurs, I am appreciative of his painstaking work to try to identify the leak source. I highly recommend Tim Chen -- not just because of this job, but for the work they have done for me over the past 15-20 years.

Have been using Chen Plumbing for around ten years. They've handled everything from installing faucets, showers, a tankless water heater to replacing a sewer line in our front yard that a tree root grew through. Hunter & his partner were there within the estimated arrival time. I showed them the problem & they answered my questions. I went for not only fixing the problem but solving the problem. There was no pressure or up-sale. They were personable & professional. It was expensive but after dealing w/plumbing issues several times in the recent past, I don't think I could have gotten a better deal. Thank you Chen Plumbing.

Our water heater started leaking the day before we were scheduled to fly out of town for four days. I spoke to Leo at Chen Plumbing at 5:00 PM. Tim was at our house by 6:00 and Victor and Luis had a new heater installed by 9:30. I can't say enough about how helpful and professional everybody was! A great experience!
