Very pleased with Chen Plumbing after getting the run around from my home warranty company. I called Chen on Tuesday and they came out on Thursday to install a new hot water heater. Scheduling was easy and they came out, checked the issue, and installed the new hot water heater in about 2 hours. Even though they gave me as arrival window of 10-2, the technician (Dawson) actually arrived around 9:30 and immediately started working and had everything up and running by noon.I'm impressed with the great service provided by Chen Plumbing, I'll definitely use them again.

Dawson from Chen Plumbing came out and gave us a free estimate for replacing our electric water heater and then came back out to handle the installation. The overall experience was great- the Chen team was communicative, friendly and thorough.Dawson was friendly, welcomed questions and the installation was quick and easy. I have used Chen Plumbing for about 3 years now and I'm always pleased with their prompt replies, use of text messaging and ongoing communication after submitting a service request. They truly do not let you fall off their radar! However, their pricing continues to increase & is really hard to afford now, and this will impact future decisions for residential plumbing services for us.

When it rains it pours, literally... but when it does, I am so very thankful for companies like Chen Plumbing. Chase and Logan identified and repaired our leak with ease. He explained everything thoroughly and helped us understand exactly what was going on and how he would repair it. Polite, friendly.Update: I wanted to make sure I mentioned our plumber by name: Braulio and his apprentice (sorry, I forgot his name). They finished quickly and spent time afterwards basically helping me understand the bigger picture of how our plumbing worked. No man-spraining, just real talk. I will NEVER use anyone else.

I met Mr Chen long ago and was struck by his strong commitment to integrity, family, customers, reputation. Sometimes, when you grow large enough to have other people working for you, that dedication to quality can fall off. That is not the case with Braulio. He maintain the same high standards of excellent work and customer support. They are a pleasure to do business with.

I would like to take a moment to thank Dawson and Austin for their total professional attitude from inspection to giving a quote to clean up. They showed great stamina and were polite and smiling throughout the project. And it was a huge project with busted and rusted main wrought iron sewer pipes going all the way out and halfway into the back yard. We wish them the very best.

We had an emergent leak and called around 4pm. Leo was great to schedule with (very communicative) & had Shawn out to our house by 6pm. Shawn was honest, courteous, and efficient. He quickly diagnosed the issue and got everything fixed up. We really appreciated the fast response and transparency. Highly recommend!

Chen plumbing has been nothing but perfect for me. I had a plumbing emergency and they responded immediately. When I needed more work done they continued to be responsive and provided quality service. Shane did an incredible job replacing my toilets and problematic pipes. Tim and Oto from Chen Plumbing did a great job handling a leaking expansion tank and a high water pressure issue at my home. They clearly explained that my pressure was way too high (around 120 PSI), which caused the expansion tank to fail.Instead of trying to upsell a new water heater, they focused on fixing the real problem by replacing the pressure reducing valve and the expansion tank, then setting everything to a safe pressure.The work was professional, clean, and well explained. I appreciated that they took the time to answer questions and didn’t push unnecessary repairs.If you’re looking for honest, knowledgeable plumbers who do the job right, Tim and Oto are a solid team. I’d definitely use Chen Plumbing again.

great communication and great work. however, thr price for flush, removal of the filter and removal of a part from a spigot was $920, way too expensive. there are other high quality providers with less cost. sorry but wont be a repeat customer. service was great though!!

Very excellent customer support. Very patient and thorough handling of job. A lot of additional problems that needed to be fixed were brought up but due to cost I was unable to address so only a small valve replacement was done

Dawson was great. He thoroughly explained what the problem was and how he planned to fix it. Our house is older so repairs aren’t always easy or straightforward but Dawson was able to make the needed repairs with minimal impact. Another great experience with Chen Plumbing. We hope we won’t need a plumber again anytime soon but, if we do, we will call Chen Plumbing.

Edit 2026: Second time excellent service! This time Shane Silva helped us out. He walked us through all the steps and was super respectful of our space. Most importantly, our hot water and toilets were up and running in no time! We signed up to be a member. Thanks again, Chen Plumbing!2024 Matthew Craven was very fast, thoughtful and helpful. Our water heater burst back in November. We called Chen Plumbing and they were able to send out Matt pretty fast. He drained the water out so we can have hot water same day and replaced the heater the next dayWe really appreciate their considerate and quick service especially since we’re in the middle of winter.Both technicians explained everything clearly when we have questions after the service about the new pressure valve, and we paid very reasonable price for everything. Our water heater is working really well! I will recommend them to anyone!
