Today we had a leak in basement. Mr. Chen can a week ago and put in new pipe in front yard. It was expensive but the job was good. Today we called again. He was in and out in about an hour and the cost was more than I expected. Very high for work he did. As a good customer I thought he would give a small discount since it’s been so soon since the last leak.

Using a drain snake, I carefully navigated through the plumbing, breaking up and removing the hair, soap scum, and debris that had accumulated over time. After clearing both blockages, I ran water through the tubs to check for proper drainage and ensure the clogs were completely removed. Reassembled the drain covers, tested each tub, and confirmed smooth water flow. Both drains are now functioning normally without any signs of backups or slow drainage.
