We had previously been to this customer’s residence for a pinhole leak so therefore, that was my immediate thought of what it could be could also been a toilet clog that needed to be a pull and reset however, once we opened up the ceiling, we discovered that the copper waterline three-quarter was leaking so it needed to be cut out and a sexual repair was needed. Did exactly that cut out about 2 1/2 3 feet of copper pipe and went back with copper pipe I had to open up the ceiling, a little bit more rather than my one by one square once we did that there are no further leaks from the repair laid plastic down over the couch before cutting the drywall and laid plastic down over the flooring to ensure that there would be no Drywall dust collecting any drywall dust that was found. For this customer talk to him about different models of water heaters that we can do he is looking for installing a tankless water heater and or tank water heater for his house. He’s also highly interested in doing a mow and flow in a small closet that he has where his main waterline is in order to do some work on the main waterline to insert a Moen flow. We would have to relocate the pressure reducing valve to the outside. The customer already has two pressure reducing valves, but essentially would remove both of them and install a brand new PRV with a home shut off valverecommend did by the manufacturers to install a filter when installing a tankless water heater so therefore that is what I recommended and at this time the pressure is at 40 psi and the water heater is from 2007 so I would be proactive rather than reactive on rep replacing the heater at this time. Replacing old water heater due to age. Installed 40 gal short water heater. Also found pressure to be high and suggested to replace PRV and main valve located in crawlspace. After replacements, checked for leaks and proper function. Pressure is now set at 60 PSI.

Came out today to install the customer supplied gas fireplace logs in the living room, that we previously ran a gas line for. Added sediment trap below, then used proper yellow coated gas flex line to connect our gas line to the new logs. 1 yr labor warranty on the gas connections. NO WARRANTY ON THE GAS LOGS THEMSELVES.

On date, our team was called out to investigate a high water bill concern after conducting a thorough evaluation of the properties plumbing system. We did not initially identify any obviously leaks or issues to ensure no hidden problems were messed. We recommended a more in-depth inspection of water, service, lines, and common leak sources, such as toilet flappers upon further inspection, including crawlspace, check we discovered a pinhole and a three-quarter inch line that had been contributing to the increased water usage. We proceeded to replace the affected section of the line and tested the system thoroughly. Everything is now functioning as intended

Client called us out today due to the touch less kitchen faucet not working properly. On previous visit, I did notice the battery back for the faucet was being held together by rubber bands, but was working when I left. The battery pack had all fallen apart which is why it wasn’t working. We then found a new kohler single handle kitchen faucet in black finish, then replaced that failed faucet and reconnected back to the water shutoffs. No leaks, operating as it should.

We replaced the old 50 gal nat gas water heater in garage with new Rheem pro series 50 gal nat gas water heater installed up to code with new ball valve shutoff, new properly supported thermal expansion tank, drain on the t&p, and new coated gas flex per code. Once all connections were made turned water back on and tested. No issues, water heater is running as it should. In the kitchen we replaced the failed instant hot water dispenser under the kitchen sink as well as completely reworking the drain for the kitchen sink to bring it up to code with an added studor vent. Put everything together and tested for function and leaks. No issues. Water heater has 6 yr manufacturer warranty and 2 yr parts and labor All other work has 1 yr warranty.
