Customer stated that hose bib was dripping. Tested water, pressure to home and found that water pressure was at 100 psi. Recommended customer to have hose bib repaired and PRV replaced and Customer agreed. Went ahead and made repair on hose bib and also replaced PRV. Tested all work and no leaks were present at this time. Set water pressure to 60 psi. Cleaned up work area. There is a one-year warranty on PRV and no warranty on hose bib repair.

Cut wall behind sink, replace two inch drain line in wall, and attach in basement. Notes for plumber: abs in wall and in open crawlspace. P trap for dishwasher in crawlspace. Line in basement is three inch ABS. Dawson: Came out and did work as quoted. We removed the dishwasher and rerouted the drain to the garbage disposal. Replaced the old supply line with a braided steel hose. Had to replace an additional 8’ of 3” pipe in the crawlspace as it was packed full of grease. When testing we found our repair was not leaking, but there was sewage pouring back through the foundation wall from the main sewer line leaking. We left quote to replace section of the main sewer line. Sink is now draining properly and no longer leaking. Leak was from the abs pipe being cracked straight down the middle of the pipe. We took a video of the break.

We called on Friday evening when discovering a leak in our basement from a drain pipe. I sent an inquiry and received a text the very next morning at 8am.
