Customer had a Flo by Moen previously installed by another plumber. He was having issues with it while he was out of town and the other plumber came and just removed it and connected the temporary bypass. He could not get ahold of the other plumber so he called us. We reinstalled the FLO device and ensured it was connected to his phone. Helped him set the parameters so that it wouldn’t react when his filtration system regenerated. We contacted Moen who said the Flo device should be installed after the filtration system due to the home being on well. He wanted to leave it before the filtration system so if the filters ever leak, the Flo device will detect that. Device is working, we confirmed on the home owners app, however the WiFi connection in the back corner of the basement is not great and can cause some issues with it functioning when he is away. Recommended he get some sort of WiFi boosting system to improve the connection in that room. No further issue at this time.

Came out to repipe house due to faulty Nibco pex B piping that had already caused 3 leaks inside the home and water damage in the powder room and laundry room. Cut drywall in many different spots across the house. Removed all nibco pex B and replaced with uponor pex A piping. Installed new stop valves at every fixture. Tested to ensure a leak free installation. Hauled off all old piping and removed drywall. 5 year warranty on materials and labor. Warranty does not cover damage to piping should it occur when drywall is being replaced. Relocated shut off valves for hose bibs near each fixture. Recommended the homeowner have her contractor install access panels for each shut off valve. No further issue at this time.

Upon arrival customer stated the tub leaks and water comes out of the ceiling fan. I ran the tub for 10 minutes and was not able to get it to leak. Then I filled the tub up twice and drained it. I still could not get it to leak. I informed the customer that water is getting onto the floor and causing the water to leak out the ceiling fan. Gave customer estimate to cut a hole in the ceiling. Customer did not approve the estimate. Customer stated she is going to have her son take a shower in it today and make sure he is not getting water on the floor and to see if it stops leaking out the ceiling fan.

Fixed major leak under kitchen sink at Flowery Branch residence. Arrived to find cabinet completely soaked and active water spraying from corroded supply line. Shut off water immediately and removed damaged components. Replaced both hot and cold braided supply lines, installed new quarter-turn shutoff valves, and repaired damaged p-trap connection. Inspected surrounding cabinetry for water damage. System now functioning properly with zero leaks. Homeowner extremely grateful for same-day emergency response.

Customer stated that there was high pressure every once in a while and that garbage disposal was leaking. Tested pressure to the house and pressure was right around 80psi. Customer wanted to move forward with replacing PRV And installing garbage disposal. Furnish and installed new three-quarter inch PRV with main shut off valve. Tested no leaks and set water pressure to 65 psi. Furnish and install new garbage disposal under kitchen sink. Tested and garbage disposal was working as it should and no leaks were present at this time. Cleaned up work area.
