Performed camera sewer inspection from cleanout access point in crawlspace. Line is open and clear from any obstruction. When camera reached around 60 feet camera could not go much further due to some turns in line. Recommend if any drainage issues in the future, best recommendation would be to replace the sewer line from home to the street with new pvc pipe and go away with the old cast iron and concrete sewer line.

Customer stated that there was brown/colored water coming out of fixtures in home. Took a look around and found 2 sections of galvanized piping. Customer opted to just replace one section that was by Prv. Removed existing Prv and house shut off valve and installed new Prv and shut off. Also removed section of galvanized piping. Tested and no leaks present. Set water pressure to 65 psi. There is another piece of galvanized pipe that is feeding a toilet. Also do see that the main water line coming through wall is pvc and dug up by meter and also found pvc. Also customer mentioned that water hasn’t been ran in awhile which can also lead to sediment in pipes settling and once water is ran can cause discoloration. Also found that thermal expansion tank has failed and water heater is from 2013. Will send estimate for recommend repairs. Cleaned up work area.

Super fast response time and a quick resolution for a reasonable price. Been using this company since it was just 2 guys in a van, so I’m glad to see them growing and succeeding.

Chase & colleague came for the first problem, but 2 days later he came back when we realized it wasn’t fully resolved and finished the job. Liked that we had consistency in the plumber; no need to re-explain everything. When a new unrelated issue arose the next day, Chase was back. He and his workmate spent the day fixing a system problem, and gave us a referral for the restoration that would be required. Chase was a good communicator. I can’t really speak to Chen’s pricing question: all but the first problem (clogged sink) needed immediate help, so we didn’t call around for price quotes.
