No hot water upon arrival, customer stated they noticed this morning they had no hot water. After looking at the water heater noticed the pilot light was out, but the control valve was showing no errors. Informed customs the water heater is 8 years old but we can attempt to light the pilot light with no warranty. Customer also wanted a price to remove the original water heater that the previous company left when they installed the 8 year old water heater in there now. Gave customer estimate, customer approved estimate. Relit water heater and waited 15-20 minutes, gas control valve is blinking blue meaning normal operation, set it to correct temperature. Removed original water heater from the attic and took it with us. Informed customer if the pilot light goes out again we will credit back the cost to relight the water heater that she paid today. Water heater is fired up and working properly, customer should have hot water in 45 minutes to an hour. No issues at departure

Performed camera sewer inspection from cleanout access point in crawlspace. Line is open and clear from any obstruction. When camera reached around 60 feet camera could not go much further due to some turns in line. Recommend if any drainage issues in the future, best recommendation would be to replace the sewer line from home to the street with new pvc pipe and go away with the old cast iron and concrete sewer line.

Toilet auger woman’s stall CUSTOMER diagnosed the problem as a clogged toilet no mainline back up. The toilets been clogged for a while. Recommended auger the toilet if that didn’t work go on with the snake and camera the line however since none of the other toilets were backing up, recommended to just auger it for now once auger, I pulled back a women’s feminine napkin and took it off the snake in the toilet flush just fine afterwards once complete I cleaned the toilet flushed it to make sure that it flushes properly and there’s no further issues at this time

Chase & colleague came for the first problem, but 2 days later he came back when we realized it wasn’t fully resolved and finished the job. Liked that we had consistency in the plumber; no need to re-explain everything. When a new unrelated issue arose the next day, Chase was back. He and his workmate spent the day fixing a system problem, and gave us a referral for the restoration that would be required. Chase was a good communicator. I can’t really speak to Chen’s pricing question: all but the first problem (clogged sink) needed immediate help, so we didn’t call around for price quotes.
