Install new flange from above and reset toilet. Also cut into wall behind toilet around service valve and cut and install new service valve and supply line. *If we have to bust up concrete in order to replace flange there will be an additional charge and also if any other work is needed there will be an additional charge* Arrived and in men’s bathroom, found that toilet was already pulled and found that flange was broken and also service was leaking. Give customer quote for repairs needed, and customer agreed. Went ahead and installed new toilet flange and also new service valve. Tested and at this time there was no leaks present and toilet was working as it should. Caulked around base of toilet and cleaned up work area.

They approved replacing the affected section of the line. Additionally, the customer authorized us to remove the meter box clear out the mud and re- bed the box with gravel for better stability and drainage,We also replaced the failed PRV and it was positioned for easier future maintenance All work is tested and confirmed to be functioning as intended at the time of departure. Meter box and meter wires were damaged prior to us digging line. We are not responsible for those sensors compacted dirt as best as we could cleaned up area as best as we could. Customer stated that front Spicket wasn’t shutting off. Found that Spicket packing nut came undone and also that handle was stuck. Tightened down packing nut and was able to turn Spicket off. Will email customer quotes for hose bib replacement. No warranty on work done today

Just wrapped up water heater repair service in Canton. Unit was leaking from bottom tank connection and producing rusty water. Discovered corroded inlet pipe and failing drain valve. Replaced corroded components and installed new drain valve with proper sealing. Water heater repair restored clean hot water supply and eliminated leak completely.
