Job Locations and Reviews
Tub not getting water upon arrival. Customer stated the tub has not worked in a long time and he would like us to try and fix it. Informed customer we could replace the cartridge. Gave customer estimate, customer approved estimate. Shower valve is an old mixet valve, found the replacement cartridge and installed it. Tub now has water but doesn’t have full pressure due to build up from sitting so long, customer is also missing a piece of the trim. Customer is going to replace the trim. Tub has hot and cold water and has no leaks at departure. Informed customer a permanent fix would be to replace the shower valve, tile would need to be cut in order to replace the valve.
Upon arrival, customer had water leaking from slab of home. Gave Customer a quote for replacement of water service. Was unable to fully explain scope of work. Customer was not interested left customer quote and emailed Customer receipt.
For this customer, I came out to take a look at a leak that was happening near pantry, I assessed the situation, the issue at hand, appears to be a broken HVAC line, causing the issue with the water damage in the pantry. Water is leaking down into the house, causing a leak on the line. The recommendation is to have an HVAC company. Take a look at the initial issue of the line itself. During my thorough inspection, the pressure is high, it’s reading at 80psi and needs to be in the range of 40-80 per code. Provide estimates for the repair. Thank you for choosing Chen plumbing. Inspection Findings: Upon inspection, a leaking HVAC condensate/drain line was identified as the source of the water intrusion.
