Victor was an absolute lifesaver before he was even hired. I ran into a construction site he was working to get help turning off water at a house 2 doors down. He didn't even hesitate to army crawl under the house to find the shut off. I called Chen Plumbing with hopes they could do the work to repair the burst pipe. His quick action saved thousands of dollars of water damage. I'm so fortunate he was available the same day to come finish up the job. He even helped me find the water meter that was buried underground.
