This job came out to give an estimate for a whole house re-pipe. The re-pipe would be going from Odor to XB throughout the home have to re-pipe all the cold and hot water service lines that branch off to each bathrooms will need to cut drywall replaced the pressure reducing valve install a mow and flow install a new Tank water heater gave an option without the tank water heater replacement of all the pipes in the house at this time it is an estimate. Only the customer is getting multiple quotes at this time for a few local plumbing shops at this time. It’s just an estimate.

Upon arrival customer stated they had a leak in the front yard. I turned off main shut off valve to home to verify the leak is in the yard. The galvanized also stubs through the home with a slow leak where it transitions to copper. After verifying the leak was in the yard I gave customer estimates to replace the water service sense it’s a galvanized water service and is not a repairable line. Customer declined estimate and stated they need to get another estimate. This estimate includes doing a new stub out for the new water service.

I located it right in the front of the house adjacent from the mailbox gave an estimate for a camera inspection with the customer didn’t want to because they’re selling the home at this time. there are no issues upon arrival to look at the water heater, checked the pressure. Everything was fine, except for the fact the customer didn’t have a thermal expansion tank on the water heater at this time. The customer didn’t want any services
