Hand dig to find a water service leak in the ground Repair the pipe in the ground For this customer, they had a main waterline leaking on the side of the hole wasn’t an irrigation line, but it was their main service line going into the home so therefore I took a look and examine the issue and recommended to try to see if we can fix it first, if not, we would have to replace it so therefore, I dug it up to figure out what was going on with the service line was able to get it fixed and repaired with new PVC transition fittings to packs and all is well if it breaks we can come back and fix it but I’m highly recommending to do a new service line due to the fact that it is old brittle PVC more than likely original to the home in addition to that the water pressure is normal and the tankless water heater is fairly new. Once the repair has been completed I put the grass back, but it is not the best due to how mushy it is and how wet repair has been made. There are zeros on the water meter

Customer stated that there was a leak in ceiling on main floor and also customer had shut off main water valve. Stated to customer that we will need to cut sheet rock to diagnose where the leak is coming from and customer agreed. Went ahead and cut hole in ceiling and turned water back onto home. Found pinhole leak on hot water line. Shut water off back to home. Went ahead and cut out section of piping and replaced with new piping. Turned water back on and tested. No leaks were present in area. Also tested water pressure to home and found that pressure was above 100 psi. Recommended to customer to have PRV replaced. Also found that thermal expansion tank on water heater has failed in that water heater is over 10 years old. Will send estimate estimates for plumbing repairs recommended. Also no warranty on work today due to high water pressure

Came out for a possible leak. Customer is actually experiencing a sinkhole in the flower bed in front of the home. He believes it’s from something occurring with the corrugated drains. We found the water meter buried u def dirt and opened it, confirmed no leak on the waterline. Opened sewer cleanout and confirmed line appeared to be draining. Gave quote to camera and jet the corrugated drains to assess underground issues. Notified homeowner we do not warranty repairs on corrugated storm drains. He said if we cannot warranty corrugated pipes he will find someone else. I emailed over the quote.
