Back install Rheem power vent heater parts received by customer, paid already

Found kitchen faucet stuck. Also found lift bar rusted in two. Found pressure at 110 psi. Gave estimates to correct all issues. Will repair back dripping hose Bibb if all work is excepted.

Provided customer estimate to replace leaking blue poly water service. New water service will be a 1 inch pex line, sleeved in 2 inch pvc pipe. Will bore under sidewalk and install new copper line through penetration. Will also replace whole home shutoff valve with a new prv.

75 gas power vent heater trouble shot , ordered parts and include back install , add 3/4 pro press ball valve on hot side

For this customer, they have two toilets, one in the master and one in the power room that is leaking water constantly running so therefore recommended to either replace those toilets or rebuild them, and then two other toilets, one in upstairs bathroom and the downstairs bathroom I recommended to replace the flappers however I was not charging for the flappers so they were one of our special promotions that we offer. In addition to that the pressure reducing valve red at 50 psi however when doing a drop test, it went down to 40 psi indicating pressure reducing valve failure sooner than later so I recommended to replace the pressure reducing valve and the customer also had an issue with the water heater so I recommend to do a diagnostic of the heater. At this time no work will be completed.

Checked plumbing , customer concerned with plumbing leak by other no leak in basement , found a back up between the house to septic during the inspection , used chain snake cleared blockage , clogged was grease build up and pipe pitch problem.

Removed existing Roman tub faucet in master bathroom tub. Installed new delta Roman tub valve provided by customer. Installed new valves and connected water lines beneath toilet valves installed previous visit. Reinstalled trim from previous Roman tub faucet on new valves. Tested all work for proper operation and leaks. Tub is working properly and no leaks found after work completed.

Customer attempted to repair the Roman tub faucet and damaged faucet rough in valve , we arrived today with water off at home , we cut drywall inside the wall of toilet room , add two 1/2 “ propress valves to existing CPVC pipe , get water back on after glue is dry , installed customer supplied 12x 12 metal frame access panel .

removed old toilet in master bathroom and on main level hall bathroom. Installed new kholer toilets provided by Chen with new wax ring, toilet bolts, and toilet supply lines. Tested all work for proper operation and leaks. Cleaned work area. Signed up with win with Chen home protection plan!!

Gave customer estimate to replace failed 50 gal electric water heater in garage. Customer states she has quote from Home Depot for $1800. Informed customer their estimate is not final. Customer stated she will think about our estimate and decide tomorrow. New water heater install will come with, new heater, expansion tank, ball valve shutoff and piping.

Diagnosed shower valve having issues and leaking. Disassembled trim and found older style Kohler shower cartridge k-85500. Both upper and lower part of cartridge need replacement. Submitted parts request to get parts order to complete job. Will return once part arrives and appointment is scheduled Attempted to make repair on kohler shower valve by replacing cartridge. Wasn’t able to get shower cartridge to work properly. Left shower valve off at service valves on shower valve. Gave customer options on next step repairs. No charge for today.

Hydro Jetting service clean the main line from septic tank toward house , pull out massive grease pieces that caused back up , camera inspection found “ belly “ from house the tank that can cause grease build up and clog up again Also checked water pressure is at 115 psi , quoted Prv replacement but customer declined at this time , discussed and signed up membership today .

Customer had a catch basin in the front yard and multiple downspouts that were not draining correctly during heavy rainfall. We disconnected the pipes from the downspouts and jetted the, out. Jetted out the catch basin. Verified adequate flow discharging from the end of the pipe in the back yard. No further issue at this time.

Upon arrival customer wanted quote to replace water heater and customer approved and installed new 50 gallon water heater any code requirements were brought up to date. Everything was fully tested insured to be functioning upon departure. No leaks of any kind were found work has been thoroughly tested and completed.

Called out for shower that was either cold water or extremely hot water. The part will not be available till next week will come back first thing Tuesday morning

Met with customer, checked issue with stain in the ceiling of living room, but we can not open the ceiling to do a troubleshooting, we only can guess leak is from a garden tub faucet area or below the shower drain based on stain location, left a quote with customer

Water heater leaking upon arrival. Customer stated he woke up this morning and had to shut the water off to the heater due to it leaking. Informed customer with the water heater leaking and being 22 years old we would only be able to replace it. Gave customer estimate, customer stated he has more companies coming out for estimates, and needs to speak with his wife who is in Japan first before making a decision

Diagnosed sink had slow drain and garbage disposal is 11 yrs old and sounds like motor is failing while turned on. Replaced garbage disposal with new 3/4 hp disposal and installed new collar. Tested for proper operation and also cleared kitchen drain. Ran lots of water and tested thoroughly. No additional issues found. Cleaned work space

Quote for water heater replacement.

Gas was turned off to home. Diagnosed heater not lighting. Relight pilot light and monitored heater for 15 min. Heater is working with no issues and seems like gas control valve is working properly. Set at A. also replaced thermal expansion tank that started leaking while testing. No additional leaks found after repair. Left estimate to install shut off valve for water heater, Currently does not have a shut off valve and whole home has to be shut off.

No hot water , rebuilt electric water heater with new top and bottom thermostat and elements

Replaced a faulty sewer ejector pump with a Zoeller M264 pump , new ball valve and check valve installed . Tested , is all working fine now .

Auger snake cleared master toilet clog

For this customer, we came out to their house to take a look at a water heater that we previously installed. It has been two years and I recommend you to do the maintenance on it either through our wind with Chen home protection plan and or just do a single service by itself CUSTOMER had mentioned that they have to talk with their spouse and will get back to us on getting it completed. Water pressure is normal at 40 psi. Didn’t see any abnormal issues with the water heater no gas and or water leaks. Everything is properly plumbed. However, recommended the maintenance to keep the unit alive as long as possible.
