Customer stated they need tankless flushed. Went ahead and flushed tankless by running solution through heater for 30-40 min. After wards cleaned all filters and flushed out residual solution. Turned tankless back on and tested. Tankless is working as it should and no leaks present. Cleaned up work area.

Diagnosed shower and tub drain annd sink overflowing in unit 2. In unit 2 found standing water in the tub and water over the floor in some areas where it overflowed. Found there seems to be a branch clog somewhere. Recommend removing water with shop vac to be able to remove toilet to access sewer line. Clear backup with snake and From there run a camera and inspect sewer line for condition and also for cause of backups ups. Left estimate to do so. Currently home is backing up in bathroom group unit 2. Customer states that the kitchen drains slow and also the laundry line backs up at times. Pull toilet in unit 2 after cleaning standing water in shower. After draining down system. Remove toilet and run snake to clear blockage. After blockage is cleared run camera to inspect sewer line and cause of backups. After performing inspection of line after clearing. Set back toilet with new toilet bolts, new wax ring, and new toilet supply line. Test for proper operation and clean workspace Clea
