Came out for master bathroom lavatory sinks not draining. Snaked the sinks and removed a large amount of hair which restored flow to both sinks. Ran water for a few minutes in each sink to confirm. Master bathroom shower drain had a smell to it. I ran a flex shaft down the drain and cleaned the drain build up out and rinsed it clean as a courtesy since I had to snake the lavatory out right next to it. Kids bathroom toilet had a toilet the was loose. Flushed it multiple times and it did not appear to be leaking anywhere that I could see. I tightened the bolts down and caulked the base of the toilet. Upstairs guest bathroom toilet water level was staying very low in the toilet. The full tub hose had dry rotted and popped off the aqua piston. I replaced the fill valve, supply tube, and the aqua piston gasket. Could not replace the toilets supply line with a braided stainless steel hose due to the supply line being built into the shut off valve. Tested to ensure proper function and a leak

Diagnosed garbage disposal not working properly. Customer had already purchased new disposal. Removed old moen disposal, installed and connected new moen disposal provided by customer. Tested new disposal for proper operation and leaks, no issues or leaks found with new disposal after work completed. Checked water heaters and water pressure both are good.

Upon arrival, customer recently purchased garbage disposal. Provided customer estimate to install customer supply garbage disposal. Customer approved estimate. Install installed one horsepower garbage disposal. No leaks had departure. Garbage disposal is working properly at departure.
