Replaced the defective toilet fill valve on a Kohler Cimarron toilet. Turned off water supply and flushed tank. Removed old Fluidmaster fill valve assembly. Installed new universal fill valve, adjusted tank water level, and reinstalled tank lid. Turned water back on and checked for proper fill and flush operation.

Matthew C. from Chen Plumbing came out today to access my broken bathroom sink (and was extremely kind when explaining that I broke it). He gave us options and recommendations for what to replace it with and what the repair process looks like. He also took extra time to walk around our house looking at other potential future plumbing issues and even climbed into our attic to access a leak issue weve been dealing with. Chen Plumbing responded to my request for Plumbing help the same day to my phone call - So incredibly pleased with the company and the services offered!
