Checked wet yard for the septic system, quote open tank and add clean out

Installed customer supplied water heater with bunch code upgrade

Arrived for water heater installation inspection, we found many code violations and safety issues, 1. Water heater exhaust flue pipe is not properly connected, that would cause carbon monoxide escaping. 2. Water shut off valve is leaking and installer try to stop leak with some kind poxty type material 3, gas connected with no sediment drip leg Flue pipe 4. No pan under the water heater 5. Expansion tank is not in working condition

Diagnosed back up at home. Currently no water backed up and system drained down. Customer has stated they have been told they have a root intrusion problem with that line not to far from the clean outs. Recommended running camera and locating issue in sewer line from clean out 80 ft from home as a first step to inspect and be able to give accurate estimate for any repairs necessary. Left estimate for camera scope. Also left estimate to replace pressure regulator. Currently pressure is at 115psi.

For this customer, we came back out to their house after we installed a sump pump and a battery back up. However, the previous battery backup had failed indicating that it needed to be replaced with a new sump pump and back up battery so we went back with the liberty 441, pump with a new Duralast heavy duty battery for proper securement of the new sump pump. Additionally, we had to re-pipe the drain line to accommodate the new pump because it was different kept the pre-existing check valve because it was in good condition. Made sure all the wiring was in the correct spot mounted the battery charger and maintainer on the wall and attached the control panel for all the wiring on top of the battery box installed the new float switch on the other side of the pipe and once installed there are no leaks and the customer is all set to use their brand new sump pump as they wish when the other pump does not work properly.

Found smell in upstairs hall restroom. Gave estimates for Prv and smell issues.

Auger snaked a basement cleared a clog

Arrived today with problem pvc water service line busted water pouring out in the front of home by wall , we pumped out in the hole and excavated down found crack and separated pvc fitting underground, we cut out bad section and fixed with new pipe and fitting , this water service line is not done up to the code by previous installer , section of 3/4 “ pvc pipe is above the ground that will Cause pipe freeze and break in cold weather .

Customer has a 50 gallon gas water heater with no flame. Customer is getting quotes for water heater replacement. Gave the 150 off coupon as well as a 9% discount to price match another quote from Home Depot. Customer is still getting other quotes and will inform us of potential work next week. *No dispatch fee for water heater quotes

Customer wanted the existing toilet to sit higher than the standard height toilet currently installed. Gave customer three different options for a bidet, customer provided toilet, or us providing and installing toilet. Customer doesn’t want to move forward with any work at the moment. Pressure is in a safe range and the heater is less than 10 years old.

Customer wants to add washing machine box and run drain and water lines. Will need to open wall to examine drain line in wall to see if job is possible to do by code and under inspection. Left estimate

Replaced a 40 gal gas water heater , replaced two hose bib with new shut off valves , new Prv and main water shut off valve

Replace water heater in basement with new 50 gallon ng Rheem. Ran new gas line for 15’ to water heater. Tested and left in good working order.

Water heater is 11 years. Recommend replacing not flushing.

Performed water heater flush for approximately one hour, as well as went over water heater and determined everything is working as intended at this time. rumbling sound was pipe shaking inside of wall when fixture was closed.

For this customer, we did their annual inspection, he took a look at everything all three bathrooms, took a look at the water pressure with the water heater the kitchen, the laundry room with the laundry sink and everything associated with the house. The house is on a septic system with no accessible cleanout addition to that the customer did not want to flush their water heater out today. All the service stops underneath the sinks and toilets have been replaced recently. At this time. There are no issues that I see are going to happen soon and or will happen in the near future everything for the water heater was plumbed correctly. Water pressure is at 50psi. At this time of service, there are no issues.

Minor toilet tank repair on the toilet For this customer, we came out to their house to what it looks like a high water bill issue. They were telling us that their water bill was $1700 and then it jumped up $3000 and it’s all because of a toilet that was continuously running upstairs. they don’t use this bathroom ever so when I had arrived, we took a look at the toilet And it turns out that toilet has been running nonstop because the fill valve was bad. Took a look at the water pressure & the water Pressure is reading at 60 pounds so there’s no issues with a pressure issue however with the water heater there isn’t a thermal expansion tank on the cold side of the water heater nor the hot side indicating a potential issue with thermal expansion, going through the house, causing that running toilet Addition to that the water heater has some corrosion on the hot side water piping. It looks like there is a small pinhole leak potentially on the copper recommended to get that replaced and a

We came out to attempt to locate a possible leak. Customers water bill went from $30 to $200. Customer is on septic. We first received approval for leak detection and an exploratory dig. After opening the valve to the irrigation system we found the meter was ticking up by .01 gallon every 5 minutes. Customer already had another plumber walk the whole house and check all of the fixtures inside the home. .01 gallons every 5 minutes is too small of a leak to leave a loud enough signature. Recommended the customer leave the valve to the irrigation system off when not using it to see if this affects the bill and rule out other possibilities.

Replaced a faulty expansion tank , removed a sharkbite coupling on hot side top of water heater , replaced with propress fitting , discussed and signed up membership with customer today

Performed win with Chen annual plumbing inspection. All plumbing is in good shape with no leaks. Noticed small leak coming from kitchen sink basket strainer. Left estimate to repair. Also could not get access to water heater room in basement to check heater. Pressure is okay and at 50 psi.

This customer did the DeKalb County low flow water inspection. Their house has been remodeled from the inside. The toilets have been replaced along with all the shower fixtures, so they are all low flow. In addition to that the water heater is out of code. It needs to be fixed with the proper thermal expansion tank And mounted with a bracket we would have to redo the cold water line and properly install the expansion tank addition to the drain lines underneath the lavatory sink in the bathroom downstairs in the kitchen sink the flex pipes that were used are incorrect and need to be properly corrected with hard piped poly tubing and PVC fittings for proper fit. The water pressure is fine at 45 psi And the customer is all set.

Customer called because toilet in basement was overflowing. After further inspection we noticed the sewage ejection pump would not start, recommended replacing pump also noticed water pressure to be extremely high recommend replacing both ,customer opted only to replace pump at this time furnish install new sewer ejection pump connected to existing vent and discharge line. thoroughly tested everything I found no issues work is tested complete.
