Came out for 2 issues in unit C and D. Summary is as follows: Unit D: had a cast iron condensate drain that had back up and overflowed onto the floor, running under her flooring in the hallway of her unit. She had turned the AC off to her unit and this did stop the flooding as the unit was no longer condensating. Water level was just sitting at the rim of the pipe when we arrived and not going down at all. We notified our point of contact on file and received approval to snake the drain out. Made multiple passes with the snake, and flushed the drain clear with a 5 gallon bucket of water. Took video of us dumping a 5 gallon bucket of water into the drain to demonstrate the drain is having no problems keeping up with the flow now. No warranty on drain cleaning services. Unit C: unit c had a leak appearing on the ceiling above his laundry room, which was directly below the bathtub in the upstairs bathroom. There were signs of a previous patch to the drywall. Found that drain system is clogged and leaking into crawl space. Sent restoration report into provision. While in crawl space found water service leaking at foundation. Gave estimate for replacement of drain line from house to septic tank and water service from house to meter.

Diagnosed leak in basement. Seems to be related to drain. Ran camera to confirm. Currently drains for left side of home can’t be located where they go out of home. Plumbing on right side of home is draining to backyard open pipe. Recommend calling septic company to locate tank and entry point. Once tank is located customer can have us back out to figure out a way to tie in all plumbing properly to septic tank and have no more leaks or open drain lines in backyard
