The job I installed a new pressure reducing valve due to minor toilet rebuild of the upstairs toilet. The pressure was too high for the house and as a result, the pressure reducing valve needed to be replaced, so that’s what I did however, the customer called back to let us know that the pressure is a little too low so she wanted us to come back out to readjust it to a higher pressure. Need to stay under 80 psi so I just did it 65 psi once completed I took pressure gauge to the tankless to make sure it’s at 65 and verified the kitchen sink faucet no further issues at this time.
I was well informed as the men did exploratory examinations of both the problematic toilet and the water heater. They promptly and professionally went straight to work on the toilet and, when finished, left the area clean and tidy. I'm very pleased with this experience.

Minor toilet tank rebuild for upstairs bathroom toilet jack & jill 3/4 pressure regulator valve no shut off needed Upon arrival, I met with the homeowner regarding an issue with a toilet in the upstairs Jack-and-Jill bathroom. I explained what to expect during today’s visit and let the homeowner know that we would perform a thorough evaluation of the plumbing system to ensure everything was functioning properly. Toilet Diagnosis and Repair: The first issue addressed was a dripping toilet fill valve in the upstairs Jack-and-Jill bathroom. After inspecting the toilet, I determined that the fill valve was leaking around the nut area, causing a small drip. I explained two possible solutions to the homeowner: replacing the entire toilet or rebuilding the existing toilet. The homeowner opted to rebuild the toilet. To complete the repair, I replaced the fill valve, flapper, and toilet supply line to ensure these components were new and functioning properly. Water Pressure Evaluation an
I had anticipated having to install a new garbage disposal, but the problem was easily solved by Mr. Rubets: the push of a couple of buttons on the disposal that I knew nothing about.

Called in the early afternoon with a plumbing issue which ended up being more involved than we thought. Our technician came a few hours later, found the issue in our crawl space, recommended and contacted a mitigation company for us (who came that night!) and fixed the problem! All within 12 hours!!! Now that is expedient and exceptional service in our opinion! We appreciate Baurelio and David’s excellent customer service. Hard to make a plumbing emergency palatable but it actually was.
