Today we fixed leak under the toilet in basement, we pull and reset toilet with new flange from basement up to toilet , discussed and signed up membership with customer, also left membership information booklet with customer.

Upon arrival, the customer reported recurring sewer backups and a noticeable sewer odor inside the property. I explained that the recommended first step would be to pull and reset the toilet and perform a sewer camera inspection to identify the cause of the issue. The customer approved the estimate for the diagnostic work. I removed the toilet and performed a camera inspection of the sewer line. During the inspection, I discovered a separation in the sewer piping along with significant root intrusion. These conditions are likely contributing to the recurring backups and sewer odor. Due to the pipe separation and extensive root intrusion, the integrity and overall condition of the remaining sewer line could not be confirmed through the initial inspection alone. Returned to replace galvanized water service per quote that was signed back in September. When we arrive began trenching for new water service like new three-quarter uponor piping into trench and connected at meter with new meter nipple and ball valve for Personal use. Use existing penetration to get water service into crawlspace. Replaced main valve and PRV with 10 foot of additional piping to remove remainder of galvanized piping. After work was complete check for leaks and proper function and backfilled trench rough grade.
