After thorough evaluation, found pressure to be good in a few other issues I addressed with Customer at water heater gave Customer options for repair/replacement of these items picked up Kohler toilet to replace old toilet. flange was in good condition. Also remove steel braided hose and replaced thermal expansion tank with bracket. Reorganized piping so shut off is in front of thermal expansion tank. New shut off was courtesy item. After work was complete check for leaks and proper function of all work.

Customer stated water coming from toilet bowl and below toilet. When I arrived, no water was present. Ran water in order to attempt to re-create issue. Was unable to do so. Gave options for camera. Pulled toilet, ran camera all the way to manhole. Pulled manhole and found brick/rock debris. Removed debris and flushed system. Had to cut three-quarter old black iron pipe out from behind toilet in order to have toilet sit more properly. Explain to customer about conditions of toilet. Set toilet back and flush to check for leaks and proper function.
