Leaking bathroom sink faucet , we replaced with new delta two handle faucet
Instant hot leaking under kitchen sink upon arrival. Also toilet in master bathroom filling up extremely slow. Gave customer estimate to replace customer supplied Instant hot and rebuild toilet. Customer approved estimate. Replaced instant hot and system is working with no issues or leaks. Toto toilet in master bathroom still slowly filling after replacing fill valve. I then shut water off to home and took apart the stop next to toilet. Cleaned everything out, and had customer turn water back on. While customer turned water back on I had the supply line spray into a bucket and the line finally became free of debri in the line. Toilet is working and filling up normal now with no leaks or issues.
I was pleased with the service. Nice that you could come on short notice. We did lose power in the basement because our system could not handle it. We figured out how not to run too many things at once. All is well

Shut down water to home and drain down two 50 gallon gas water heaters in basement utility area. Cut out and remove once drained and install two Rheem 50 gallon gas water heaters in pans. Replace 5 gallon thermal expansion tank. Water heaters will be piped in series and have isolation valve between them. Make all necessary connections to vent system, gas lines, sediment traps, and waterlines. Fill water heaters and test for leaks before lighting. Replace fill valve in upstairs master bathroom Replace drain connection and mop sink of laundry room.
Replaced tankless. Installed new tankless on back of house. Ran water and gas across crawlspace out through side of house. Tested to ensure proper function. Homeowner responsibility to run electrical line to unit.
Installed tub valves
Water heater leaking upon arrival. Customer had already started draining water heater before I showed up. Gave customer estimate to install new 50 gallon gas water heater. Customer approved estimate. Installed new water heater with thermal expansion tank and strap. Tested system, system is working and fired up with no leaks or issues upon departure
Replaced one valve stop and added one on hot water line .
Returned and replaced Delta cartridge in upstairs primary bath tub. Tested work to ensure proper function and no leaks. Set max temperature limit to max for customer comfort.
Hot water heater and pressure valve went out. Called in the morning and Marcos came out within an hour or two. Because of some renovations we had done, it wasn't any easy job, but they stayed and did and did it right. Friendly, great folks to work with all around.
Tankless install and removal of old one
Customer had master bathroom redone and 2 wall faucets loose and shower valve handle loose. Gave customer estimate to make repairs, customer approved estimate. Tighten wall faucets and cut link on shower handle to make sturdy and flush. Showed customer work. There are no issues or leaks on fixtures.
Snaked master bathroom tub. Removed hair build up in line.
House loosing pressure on all fixtures when you run the hot water. Informed customer the hot side nipple is corroded. Gave customer estimate to replace water heater. Customer approved estimate. Installed new 40 gallon gas water heater with thermal expansion tank. Tested system. System is fired up and operating with no leaks or issues. Customer declined permit option.
Troubleshoot, low pressure in kitchen faucet. Detached and tried to blow out faucet in reverse with no luck. Found stop valve to be the issue. Shut down water and drain down home to replace straight stop valve. Gave estimate for future work
Replaced 50 gallon gas water heater in basement and also replaced pressure regulator.
Performed minor diagnosis on tankless water heater. Tankless is approximately 10 years old and has never been flushed out. Advised customer on the few issues that could be wrong with that error code. Reset after error code initially came on and ran multiple fixtures for 20+ minutes. Customer will have us flush tankless water heater after Thanksgiving holiday due to potential issues with flushing a unit that has not been flushed in that long.
Replace lavatory faucet on pedestal sink in upstairs. Returned and replaced upstairs widespread lavatory faucet on pedestal sink. Customers drain and trap below the pedestal didn’t work for the new faucet. Installed new under sink tubing as a courtesy and tested faucet and drain to ensure proper function and no leaks. None were found. Caulk will need 24 hours to dry.

PRV Replacement
Mathew came on time He was able to work me in , assessed the problem and repaired the problem, promptly. He was GREAT!
Customer had Delta tub filler that dripped consistently. Checked pressure to house and it’s in a safe range at 70 psi. Gave basic troubleshooting price to cut off the water to the house and remove cartridge. Ordered part and will schedule return visit once part arrives.

This is my first time this company. They came out same day, had excellent communication, and great follow up. The gentleman who came out was professional, personable, and did quality work. I was quite surprised how expensive it was for less than two hours work. The work done didn’t require a significant number of replacement parts nor did it require a lot of time, but the cost was over $1500. In fairness, I was given a quote before he began. But he was here in my home and I needed the work done. I would use them again but only after confirming that their fees are competitive.
