For this customer, they have a faucet that is dripping in their kitchen sink and the valves at the bottom of the two like they turned off all the way, so I gave a few different recommendations on what we can do and talk to the property management company we can replace the faucet and the shut off valve underneath, but it’s not gonna stop the dripping. The reason why it’s not gonna stop dripping is because there’s no thermal expansion tank on the water heater. The water heater is also too old for it to be Installed. This water heater is 25 years old. Would recommend to replace it with a brand new one and re-pipe everything up to code compliance per Georgia code in addition to that the shut off out for the whole building would need to be controlled by the HOA in order to properly shut down the building in order to get the water turned off per each unit Can’t find a shut off valve for the unit so I’m assuming it’s communal but the recommendation for this client is to replace the water hea

Minor toilet tank rebuild For this customer came out to their house because of a running toilet and a part of our throw evaluation of the home I wanted to check key components of why this toilet could be running. We checked the water pressure and the water pressure red at 55 psi so the water pressure was not a problem however, the thermal expansion tank was bad. The thermal expansion tank needs to be replaced. The more importantly the water heater is from 2012 so therefore, I recommended to replace the water heater as a hole rather than putting money into a 14 year old water heater Now this may happen again in terms of the thermal expansion that is being created inside the home since it is a close system, I do highly recommend to replace the thermal expansion tank at least if not recommended to replace the water heater at this time.
