Gave customer a price to disassemble and reseal and reassemble tubular piping below the kitchen sink. Replaced the metal nut to the basket strained as well as several compression rings for the tubular. Tightened the joints properly and sealed where needed. Made customer aware that the water heater is at the correct age for retirement and replacement is recommended. Also spoke briefly with customer regarding membership benefits. Spoke with customer about under sink shelving pushing on the pipes and causing future pipe separations again. Tested all work to ensure proper function and no leaks, none were found.
