Customer was required by insurance company to install a leak detection device. Checked house pressure at 103 psi and was high. Installed Flo by mown with a new shutoff and a new prv. Tested work to ensure proper function and no leaks. Customer had water leaking from pipe into basement. Found a broken condensate line in the attic and the drain for the pan was just running onto the floor for the basement. Noticed rust and staining where the pipe connected with an additional leak. Recommended customer turn off hvac unit and call an hvac company to inspect and repair. Customer wasn’t on site for app setup. Drill down through base of cabinet, route new pvc drain into crawlspace in corner of cabinet, install AAV on top of new stack, replace tubular to reroute over to new stack, tie stack into existing occ line in crawlspace, cap off old lead bend 90 and vent on roof. Mathew did an excellent job of tracking down where the laundry drain clog was, and clearing it. And he poured 2 washing machine loads of water down to make sure the clog was cleared. He was very knowledgeable.

Performed a repair on a washer drain in Tucker, GA. The drain was clogged with debris, causing water to back up during the wash cycle. Removed the blockage using a drain snake and cleared the line thoroughly. Inspected the drain hose and connections for any additional issues. Had a really good experience with Chen’s plumbing. After putting in the request online, I was reached out to directly to confirm the service requested and also get me booked. They came the next day and on time which you don’t always get from other companies. Dawson was great, he was knowledgeable and able to fix my issues the same day. Pricing was fair.
