Customer had leak detection come out and locate approximately where leak is. Stated to customer that we will need to dig around area to find pipe/leak. Customer agreed so went ahead and dug and found water line. Gave customer options for repairs. Went ahead and hooked up temporary main water line and will return next week to make proper repair. Cleaned up work area.

Diagnosed smell from kitchen and laundry area. Did not smell anything upon arrival. Checked crawlspace and found leak on drain line from kitchen. Smell is from standing water in crawlspace and coming up. Left estimate to replace cast iron drain lines in crawlspace. Upon further inspection noticed pressure is on lower side at 48 psi and found main line to be galvanized. Noticed heater is 9 years of age and not up to code. left estimate for galvanized water service replacement and water heater replacement with code upgrades

Shut off water to kitchen faucet from stops below. Removed old kitchen faucet and installed new customer supplied kitchen faucet. Connected water lines and secured faucet. Turned on and tested for proper operation and leaks. No leaks found after work completed. Cleaned work area Left estimate for pressure regulator replacement. Currently pressure is at 92 psi. Tested thermal expansion tank and it is still working properly.

Left quote to cut out gas line and cap it off. Customer elected not to move forward at this time. Wanted to do the work himself. Didn’t go inside to get water heater info.

Customer stated that there was a leak in yard. Spotted meter and confirmed that water line has a leak. Recommended customer to national leak detection because of area water is coming from. After leak detection is done customer will give us a call back to make repairs that are needed. Also we will credit back $49.

Customer out due to backup occurring in various fixtures throughout the home. After performing our initial evaluation, we determined that a sewer camera inspection was the best course of action to identify the source of the issue. Upon inspection, the sewer line was found to be obstructed. The customer elected, not to dig and install a clean out at this time to gain direct access to the sewer line. As an alternative, we assessed the system through the municipal sewer manhole and ran a camera upstream towards the residence. The inspection revealed significant roots within the sewer line, causing the blockage and restricting proper flow. We presented the customer with available repair options based on our findings. After reviewing these options, the customer approved hydro jetting service to clear the root intrusion and restore drainage to the system. Was able to clear out line of root intrusion have before and after photos attached to email

Water heater making noises upon arrival. Customer stated when she runs the hot water her water heater makes a banging noise and she didn’t know if it needed to be flushed or not. Informed customer with the water heater being 10 years old we couldn’t flush it but we could replace it. Customer also stated her master shower drain was clogged and the guest bathroom shower handle was flipped. Informed customer we could run a cable down the shower drain and flip the handle/ cartridge but we would not be responsible for the cartridge if it began to drip constantly. Gave customer estimate, customer approved estimate. Installed new Rheem 50 gal gas tall water heater, new pan, expansion tank and shutoff valve. Ran cable 25 ft down shower line and pulled back hair, made sure cartridge was installed correctly and not flipped by pulling it out. Fixed handle to where it now turns on and off the correct way and not backwards. Turned water and gas on to check for leaks, found no leaks. Fired up water

Upon arrival, customer stated guest toilet is leaking from base. Customer also stated he wanted a whole home shut off valve added in the crawlspace. Gave customer estimate to perform repairs. Pulled and reset toilet with new wax ring and Johnny bolts. Also installed new three-quarter ball valve. Tested toilet, toilet is working properly at departure. Also installed customer supplied toilet handle. Tested all repairs, no leaks at departure.

Customer called us out for a leaking shower head after determining water. Pressure was not an issue. Gave price to replace Moen Posi temp cartridge. Customer agreed furnishing installed new posi temp cartridge thoroughly tested work found no leaks work is tested and complete

Customer stated he was backing up in multiple areas of house after having a conversation with customer. Customer noted that septic has not been pumped in 8 to 10 years. Recommended him to get septic pumped first and if issues persist to call us back.

Customer originally called us out for a mainline stoppage after running equipment and I’m stopping in line with determined that pipe settled outside exiting the side of the house gave customer options for replacement and repair Customer approved, new install of clean outs and area where pipe was affected, also customer requested a camera inspection once work had been completed Cut out bad section of pipe however we found more sections that were compromised. Give customer updated pricing on repair. Customer approved cut out old section of pipe and install too clean outs to facilitate future maintenance. Everything has been thoroughly tested and is working upon departure. Camera footage showed pipe to be in degraded state age typical wear was found

Call for low water pressure. Arrived and investigated issues. Found galvanized water main in yard has deteriorated and is not allowing water flow through. Additionally, pressure regulating valve is not functioning adequately, and water heater is 15 years old. I am recommending waterline replacement, with new prv and water heater. Replace water main service from meter to house. Cut wall in basement bedroom and bring waterline in to home. Wall repairs are not included and are the responsibility of the home owner. Install new shut off valve and dedicated pressure regulating valve. Install a yard hydrant outside the fence line to help water garden near front. Replace water heater in basement. After discussing repair options with Eric and Ms. Kim, they have decided to move forward with the waterline replace, water heater, and new yard hydrant. We relocated the waterline entry to the home. It is now located in a cress space behind the bathroom (accessed via door in closet). The new

Main line sewer line in basement had collapsed and is no longer attached. Gave customer estimate to replace broken sections. Customer approved. Replaced roughly 70-80ft of 3 inch pvc pipe. Also tied back into kitchen sink drain. Tested system. System is working properly at departure.

Upon arrival, customer stated pilot light on water heater has went out. Attempted to relight water heater, water heater lit with no issues. Found leak on three-quarter copper union. Gave customer estimate to replace leaking union. Install two new three-quarter copper couplings. No leaks at departure. Customer signed up for win with Chen membership. Performed annual flush today. Water heater is lit and working properly at departure.

Customer wanted quote for new water line install to pavilion. Will email estimate for water line install and also yard hydrants.

Upon arrival, customer stated she was wanting cast-iron replaced from washer box. Customer also stated the washer box valves were no longer working properly. Gave customer estimate to replace laundry box and run new 2 inch PVC to existing PVC drain line. Customer approved estimate. Installed new washer box with three-quarter turned shut off valves. Also installed new PVC P-trap and new 2 inch PVC drain line. Tested system, no leaks at departure and drain is draining properly.

Toilet in downstairs bathroom not flushing well. Run auger in toilet and clear stoppage. Clear and test toilet thoroughly. Clean workspace No leaks detected after work completed and toilet is flushing well

Once floors are refinished, return to install toilet and new vanity and faucet provide by customer. Install toilet and vanity with new supply lines. Test for proper operation and leaks. Seal properly and clean work space. Shut off water to home and drain system. In closet behind tub access piping. Cut out old shower valve. Install new 3 hole cover plate and new single handle shower cartridge. Install trim and handles, new tub spout and piping as well as new shower arm and head. Test for proper operation. Clean work space.

Call for toilet replacement and bidet installation. Arrived and met with Ms. Ann, and her son, Alex. Ann let us know that she has a few items she would like dressed. Specifically: Install a toilet seat in main floor hallway bathroom. Install customer provided toilet and bidet seat in Alex bathroom. Install toilet and provided bidet seat in the master bathroom. After discussing findings and options for repairs and replacement, Ann and Alex elected to replace the master toilet, and perform all the repairs as planned. Today we installed a kohler toilet in the master bathroom. Once toilet was pulled we found the flange was broken in two places. Repair performed and toilet secured. We also properly leveled toilet and sealed with caulking to prevent future flange stress fractures. Bidet installed. This toilet received a free seat upgrade because the one in the box was defective. Alex bathroom received the provided glacier bay toilet, with the bidet as well. Sealed and tested toilet. T

Customer has pfister model gt49cb0c wide spread Avalon Can’t not locate the part associated with the faucet locally/online recommend customer to reach out to pfister to see if they can get the part sent to them. Get the customer a couple different options of what we could do. I try to research the part to get the faucet placed with the new stem is the price stem however, the faucet itself has been discontinued by visitor so I’m unable to locate and figure out what part I need due to no manufacturer Specifications for the part could not find this part locally either addition to that the water pressure regulator is leaking. It’s a shark bite style. PRV recommended to get that replaced with brand new one along with the main shut off valve. There’s a lot of oxidization there’s a giant gap behind the toilet due to missing tile. The customer is having issues with sealing. At this time repairs that are needed. I did indeed take off the handle to see what stamp it was so it could be repaired

Diagnosed leak near meter and found cracked fitting after meter on pvc piping. Cut out leaking section of pipe and replaced section with new pex pipe. Inside replaced pressure regulator and shut off valve. Set pressure to 65psi. Tested all work for proper operation. No leaks after work completed

The prior set up was flex lines so therefore we cut out all the flex lines to packs due to all the moisture that is down in the crawlspace. In addition to that once everything was buttoned up properly. They’re in no leaks, tie the electrical back how to run a new temperature and pressure relief line due to the fact that the old one was galvanized so we ran CPC for that stalled a new thermal expansion tank with a bracket after the installation leaks, installed a new pressure reducing valve where the main water line comes in.
