Had a really good experience with Chen’s plumbing. After putting in the request online, I was reached out to directly to confirm the service requested and also get me booked. They came the next day and on time which you don’t always get from other companies. Dawson was great, he was knowledgeable and able to fix my issues the same day. Pricing was fair. Will definitely using Chen’s plumbing in the future!

Eric and Luis did a whole home repipe including new tub valve and shutoffs plus outdoor repipe from main. Excellent communication and explanation of work, checking in during the process with me and superior customer service and quality.

Dawson was fantastic! Explained options available for our defunct water heater, took care of getting our replacement installed. Even replace our leaking hose spigot! Would highly recommend.

Chen plumbing was able to come out even faster than they original said, when my house had a sewage backup. Matt was professional, friendly, informative, and efficient. Great communication from their central office as well. The cost was also reasonable. Could not be more grateful for their service.
