Matthew was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and an excellent communicator. He kept me informed throughout his investigation of my mysteriously high water bill. I feel confident that his conclusions are correct. The problem wasn’t solved, but with Matthew’s written report, I am hopeful that I will be successful in contesting this outrageous bill from Dekalb County Water and Sewer.

I had used Chen Plumbibg forcacoreviius job. My tenant was pleased, the problem was fixed so I called Chen when tge sane problem showed up at another property. Juan had an opening in his schedule so called and came one day early. His quote was what I expected to pay to replace the shower stems, fixed the problem promptly and the tenant had a working bathroom again. I decided to replace the toilet instead of trying to repair it. Juan came out the next day and replaced it. Juan made it clear there might be additional problems. These are older houses. Again tge work went smoothly. There were no surprises. With Juan’s expert advice, I know I made a good call replacing the toilet. My tenant is happy to have her bathroom back in working order, better than before, and I’m happy to have the work done.

Chen Plumbing provides exceptional service. Theyre very quick to respond, and most importantly, they do what they have to do to fix the problem. Dawson has been great, and Blanca in the back office is always prompt to respond. From the front line to the back office, they empower their team to be problem solvers and decision makers and that was palpable at every step of the way. From assessing our situation, to dealing with our HOA. They were exactly on time, every time. They were accurate in the amount of time they were going to take to perform their work. Theyre not the cheapest, but theyre not the most expensivefor the service and quality of work we received from them, Id call their price fair and square. They didnt try to upsell us. There was no: Ill call my manager to negotiate the price. Or I need to consult with my supervisor to figure out how to solve this. They were professionals through and through. While other plumbers were talking about cutting walls, moving HVAC pipes, etc. Chen did an excellent and clean job without having to do any of that. They worked efficiently, and their excitement for what they do as a profession was evident. Will definitely recommend them.

I cannot recall a more pleasant experience with a plumber or plumbing company. First Chen Plumbing's staff were so nice on the phone and called back to confirm when their plumber would be arriving. Mathew did not expect a difficult situation when he arrived. The drain should have just needed a snake. In the end, he was here for 4.5hrs and did not give up until he fixed the problem. Great demeanor and communication through it all!

Third time for their service. They respond quickly and do great work. On first visit a long time problem in our kitchen was finally resolved.

Mr. Chen came on a Saturday, replaced ancient faucets I bsthroom. Honest and dependable. I'm a lifetime client now.
