Came out for a leaking sink and high water pressure. Tested pressure and found it was at 140 psi. Water heater expansion tank bladder had ruptured and was not piped in to code. Upstairs guest bathroom faucet was leaking non stop. Customer elected to install a new pressure regulator, replace the expansion tank and repipe the water heater, and replace the faucet. Completed work and tested for a leak free installation and proper function. Set new pressure to 60 psi. Customer is planning to put his home on the market. He elected to sign up for the membership. Informed him it is transferable and to reach out once they’ve moved and we can come do the inspection for his new home. No further issue at this time.

For this customer, they wanted me install toilet on non-finish floor some sort of smart skirted toilet wanted to be installed however, the flange is too tall, even if we were to install new flange from above the way that the line comes in for the toilet it would still be too hot so therefore, I recommended to put a piece of plywood and or thicker flooring in order to get the flange level or set a little bit higher on top of the floor Before that the toilet can be installed the reason being if we installed that toilet wrong the toilet is gonna rock back-and-forth if we install the flange from a low will have to go in the crawlspace and redo the drop with a new horizontal line at this time. The customer is getting the handyman to take a look at the flooring and would come back for the toilet installation.
