Customer wanted a washing machine box with hammer arrestees installed, customer had washing machine box already. Installed customers washing machine box and hooked water lines back up. Customer has a washing drawer with its own water and drain lines. Cautioned customer that running both of those lines through the same drain can overwhelm the system. Customer didn’t have a washing machine drain hose for the drawer. Turned water on to the machines and helped customer stack washing machine and dryer on top of storage drawer and washing door as a courtesy.

Found leak in yard on pvc to copper connection near front door. Shut off water to home at meter and cut out section of leaking pipe. Replaced section of pipe with pex. Tested for leaks. No leaks detected by meter

Looked at new sink installed in kitchen that needs to be reconnected. Left estimate to rework drain properly and correctly to catch both sides of sink.

Temperature on the water heater was turned up too high. We dropped it down to 120 degrees. We rebuilt the powder room toilet with a minor rebuild. Customer notified that the tank bolts are rusted but not currently leaking. We recommended a major rebuild at some time in the near future before those bolts start to leak. Upstairs toilet was running constantly because the fill valve was set too high. I dye tabbed the toilet while we were working on the downstairs toilet and confirmed the flapper was okay. No further issue at this time.

Quoted a 6” fire sprinkler system DCDA backflow preventer replacement today , while I was down in the valut for checking and measurements, one of 6” gate valve staring leaking , notified mr. Parker for that as well .

Customer wants to go with plumber that hooked up originally do to price being $100.

Customer had a hose bib in the back yard that wasn’t working. Determined the location of the ball valve that wasn’t isolating the hose bib and turned it on. Hose bib is working correctly now. Pressure to the house is in a safe range and water heater replacement is recommended. Left quote for both options.

Customer needing gas line ran upon arrival. Customer stated he wants to add a grill in his backyard and needs a gas line ran. Informed customer we could run a gas line underground with a tracer wire from the meter to the location of the grill. Gave customer estimate, customer declined estimate

Redid house filter pipe and fasten post filter to wall to stud

For this customer install a brand new spring well water filter system supplied by the homeowner had to install a bypass system to allow the system to be bypassed. If need be install Auburn brand new copper piping reduce down from 1 inch to three-quarter and plumbed it back into the main water supply made sure that the filter was nice and tight on the head and for the post filter everything should be working properly. The customer did a 48 hour flush beforehand to make sure everything was rocking and Rolling. Once the filters have been installed along with all the pipes. There are no leaks in the customer is all set to use the brand new filter for their home.

Customer stated that they want to install a water softener and also water leak detection system customer provided. Will send estimate for work that customer is wanting.

For this customer, we talked about replacement of a toilet in the hallway the home with a new angle, stop and supply line in addition to that a new toilet in addition to that the CUSTOMER was mainly focused on calling us out for installing a water filter system either if we supplied or he supplies it trying to compare apples to apples And essentially seeing what works for him, we recommend installing the halo carbon only filters with a customer supplied reverse osmosis system. In addition to that the water pressure is completely fine at 65 pounds water heater from 2022. They have not moved into residence yet the homeowner would like to talk to his wife about the different solutions that we can do for them, and pick the best investment for them as well. When we do the work the customer will have either supplied all the items for installation or we will be supplying them.

Returned to jet the kitchen line out. Ran jetter as far as we could and then ran the camera behind it. Line is now clear and flowing all the way to the septic tank. No longer backed up upon departure

Call to assess repairs needed at home. Arrived and met with Rama. He explained that they’ve recently had water damage in the kitchen, and is concerned with a noise he hears from the pipes in the kitchen wall. I performed an evaluation and inspected several additional items when discussing concerns with Rama. Inspection revealed the following: Pressure regulating valve is less than ten years old. However, pressure read over 130psi. I measured at the water heater, and at the side hose Bibb. Pressure read on weekday at approximately 430-5pm. Thermal expansion tank unsecured, and bladder is ruptured. Water heater is 9 years old. I checked two sections of previous pipe repairs in the basement. Rama would like the pipes to be reconfigured and remove tension and install in a more straightforward way. The garbage disposal was not secured properly, and the mounting bracket screws are so far off that I can fit my finger between them screw and the mount. This must be removed, new sealant a

This job I worked on the pressure reducing valve, the pressure reducing valve in the small little closet. Within another little small closet. There was a Zurn PRV that had leaked or was about to leak the PRV needed to be replaced because the water pressure was reading at about 110 psi Which is not recommended in the state of Georgia. It has to be under 80 so therefore we replaced the pressure reducing valve with a brand new watts 25AUB once installed there are no leaks. We didn’t end up installing a shut off valve as well. There wasn’t that much space to do so All the fittings have been crimped. There are no leaks. Make sure that there are no leaks. Had to open up the door to the little closet, and I use my multitool to make bigger access in order to access the full piping system in the area so that is exactly what we did once installed. There are no leaks.

For this customer, they are claiming that they hear a sound from the water heater. It’s making a clicking noise however, when I was there couldn’t find the source of the clicking noise. We hear a clicking noise at all however, the water pressure is at 80 psi the pressure gauge that I have is off by 20 pounds. In addition to that pressure reducing valve needs to be replaced. The customer has a recirculation pump on their water heater that also needs to be replaced due to the fact that it is no longer working and functioning properly in addition to that the water heater at the bottom near the Burner assembly on the inside has a lot of rust and water buildup around the tank however, it is not leaking on the outside of the tank. It is definitely leaking somewhere internally. Recommend you get everything replaced as soon as possible.

Came out for a water heater the 5em Lot light was not staying lit. Water heater was 8-9 years. Received approval to replace the tank. Installed new Rheem 50 gallon gas after heater. Installed new expansion tank set to 75 psi. Tested to ensure proper function and a leak free install. No further issue at this time.

Call for toilet and tub backup. Arrived and met with Kristian. He states that the toilet and tub have been backed up, and sewage has leaked through garage ceiling. Sewage also came from under toilet on to the bathroom floor. While inspecting I ran water for approximately ten minutes (218-230pm) in the bathroom and was unable to replicate blockage. Blockage seems to have been on line serving upstairs bathroom and kitchen only, and downstairs bathroom has no signs of backup or leaks. Clean out outside shows no signs of overflowing, but is missing a cap. I believe this was a local soft tissue or grease blockage, and will provide an estimate to camera the sewer line. When inspecting sewer system I also discovered the pressure regulating valve has been dripping from corrosion on the incoming side. Pressure reads at 40psi at 255pm. Replaced dripping pressure regulating valve. Installed new thermal expansion tank and mounting bracket. Pressurized system and checked for leaks. Restoratio

Came out to address issues with downstairs bathroom that were unrelated to the issue we fixed on our initial visit. Customer had another company out prior to any of the work we did. That company told customer there was a belly in the line and they were going to reroute the bathroom. They abandoned line and rerouted line roughly 20’ over to a stack that came down under the slab under the stairs. They installed this line going up hill the entire way. I left quote last time to address this issue of the downstairs bathroom backed up again. Line did eventually back up after a few months. Customer decided to properly address the issue. I had camera’d the abandoned line previously and knew that it was still in good shape. We jackhammered the slab in the bathroom, concrete was between 10-12” thick. Exposed the piping under the slab. Ran water in the tub and found it was pouring out of the pipe under the section of slab where the tub was sitting. Knew the p-trap must be broken. Notified homeown
