Cumming, GA - Came back out because the toilet started running again. Was a separate issue this time. The lever arm on the handle was slightly coming into contact with the flapper and preventing the flapper from resetting and was allowing the water to constantly run. We adjusted the length of the lever arm and shortened it to prevent the lever from coming into contact with the flapper. Flushed toilet multiple times again and confirmed the toilet stopped running once the water level reached an adequate height. No further issue.

Came back out because the toilet started running again. Was a separate issue this time. Came out for an issue with a toilet we previously did a minor rebuild on. Homeowner mentioned the toilet kept running and they attempted to adjust the float height inside the tank to get it to stop but it was continuing to have issues. Unsure what the original problem was with it since it had been adjusted since the last time I worked on the toilet. I adjusted the float and visually verified there was nothing inside the tank obstructing the floats pathway and causing it to get stuck. Flush toilet with the lid off and then put the lid back on and flushed it multiple times with the homeowner present so he could also verify it was working. Did this service as a warranty claim at no charge. While I was here he also directed me to the kitchen faucet that was constantly leaking out of the handle. I turned off the water to the faucet and removed the handle to assess the cartridge and found the cartridge was visually in good shape but the bonnet securing it in place had come loose, causing the
