Replaced a 1/2 hp disposal ( disposal under warranty ) , we installed a 3/4 hp disposal today with no additional charge since credit for disposal materials difference

Master bathroom round toilet seat replacement Vent pipe repair Phyllis CUSTOMER came out to do a few different things for them. First of all we checked the water pressure to make sure that the water pressure is normal water pressure red at 55 psi customer was good there. However the customer does not have a thermal expansion tank on the water heater highly recommend you get one of those installed as it is a code requirement and will help with the plumbing system. Additionally, I noticed an issue with the vent, not being completely secure and not being completely sealed with the proper screws so therefore, I recommended to replace the vent 90 elbow so it would be brand new following that the customer wanted to get a couple toilet seats replaced however there wasn’t anything wrong with the half bath one and we went ahead and replaced the one in the master with a wooden round toilet seat. Once the job was complete there are no further issues at present time water heater is from 2021. N

Customer stated that water heater was leaking. Found that water heater was over 10 years old and recommended to have water heater replaced. At this time, customer didn’t want to proceed with any work but did want water heater drained down so it would stop leaking. Drain down water heater and customer will call us back to come and install new water heater.

Navien tankless not producing hot water upon arrival. Customer stated he had another plumber out yesterday and they told him it was the recirculating pump that failed. After talking to navien tech support they sent the customer a flow sensor as well as a check valve. Pulled flow sensor and cleaned debris out of the sensor. Navien is now producing hot water properly. Informed customer if it goes out again we will need to replace the check valve and flow sensor.

Found kitchen sink drain leaking from basket strainer connection. Recommended replacing basket strainer. Customer wants additional quotes before deciding. Customer did not want pressure and water heater checked.

This customer, I gave them an estimate to install a reverse osmosis system. Customer supplied they have quartz countertops in order for us to install the reverse osmosis system. The customer will have to hire a contractor that deals with granite or countertops and drill the hole. Additionally, customer has a tankless water heater recommended to do the membership so we can keep that water heater maintained water. Pressure is normal at this time. It’s just an estimate only.

Checked leak from dishwasher to basement, found problem is with dishwasher itself , told customer call appliance service or replace it

Customer had the pilot light out on water heater. While performing diagnostic on the unit the heater fired back up while seeing if the igniter was sparking. Customer had questions regarding house pressure. House pressure is on the low side at 48 psi and has only a 8 pound lavatory faucet drop. Customer stated his kids said they can’t run multiple fixtures without pressure drop. Recommended replacing the prv. Also gave price to replace the burner assembly for the heater if the pilot goes out again. The flame stayed lit for over 15 minutes while speaking with the customer.

Customer had toilet crack on tank gave Customer options for repair/replace. Also checked water heater and pressure. After approval went to pick up toilet removed old toilet after I arrived and installed new toilet check for leaks in proper function. caulked toilet.

Customer called out due to stoppage occurring again, gave customer options to run camera. Inside of home. Customer approved found line to have excessive turns leading out to house line has seven turns and a span of 40 feet of pipe. Customer also mentioned they use wipes inform customer to stop using wipes and to use septic safe toilet paper to see if issue would be fixed inside a home due to the nature of the turns the only permanent solution would be to redo plumbing , Customer declined at this Time. Also, we came outside to determine the line of condition of mainline. We found major separation about 90 feet out as well as severe grease buildup at the bottom we were able to get to clean line out. The next step would be to dig up separation and fix accordingly presented customer with options

After completing win with Chen annual plumbing inspection found 2 items that needed to be addressed. First, in kitchen found tubular drain nut cracked, after further diagnostics found lots of tension on pipe caused crack. Disassemble trap, cut drain stack and reinstall in slightly turned position to give more space for tubular drain pipe. Install new trap and test for proper operation. Second, in upstairs bedroom bathroom found lavatory faucet drain missing nut, after further diagnostics found water stain where issue has caused damage. Disassemble Ptrap and add proper and correct parts. Test drain for proper operation and leaks. Clean work space

Called out for dripping shower. While removing the old moen cartridge the the back of it was broken where it sits on the back of the valve(see pictures). Replaced cartridge. Checked work and cleaned up work area

Performed smoke test to look for sewer gas leaks. Could not find anything leaking. Ran extra smoke test to show customer that there were no other sewer gas leaks.

Customer complained of sewer gas in house. Did smoke test and found that toilet flanges were not seal. Pulled toilet in master restroom and guest restroom. Replaced flanges and reset toilets. Caulked both toilets to floor. Flushed and tested both toilets. Left in good working order.

Customer is closing on home in late June and wanted to get estimates on plumbing issues found on inspection. Found pressure regulator to be leaking, thermal expansion tank ruptured and failed, and heater is 17 years old. Left estimates to take care of all plumbing issues.

Use small snake and clear tub drain on main floor. Test thoroughly for proper operation. Clean work space Removed lots of hair and build up from tub drain Left estimates for other plumbing tasks

Cut open tub to see the material that is needed for the replacement of the faucet We will come back and add a new access panel for when the work is complete for today we needed to open the fiberglass to find out what we needed for proper installation, customer will be providing the valve and the parts necessary for installation. Water prsssure is higher and recommend to replace the water heaters as well

Replaced two delta shower cartridge , one blue , one gray

Quoted sewer pump replacement for basement, paid dispatch fee

Customer had a water heater that was 23 years old and needs to be replaced. Spoke with customer about placement and trying to give more access to the shutoff and prv by moving the new one to the utility sink. Customer declined work at this time.

Diagnosed leak near area previously worked in. Found leak on fitting we installed. Cut out section of pipe and replaced with new piping and fittings. Tested work for proper operation and no leaks found after work completed.

Customer wanted a washing machine box with hammer arrestees installed, customer had washing machine box already. Installed customers washing machine box and hooked water lines back up. Customer has a washing drawer with its own water and drain lines. Cautioned customer that running both of those lines through the same drain can overwhelm the system. Customer didn’t have a washing machine drain hose for the drawer. Turned water on to the machines and helped customer stack washing machine and dryer on top of storage drawer and washing door as a courtesy.

Found leak in yard on pvc to copper connection near front door. Shut off water to home at meter and cut out section of leaking pipe. Replaced section of pipe with pex. Tested for leaks. No leaks detected by meter

Looked at new sink installed in kitchen that needs to be reconnected. Left estimate to rework drain properly and correctly to catch both sides of sink.

Temperature on the water heater was turned up too high. We dropped it down to 120 degrees. We rebuilt the powder room toilet with a minor rebuild. Customer notified that the tank bolts are rusted but not currently leaking. We recommended a major rebuild at some time in the near future before those bolts start to leak. Upstairs toilet was running constantly because the fill valve was set too high. I dye tabbed the toilet while we were working on the downstairs toilet and confirmed the flapper was okay. No further issue at this time.
