Customer supplied faucet replacement in the kitchen. For this customer we came out to take a look a faucet that the customer was looking to get replaced. They wanted to swap it out for the same style, but in a brushed gold style champagne, bronze style colored faucet they went from moen to Delta. Before starting the process of the replacement, I asked where the main shut off valve was to the house just in case the shut off valves did not work and the CPBC pipe snapped that is underneath the sink so therefore the customer brought me to where the main shut off valve was. There was a little bit of stuff blocking the doorway so therefore we move that stuff to get access to where the shut off valve is Additionally, once we completed the work, I put the items that were moved from the doorway back to where they replaced so the customer didn’t need to do that however, we installed the brand new faucet with the brand new one supplied by the homeowner once everything was installed, there are no

Was called out for pipes rattling in the wall between the bathroom and laundry room. Home owner stated that it started happening after the remodel. I could make the pipe rattle by manually opening and closing the fill valve. And the hammer arrestor for the washer look to original to the house and should be replaced to help prevent the hammering noise. I also tested the water pressure and it is currently at 45 psi. When testing the water pressure I noticed the age of the water heater and its manufacturer date is 2010 so I gave estimates for replacement as a preventative maintenance. Also let homeowner know that when the remodeling of the bathroom was done the third party company may not of strapped the the piping to the wall/ studs and may have to cut the drywall out to strip piping to the wall. Homeowner is going to go over the options with here husband and call back into the office to schedule work

I had a faulty faucet in my shower. I could not shut off the hot water. I had to shut off the water to the house. Tim Chen was able to come over in less than 24 hours and fix the problem. I had my 5 grandkids that weekend and I needed the issue resolved so they could shower and flush toilets. I will use him again.
