Came out for mainline blockage. Arrived and met with homeowner. He explained that any time a toilet was flushed inside the home, they were getting a lot of gurgling noises. We could not find an outside cleanout, but the city cleanout was shallow enough we could reach down and run the camera up the line from where the drain connects to the city cleanout. We ran camera 25’ up the line and found 2 bellies, and a break with a root intrusion up near the foundation wall. Sewer line pitch has been affected by what appears to be the home settling. Sewer line nearest the house has had all of the buried drain piping sink with the house and drain line is no longer running downhill in sections. We received approval to jet the sewer line. Went and retrieved mainline hydro jetter from our shop and returned. Jetted the roots with 3000 psi and cut the roots out of the pipe. This did restore flow to the drain for the time being, but this is a temporary fix. Jetting did not do anything to address the im

Customer supplied kitchen sink faucet Customer returned to install their customer supplied faucet that they purchased from Costco. They went with a nice sleek looking Kohler faucet. The faucet was installed on the countertop had to file away the granite because it wasn’t exactly the right size for the faucet so we went very gentle with the file to clean up the Edges of the faucet so it could sit flush once the faucet was installed, though there was no leaks there was enough pex pipe, for the supply lines in terms of length. In addition to that, they had a faucet in the laundry room that the nut on the top needed to be tightened up a little bit, so that’s exactly tightened up the nut as a courtesy and once that was complete there are no leaks of that faucet nor the kitchen sink faucet and the customer is all set. For this customer , I came out to the residence to take a look at a kitchen sink faucet that they are looking to get replaced they currently already have a Delta faucet and are looking to replace it with a new Delta faucet so therefore, I made sure that the connections underneath in terms of the service stop valves were in good condition which they are. They are quarter turn service stops on pecks pipe in addition to that in order for the new faucet to be installed. I needed to check the pressure to make sure that the pressure reducing valve is regulating properly so we don’t have any issues installing the new faucet and or problems long-term while we were checking out we took a look at the water heater. It’s a brand new water heater from 2022. It’s a hybrid electric looks great whoever installed it the furthermore we will be returning Wednesday the 12th in the morning to install the faucet.
