For this job, they have a three handle shower valve in both bathrooms upstairs the valves can be repaired however, we do not repair them anymore. We can only replace the three handle valves with a single handle valve to bring it up to code compliance. There are no access panels behind the walls due to the fact that the showers are both backed back in order for the proper replacements. We will have to cut a 4 x 5 square-foot section of tile to remove and relocate the shower valve to a higher location and also install the valve properly. Came out to rebuild two toilets. Two kohler toilets with aqua pistons. The fill valves were randomly not engaging and were slow to fill the toilets. We received approval to rebuild both. Replaced the fill valves and aqua piston gaskets. Dye tabbed both toilets to ensure no leaking on the flush valve seal. No further issue

No issue with the drain under the home or in the customers yard. Sewer line runs off the property back into the woods. There is a 6” city cleanout to the left of the customers fence. There are two breaks in the line with root intrusions. One break is at the sanitary tee on the side of the cleanout stack with roots getting in, second break is 12-13’ deep at the bottom of the cleanout. There is visible sign in the cleanout up by the cap that the line was backing up and depositing sewage debris along the sides of the pipe which indicates there was a back up. Sewer is not currently backing up, but will continue to occur unless root intrusion is addressed. Notified homeowner to contact the city/county water department first to see if this cleanout is their responsibility. Customer stated that master back toilet was backing up and nothing else in the house was backing up. Tested toilet, and indeed toilet was not flushing properly. As a courtesy ran toilet auger to clear stoppage. Tested by flushing toilet multiple times with tissue and didn’t notice any signs of backing up. Also in backyard ran camera from SRV valve to inspect sewer line and found two spots had root intrusion. Gave customer recommendations on solutions and will send estimates to do so. Chen membership is $19.95 a month Chen plumbing doesn’t warranty any drain cleaning.

Shut off water to unit and drained system removed both shower cartridges with new moen shower parts and new handle for shower with bad handle. Tested all work for proper operation and no leaks found after work completed

Remove 5 toilets and haul away. Furnish and install 5 new American standard toilets. If flange needs to be repaired or replaced, there will be an additional charge. Also replace 5 service valves, one for each toilet. Remove existing PRV furnish and install new three-quarter inch PRV with new main house shut off valve. Also install flow by Moen. Remove existing thermal, expansion tank, and furnished, and install new one with bracket. Did all quoted work and tested. No leaks present at this time. Help customer set up flow by moen app and set water pressure to 65 psi. Caulked around all toilets. Cleaned up work area. Also repaired flange as a courtesy.

Cody responded to a leaky faucet in my older home. Both bathrooms will need new faucets. He took pictures, made a detailed assessment and emailed an estimate. I had a lot of confidence in his projected plans for faucet replacement in both baths.

Alpharetta, GA - Customer had concerns over shower dripping. With customer’s permission, I removed the shower head to determine the severity of the drips. With the shower head on it filters reserve water trapped in the shower head and an accurate determination cannot be made. Water the shower arm for 2.5 minutes and saw no dripping. When I went to install the shower head back a drip of water did come out of the shower arm. Informed customer that she likely has a slow drip and it is due to the age and condition of the shower valve. Customer had concerns about a loose handle. Shower the customer that her whole shower valve is loose in the wall. Informed customer that we don’t offer repairs on that type of shower valve. Left a quote to replace the shower valve in each bathroom per customer request. Customer declined any work at this time.

Installed the new mantles as a courtesy, burned off the bulbs, and lit the new mantles for the customer. Gas lamp had no apparent issues. For this customer, we install a customer supplied Roman tub faucet in the master bathroom. We had to remove the board that goes in front of the actual tub kind of like an axis panel remove that and I told the customer that we are going to have to remove it to replace the faucet so that is exactly what we did was able to get the old faucet out how to cut off the old faucet because of the age got it all out and was able to properly get the new one installed It came with these flexible connections that are required with the faucet in addition to that put all the trim on correctly and everything together, so it would be proper. The customer went with an Olympia faucet after the installation I cleaned up with my shop vac all the dust and debris that was created in all the brush shavings and made sure everything was looking nice and new in addition to that the customer also had a half inch gate valve in the basement for a hose bib that he needed to be replaced so therefore that is exactly wh

Tested and no leaks present at this time. Lit water heater. There should be hot water in about 45min. Cleaned up work area.

Remove existing water heater and haul away. Furnish and install new 50 gallon gas water heater with new tank shut off and thermal expansion tank. Also install drip pan under heater. Did quoted work. Tested and no leaks present at this time. Lit water heater. There should be hot water in about 45min. Cleaned up work area.

The customer tried removing the cartridge, however, was unsuccessful and stripped out the cartridge. I recommended that we go ahead and replace it with a brand new valve and a Roman cartridge will have to remove the fiberglass panel in order to access the Roman tub valve, water pressure is at 75 pounds. They’re gonna need a water pressure reducing valve replaced at some point in addition to that their water heater is from 2006 and I highly recommend them to get that replaced as well. The customer will decide on what they wanna do. They also have a shut off valve for the rear hose bib that is leaking turned on recommended to get that replaced as well. The customer will be ordering a new faucet, but they will call us back to schedule when they would like to work done.

Informed customer the fill valve was bad and needed to be replaced. Gave customer estimate, customer approved estimate. We received approval to replace the disposal. Installed new Badger 1/2 hp disposal and replaced the mounting bracket. Filled sink up with water and drained to ensure no leaks and proper function of the unit. No further issue at this time. 1 year warranty.

Mr Shawn Bush initially presented initially to our home and diagnosed the issue timely and provided solutions (without any pressure). We agreed to the recommendations since we had ongoing issues with shower and heating etc. for a while. He explained everything in detail and was extremely professional and courteous and kind through every step of the way. He even brought us a case of water bottles since water had to be stopped for a few hours. Installed a new tankless water heater and filter system along with leakage monitoring for added peace of mind. Everything done very professionally and we couldnt be happier.
