Customer notice a leak from behind refrigerator after initial diagnostic check we found two three-quarter inch lines behind wall that were leaking. Replaced with new copper going through floor thoroughly test tested all work work tested and complete.

Today we did our annual inspection for this customer. The major things that came up on the report is the faucet in the bathroom the widespread in the master. They are really hard to turn so therefore, I recommended to get those replaced due to the age however, the customer doesn’t use that bathroom super super often so it wasn’t a major concern to him, and then the kitchen sink faucet has a small drip And it is hard to turn and turn off so those were the major things I had noticed during our inspection did not see a clean out visible. It might be underneath a bush. Water heater looks good. Water pressure is normal. There are no issues at this time of service.

Found upstairs restrooms stopped up. Found flange broken. Snaked drain to clear blockage. Replaced flange with new flange in upstairs hall restroom. Reset toilet and left in good working order.

Found handle on hall restroom tub&shower broken. Also tub was constantly running. Replaced moen 1222 cartridge and replaced moen handle for tub&shower. Tested and left in good working order.

Came out for a blockage on the basement bathroom. Customer has had this issue before and is aware of what is going on. He is going to replace the toilet himself. We pulled the toilet and ran the snake down the line and cleared the soft tissue blockage. Made customer aware of the sewage getting under the flooring from it backing up. Blockage due to an old toilet with a vent 90 rolled on its side 10’ down from the flange. Cleared the blockage and reset toilet. No further issue at this time.

Today I checked together with customer for high water bill problem , 4/ 24 we replaced a toilet upstair , customer still has high water usage after that day , today water meter has not moved or indication of any useage when no water is used, we verified is no any leaks on customer side of water meter , we recommend have customer to call the water department to do further investigation or possible replace faulty meter or could be faulty reading at this time.

Customer had a cross threaded hose bib on the right side of house, customer also wanted a hose bib in the back of the house. Replaced the hose bib on the side with a new hose bib. I installed a new hose bib off of where a thermal expansion valve was installed under the kitchen sink. Ensure a thermal expansion tank was present at the water heater. Tested all work to ensure proper function and no leaks. None were found. Customer paid by check #203

Customer stated that disposal was working. Was able to Unjam disposal and get it working. Customer wanted to replace unit because of age. Went ahead and install new garbage disposal and tested. Disposal is working as it should and no leaks present at this time. Cleaned up work area.

Customer called us out for leak in front of meter found line to be broken at PVC to metal connection. Replace with copper, tested line and insured no leaks. Everything is tested and complete.

Left multiple quotes to jackhammer slab and rough in a new bathroom in the basement

Hose spicket on side of garage is leaking and not functioning correctly. Will need to cut Sheetrock to access piping to replace hose spicket. Replace hose spicket and anchor to wall securely. Test for proper operation and clean up work space.

For this customer, I properly installed this gas water heater in the basement. The previous install was incorrect due to the fact that packs pipe which is plastic was on a gas water heater so therefore that needed to be removed immediately the previous plumber who installed this unit did not install a new thermal expansion tank and support it with a bracket so therefore since there was a lot that needed to be done, I recommended we basically just reinstall it with all new copper piping so that’s exactly what we did. We installed the pre-existing water heater with all brand. New copper piping disconnected the flex line for the gas so I have access to the unit. Installed a new quarter term ball valve before the thermal expansion tank and install that thermal expansion tank to the stud with a bracket Following that I installed all new copper piping for the cold inlet side additionally, re-piped the hot outlet side and then the temperature and pressure relief line was incorrect the previou

Came out for a PRV that was leaking out the top. 10 year old Apollo PRV leaking out the stem and bell. It was installed on its side. Water pressure went up 15 psi in a month from our last visit. Received approval to replace the PRV. Installed a watts 25 aub. Tested to ensure proper function a leak free installation. Today we did our annual win with Chen membership at this home. Here in Alpharetta took a look at everything plumbing wise. All three bathrooms took a look at the drainage system the water supply system. The customer doesn’t look like they have a clean out that I can see if it is it is covered in shrubbery Addition to that the water heater is from 2007. I didn’t recommend that we flushed the unit due to the fact that it is outside of the manufacturer warranty and addition to that it is 19 years old so therefore, I recommended a replacement of the unit brought up financing For what we can do for him. However, the customer has a gas leak on the flared connection to the supply line feeding the gas. The customer does not want to do anything at this moment. I had recommended to him that we get this gas leak fixed. It is on the flared connection of the sediment trap. The CUSTOMER does not want to do it at this time. For this job, they have a three handle shower valve in both bathrooms upstairs the valves can be repaired however, we do not repair them anymore. We can only replace the three handle valves with a single handle valve to bring it up to code compliance. There are no access panels behind the walls due to the fact that the showers are both backed back in order for the proper replacements. We will have to cut a 4 x 5 square-foot section of tile to remove and relocate the shower valve to a higher location and also install the valve properly. We would have to convert from a three handle to a single handle and gave the customer a couple different options of what we can do the customer is wanting to find a tile contractor before proceeding with the work just so that they would have one on standby for when it comes time to install the new tile so they can use their shower. Water pressure is fine at 50 psi, additionally the water heater is still from 2007. It looks like they got it fixed by handy

Remove existing Prv. Furnish and install new one. Customer had leaking Prv. Installed new Prv and tested. No leaks present at this time. Set water pressure to about 60 psi. Cleaned up work area.

Found leak on repair previously made by Chen Plumbing. Warranty call back. Replaced section of leaking pipe. Tested. No leaks found after work completed

Came out to rebuild two toilets. Two kohler toilets with aqua pistons. The fill valves were randomly not engaging and were slow to fill the toilets. We received approval to rebuild both. Replaced the fill valves and aqua piston gaskets. Dye tabbed both toilets to ensure no leaking on the flush valve seal. No further issue

No issue with work of previous technician. Water/sewage coming up from base of the toilet. We pulled the toilet and ran the sewer camera. No issue with the drain under the home or in the customers yard. Sewer line runs off the property back into the woods. There is a 6” city cleanout to the left of the customers fence. There are two breaks in the line with root intrusions. One break is at the sanitary tee on the side of the cleanout stack with roots getting in, second break is 12-13’ deep at the bottom of the cleanout. There is visible sign in the cleanout up by the cap that the line was backing up and depositing sewage debris along the sides of the pipe which indicates there was a back up. Sewer is not currently backing up, but will continue to occur unless root intrusion is addressed. Notified homeowner to contact the city/county water department first to see if this cleanout is their responsibility. Customer stated that master back toilet was backing up and nothing else in the house was backing up. Tested toilet, and indeed toilet was not flushing properly. As a courtesy ran toilet auger to clear stoppage. Tested by flushing toilet multiple times with tissue and didn’t notice any signs of backing up. Also in backyard ran camera from SRV valve to inspect sewer line and found two spots had root intrusion. Gave customer recommendations on solutions and will send estimates to do so. Customer stated that they wanted new house water filtration system installed. Customer already had water filtration system. Took a look at everything that is involved into installing new filtration system and sent customer quote to install Customer supplied water filtration system. At this time, customer didn’t want to proceed with any work.

Diagnosed leaking showers and not working properly, found issues tied to shower cartridges. Shut off water to unit and drained system removed both shower cartridges with new moen shower parts and new handle for shower with bad handle. Tested all work for proper operation and no leaks found after work completed

Remove 5 toilets and haul away. Furnish and install 5 new American standard toilets. If flange needs to be repaired or replaced, there will be an additional charge. Also replace 5 service valves, one for each toilet. Remove existing PRV furnish and install new three-quarter inch PRV with new main house shut off valve. Also install flow by Moen. Remove existing thermal, expansion tank, and furnished, and install new one with bracket. Did all quoted work and tested. No leaks present at this time. Help customer set up flow by moen app and set water pressure to 65 psi. Caulked around all toilets. Cleaned up work area. Also repaired flange as a courtesy.
