When trying to test alarm there was no response. I did bring in carbon monoxide tester and gas tester to verify, but no leaks present. Came out to look at a water heater. Homeowner directed me to the basement utility room where they had two 50 gallon water heaters. Upon initial inspection I found the tanks were from 2002, and the right tank was both leaking and had no pilot light. Homeowners elected to replace the water heater and selected a 75 gallon water heater. They also elected to install a flood stop system. Drained both of the old tanks and hauled away. Installed new water heater and tested to ensure proper function and a leak free install. No further issue at this time. 2 year warranty on labor and materials for water heater installation. Came out to give quote for the water heaters. Homeowner has two 50 gallon gas water heaters in the basement from 2002. Right tank is slowly leaking and completely inoperable. Pilot was out, I did not attempt to relight. Water pressure tested in the normal range inside the home. Left quote to remove the two 50 gallon tanks and install a 75 gallon gas water heater. Gave different options for flood prevention as well. Emailed quotes over. Homeowner wants to discuss the quote with her spouse before making any decisions.

Customer had leaking faucet offered small plumbing inspection reviewed water heater and pressure. Both water heater and PRV are very old in age, but PRV is still functioning. Picked up customer supplied faucet from supply house and installed kitchen faucet after installed check for leaks and proper function left additional quotes to address other issues as needed.

Today I cut pipe at second floor condensation drain , snake and cleared blockage , connected pipe back , tested with AC system on for about 10 mins , no more back up .

Diagnosed leak in ceiling. Checked all previous work from toilet install in master bathroom. No leaks found near or around toilet. Customer had coolray clear condensate drain lines a couple days prior. Cut ceiling where water was coming through. Located drain line through floor leaking. Located drain line upstairs and found condensate drain overflowing and causing leak below. Recommend calling coolray back to take care of issue. For this job, I installed a new Roman tub faucet in the bathroom master the previous faucet was leaking and the cartridge was seized from the inside, so what needed to be put in was a new valve body underneath and a new faucet trim kit as I was getting everything started, I had to cut a section of the tile. The customer only wanted me to cut this one square/rectangle so I was limited on space of how I can manipulate the pipes from them to all work in properly I went back with some pro press ball valves on the inside however, I didn’t have any other room to proper anything else nor could I get the solder torch inside of the cabinet Additionally, we ended up using supply lines to tack onto the mail adapters below the faucet with some quarter turn angle stops from below once everything was installed there are no leaks of any kind that I can see. As for the Ruffin valve, I had to cut the pipes to make it fit and re-solder everything back together at this time there are no leaks.

For this customer, they had American leak detection come out and take a look at an issue with a slab leak that they are experiencing they know for a fact that it is a hot water line in order to get everything installed and taken apart. I recommended the homeowner contact his insurance company on seeing if they would pay for the Excavation and gone back with the concrete put back. This customer is getting multiple bids for the work and seeing what they would like to do there’s no immediate fix that is necessary at the time. The customer has the water heater shut off valve turned off, so the hot water is not being used Supply different estimates of what we could do at this time. It’s an estimate only.

Sewer line backing up into basement upon arrival. Customer stated that the sewer line backed up and was dripping water in the basement. Informed customer we could run a camera to see if what was causing the backup. Gave customer estimate, customer approved estimate. Ran camera and found roots at 14 ft just outside of the house, customer had one section of cast iron left in the yard and it was from just outside the house to the cleanout. Informed customer the Fernco had separated off the pvc allowing roots to grow in. Informed customer the best fix would be to dig up the sewer line and replace the last bit of cast iron. Gave customer estimate, customer approved estimate. Dug up front yard by the house and replaced last section of cast iron with pvc. Made sure pvc was properly bedded in and had proper pitch. Flushed all the toilets and ran fixtures to make sure the water was making it past the cleanout. Water is flowing past the cleanout. Sewer line is no longer backing up and is working

Gave customer estimates to replace dual water heaters in basement. Customer wanted price on a tankless. Provide estimate for a Navien 240a tankless install. Replace 50 gallon water heater pressure reducing valve replacement Win with Chen This customer called us out for a leaky water heater, they had a hvac issue and they noticed they didn’t have hot water. I took a look at what the issue was. Leaking water heater. It was a Ao smith water heater from 2016 and it had leaked from the exhaust flue. So therefore the water heater needed to be replaced. The water heater wasn’t up to code compliance. We installed the new water up code, installed the thermal expansion tank with the bracket, added two shut off valves for the hot and cold side. New black iron drip leg, new pan, new gas line. After the installation was completed there is no gas nor water leaks. Additionally the water pressure for the house was too high, water pressure read at 110 psi. Typically an indicator for why the water heater failed. As result of the pressure being high we went with the replacement of the pressure regulator valve. Water pressure is back to normal at 55 psi. O

Came out for some leaking hose bibs. Customer decided to have the one next to the garage repaired. We removed the stem and swapped the gasket. Tested to ensure the leak was no longer occurring. Customer had already found the parts for the shower valves himself and replaced them. Hose bib in the back of the house was not leaking when we inspected it with the homeowner present. Water pressure tested in the normal range. No further issue at this time.

Customer has leak between the meter and the home, recommend to call national leak detection to locate and source the leak, i am unable to provide and estimate for a repair at this time due to the fact I’m unsure where the issue lies, additionally I provided estimates for replacement of the line from the meter to the home. Full bore option and a trenching option. No service fee, waived. At this time there are estimates for replacement not repair. A repair estimate can be made once the leak is located.

This customer, we installed a new gas line from the middle of where the other gas lines are in the TV room in the basement ran three-quarter inch track pipe down drilled a hole down and across through the stucco with the SDS and a holesaw stubbed out the new three-quarter inch pipe brought the track pipe up in half inch over for two gas lines in the Deck at a two brand new shut off valves, supported the pipe all the way through and through make sure to clean up all the messes that were created strap, the pipe properly tested all the piping to make sure that it was properly secured and no leaking that pipe is not leaking. The customer should be all set to use their brand new grill when they get it once complete there are no leaks. Once I was also complete I re-lit the customer’s gas water heater.
