Returned to install customer supplied shower valve and run drain line for shower. Installed customer supplied shower valve and ran 2 inch pvc drain line. Turned water on to check for leaks and ran shower to ensure drain is working properly. Shower and drain are working properly, no leaks upon departure

Performed win with Chen annual sewer line inspection. Ran camera from 2 way cleanout in front yard. Ran camera inside of home first and noticed slight belly about 10’ in. Pipe maybe has about 1/2”-3/4” standing water in belly, home is on slab and only way to permanently fix would be to bust up floors and correct pitch of drain pipe in ground.. Recommended customer use more water behind every flush. Ran camera towards the street and the pipe and pitch is perfect. No issues or concerns from cleanout to street. Cleaned workspace

Returned to repipe abs sewer line with pvc. Installed all new pvc up to the shower drains with 2 new flanges. Made sure all pipe had proper slope. Flushed toilets and ran all fixtures to ensure there was no leaks. Everything is flowing properly and no leaks upon departure. Will be returning Monday to rough in shower for separate job.

Returning Friday to complete the job. Customer paid 25%

Customer had sewer line stoppage. Ran machine pulled back roots. Ran camera to determine break in pipe allowing large amounts of root entering line a beginning of elevation drop. Gave customer option for spot repair. Customer did not agree with pricing and wanted to only pay for the beginning work. Informed customer line is not blocked at the moment but large roots are still within line.

Run a poly gas line in 3/4 from the meter and stub out near the bottom of the post by the lean to Will need to install two risers for the tie In connections Customer will trench and or dig the holes Dig up an area where there is a leak to see if we can repair it Repair water leak under slab For this customer, we came out to quote and install a gas line for the barbecue grill in the backyard. I gave the customer the option to trench the gas line himself and that’s exactly what he did so from there we installed a new poly gas line with risers next to the gas meter mega pressed a mail adapter to a union connection installed a new 1 inch shut off valve at the meter had to do some modifications at the meter once following that we spray-painted the necessary connections that were exposed to the elements following that we laid the pipe with a tracer wire so the line can be located in the future if need be installed new gas piping near the pergola in the backyard and install the half-inch

Came out for a broken shower valve. Arrived and found three handle shower valve stem had snapped off. No adequate access to replace valve without serious demolition. Customer elected to have shower valve rebuilt with no warranty. We notified home owner we cannot warranty repair due to three handle shower valve no longer being accepted by code. Left and purchased parts. Returned, installed, and tested to insure a leak free instillation. Customers had purchased their own handles for repair. Trim provided in rebuild kit was not compatible with new handles. We showed to home owner and they stated they were ok with it and elected for that over the handles from the kit. Camera and locate roots problem in the yard , jetting remove roots as much as possible

Replaced a bad 3” backwater valve

Cleared main line blockage from basement bathroom, found a bad 3” backwater valve need to be replaced, will come back tomorrow put new one , plumbing is good to use it now .

Upon arrival, customer stated they were noticing water hammering. Checked pressure, found pressure to be sitting around 90 psi. Informed customer we will need to replace pressure reducing valve. Customer approved estimate. Customer is also experiencing issue with shower handle. Found shower handle set screw to be broken off into cartridge. Informed customer we will need to replace cartridge and shower handle. Customer approved both estimates. Replaced whole home shut off and PRV with new 3/4 turn ball valve and new Watts 25AUBPRV. Also installed new Moen cartridge and Moen handle. No leaks at departure.

For this customer, we will be installing a gas poly gas line around the house and up near where the patio is with two gas risers and three-quarter inch stub through for a gas grill on the outside of the home the customer will be trenching. The line himself will be returning to install the gas line on Monday the 20th.

Customer stated that they needed ice maker box installed so that fridge can be punched all the way back. Gave customer quote and customer agreed. Went ahead and shut water off to home and cut Sheetrock. Installed new ice maker box. Turned water back on and tested. Everything tested fine with no leaks. Cleaned up work area.

Cap off two water line to upstairs shower , replaced 4 ft CPVC water line under the sink with new shut off valve

Upon arrival customer stated they can not flush guest toilet. After inspection, noticed flapper has corroded and chain has broken off. Provided customer with estimate to rebuild toilet. Customer denied estimate. Provided customer with estimate to replace flapper. Customer approved estimate. Replaced flapper. No leaks at departure.

High water bill upon arrival. Customer stated her water bill has gotten high so she shut her water off. After turning water on noticed two toilets running constantly and the PRV had failed causing high pressure. Informed customer we would need to rebuild both toilets and replace the PRV in order to fix the issue, gave customer estimate, customer approved estimate. Rebuilt hallway and guest bathroom toilet and replaced the PRV and the whole home shutoff. Turned water back on to check for leaks and found no leaks. Customer no longer has a leak in the house. No leaks upon departure

Call for concern of gas or exhaust leak. Arrived and found that the carbon dioxide and fire alarm has died. I also pointed out another one not working on the ceiling. When trying to test alarm there was no response. I did bring in carbon monoxide tester and gas tester to verify, but no leaks present. I recommend a contractor or electrician to verify placement and replacement requirements for fire alarm system in the home,

Returning Thursday to rebuild two toilets and replace the PRV with a whole home shutoff

Came out to look at a water heater. Homeowner directed me to the basement utility room where they had two 50 gallon water heaters. Upon initial inspection I found the tanks were from 2002, and the right tank was both leaking and had no pilot light. Homeowners elected to replace the water heater and selected a 75 gallon water heater. They also elected to install a flood stop system. Drained both of the old tanks and hauled away. Installed new water heater and tested to ensure proper function and a leak free install. No further issue at this time. 2 year warranty on labor and materials for water heater installation. Came out to give quote for the water heaters. Homeowner has two 50 gallon gas water heaters in the basement from 2002. Right tank is slowly leaking and completely inoperable. Pilot was out, I did not attempt to relight. Water pressure tested in the normal range inside the home. Left quote to remove the two 50 gallon tanks and install a 75 gallon gas water heater. Gave different options for flood prevention as well. Emailed quotes over. Homeowner wants to discuss the quote with her spouse before making any decisions.

Customer had leaking faucet offered small plumbing inspection reviewed water heater and pressure. Both water heater and PRV are very old in age, but PRV is still functioning. Picked up customer supplied faucet from supply house and installed kitchen faucet after installed check for leaks and proper function left additional quotes to address other issues as needed.
