Sewer line backing up into basement upon arrival. Customer stated that the sewer line backed up and was dripping water in the basement. Informed customer we could run a camera to see if what was causing the backup. Gave customer estimate, customer approved estimate. Ran camera and found roots at 14 ft just outside of the house, customer had one section of cast iron left in the yard and it was from just outside the house to the cleanout. Informed customer the Fernco had separated off the pvc allowing roots to grow in. Informed customer the best fix would be to dig up the sewer line and replace the last bit of cast iron. Gave customer estimate, customer approved estimate. Dug up front yard by the house and replaced last section of cast iron with pvc. Made sure pvc was properly bedded in and had proper pitch. Flushed all the toilets and ran fixtures to make sure the water was making it past the cleanout. Water is flowing past the cleanout. Sewer line is no longer backing up and is working

Gave customer estimates to replace dual water heaters in basement. Customer wanted price on a tankless. Provide estimate for a Navien 240a tankless install. Customer stated he will need to do more research and talk over. Model number for 50 gal gas water heater: PROG50-38N RH60 Tankless: Navien 240a

Replace 50 gallon water heater pressure reducing valve replacement Win with Chen This customer called us out for a leaky water heater, they had a hvac issue and they noticed they didn’t have hot water. I took a look at what the issue was. Leaking water heater. It was a Ao smith water heater from 2016 and it had leaked from the exhaust flue. So therefore the water heater needed to be replaced. The water heater wasn’t up to code compliance. We installed the new water up code, installed the thermal expansion tank with the bracket, added two shut off valves for the hot and cold side. New black iron drip leg, new pan, new gas line. After the installation was completed there is no gas nor water leaks. Additionally the water pressure for the house was too high, water pressure read at 110 psi. Typically an indicator for why the water heater failed. As result of the pressure being high we went with the replacement of the pressure regulator valve. Water pressure is back to normal at 55 psi. O

Came out for some leaking hose bibs. Customer decided to have the one next to the garage repaired. We removed the stem and swapped the gasket. Tested to ensure the leak was no longer occurring. Customer had already found the parts for the shower valves himself and replaced them. Hose bib in the back of the house was not leaking when we inspected it with the homeowner present. Water pressure tested in the normal range. No further issue at this time.

Customer has leak between the meter and the home, recommend to call national leak detection to locate and source the leak, i am unable to provide and estimate for a repair at this time due to the fact I’m unsure where the issue lies, additionally I provided estimates for replacement of the line from the meter to the home. Full bore option and a trenching option. No service fee, waived. At this time there are estimates for replacement not repair. A repair estimate can be made once the leak is located.

This customer, we installed a new gas line from the middle of where the other gas lines are in the TV room in the basement ran three-quarter inch track pipe down drilled a hole down and across through the stucco with the SDS and a holesaw stubbed out the new three-quarter inch pipe brought the track pipe up in half inch over for two gas lines in the Deck at a two brand new shut off valves, supported the pipe all the way through and through make sure to clean up all the messes that were created strap, the pipe properly tested all the piping to make sure that it was properly secured and no leaking that pipe is not leaking. The customer should be all set to use their brand new grill when they get it once complete there are no leaks. Once I was also complete I re-lit the customer’s gas water heater.

Came back out to his customers house to take a look at the kitchen sink faucet that we had previously looked at The kitchen sink faucet recommended to swap the faucet and potentially both hot and cold angle stops for the pressure to come back. Show the difference in prices for the repair versus replacing with a customer supplied option. The customer will get back in touch with us on when they would like to do the work they have another project that they will be working on as well. At this time. It’s just an estimate only would be CUSTOMER to decide on what they would like to do and how they would like to move forward.

Sneaked out the drain upstairs bathroom master CUSTOMER had already pulled the toilet and said that he would set the toilet back so that’s why I charge this price. The customer has a few different bellies off the main stack with the lateral lines going towards the main stack at a certain point I couldn’t go past 38 feet went into some water. However, the customer wants to keep an eye on it if anything changes will come back out and take a second look at this time. The sewer line is clean and clear. The customer’s all set to put his toilet back.

This customer replaced the boiler drains for the washing machine valves. The Home Depot came to install the washing machine however they looked at the valves and they could not get the washing machine hoses off so they recommended to call a plumber to get the valves in order the way that it came out of the valve box Was damaged so I had to get creative on how to attach the new valves so that is exactly what I did, but also more importantly it was on soft copper so I had to cut it on a straight piece of pipe in order to get the proper connection straight and aligned. The valves currently are higher than one other, so I was unable to get it flush on the cold side like the hot side is however I didn’t say for that flex Once installed there are no leaks. The customer is all set to have Home Depot come back and install the washing machine the customer is all set at this time. There are no leaks was not able to check pressure due to the hose bib being broken so therefore I recommend getting

Customer had a few corrugated drain lines outside that need cleaning. Explain to customer about ways of cleaning that specific piping with Hydro jet. Also offered plumbing inspection for Customer’s home. Customer needed to return to a meeting. Will be sending quotes.

Fill valve in master restroom was not operating properly. Replaced fill valve for master restroom toilet with new supply line. Caulked base of toilet as a courtesy. Tested and left in good working order.

Came out to this CUSTOMER’s house to look at a few different things first of all ants in the shower can’t really help the ant thing however the shower valve that they currently have is definitely older unable to source the parts for that specific model so therefore I recommended to replace the shower if they plan on remodeling the shower I recommended to go ahead and replace the shower valve when the wall is all open. Additionally, there were garbage disposal was showing some rust on the bracket and the drain line that they had attached was a slinky, style tubular extension I recommended we actually hard pipe that the right way additionally, the kitchen sink water pressure was low. I turned off and turned the angle stop back on and it seemed to fix the pressure issue. I think the valve at some point that stuck to furthermore, their water heater was replaced in 10 years ago and some sort of water automatic shut off valve was installed however they no longer make it so I recommended we g

Came out to quote running a gasline for the grill. Customer already had an old gas line stubbed through the wall but it was turned off. We added a new isolation valve and ran trac pipe through the wall. Installed a new deck plate in the desired location coming up through the back deck. Pressure tested gas line for 15 minutes to confirm no drop in pressure. We also replaced the 10 year old water heater while we were here. Brought the installation up to code and tested to ensure a leak free installation and proper function. Left quote to replace the old water service. Customer will need county to locate the water meter before we can replace the water service. Service line will need to be sleeved as it is running through the septic tank/drain field. No further issue at this time.

Customer wanted hose bib installed on the front of the house gave customer estimate and the customer approved the estimate. Found old water line that had been capped off and tied back into it and added a 1/2 shut off valve and stubbed out water line for hose bib underneath front porch. Hose bib is working and no leaks upon departure.

Performed win with Chen annual plumbing inspection. Left estimate for toilet rebuild. Also customer stated hearing whistling from shower when water running. Traced issue to shower cartridge. Recommend starting with replacing shower cartridge to resolve issue as a first step. Left estimate

Customer stated that there was a leak under kitchen sink coming from service valve. Gave customer options as far as repairs that were needed. Also found that water pressure was at 120 psi. At this time, customer didn’t want to proceed with any work.

This customer came out to their residence to swap out the water heater and the pressure reducing valve so that is exactly what we did. We installed a new press ball valve in the crawlspace along with a new what’s 25AUB pressure reducing valve additionally we installed a new 50 gallon tall water heater with pan pan installed a new gas wax line per code. Additionally, we also installed a new sediment trapaddition to that we installed a new thermal expansion tank with the bracket supported by the post in the garage following that installed a new press ball valve there as well after that was complete. Returned and replaced thermal expansion tank with a new strapped bracket to the wall. Cut out saddle valve and installed a new tee. Ran a new pex line from the tee through the floor to the new box. Bled air from the refrigerator line. Bled air for the home. Tested all work to ensure proper function and no leaks.
