Returned today to install new pump and lid. Well taking off old lip I noticed the basin was not the correct basin for sewage and was an corrugated basin. Informed customer we would have to replace the basin. Gave customer estimate. Customer approved estimate. Dug out old basin and installed the new basin. Installed new pump and lid as well as back filling. Tested all system and system working properly with no leaks or issues.

Homeowner had water puddling in the basement behind a wall for the Airbnb. Ran dishwasher, sink, and washing machine. Only found the dishwasher itself to be leaking. Found no blockages at this time in the standpipe for washing machine two cause of overflow from the drain. Advised homeowner to get an appliance repair technician to take care of the dishwasher leak. Advised to monitor after dishwasher is fixed for any other possible issues .

Kitchen sink was reportedly slow to drain and gurgling. Customer stated water was backing up while the master bathroom shower was being used. Ran water from both fixtures for awhile. No sign if any back up. Kitchen sink drain was s trapped, and had no vent on the vertical line after the trap. Dishwasher drain tied in before the trap. Cut out accordion drain and pipe in new AAV and p trap. While we were working, noticed pex b fitting randomly cracked and started leaking. Leak kept slowly progressing worse and worse. Shut down water and cut out the fitting. Fitting’s l,as tic was so fragile it could be broken with 1 finger. Turned water back on and heard water running in crawlspace. Found that another pex b fitting on the same hot line in the crawlspace had cracked and was also now leaking. We cut out both plastic fittings and replaced with brass. Tested new drain install and found that the sink strainer was also leaking. Disassembled and found the metal threads had been completely sheer

Upon arrival customer stated she was getting a new fridge and wanted an ice maker line. Informed customer we would not be able to install an ice maker box but instead add a tee and stop on the cold water line under the sink. As well as drilling holes in cabinets to run fridge supply line. Gave customer estimate. Customer approved estimate. I cut cold water line and add in the new tee and new stop. Fridge is coming with a 12 foot supply line that will be connected to the stop. Tested all systems and all systems working properly with no leaks or issues

Ran flex shaft after diagnosing drain issue from underneath kitchen sink to clear blockage.

Emergency drain cleaning call in Decatur resolved successfully. Kitchen sink and dishwasher weren't draining - found major grease blockage in main line. Customer was worried they had a leak on the domestic line, arrived and proceeded to do pressure drop test, did not find any drop in pressure, shut off water inside of crawlspace and left meter on ,muddy area is occurring in front of meter however, meter shows no movement, spotted meter for over 20 minutes, recommended we camera line to ensure there was no buried clean out and stoppage was not Causing water to show up in lawn, Scoped Sewer line and found no major stoppage. However, we did Inadvertently unclog a soft tissue stoppage that was forming while running camera.Most of sewer line has belly which may clog in the future informed homeowner.

Replaced two widespread faucets, and upstairs bathroom and fill valve in master bathroom toilet

Irrigation check valve shut off and solenoid valves were mistaken for potential PRV buried in the yard. Unable to locate PRV. Installed new three-quarter inch PRV on mainline with limited access. Tested for leaks.

Replaced blue poly water service line from meter to crawl space

Customer called because shower/tub. Combo cartridge was leaking however, it was not leaking while we were at residence Informed customer best action moving forward is to replace when it gets worse, While doing our evaluation, customer pointed out leaking cast-iron pipe. Inform customer cast-iron pipe is prone to leaking due to the age of the house and pipe replaced the section after customer approved thoroughly tested work is complete.

Upon arrival customer stated sewerage ejection pump was making humming noise and would not stop so they unplugged it. Plugged it back up and ran water to try to get it to pump. Pump turns on but does not pump out sewer water. Also was getting a very strong sewer smell while testing. Informed customer that the lid and pump would need to be replaced. Gave customer two estimates one with membership and the other without the membership. Customer stated she would talk it over with husband tonight.

Customer stated that they wanted cast iron replaced in slab due to backing up issue that a previous plumber mentioned. Opened clean out in yard and sewer backed up. Gave customer verbal price to run snake to attempt to clear stoppage. At this time customer wants to see if city would do anything.

With his job customer wanted various items looked at and repaired if needed, replace PRV, capped off hose bib, replaced washing machine box, replaced icemaker box, redid P-trap underneath bathroom sink, as well as camera the mainline from clean out inside garage to Main in Street notice no irregularities or issues, Thoroughly tested all work for leaks. Nothing is leaking work is tested and complete. (Not responsible for Sheetrock repair)

Replaced homeowner supplied water heater. Tested without leaks or failures at time of service.

Upon arrival customer stated that the dishwasher was leaking and there was a leak upstairs showing on the ceiling in kitchen. Ran dishwasher to try to get it to leak. It was draining properly with no leaks. Informed customer that we could have restoration come out and cut a hole in the ceiling to make sure the subfloor was okay. Gave customer estimate to run camera in cast iron drains to make sure line are not scaled. Also gave customer estimate to Jett cast iron drain lines. Customer also wanted estimate to replace all the cast iron in the home.

Replace sewage ejection pump. Cut drywall multiple places, unable to locate pressure reducing valve. Previous owner of home is a neighbor and customer would like to confirm with them before further cutting and replacement.

Upon arrival customer wanted estimate to replace 50 gallon gas water heater. Gave customer two estimates one with a membership and one without. Customer approved estimate for membership and water heater. Installed new ball value, new thermal expansion tank, new drain pan, and new 50 gallon gas water heater. Tested systems and systems are back running with no leaks.

Upon arrival customer stated they had a toilet running. Gave customer estimate to replace the flapper. Customer approved estimate. Installed new flapper. Tested multiple times with customer. All systems working properly with no leaks. Also leaving estimate for water heater.
