Client called us out today due to both upstairs bathroom showers leaking when the shower head was run. They are back to back and the master is an all tile shower, backed up to the 1 piece fiberglass tub/shower for the hall bathroom. To replace that hall bath shower valve, we would have to remove the fiberglass shower as it is all 1 piece, then replace the shower valve, then either install new fiberglass tub/shower, or client could do something different like tile through a different contractor at their expense of course. Left estimate to perform that work with client. Today we cut the Sheetrock in the hallway closet behind the master bathroom shower valve, and replaced the leaking valve with new delta single handle shower valve and replaced all the cpvc piping for the old valve with new Pex a water pipe and fittings. The old valve had the water lines crossed, so we flipped them back how they should be. Screwed the new shower valve and new drop ear 90 for the shower head to pieces of

Found rear hose bib was not shutting off all the way, was leaking from the packing nut, and was heavily corroded. Gave price to replace hose bib as well as a price to replace hose bib with a new isolation valve in the crawlspace. I let the homeowner know about the bricks and had sealed with sealant as best as I could.

Replace both washing machine shut off valves
Customer had me back out after the water damage in the kitchen was remediated. Now that demo is complete we could see the line. Customer requested that I replace the waste line in the wall going to the vertical stack instead of rerouting. I informed customer that there is still some cast left in the wall if we do that repair and it isn’t advisable. Customer understands the inherent risk of leaving the cast in the wall and wanted to move forward with the repair that was requested. Also made customer aware that the height of the line can’t be changed and customer understood. Repaired the line and installed a utility sink for Reliable. Tested all work to ensure proper function and no leaks.

Matthew came out to flush out my tankless water heater yesterday. Can't say enough good things about his service - passionate about what he does, friendly, efficient, and incredibly knowledgeable. Matthew also took a look at a couple of other items that I had questions about and left me with some thoughtful insight about additional preventive work we need to consider. I plan to approve that estimate in the next couple days. I really hope gets to come back out to do the work - 5+ stars.
Hey David, thank you for the thoughtful review! We’re so glad to hear Matthew made such a strong impression—he really does care about doing things the right way. We appreciate you trusting us with your home and look forward to helping with the next phase of work.
