Replaced the left-side basket strainer on the kitchen sink due to wear and leaks. Removed the old strainer, cleaned the sink opening, and installed a new, stainless-steel strainer with a secure seal to ensure a leak-free fit.

Customer had shower cartridge replaced recently and had only hot water coming out. Angle stop by toilet upstairs was also leaking. Performed cartridge diagnostics and found that cartridge was installed backwards. Flipped the cartridge after reassembly (cartridge had come apart in the valve). Tub spout was leaking when tested. As a courtesy to customer due to other work being performed, only added the cost of the shower cartridge for replacement. Adjusted the temperature in the cartridge to customer preference and confirmed that the max hot it was set to was a comfortable temperature. Customer confirmed temperature.Replaced angle stop and toilet supply by upstairs toilet, tested all work to ensure proper function and no leaks. None were found. Tested house pressure to ensure safe pressure to the home. Pressure is in safe range at 60 psi.

Customer had two handle Gerber shower that was having temperature control issues. Rebuilt the handles as a first step. Attempted to change the seats and couldn’t safely remove them. Finished rebuild and the temperature was correct. Had customer test to confirm. Caulked trim and caulked the shower arm escutcheon at customer's request. Customer wants a new toilet, round bowl, right height. Recommended customer go to showroom to find the exact toilet they want. Left price for customer supplied toilet. If customer wants us to order the toilet after it’s picked we can, will just have to add stocking fee plus cost of toilet.

Turn off gas to home and bleed out line before cutting half inch gas line. Use mega press to attach threads to the end of line before drilling up through floor and cabinetry. Drill through wall and work line through wall, cabinetry, and flooring from crawlspace to connect to water heater.

Customer had water heater they informed me that Chen Plumbing installed in 2021. The pilot wouldn’t stay lit and had been relit multiple times. Coordinated with management and gave a warranty replacement price for replacing the gas valve. Tested house pressure at 83 psi, which is high. Replaced the prv and set pressure in a safe range at 55 psi. Installed customer provided kitchen faucet. Cautioned customer not to have items on or against the lines for the plumbing under the sink. Tested all work to ensure proper function and no leaks, none were found. Water heater stayed lit for over 2 hours and the tank fully recovered hot water.

Arrived on property to assess issue with toilet making squealing noise, I went ahead and checked PSI to make sure it wasn’t an underlying issue, PSI @ 50. Just based off the old age of the toilet parts I recommended us to do a minor repair so we replaced the fill valve, flapper and supply line. No more noise, toilet back up and working normally.

Finished up an install of a a whole-home reverse osmosis (RO) filtration system to provide clean, filtered water throughout the house. First, I shut off the main water supply and identified the optimal location for the RO system, near the main water line. After mounting the unit, I connected the pre-filter, membrane, and post-filter components, ensuring all connections were secure and leak-free. I then connected the system to the main water supply and installed a dedicated drain line for proper wastewater removal. After installation, I tested water flow and pressure, ensuring the system was filtering efficiently and providing purified water to all fixtures.
