Came out for a broken pipe. Cast iron stack broken behind a reta8ning wall all the way underground. We replaced the dry broken section today to restore service to the upstairs for the weekend. Multiple significant other issues going on with the drain further down the line. We’re coming back Monday to finish replacing the line inside the basement, will also be digging up and replacing another 30’ of pipe outside the home.
Customer had us replaced disposal, February 2024. Disposal was not working properly and stopped up. removed water from sink, then removed P-trap to find large amounts of carrots which inevitably killed motor and caused disposal to leak internally. Acknowledging short age gave, small discount in good faith after replacing disposal, checked for leaks, and proper function, also explained to customer About better usage conditions for disposal. Also checked pressure of home. Found pressure to be at 85. PSI
Superior customer service. Great technician. Highly recommend Cody A!!
Customer had drain clog in master bath sink on right. Removed ptrap and ran small machine into drainline approximately 15 ft before clearing. Was unable to determine what caused issues. Ran water and filled sink to ensure for prop drainage function. Gave pricing for other repair options
Customer had AGL out to check gas. AGL also cleared the gas for the units. Spoke with Rinnai on the phone and determined an EZ connect cable. Found damaged venting for the left unit that is coding. Isolated the unit and will return to repair when parts arrive.
Customer had stoppage affecting double bowl kitchen sink, customer put too much of something down drainage. Cleared line then filled sink multiple times to ensure drainage line was clear. Gave options for other work as well.
Two handle shower valve had constant leak on it. Customer did not want to replace it, and we would not have been able to cleanly replace it due to a soap holder that was tiled into the shower. Customer elected to just rebuild the shower valve with no warranty. We took the valve apart, went to handy ace and matched the stems and purchased a rebuild kit, returned and installed it. No further issue at this time. NO WARRANTY.
Return to install tankless water heater and pressure regulating valve. Removed two failed water heaters, along with a significant amount of corroded copper pipe. Installed Navien gas tankless water heater with recirculating capability, and crossover tee in master bathroom left side vanity. Replaced main shut off and pressure regulating valve. Tankless included adjusting and reworking gas line and valve. New exhaust line ran. Reworked significant portion of copper pipe. New shut off valve for humidifier line Cleaned site and removed as much water as possible.
Removal of water heater no reconnection replacement of thermal expansion tank. This customer, he had a cold side nipple that was starting to rust out due to corrosion and oxidation on the cold side of the second water heater that water heater had tripped at some point causing the water heater not to work so what I recommended is that we isolate this water heater and if the customer would like to reconnect it at some point we can do that however, the customer wanted us to install a 5 gallon expansion tank in case they want to go back with a another water heater so that’s exactly what we did stop the thermal expansion tank to the water heater with a bracket so it’s nice and secure redid everything in packs B and the customer is all set capped the hot and cold lines for the other water heater kept the power connected however did not turn the breaker on due to the fact of a potential electrical issue within the water heater and or the electrical . Water pressure is at 55 psi charge the th
Customer called us out for no gas and fireplace on right side of house determine the gas was shut off via the manifold in the main house turned on on gas and re-lit fireplace. Everything is working as intended at this time. Reinstalled stopper for sink in second story room thoroughly tested to make sure proper assembly was working as intended work is tested and complete.
Customer had a stoppage in the main line from what appears to be a soft tissue stoppage. Toilet overflowed and flooded sewage into the basement and under the walls into the garage. Informed customer our first step would be to pull the toilet and determine next steps based on the camera inspection. Depth of work is noted below. Ran camera and pushed through a soft tissue stoppages under the slab in cast iron piping to give temporary relief in the first 50 feet of the line. Ran into more soft tissue further in the line (around 50 feet from the flange in the basement). Priced to dig in yard and access concrete piping because the line is concrete and can’t safely clear that blockage without risking harm to the concrete. Will have to return tomorrow to perform work for signed estimate to access pipe, repair the section, and determine the health and any necessary work on the line past the point of obstruction. Waived quoted work today for camera and pull and reset of toilet. Made customer aw
CUSTOMER come out and take a look at replacing her kitchen sink faucet that she had supplied. The current configuration is a single hole with supply lines that require half inch supply lines additionally off of the stops however, the current configuration is the integrated shut off valves that have the half inch Adapters on them. However, in order to install the faucet that the customer is supplying, we would have to replace the angle stops and the supply lines in order to make the faucet work properly in addition that she had a toilet that was constantly running, so therefore I gave her a couple different options on if we can replace the toilet or rebuild the toilet But during my thorough diagnosis when checking the water pressure the pressure would drop 30 pounds when the toilet was flushed during the drop test indicating failure of the pressure reducing valve so therefore I recommend replacing the pressure reducing valve along with that the water heater is from 2006 so that will be
Came out for a clogged shower and a kitchen faucet having temperature issues. We snaked the shower with a flex shaft drain cleaner. Removed large hair blockage and cleaned out all of the soap scum. We ran water at the kitchen sink and found it would start cold, turn hot, and randomly change back and forth from hit and cold when the cold water was ran. We went down to the unfinished basement and felt the cold piping back to the water heater. Found the swing check valve at the water heater was allowing hot water to travel up the cold water line and mix into the cold water system. Received approval to replace it. Cut out the old swing check and found the door inside was stuck wide open and this was causing the issue. Replaced with a spring check valve, no further issue at this time.
Customer called us out yesterday initially for a leaking drain line after thorough investigation. We could not determine any leaks on the drain line or recreate issue , however, we did notice old galvanized piping. That was corroded, line was feeding the toilet. Customer wanted to replace line in wall and come up from Subfloor while we were doing our investigation. We found water pressure to be extremely high at 110 psi gave customer options to replace PRV thermal expansion tank and reroute waterline. Customer approved performed all work mentioned above to a professional standard. Everything is working as attended upon departure.
Replace garbage disposal This job replaced the kitchen garbage disposal. The house is six years old, and the customer used the garbage disposals all the time. However, the customer has been not living in the home for about eight months now because they are selling the home the garbage disposal just hums whenever you try to use it so therefore try to see if it was jammed, however it was not jammed so it is indicating a garbage disposal failure so therefore, I recommended to do a replacement of the same one during my thorough diagnosis. It took a look at the water heater. Everything is good on the water heater however the pressure whenever a toilet is flushed the pressure drops 10 pounds it drops from 50 to 40 pounds. I recommended to get the pressure reducing valve replaced as it’s at end of life at this time. The customer opted out of replacing the pressure reducing valve due to the fact that it was not in the seller agreement at this time, the garbage disposal is replaced and there’
Came out for a sewer smell in the bathroom. Upon inspecting, we did not notice a sewer smell, more of a musty smell in the bathroom. Visually inspected the plumbing above and below, no issue. We found the vent into the attic had no vent and was exhausting into the insulation. Notified homeowner of our findings. Gave quote to smoke test the house if the issue persists. Believe it is due to moisture getting trapped in the ceiling and not from the plumbing.
Replaced PRV and shut off valve in basement. Set new pressure to 65 psi. No further issue.
Very professional! Always on time and thorough.

Call for leaking water heater. Arrived and met with Mrs. Zhu. She showed me two water heaters in the basement. One is 30 years old, and another is 12 years old. When inspecting the water pressure, I found it to be over 115psi at approximately 3pm on a weekday. Safe range is 40-75psi. Anything over 80 results in damage to plumbing system and home. When inspecting the water heaters I found multiple issues and concerns. Both units are actively dripping from the interior tanks, resulting in water accumulation on the floor. There is also a dripping tee on the copper line, a saddle tap fitting with significant corrosion, a small gas failure, a leaking thermal expansion tank. All issues will be resolved with water heater replacement. Pressure regulating valve is located in ceiling in room to right of bottom of the stairs. I also discussed options to help address copper pipe pinhole leaks, and I believe a whole house water filter is a good option to help decrease continued corrosion. I

Technician was thorough. Provided detailed descriptions of issues and fixes.
Replaced customer supplied kitchen faucet cartridge, and replaced handheld shower sprayer with customer supplied sprayer. No further issue.
Customer had a new toilet already purchased, and wanted us to replace the hall bedroom bathroom toilet. Replaced the toilet with the one supplied, hauled off old toilet. Left quote for water heater/expansion tank. Water pressure was in the normal range, but the expansion tank had a blister from where it has rusted through. No further issue at this time.
For this job the customer decided to sign up for the membership. I’d recommend replacing his water heater due to various code issues, 18in copper code, venting not secure, expansion tank not supported, no aluminum pan. With those issues I recommend replacing the unit rather than fixing those issues. Water pressure is at 60psi. Customer has two clean outs
Came out for a high pitched noise coming from a downstairs bathroom when upstairs toilet was flushed. We ran water from every fixture upstairs and downstairs, no noise. Checked the water pressure, no issue on the water pressure. Was unable to recreate the noise to figure out where it was coming from. Customer said it has happened randomly a few times over the last month but hasn’t happened for the last week. Recommended she try and record the noise should it happen again and check the crawlspace to see if the noise is louder under there. Left quote for water heater as it is from 2010.
