Customer had a blockage in tub shower drain. Accessible 2 inch cast-iron. P-trap was cut out and replaced with PVC. Blockage was just after P-trap. Tested thoroughly with no leaks.
I appreciate that Eric was able to quickly diagnose and explain the issue. Additionally, he was able to show me how to us the Flo app to keep an eye on the water pressure.
For this job, I worked on getting the garbage disposal to work. Customer will order new air switch and call us back.

Diagnose customer issues and fixture install for new tub. Estimates given for all of work.
Customer has 2 garbage disposals one on main sink one on island sink. One disposal leaking and the other one blades are broke. Gave customer estimate to replace both customer approved estimate. Installed 2 new garbage disposals tested systems, systems are working with no leaks or issues. Also left customer estimate for Chen supplied toilet and customer supplied toilet. Customer is picking toilet out and will call us when they get one.
Returned after speaking with customer on the phone about the next step for the issue upstairs. Had been here previously for intermittent hot water. The tankless unit hadn’t been serviced in 5 years. Had flushed the system with descaler and ran hot water for 5-10 minutes in basement and had consistent hot water the whole time. Made customer aware that if this didn’t work, additional steps may be necessary to correct the issue and briefly outlined what that may look like. Customer called back because they were having the same issue, specifically upstairs, and mainly in the primary bath. The other upstairs shower was still affected. Returned and ran water with customer to recreate the issue. Felt the shower going cold, isolated the crossover tee under the sink, and the hot water stabilized in the shower. Confirmed the temperature fluctuation with customer to ensure what I was seeing was the issue they were previously having. Replaced the grundfos crossover tee, the cold supply line, and a
Snaked master bath shower, bath tub in the hall bathroom, camera’d line to ensure no immediate issues that needed addressing. Hall bathroom tub has a cast iron drain. Too much scale. Was not able to snake past it. Left quote to redo junction.
Water heater leaking and toilet leaking from base upon arrival. Toilet in the bathroom near kitchen was leaking from base, and then water heater leaking in basement. Gave customer both estimates. Customer approved toilet to be repaired. The water heater has to go through the customers attorney for approval. Tested toilet, toilet is working with no leaks.
Customer had replacement hose for Kohler kitchen faucet. Upon inspection, determined it was the wrong hose for the faucet. Offered customer the option to find and replace the hose. Customer informed me it needed to be working by Saturday. Given the time restrain, suggested replacing the faucet. Installed customer provided faucet and rebuilt Kohler toilet in bathroom behind the kitchen. Tested all work to ensure proper function and no leaks.

Kitchen faucet has no hot water. Gave customer estimate to inspect faucet. Found clogged supply line filter. Removed filter after flushing system into a bucket. Out everything back together system is now working and producing hot water. No issues or leaks upon departure
Excellent and Outstanding Service
Customer had toilet and middle hall bath backing up. Ran water in the bathroom to ensure it wasn’t a branch stoppage toilet started gurgling and shower started filling up indicating a whole bathroom stoppage pulled toilet and ran flex shaft to clear stoppage, consisting of wipes. Restored flow to the drains and reset toilet with new flanged wax seal due to a lead flange being present. Tested toilet to ensure proper function.
Hunter came in and identified the problem (clogged drain line), and chose the least obtrusive way to solve it, which meant no cutting pipes etc … I would recommend Chen plumbing again.
Washing machine valve leaking upon arrival. Also leaking stop under double vanity upstairs. Gave customer estimate to replace washing machine box and valves and stop upstairs. Customer approved estimate. Installed new washer box and valves. Also replaced stop. Tested all systems, systems are working with no leaks or issues.
Gave estimate for replacement of kitchen faucet. Replaced three-quarter inch pressure valve and 2.1 gallon thermal expansion tank.
Was not a leaking shower head, the cartridge was bad. Was just dripping out of the shower head constantly. Replaced the cartridge and this corrected the issue. Water pressure tested at 69 psi. No issue there. No further issue at this time.

Customer has need for filter replacement for washing machine on a stacked unit. Customer needs gas disconnected for safe install. Gave pricing and recommendations for work which includes safe capping the line after the stop for safety reasons. Customer is opting to decline service at this time and will attempt work first. Left quotes to disconnect and a discounted price to return and reattach.

Ran meter from roof. Could not make it past 40 foot so I ran flex shaft and pulled back wipes. After pulling back wipes ran jetter and cleared sewer line all the way to tank. Put camera in line and did not see any issues. Informed customer not to flush wipes. System is draining upon departure

Returned to install to water service from meter to home. Customer had a break in the line some where in the front yard we could not find. Gave customer estimate to replace water service customer approved estimate. Installed new 1inch line from meter to home. Left 3” pvc in ground for inspection. Tested system, system is working with no leaks upon departure
Replaced Prv and main water shut off to house . We also replaced hose bib with its isolation valve
We had a mystery vent pipe, discovered when we replaced our roof. Eric came out and evaluated the pipe. He and his apprentice corrected the pitch on the pipe so that it would vent properly and not collect water. Both Eric and his apprentice were very professional and courteous. They take obvious pride in their work.

We had a strange pipe found during our new roof installation. The roofer said it must be a plumbing issue. The technicians investigated the pipe and through the use of a camera, they determined the probable function of the pipe and the necessary corrections to return its function. They provided great service and attention to detail!

Hot water heater and pressure valve went out. Called in the morning and Marcos came out within an hour or two. Because of some renovations we had done, it wasn't any easy job, but they stayed and did and did it right. Friendly, great folks to work with all around.

This is my first time this company. They came out same day, had excellent communication, and great follow up. The gentleman who came out was professional, personable, and did quality work. I was quite surprised how expensive it was for less than two hours work. The work done didn’t require a significant number of replacement parts nor did it require a lot of time, but the cost was over $1500. In fairness, I was given a quote before he began. But he was here in my home and I needed the work done. I would use them again but only after confirming that their fees are competitive.
