Customers would like a sewer line inspection to scope and quote for any fixes.

labor to dig and tie in main water line right after water meter. Labor to dig and tie in 4 inch PVC main sewer line coming out from the left side of the house and also tie in the 4 inch concrete main sewer line coming from the right side of the house install clean out. The PVC sewer line that coming from the left side of the house since it was disconnected for a while now the ground have been shifted now the pipe are a lot lower than the incoming to the septic tank, unable to tie in together will cause a belly. Recommended to have excavation to raise the pipe up and connect to the sewer line

Customer had AGL out that shut off gas to apartment. Text said that both gas fixtures in apartment were leaking. Disassembled trim plating on built-in oven. Removed carefully and accessed gas line to stove top. There is no isolation valve for the fixture. Cut drywall around fireplace key to find no isolation valve either. Installed two isolation valves for gas fixtures in home. Once valves were installed disconnected gas regulator and proceeded with gas pressure test. After 20 minutes of being pumped up to 15 psi there was no drop in pressure. Advised landlord that fireplace fixture and stove top need to be replaced or repaired for being source of gas leak.

Customer had several issues. Found pressure to be at. 150 PSI. Suggested to replace PRV and water heater due to stress of pressure and age. After replacements, checked for proper function and leaks. Customer wants to replace hose bibbs at later date. Installed Bradford white heater.

50 gallon gas water heater had slow leak in the tank. Tank was outside of warranty. Water pressure was slightly low. Increased to 70 psi. Replaced water heater. Water on initial fill coming out discolored. Homeowner said it happens frequently due to the county repairing pipes in the area. Flushed water heater until the water cleared up. No further issue at this time. 2 year labor warranty, 6 year manufacturer warranty.

Customer stated that laboratory sink was backing up. Took apart P-trap and cleaned out P-trap, which was filled with metal and other things that are not supposed to be in drain. Reconnected P-trap and tested. Now laboratory is draining as it should and no leaks were present at this time.

Customer is having water show up in crawlspace underneath toilet. Investigated and found widespread water damage to flooring. Customer had not used toilet today yet. There was constant drip coming down. Half inch water supply for toilet directly drilled through support beam. Cut and capped off half inch line. Connected to customer with a reliable restoration for water damage mitigation. Gave estimate for cast-iron roof replacement and new waterline for toilet.

Customer have a sewer backed up at the washer drain line. I try to hydrojet it but it wasn’t working. I suspect that the pipe might be broken. we located where the broken it’s in the middle of the of the living room basement. We recommended the customer to excavate and cut out the slab to access the pipe and replaced the section of pipe. We found that about 3‘ of 3“ cast-iron drain line have a broken in the bottom of it. We replaced that section up to 3 feet, wate tested and put back to dirts. Customer is fully aware that we do not put back the concrete or the tile flooring. This job come with a one year warranty.

Homeowner states that she has been dealing with two hose bibs that are taking a long time to supply water after turning them on it usually would take about 30 to 40 seconds. I recommended replacing of both but one of the bibs was in the finished basement and she refused any drywall cutting so I only replaced the frost proof hose bib on left side of home. I shut off the water to the hose bib and removed it and had to make the hole a bit wider and installed a new 4 inch frost proof hose bib and used a 90 propress to connect it to the water supply. Once it was pressed on I turned on the water and it would works properly no leaks or issues and the water comes out immediately after turning the knob. Homeowner is satisfied with the service provided.

Customer stated that there was a leak coming from master bathroom tub. Gave customer quote to diagnose issue and customer agreed. Went ahead and filled tub up and ran Jacuzzi. Jacuzzi ran for about 5 to 10 minutes and didn’t notice any water leaking down below. Also put water around the tub around the faucet and overflow plate and didn’t notice anything leaking down below. Stated to customer that there is no caulk at bottom tile of tub and that water can get between the gap and leak down. I can see subfloor from gap. Also tested drain for tub and didn’t notice anything leaking there as well. At this time didn’t notice any water leaking from plumbing side of tub.

Homeowner states that their shower in the guest bathroom was remodeled a few years ago and had a relative use and it wouldn’t drain and called us to fix the issue. Upon arrival homeowner greeted me and showed me the bathroom shower and it was dry but as soon as you ran water it wouldn’t drain. Homeowner states that they attempted to clear the line but rocks and grout piece would only come up with the water. I offered different solutions and she opted to start with the simple drain cleaning without snake and I use an auger with no luck then I moved to the snake and same thing happened no luck it wouldn’t drain just feel like I was hitting something and I passed it but wouldn’t drain. Finally I replaced the p trap but still wouldn’t drain and the issue is the studor vent is below the shower pan and needs to be brought up to allow it to breath and have more room for the water to drain properly. Homeowner understands and will talk to husband after we provide a way to run the new vent upwar

Customer had leak coming from bathroom into unit below. Ran water in shower drain and saw no leak. After flushing toilet had several drips coming from underneath into unit below. Pulled and reset toilet to fix leak. Flange was in good condition. Ran water again after to check for leak but was unable to recreate.

Customer stated that shower was backing up. Used tub gun and cleared stoppage. Tested now shower is draining as it should. Cleaned up work area. Chen plumbing doesn’t warranty any drain cleaning work. Also check pressure for water heater and pressure was sitting around 105 psi and also that water heater was 22 years old. Customer still has home warranty active and will contact them.

Customer stated that she needed pipe on threaded from steam unit. Un threaded pipe from steam unit. Tested pressure to home and found that pressure was about 130 psi and recommended to have PRV replaced. Wilson estimate to have PRV replaced and also have tankless water heaters flushed.

Customer wanted to replace garbage disposal and tankless water heater rather than repair due to age. After replacements, checked all areas of work for leaks and proper function. Installed Naiven NPE 2A. Water temp is set by default at 120.
Christian is awesome! He went to the trouble of explaining to me how everything worked and the steps he took to mitigate future issues. He also caught some mistakes that my last plumber had made, and really went out of his way to make sure the final product was as polished and reliable as possible. 10/10 guy, 10/10 service.

Upon arrival customer stated the garbage disposal was leaking. I informed the customer that the bottom had rusted out and would have to be replaced. Gave customer estimate. Customer approved estimate. I took out old garbage disposal and installed the new one. Tested system multiple times and system is working properly with no leaks or issues.

Tenant states that the toilet would start flushing every hour and then half hour a few weeks ago and now it doesn’t stop so he called landlord and they called us to fix the issue. Upon arrival tenant greeted me in parking lot and showed me to his unit and explained what was going on. I could see the toilet was flush very often and tenant stopped the float to prevent it from filling. Once I wrote the solution he contacted the landlord and he agreed to fix the flush handle and flush seal on the Mansfield toilet tank. I removed the old handle and also removed the old seal and installed a new seal and handle. Had to adjust the handle and seal but once I got them in place the toilet stopped leaking from the tank to the bowl. I flushed it several times to ensure it works properly tenant and landlord are satisfied with the service provided.

Cut a 3 inch cast-iron stack next to washer dryer to access the plumbing, jetted about 30 feet and get to the blockage. Got the water to come down, but it’s still backing up trying to run water down, go in again with the chain knocker and at the end that the pipes have been broke, pulled back soil recommended excavation will come back tomorrow.

Upon arrival customer stated she wanted to replace her faucet, a shower head ,a lose trim kit, pop assembly, and toilet water level in the bowl being low. I informed the customer that when her toilet in the master bathroom dose that it is because the handle it getting pushed to hard and poping the filler hose off. Due to it being pushed to hard it makes the fill hose come off and dose not fill the bowl up how it should. I was able to tighten up the trim kit and make it not lose anymore. I gave customer estimate to replace the faucet, shower head, and pop up assembly which was all customer supplied. Customer approved estimate. I took out the pop up assembly put and installed the new one. Then I uninstalled the kitchen faucet and installed the new customer supplied faucet. Then I took the old shower head off and installed the new one. I tested all systems and all systems are working properly with no issues or leaks.

Pre sold estimate for homeowner picked up a new GWH 50 gallon and expansion tank at the office. When I arrived homeowner greeted me and left the basement door open so I could come in anytime. I shut off the main water and drained the GWH and shut off the gas to it. I then put together the new GWH with the extended warranty and put together all the material needed to install it. Once I had it together I took it to the basement and removed the old heater and expansion tank and installed the new one. Put new drip pan and removed the old EWH out of the circulation since it wasn’t work either. Once it was all connected I pressed the new fittings for the GWH and connected the gas inlet. I then turned on the water and checked for leaks or issues which non were found and turned on the new burner assembly. Showed homeowner the new heater and she was satisfied with the service provided and opted for us to dispose of the old EWH unit which I did.

Disposal mounting bracket rusted out and was leaking. Removed disposal, installed new mounting bracket, reinstalled same disposal. Tested to ensure a leak free install and proper function of the disposal. No further issue at this time.

Homeowner states that the AC unit would turn off because the pan would accumulate water tripping the safe switch and called the AC company and they stated it was a leak form somewhere else and had nothing to due with the AC system and called us. Upon arrival homeowner showed me to basement and I could see water and felt a slight spray of water and followed it to a copper pipe. I found the leak and also did my inspection and found that the pressure was above normal at 82 psi and also that they needed a new expansion tank as well as replacement of the blown one that was already there. Homeowner agreed to fix all the issues and I began with fixing the 3/4 elbow leak which I turned off the water removed it and connected it using press fittings. Once it was done I moved on to the main shut off and PRV which I removed and installed a new ball valve shut off and new PRV. Then finally I removed the old expansion tank that was blown and installed a new 5 gallon expansion tank with a mounting br

Customer water meter is not registering water. Customer want to replace water meter I ordered a parts and we’ll come back on Thursday to replace the water meter customer want to replace all three toilets in the house. I replaced all three toilets and straight stop valves. The water pressure is 120 psi, the water heater is 17 year old customer do not want to replace water heater and pressure reducing valve today but will do it in the future

Under sink basin was installed with undersized vent. Had to core drill out through brick and run proper size vent out back of house. Previously only had a 1/2” pvc pipe for a vent, replaced with 1 1/2” vent as required per install manual. Discharge line had no check valve or ball valve. Installed both. Sink p trap/drain was s trap and not vented. Installed AAV under sink to prevent trap from being siphoned. Tested basin through multiple cycles to verify proper functionality. Add straps onto vent and discharge line as it was previously unsupported. No further issue at this time.

Customer stated that kitchen faucet had a drip, and also that lavatory faucet was loose. Gave customer estimate to replace kitchen faucet cartridge and not on bottom of lavatory faucet and customer approved quote. Removed existing cartridge out of kitchen faucet and replaced with new one. Tested and now kitchen faucet is leak free. Set screw needs to be replaced for kitchen faucet. Replaced supply lines on lavatory faucet and installed new nut to hold faucet in place. Tested in no leak. Cleaned up work area.
