Thermal expansion tank had failed and was under sized informed customer of issue found with heater customer approved replacement, furnished and installed big thermal expansion tank , as well as inadvertently caused t p valve to leak and replaced free of charge, work is tested and complete.

Client called us out today due to the 2016 model nat gas rheem pro series water heater no longer working. Life expectancy of a tank style water heater is about 10-12 yrs, so client was just about in that range. We replaced the failed water heater with new rheem pro series 50 gal nat gas water heater, installed up to code with new properly supported thermal expansion tank pumped up to 55 psi. We added a new WH drip pan per code, and also added a new coated yellow gas flex per code. Replaced the old gate valve with new propress ball valve. There were 2 sections of copper above the water heater that were very green and corroded. We cut out those two sections of pipe, and repaired with couplings and a 90 on each. Home water pressure is perfect at 50 psi. 6 yr manufacturer warranty 2 yr parts and labor from us. Office will reach out to schedule the included with service membership, once yearly whole home plumbing inspection.

Customer complaint was Toilet was leaking at base near flange, arrived, and noticed toilet was very loose and tank to toilet bolts were leaking as well. Inform customer of different options customer opted for pull and reset. While we pull toilet we also tightened tank the bowl bolts tested multiple times found no leaks anywhere on toilet. While we were working on toilet customer also wanted to have bath tub drain line snaked gave customer options. Customer approved, snake bathroom tub line ran water to confirm drain was draining more efficiently,work is tested and complete.

We fixed busted water shut off valve inside the meter box, we pulled out box replaced section pipe with copper pipe and installed new shut off valve with box

Hand dug down to sewer line. Found broken 45 where roots had infiltrated. Backside of 45 was completely blown out. Cut out damaged section and verified no further issue with camera. Repiped broken section and encased in hydrostatic foam. Tested repair to ensure a leak free install and proper function. There was some dirt built up inside the pipe due to previous companies attempt to jet the line. We ran lots of water and tried to break As dirt out with camera. Recommended jetting and let homeowner know we would have to jet the line if the dirt does cause a back up. No further issue at this time.

Returned to jet the kitchen sewer line due to severe grease clogs and I was unsuccessful using a flex shaft. Removed the kitchen drain line and added a temporary sanitary tee to jet thru and wasted water fell inside a bucket. Covered the floor with the blue protective plastic cover and ran the jetter for a few hours to clear the line. After several attempts I managed to clear the sewer line of hard grease and ran the camera and found that most of the sewer pipe including the main line are back pitched and need to be repiped to have a proper pitch and support to prevent sags in the line. Homeowner was informed that due to the severe back pitched there is NO WARRANTY for jetting the line. I did clear the sewer line where they have a working drain but It is only a temporary relief and eventually the line will clog up again.

Left estimate to hand dig down 6’ deep, repair sewer line between driveway. Sewer line broke off from sanitary tee, complete break.

Fixed busted water line 1” pvc cracked under a tree , cancelled irrigation with customer agreement

Customer stated that kitchen sink was backing up. Recommended to customer a half snake ran through drain to clear stoppage. Attempted to clear stop using snake that was on truck and couldn’t get it cleared. Will need to return tomorrow to run bigger snake. Cleaned up work area. Returning round bigger snake to attempt to clear stoppage in kitchen drain line. Once again couldn’t get stoppage cleared and let customer know that next steps would be to access drain pipe in basement and cleaning it that way. Cleaned up work area and customer will give us a call back if they would like us to proceed. Also, customer would like to proceed with following steps. We will credit back some of today’s charge.

On arrival, customer had broken wall mount faucet. Close nipple broken on connection to spout. Close nipple was unable to be removed. Unsoldered half inch female, adapter and soldered new female adapter on. Threaded in half inch nipple with cap to test connections and so tile can be put back.

Attempted to find a leak underneath retention wall could not find, left estimate to replace whole line. Customer approved.

Found water was constantly dumping into the ejector pump basin. found the basement toilet was constantly running. The fill valve was operating properly. replaced the flapper as a courtesy. found pressure was high in the home. found the angle stop for the basement toilet was not turning off all the way. gave price to replace both parts. Homeowner did not want to go forward with replacements at this time.

Found master bathroom shower valve was passing water. checked pressure a little over 60 psi indicating this is not a high-pressure issue. to repair the problem the cartridge will need to be replaced. The cartridge is at Delta multichoice. The homeowners did not want to go forward with repair at this time.

Replaced toilet shut off valve today

Homeowner had the half inch CPVC for the outdoor shower froze during the winter. homeowner was wanting the entire shower repiped. Gave price to re-pipe in copper and pex. Homeowner decided to go with the pex re pipe. got rid of all CPVC pipe in the drop ceiling in the basement to the outdoor shower. installed two new ball valves for isolation for the outdoor shower. tested with no leaks or failures at time of service. homeowner had concerns about low water pressure tested pressure at 60 psi with a drop of two psi with fixture running indicating no issue with pressure regulator. The regulator is only two years old.

Client called us out today due to his back hose connection constantly leaking, and the shutoff for it was also leaking from the same spot. Tested water pressure and it was almost 100 psi, safe range is 50-79 psi. Also, the thermal expansion tank on the nat gas water heater had also failed due to the high water pressure and age. To correct these issues, we turned the water off and cut out the main shutoff gate valve and old failed pressure reducing valve, as well as the leaking hose bib shutoff and hose bib. Also, removed the failed thermal expansion tank. Installed new ball valve shutoff for whole home and new watts 25aub pressure reducing valve for the whole home. Also, installed new hose bib at the back with new ball valve shutoff to stop the leak. Also installed new thermal expansion tank on the water heater. 1 yr parts and labor warranty. Set home psi to 65 psi.

While we were working at the neighbors a few houses down yesterday, this clients main water service line burst apart and was spewing out of the box into the road. The water line was pretty old, and client decided it was best to fully replace the leaking water service line from the meter in yard, up to the home where the front hose connection is. Brought new line in 3/4” copper, tied back to the hose bib, and added a new ball valve shutoff and new pressure reducing valve for the home. Put all dirt back as best we could, and sealed everything up. We also installed a ball valve in the 2nd meter box for homeowners use if needed. 5 yr warranty on full water service line replacement.

Client called us out today due to a leak on their main water service line, looked like leak was located under the driveway. Home is 40 yrs old and water service was original to the home. Gave options for repair and replacement and client decided replacement was the best money spent. We replaced the main water service line from the water meter in yard close to street on right side of home. We then dug a trench to the driveway then bored under it. Pushed the new line under the driveway, then continued the trench up to the house, bored under the sidewalk, then took new water line into the foundation with new type L copper through the foundation, and new 1” black poly for the whole rest water service. We tied the irrigation back in with a new ball valve shutoff. Sealed around each foundation penetration with hydraulic cement to prevent water coming thru in the future. Cut out approximately 10 feet of ABS pipe, replace line 2 inch PVC thoroughly test for any leaks. Replaced section of abs , tested throughly . Work is completed and tested.
