Customer stated that anytime water was used in the house. It would start leaking from under the toilet in basement. Took a look around and found that drain lines go into slab and then come out of home. Stated to customer that there is a whole house blockage and we will need to pull basement toilet and run drain cleaning equipment to attempt to clear stoppage. Went ahead and pulled toilet and ran camera. About 20 feet down the line found that blockage was made out of soft tissue so went ahead and cleared with camera. Afterwards, ran camera through whole line. Found that pipe coming right out of the house has a massive belly, which caused the back up and home. And also found that cast-iron under slab is in rough shape. Will send customer recommended repairs in order to fix backup issue. Stated to customer given the belly in the line and also the rough cast-iron blockage will occur again. Replaced flange for basement toilet and reset toilet. Tested and at this time, everything was flowing
