Call for leaking water heater in basement. ***Notes for Mark and insurance provider: Water heater was only 7 years old. Pressure regulating valve had a sudden failure on the plumbing system, resulting in sudden ruptured water heater. Today, we also instlled a Moen Flo automatic leak detection and shut off device. Assessed problems and discussed multiple repairs, replacement, and upgrade options with Mark. Today, we removed the failed pressure regulating valve. I installed a Navien tankless water heater. This included adjusting waterlines, gas service, installing new exhaust vent pipe, condensate drain line. I also removed three bad sections of corroded copper pipe, and installed a dedicated shut off valve for hvac humidifier line. We installed. New shut off valve for the home, and located to be easier to reach without a ladder or stool. New pressure regulating valve on home. Additionally, we installed a Moen Flo automatic leak detection and shut off device. Cleaned work space

Dishcharge line is broken underground, we believe it is broken by the cleanout next to the driveway. We camera’d line to confirm the depth and verified the line is clear down to the sewer manhole. Had the homeowner run water inside the home and verified it is discharging. We are getting sewage coming up through the ground by the cleanout. Coming back Monday to dig up the line and do a repair if we can confirm the location of the break. Based on the volume of water it appears the break may just be a crack. Homeowner can continue to use their plumbing as normal.

Client called us out due to them having a backed up sewer line, causing all drains in home to not drain. Client has 2 cleanouts for the sewer line outside, one in yard and one closer to the house. The cap is off the one in the yard but the cleanout closer to home had a cap on it. Removed that cap and the line was under a little pressure/it was full of water, indicating an issue. I inserted my chain snake drain machine and ran it some when I hit turbulence. The line started flowing fairly easily with using that machine. Once cleared I was able to get my sewer camera in the line to see what’s going on. The line has a large tree root infestation due to a section of pipe being broken out in yard near that cleanout. Located it about 9’ deep. Line is flowing for now but it is going to need to be dug up and repaired then bedded down properly to avoid this happening again. Customer stating he’s having water pressure issues upon arrival. Customer stated when multiple fixtures run the pressure drops. After checking pressure and turning fixtures on the pressure dropped from 50 to 20 psi. Informed customer his PRV had failed and would need to be replaced. Gave customer estimate customer approved estimate. Installed new PRV and turned water back on to check for leaks. Found no leaks. Set pressure to 60 psi and turned multiple fixtures on and pressure no longer dropped. No longer a pressure issue and no leaks upon departure

Customer had leaking PRV in garage. Also found pressure to be high. Suggested to replace PRV. Gave options for replacement. After replacing PRV, checked for leaks and proper pressure from PRV

Called out today due to a small leak staining the kitchen ceiling, with the bathroom right above it. The stain was directly beneath the toilet and that drain pipe is cast iron. After some investigation, realized the toilet was not even secured to the floor and it was very wobbly. When we pulled the toilet up the toilet flange actually came up with the toilet which it is not supposed to do. To get client up and running we installed new mechanical toilet flange and secured to floor. New wax ring, closet bolts, and supply line, then sat the new customer supplied toilet. After fastening down tested. No leaks. Caulked around the base leaving back 1/3 open so leaks will show at the back if it does leak in the future. We did cut out that small section of stained Sheetrock to verify. There’s a couple copper water lines running right there as well. I wiped 1 drop of water off of one of the section of copper pipe but could never make it drip again. As a courtesy we cut out the 2 sections of co

Customer stated that water heater was making a hissing noise. Went into crawlspace and found water coming down. Went back upstairs and shut off tank shut off and hissing noise stopped. Came to the conclusion that water heater was leaking given age of over 10 years old. Also found corroded galvanized piping. Will send customer estimates for repairs that are needed. Also recommended customer to provision for a free water damage inspection. Currently, there is no active leaks unless galvanized piping brakes.

Upstairs master shower leak passed cartridge. Replaced Kohler cartridge in upstairs master shower. Tested and left in good working order.

Customer had old disposal not working and rusted on inside. Gave options for replacement of disposal. After replacement checked for leaks and proper function of disposal.

Pulled the toilet in the master bathroom and camera’d down to the septic tank. We did find one minor belly in the line where the remodeled master bathroom PVC drain transitions into the old ABS. Gave quote to install pressure assist if the bathroom ever has problems with backing up. Customers main issue is the drain field in the backyard holds a lot of water when we get heavy rain and does not allow for the septic tank to drain the excess water properly. Recommended he look at having a French drain system installed in the back yard to help with diverting a lot of the rain water, as the drain field system was replaced within the last 10 years. No further issue at this time.

Found toilet in upstairs restroom constantly running. Replaced fill valve, Kohler flush seal and supply line. Tested and left in good working order. No other issues at this time.

Tenant had removed the old shower head and had purchased a new one he needed installed. We installed the new shower head and tested to ensure proper function. No further issue at this time.

Left quotes to do diagnostic and reroute the plumbing. Customer getting other quotes before he decides.

Main house sewer line backed up to both bathrooms today , checked found problem is outside near a big tree , we used excavator dug up replaced about 8 feet pipe was damaged and installed two clean outs today . Existing sewer line is old cast iron pipe to the street, it appears ok at this time .

For this customer they were having an error code 10 on the Rianni tankless water heater, we did a service on the unit by flushing it and cleaning the filters, in feb 2026. The customer called us out because she was having an issue with the unit. I powered the unit off and then back on and ran some hot water in the home. The code hasn’t appeared for the last 30 minutes. I looked inside of the venting from the outside of the home, and it appears that there is a bees nest of some sorts inside of the unit for the fresh air intake. From the exhaust portion of the unit there isn’t something on the bottom, I tried taking a video indicating what was in the vent but I couldn’t get a clear photo. At this time the customer wants to leave it alone and see if anything changes with it. I left the homeowner a quote for the recommend service and she will call us back if the code reappears.

Call for water line repair from provision restoration. Invoice states waterline was nicked during restoration work. Arrived and met with Miles. He showed me the work area. I spoke with Daniel at provision restoration to verify how to safely and properly shut down and restart equipment in work space. Made repair to waterline on half inch copper right at floor level. I was able to access crawlspace via small panel in floor. Slowly pressurized system and checked for other leaks. No other leaks t this time. Restarted equipment as directed and resealed containment space as it was when I arrived.

Found shut off valve for upstairs toilet leaking. Capped off toilet water line by customer request. Turned water back on and checked for leaks. No other issues at this time.

Shut off gas at the meter and disconnect gas line, replace gas line from meter to furnace and water heater in same area and install new tees and new shut off valves. Also run smaller gas line to gas dryer. Remove all unused and old gas lines from basement area. Test for proper operation. No leaks found after work completed.

Replaced leaking frost proof hose bib by driveway. Resealed with hydraulic cement and secured with two points of contact. Tested work to ensure proper function and no leaks. Nine were found.

Customer had a toilet leaking severely from the tank to bowl connection in the powder room. There was a leaking widespread lavatory faucet including the same bathroom. The primary bathroom on the second floor had two pedestal sinks missing pop up assemblies. Customer also had questions regarding a new toilet seat to replace existing seat with missing paint. Gave customer options for a new widespread faucet, two new pop up’s, as well as multiple toilet options. Customer opted to repair the existing toilet and declined further work since house is going to market. Tested work thoroughly to ensure proper function and no leaks. None were found.

Replaced water service from water meter to crawl space. Added customer shut off ball valve at water meter. Monitored water meter to insure there were no other leaks at this time.

Customer had debris coming from behind shower walls when showing. Gave options for repair on issues and additional options for various other work. Caulked seams between three piece shower and Informed customer on dry time.

Performed thorough evaluation of the home. Found leaks on multiple faucets including the main kitchen faucet, the downstairs lavatory faucet, the right hand sink on the main floor in the primary bath, and one left hand lavatory faucet including the upstairs bathroom. Water heater is 10 years old and is at recommended replacement. The garbage disposal is running poorly and shows heavy rust on the platform for the blades. Recommended having a reliable water shutoff for the whole home.

Customer called us out to figure out what kind of cartridge this was for his house in his shower. He has two shower valves and one of them the cartridge is leaking. They are both the same style of valve, which is indicating the Delta series 17 cartridge so I looked it up without taking anything apart, and the customer has stated that he already talked to Delta about Getting the replacement part for free so therefore the customer is wanting to wait until he gets the replacement cartridge in and then I’d come back to install the unit in the shower. The reason why we would be replacing the cartridges is due to the fact that the showerhead is constantly dripping however, the water pressure is just fine, but that is indicating that the cartridge has been failed. The house is 11 years old and it is time for that cartridge to be replaced at this time. There are no issues with the water heater and the water pressure. Everything is fine with that. Installed customer requested water heater. Heater we installed was REHP80 Rinnai water heater. Removed old heater and installed new heater with new valve, 4.5gal thermal expansion tank/bracket, drip pan, and condensate pump. Secured water lines to wall and reconnected wiring. Informed customer about swapping door for better air to water heater and installing vent into wall to access air from garage. After install, briefly went over operation of heater and setting. Checked all areas of work for leaks and proper function. Heater was beginning to heat when leaving.
