Supply and install wag water automatic shut off valve for customer with $200 off

Returned to replace 50 ft section of cast iron, rebuild p tap under shop sink and replace 12 stops with new supply lines. Cut out and replaced bad section of cast iron and replaced with new pvc pipe. Installed 12 new quarter turn stops with new supply lines, replaced PRV and whole home shutoff as well as the shutoff for the outside hose Bibb. Turned water back on to check for leaks and found no leaks. Tested new PVC line for leaks as well as the shop sink. Sewer line is flowing properly and has no leaks. All stops are working properly. No leaks upon departure

Replaced failed cartridge in walk in shower in back bathroom. Shower is no longer dripping and working properly at departure. Water pressure is current set at 60 psi.

Customer was looking for a quote on smoke test for smell that has been an issue for the past 15 years. Explain to Customer possible scenarios, and gave options for attempts to fix issue. Did not enter home.

Customer stated that gas company found gas leak by meter. Tested and found 2 leaks in gas line going to pool heater. Went ahead and made repair on gas line and also reworked gas line so if need be it can be serviced in future. Tested repair and there was no leaks present at this time. Painted repair and cleaned up work area. Stated to customer that in order to check underground line for leaks we will need to do pressure test. Also by pool heater found corroded gas pipe that will need to be replaced in future.

Diagnosed toilet constantly running in master bathroom. Found fill valve not working. Tested pressure in home for any underlying issues. Pressure is at 52. Shut off water for toilet at stop valve. Removed and installed new fill valve, flapper seal, and toilet supply line. Tested toilet for proper operation. Cleaned work area

Install two service stop valves for kitchen sink New kitchen sink faucet Win with Chen For this customer we came back to a reservice for another leak in the kitchen cabinet area. For the issue at hand, upon further inspection, the kitchen sink faucet was leaking, and looked to be supply line failure. The faucet the didn’t have shut off valves in the bottom of the cabinet. So we installed new 1/4 shut off valves in the bottom of the cabinet. The previous faucet leaked and leaked behind the cabinet and the water went down through the basement. I called the property restoration company to figure out what needs to be completed. Additionally I provided estimates to install the new sink and install the new drain line. For the vertical line and then the lateral line into the sewer line.

Looked at pool deck drain. Customer wants to try and clear their self.

Diagnosed issue with lavatory faucet not working properly on left side in upstairs bedroom bathroom. Upon arrival Noticed faucet was not hooked up to water or drain. Took off caps on service stops and reinstalled supply lines and installed new p trap for lavatory faucet. Turned on faucet and tested thoroughly for proper operation. No leaks found after work completed and after testing.

Two trips , disconnect and reconnect the existing water heater , installed back in same location

Came out and did annual tankless flush and performed whole home membership inspection. Found 3 stop valves in the jack and Jill bathroom that are not shutting off the water or have visible corrosion. We left a quote to replace the valves. Found no other issue at this time. Notified homeowner their main sewer line running out to the street is still original to the home. Customer had a filter he asked us to swap real quick as well. Showed him how to do it.

Unjam 5/8hp garbage disposal. Also adjusted toilet handle. Both garbage disposal and toilet handle are working properly at departure.

Found water heater at old age. Replaced water heater with new water heater in mechanical room off of living room.

Performed Win With Chen annual plumbing inspection and water heater flush. Water heater is flushed and working properly at departure. Found two stops not properly working in basement bathroom. In kitchen, the hot emergency stop is not shutting water off completely. In hallway bathroom, customer stated they have to flush toilet multiple times. Found water level to be too low due to wrong flush valve.

Cusomters disposal not working properly. After testing disposal found disposal to be leaking. Offered small inspection of home, customer was not interested. Gave options to replace disposal. After replacement checked for leaks and proper function.

Removed and pump out all water in the laundry sink Snake the laundry drain line For this member I had to pump out water from the utility sink due to a clog in the drain line, the clog was caused by condensation from the hvac unit behind it. The unit was drain the condensation into the utility sink and that it why it clog. So what I did to complete the repair, I pumped the water out with my m12 stick transfer pump, to the outside so the line could be snaked without creating a difficult mess to clean up. Took apart the trap and snake the line with the flex shaft to clean the line. Once completed I cleaned the sink the best of my abilities, and ran water to indicate that the sink is draining. Diagnosed leak on disposal side of sink, everything was completely dry upon arrival to today’s visit, filled up multiple times over half way and flushed water down disposal to try and recreate issue. Did not find any any source of leaks, also used paper towel to check for moisture around disposal collar. No moisture detected. Fill and dumped sink few more times. No issues or leaks found. Recommend monitoring area every day and if issue returns next step will be to reseal disposal collar. Disposal was installed recently by Chen and is under warranty.

Customer needed a couple items repaired with customer provided parts. Replaced diverter assembly in shower for bathroom of pool house. Attempted to repair diverter in spout for master tub with customer provided parts. Parts were incorrect for repair. Removed paneling from side of tub to further investigate tub spout. Identified brand of faucet and took apart spout to identify issue. Suggested to replace faucet due to multiple complications. Helped customer identify finishes then compare and contrast different faucets for the proper replacement. Will return to install faucet when order arrives to customer.

Disconnect and swap hot and cold washing machine lines For this customer I came out to figure out why they are having low water pressure through out the home, to me it looked liked it was mainly on the hot side that they were having that issue. The water heater is missing a lot of things, the vent for the fresh air intake is not properly attached, following that the previous installer used sharkbite flex lines to attach the copper to the unit, there isn’t a thermal expansion tank, there isn’t a gas line drip leg. The unit looks like it hasn’t been serviced before I do not recommend servicing the unit given the age. As for today I had bypassed the water filter down stairs and it regained most pressure. Water pressure for the home is at 60 psi. (Normal) given all the issues that are wrong with the tankless I recommend to replace the unit with a navien tankless. At this time I swapped the hot and cold water supply lines for the washing machine, so they are on the correct inlet. Thank yo

Upon arrival customer stated they are experiencing gurgling coming from guest bathroom and washing machine since they have had remodel completed. Ran camera through vent, found build up in vent lines causing sewer line to get insufficient amount of air to flow properly. Gave customer estimate to jet vent. Also performed tankless flush. Tankless is flushed and working properly at departure. Customer renewed Win With Chen!

Found restroom toilet fill valve constantly run and stop valve not working. Replaced stop valve and fill valve. Turned water on to test. Left everything in good working order.

I came out to this home due to a leak behind the shower, upon further inspection the we took a look at the shower and the wall behind. It didn’t look wet on the walls or where there is trim around the drywall, however the main spot of where it is wet is the base of the crown molding. To add to that, I recommend to do a shower pan test to ultimately see if there is any issues with the shower. So that is what we determined that the shower bubbles when water is filling in up on the floor of the shower. The issue at hand looks to be a shower drain system failure. Found upstairs restroom lavatory pop up and p trap rusted and leaking. Replaced with new push pop assembly and new plastic p trap. Filled and drained sink to test. Left in good working order.

Customer stated they are experiencing a leak in son’s upstairs toilet. Inspected toilet and found no leak. Recommend to customer to rebuild toilet with new tank to bowl gaskets, fill valve, flapper and supply line. Customer approved estimate. Rebuilt toilet. Toilet is working properly at departure. No leaks at departure. Customer also stated they have a leak from over flow when their son is taking a bath. Informed customer that the current tub and overflow is brass. We will need to replace tub and over flow.

For this customer we came out to take a look at a toilet that was running and then it would stop and then go, took a look at the initial issue at hand and that was a factor of a toilet that was in the range of 15-20 years old, took a look at all the possible issues that could be causing this issue. The water pressure was checked on the tankless water heater in the crawl space, the pressure read at 60 psi. Normal water pressure, additionally I wanted to check the thermal expansion tank due to the fact that it could be a contributing factor of the toilet that is running. What we have noticed is that the expansion tank had failed and it is full of water. We opened up the Schrader valve at the top and water came out of the valve, indicating thermal expansion tank failure. Addition to that I gave a few different options based off of how old the tankless water heater was in reference to just replacing the expansion tank or the whole unit as a hole the tankless water heater based off of the
