Returned because customer backed up again since previous snake visit. Customer agreed to do sewer replacement so we collected a job deposit for today and snaked drain again today for no charge. As of now, drain is up and flowing again but recommend using minimum water until drain/sewer line is replaced.

Gas smell , checked gas piping , no leaks , smell is coming either from tankless or furnace exhaust termination.

Customer had drain issue located in master bath sink. Ran small machine approximately 20 ft and cleared line. Filled sink and drained to check for proper drainage function. Also found TET to be bad and improperly supported. Replaced tank and secured tank with bracket.

Customer stated that the toilet isn’t flushing. Also, customer mentioned a few weeks ago. Someone came out and cleared the main stoppage. Tested all fixtures in home and only noticed one toilet in master bath, not flushing. Use toilet auger to clear stoppage and now toilet is flushing as it should. Give customer options to run camera from clean out, but at this time customer didn’t want to proceed with a camera inspection. Also stated that pressure is higher than it normally should be and also that main water service is galvanized.

Came out today due to a leak showing in the basement. Discovered a cracked cast iron sewer line that was leaking. We then removed the clean out cap, then ran the sewer camera down the line. The entire length of the old terracotta sewer line has roots infested In the line. There are also a couple connections in the line that look to be broken. There’s a few different ways to address this situation. We are working up solid quotes for those options and will be in touch with customer in the next day or 2.

Tenant stated that lavatory faucet upstairs in hall bath wasn’t draining. Took a look and found that lavatory wasn’t draining and also leaking from joints on drain. Recommend to customer to clean drain pipe and replace section of pipe and customer agreed. Went ahead and cut out section of piping and cleaned out drain. Pulled out lots of different debris including hair. Installed new piping and now sink is draining as it should and no leaks on the drain. Did find water leaking on faucet itself when on and recommend customer to have faucet replaced. Will send estimates to do so. Also tenant mentioned that in garage water was coming through ceiling. At this time stated to customer that most likely water came through ceiling was the water that was leaking from drain. Recommended that if spot on ceiling get worse we will need to cut. In bath upstairs ran water at all fixtures and flushed toilet multiple times and didn’t notice any other backing up/leaking. Cleaned up work area. Chen plumbin

Installed Flo by Moen smart valve. After installation checked for leaks and proper function. Set up app with customer explaining app functions and device controls.

Came out for mainline blockage. No cleanout access. Pulled toilet in powder room. Ran camera and found blockage 5’ down the drain from the toilet in an old section of cast iron. Cleared the soft tissue blockage. Inspected the drain down to the street. Sewer line has been replaced on exterior of home. Blockage caused by flushing too much paper at one time into old cast iron. No bellies or breaks, just lots of scale build up. Gave quote to install cleanout outside, or to replace section of cast iron under the slab. No further issue at this time. No warranty on drain cleaning.

we were called out to address ongoing water, pressure and volume issues at the customers residence. The customer had previously had a pressure reducing valve and water filters installed by another technician after about a month the water pressure and flow had significantly worsened affecting fixture performance, upon evaluation We identified that the root cause was related to the 1 inch PRV installed outside. We replaced the PRV after approval from hoa,tested the system and confirmed that everything is now functioning as intended with no further issues.

Customer stated that water has been lukewarm since install. Noted the water temperature waffling between lukewarm and cool. Diagnosed a swapped hot and cold line by feeling incoming cold and outgoing hot line. Tested with shutoffs to confirm lines were swapped. Turned unit back on, checked thermostats and ensured proper function and no leaks.

Main sewer line back up for two bathrooms, kitchen and washing machine , replace about 20 feet 4” and some 3” cast iron pipe in crawl space , high pressure jetting work for slab piping cleaning . Pull and reset toilet

Remove existing water heater and haul away. Furnish and install new 50 gallon gas water heater with new thermal expansion tank and tank shut off. Also install drip pan under heater. Tested and no leaks were present at this time. Cleaned up work area.

Replaced a leaking water heater today with 50 gal Rheem pro 6 yrs , expansion tank , installed customer supplied kitchen faucet .

Repair main waterline that is 1 inch. Customer stated that there was leak on main waterline. Gave customer options for repairs and customer agreed. Dug up yard and found leak on shark bite fittings. Remove section of pipe and replaced with new pipe. Tested and no leaks were present at this time. It also spotted a meter for any additional leaks. Cleaned up work area.

Flushed tankless after reworking service port valves. Valves were upside down not allowing incoming water to be shut off. Put all ite,s back in place and checked for leaks and proper function.

Redo a single handle tub and shower faucet from behind to ensure plate is cover any gap from tile openings, checked tankless water heater , adjust temp higher and also checked found two faucets need new cartridges

Customer stated that there was low water pressure and at one point no water coming out of fix fixtures. Tested water pressure with filter on and pressure was about 65 psi. Also tested water pressure with filters off in water. Pressure is about 65 psi. Ran water with water filters on for about 5 to 6 minutes and didn’t notice water pressure dropping. Also ran water for about 5 to 6 minutes with filters off and didn’t notice any water pressure dropping. Stated to customer the problem is most likely the filters because it’s the only thing adding resistance to water flow. At this time couldn’t get issued to re-create itself and let customer know if it happens again we need to take apart water filters to see if anything’s going on with them.

Customer has pressure issues only in shower. Replaced cartridge to fix issues. Checked for leaks and proper function. Also explained to customer about spout issues.
