Fixed a small leak under the sink from soap dispenser area , removed a spacer and tightened nut with some clear caulk under the soap dispenser flange , warranty work , no charge

Returning to install all new quarter turn stops for all fixtures in house except daughters bathroom. Also ran small machine through drains in master bath vanity in order to fix slow drainage issue. Large buildup on stopper of pop-up assembly. After work was complete turned on water and checked for leaks and proper function.

Rebuild two toilets One in the hallway One in the master CUSTOMER here had an issue with the toilets constantly running as a result. He hiked up a high water bill so therefore the fix for what needed to be done was the toilet guts needed to be replaced however, the type of toilets that he had in the home were hard to find Parts for, but we were able to source similar parts that would work the stem for the fill valve was reused due to the fact that they do not make that part anymore or don’t sell locally in addition to that we were able to put the new fluid master 747 fill valve on for the complete project of the fill valve as for the flapper we also had to hunt down those two as well was able to put two brand new ones installed and once complete there are no leaks and toilets are not running at all addition for that as well the customers water pressure was at 70 psi needs to be under 80 water heater is from 2016 so it’s a little bit older. Not a recall from the previous visit. We came out for a leak at the meter. Meter was not actually leaking. The tenants were just reporting a high water bill. We watched the meter for awhile and it would randomly kick on for a few seconds and then sit idle again for a few minutes. We could hear water slowly trickling down the drain. Concluded that a toilet somewhere was leaking slowly. Found the toilet in the upstairs bathroom had a piece of the flush valve gasket stuck on the rim that was allowing water to seep past the flapper and causing the toilet to periodically refill. Removed the debris and this corrected the issue. We left a quote to rebuild the tank on the toilet. Watched the meter for a few more minutes and confirmed it wasn’t randomly spinning again. No further issue at this time.

Replace kitchen sink faucet with customer supplied faucet. Removed insta hot from kitchen sink by customer request.

Customer had a washing machine that needed repair. The repair person couldn’t shut off the water to the machine with the valves that were there. Customer wanted price to replace all stops in the unit with the exception of the cold stop under the primary bathroom sink. There was a leak awhile ago and the stop had already been replaced with a multi-turn stop. Replaced both toilet stops, the hot stop in the primary bathroom, both of the washing machine boiler valves with 1/4 turn and hammer arrestees, the hitches stops for hot, cold, and dishwasher, and the toilet stop and sink stops in the hall bath. Tested all work to ensure proper function and no leaks. None were found.

Customer call us out to give estimate on bidet toilet install. Gave customer verbal price range to have a bidet toilet installed because looked at toilet online and it didn’t give me any specific specifications that were needed. Also went over other options with customer about bidet toilet. Also, customer asked for me to look at a leak that is coming from under the kitchen sink. Found that pro press fitting isn’t holding properly and causing water to leak out of it. I attempted to repress fitting, but leak is still there. Gave customer price for repair but recommended to call contractor back out to have it fixed.

Customer had a smell in the basement bathroom they rarely use. Informed him the p traps are likely drying out. Gave him a quote to pull/reset the toilet to replace the wax ring. He is looking at just purchasing 4 toilets and having us do all 4 of them. Water heater from 2007. We left a quote to replace the water heater as well. Water pressure in the normal range.

For this customer, they had a running toilet in their upstairs master bathroom. The flapper was deteriorating as a result of the chlorine. The customer does have a water filter on the home, so I’m not exactly sure why it’s deteriorating. The flapper went back with a Corky 3 inch flapper set to the right setting at six per manufacturer in Addition to that. Installed a new stainless steel braided supply line. The customer had a Toto bidet so therefore, I had to attach the supply line to the bidet and install the bidet tea into the new fill valve once that was properly installed. There are no leaks on the new fill valve and or flapper made sure of it by testing and flushing the toilet multiple times to indicate that there is no further running and the flapper is making a tight seal at this time. The customer is all set. Water pressure is a little high at 70 psi. The customer didn’t know which shut off valve turn off the whole house so therefore I recommended we just throw on a main shut o

Customer wants to have sewer line relocated both in and out of the house. Stated to customer that first we will need to do camera inspection to see if it will be possible to do what he wants done. At this time customer didn’t want to proceed with any work. Will send estimates.

Reconnect refrigerator icemaker water line. Checked for leaks. Left in good working order.

Call for disposal sparking. Arrived and met with Craig. He showed us the disposal and I found that an incorrect wiring has led to a significant safety hazard. We purchased an adapter from the manufacturer and installed the correct wires. I also briefly discussed the benefits of a halo whole house water filtration system nd have provided a quote for this work. Tested to make sure tankless was putting out hot water, never had Luke warm water to any fixture and could not get the tankless to throw error code 61. Told customer to call us back if it throws the code again

Call for leak under sink, and two toilet issues. Arrived and met with Beau. He pxlained that the left slider master vanity sink drain appears to have popped off. Also, the toilet in the master sometimes continues to run. Lastly, the toilet in the basement runs on occasion. Initial findings: Master toilet flush bowl does get stuck sometimes. However, it appeared that this only happens when water is lower in the bowl. Beau had a gasket on site. Gasket may be contributing to the issue, or a poorly filling tank may be keeping bowl afloat. sink needs an extension tube from pop up to p trap. Current one is about one inch too short and was just being held by slip gaskets. basement toilet issues a kohler flush valve with a degraded yellow gasket. Prior to visit i assessed previous work history and noted that a prior plaster pressure read was 85 psi (Over the allowed 80 psi for a home). Cast iron drain for sink leaking upon arrival. Customer stated he noticed water pooling up and after opening the wall found the cast iron drain leaking. Informed customer we could cut out the bad section of cast iron and tie it back in with pvc. Gave customer estimate, customer approved estimate. Cut out busted section of pipe and replaced it with pvc. Filled up sink multiple times and allowed it to drain to check for leaks. Found no leaks. Cast iron is no longer leaking and sink is draining properly upon arrival.

Came out for carbon monoxide leak. Received approval to go around with carbon monoxide detector. Did not pick anything on my carbon monoxide detector. We ran the tankless water heater, and turned the heat on to the hvac system. Went around the upstairs and down stairs for awhile and never picked up any carbon monoxide. Customer did state that the fire fighters were detecting carbon monoxide outside by where the units both exhaust at which is to be expected. I also detected carbon monoxide outside but nowhere inside the house. We also checked the hvac vents to confirm it wasn’t blowing out of the hvac system. Tankless water heater is 20 years old and the current owners are new to the home and unsure about when it was last serviced. Water pressure was too high to the home but I could not locate where the shut off valve was at. Left quote to replace both. Homeowner going to contact previous owner about locating the shut off valve and PRV. Gave the homeowner a 30 day credit where if they c

Customer was due for annual inspection with membership. After thorough evaluation, found a few minor issues to address with customer. Customer, looking to get some of the work done the following day. Will return tomorrow to do work.

Customer ordered parts for shower and returned to install. Water was shut off at shower from built in stop valves. Installed newport brass cartridge provided by customer with new o ring. Assembled shower fixture and tested for proper operation. Shower is working properly and no leaks after work completed. Also checked other bath and shower fixtures. Cleaned work area

Returning Wednesday morning to install new 40 gal gas short water heater and replacing both shutoff valves on the laundry machine box. Customer paid 25% deposit today.

Replaced rear hose bib line from CPVC to copper with new hose bib installed, customer will use old electric heat tape for winter freeze protection.

Water line repair on the outside of the home For this customer, they had American leak detection come out to their home to mark and locate a outside water leak outside because shut off valve on the inside of the house and the meter continue to spin so therefore the customer got it marked by American Leak, detection and we came out to take a look at what the possible repair and replace options work. The customer went with the repair option after we started digging it up Line is 1 inch PVC now. I cannot warrantee the line from the meter to the home however, what I can warranty is the work that I performed today. I used a PVC to three-quarter male adapter off of the PVC pipe then I used PA to complete the repair into the copper piping use two females to make the connections. Once complete, I tested the line and pressurized it and got all the brown water and dirt out of the line before it entered the house at this time. For this customer gave an estimate to remove the plumbing fixtures from the countertops. It would’ve been included a incinerator instant hot water/water filter, drinking spout, a single hole, kitchen sink, faucet, garbage disposal button and a sink sprayer that need to be removed and then reinstalled gave the price to do that and the customer thinks that they wanna go the contracting route so they’re all together at this time. We will not be doing the work check the water pressure however I think my gauge is off or the pressure is from the street not super sure did not take a look at the water heater at this time estimate only.
