Customer contacted us due to toilets making bubbling noises and slow to flush. During the initial visit on January 7, 2026 a diagnostic evaluation was performed. We found that the front cleanout was completely full of water, indicating the main sewer line blockage. This finding was confirmed via camera inspection. Although the camera was underwater throughout inspection, we were able to determine that there was an obstruction approximately 50 feet out. The location was marked with paint for reference. Sewer equipment was then ran to attempt to clear the blockage. But the line could not be successfully cleared. Customer was informed that the next recommended step would be to excavate and expose to identify the cause and perform spot repair. Customer approved the recommendation. We returned the following day and excavated the line at the mark location. Exposing the pipe, we discovered multiple failures, extending an additional 10 feet beyond the original dig area. Water service leaking upon arrival. Customer stated the water has been pooling up and has gotten worse over the months. Informed customer we could dig up that area to expose the leak. After digging found leak to be under a tree in the yard, informed customer we would not be able to repair the water service but we could replace it. Gave customer estimate, customer, approved estimate. We will be out tomorrow to complete the job. Sean will be doing a bore shot

The customer was not charged for the repair due to the fact that the repair didn’t work, what 8 recommend is to replace the whole configuration and or remove and go back to a normal shower head. At this time the repair is not complete due to a damaged valve body internally. I unable to make a repair.

For this job went ahead and replaced the pressure reducing valve in the basement behind the HVAC unit. The water pressure was kind of low at 40 psi and when the toilet was flushed, it dropped down to about 30 psi so therefore what I’d recommended to do is replace the pressure reducing valve with brand new one furthermore, the customer didn’t have a shut off valve before the pressure reducing valve so I recommended we also add that as well and the thermal expansion tanks bladder had failed and it wasn’t supported correctly so therefore we had to go back and support it with a bracket with a piece of wood. I was going to mount it on the tank however there’s a little to no access, to the main shut off valve if we did it that way, so therefore I didn’t do it. I strapped it to the wood screwed it in tighten the bracket there’s no leaks how to use a couple different 90s to get it over there and almost essentially create a bridge once that was complete. Client called us out due to dishwasher not draining. We checked the drain hose and it was clear of blockage or debris. Past that point, I am no help. Advised client to contact an appliance guy to further diagnose that issue. Left estimate for add on guest bathroom set out as well. Waived service fee.

Install customer provided kitchen faucet. Customer stated that kitchen sink was leaking every time in use and also that water wasn’t shutting off. Recommended to customer to have kitchen faucet replaced because there was multiple issues. Customer agreed and customer went ahead and purchase new faucet. Removed old faucet and installed customer provided faucet. Tested and no leaks present at this time. Cleaned up work area. Also stated the customer that the water heater is from 2007 and would recommend replacing. Will send estimate to do so.

Replace piping under kitchen sink. Customer stated that there was leak under kitchen sink. Found water coming from tee on P-trap. Recommended to customer have piping replaced customer. Went ahead and replaced piping. Tested by filling up kitchen sink and dropping it multiple times and no leaks were present at this time. Cleaned up work area.

Left quote to dig up sewer line and perform spot repair. Customer approved. Will return tomorrow to complete repair.

Client called us out due to their main floor bathroom toilet running intermittently and it was also leaking from a rusted tank to bowl bolt on left side. It was decided best to replace the old toilet. Installed customer supplied American standard 2 piece toilet in place of old and leaky one. Toilet flange was in good condition. Sat down new wax ring and closet bolts, the sat the new toilet. Fastened it down, shimmed it, tested for leaks, then caulked around the base leaving back 1/3 open for water to escape if it leaks. Advised client give til tomorrow to use for caulking to set. 1 yr labor warranty

We replaced a water service line from water meter to crawl space , installed new shut off valve after meter outside and also new shut off valve in crawl space , replace one toilet fill valve and three new flapper installed .

Customer wants to discuss pricing. Will give a call back later today to approve work.

Customer had stopped affecting whole house. Attempted to clear system from clean out outside blockage was before clean out pulled toilet to run machine and cleared blockage. Reset toilet and checked for leaks and proper function of drainage. Pulled back small amount of wipes. Will return to install two step PRV in order to correct high-pressure issue at house. Found PRV located in downstairs bedroom. Removed old PRV and installed two step PRV. One high pressure PRV to reduce incoming pressure to second PRV to keep longevity of PRV and fixtures on water system. After install, checked for leaks and proper function. Pressure is now 60 PSI. Gave customer discount due to miscommunication of pricing.

Customer called us out for a leak under the sink during our visit we performed a thorough evaluation of the sink area and identify the root cause of the leak as a failing garbage disposal unit given that the existing disposal was leaking . The only viable solution was a full replacement. The customer agreed to proceed with this replacement we supply and installed a new half horsepower badger model five disposal unit after installation we thoroughly tested the unit to ensure it was functioning perfectly and we confirm that everything was working as intended. Additionally, while on site we measured the home water pressure and found it to be high at 120 psi we provided the customer with a separate quote for installing two pressure reducing valves PRV’s to help regulate and maintain optimal water pressure in the home

Called out to due to high pitched noise at recirculating pump that seems to happen randomly. Couldn’t make it happen again myself, but with some assistance found out it was the bearing inside the recirc pump that will make that noise. Pump is original to home as we did not replace it with water heater. Pump also runs 24/7 with no timer setting. Pump is working but it will make that noise more and more frequently and then just stop working. Left estimate for pump replacement with timer setting.

Gave customer estimate to replace all cast iron piping in the house that was left, including outside 6 ft section. Also adding a pit for a laundry machine with a new pump and drain lines ran to sewer line.

We were called out for cast iron replacement, presented couple options to customer. Customer decided to go with partial cast-iron replacement.

Leak in the water supply line, feeding the refrigerator. The customer had initially shut off water to the entire house and attempted to repair which unfortunately resulted in a broken copper pipe and a bigger leak. Upon arrival we provided the customer with options to replace the entire line to install a new shut off box that meets current code requirements. The customer approved the recommended work. We proceeded to run new piping making necessary, cuts, and sheet rock to access the line and thoroughly testing everything to ensure it was working as intended. Install new supply line and service valve for dishwasher. Shut water off to home. Installed new service valve for dishwasher. Turned water back on and tested. No leaks were present at this time. Didn’t connect supply line to dishwasher because customer is getting new dishwasher. Cleaned up work area.

Call for sewer backup. Sewer main for main level bathroom clogged. Used camera to feed sewer machine up to that line. Sewer machine cleared blockage and restored flow. Videos attached showing deteriorated main line. Cleaned some hair from second floor hallway tub drain cover.

Came out to this house to take a look at faucet that needed to either be repair or replaced, We attempted to try to repair the faucet however the faucet is from the 70s and is too old to work on, we could not remove the bonnet nut and as a result we are unable to make the repair. My recommendation is to replace the faucet with a brand new 4in center est faucet. At this time nothing was charged to the homeowner they have a 70 dollar credit and it will be applied to the next visit. Callback for inconsistent hot water. This has been a repeat complaint and we have been out several times for the same issue. Arrived and spoke with Troy. He expressed considerable frustration over the last month. He specifically pointed to specific incidents, such as the kitchen sink going completely cold (and the dishwasher was in use at this time) recently. The master bathroom shower doesn’t seem to be getting very hot, or staying hot. The tub has been filled up once without running out of hot water (previously the tub filled up a little and then only produced cold water). He is also frustrated with the amount of time and the decision to replace the tankless with a Navien. He expressed frustration that he was told Navien was a better option than his preferred choice of Rinnai, which is a customer of his firm’s.
