In main house on main floor, tested powder, room, kitchen, and also standalone faucet. Everything tested fine. Also in basement looked at water heaters and laundry and everything there was good. Upstairs check three bathrooms. Only issue found was master bath toilet was running so adjusted fill valve in that seemed to have fixed issue. If toilet continues to run will need to rebuild to by replacing fill valve and flapper. Checked guest house and pool house. Everything in there tested fine.

Rebuild delta ball shower cartridge with new parts. Swap out existing Roman tub valve with new customer supplied valve. Test for proper operation. No leaks found after work completed. Customer also has another leak on copper water line going through the floor that was found in crawl space when checking pressure regulator after completion of work. Informed the customer of the leak. Customer will reach out and schedule time for us to come back out and diagnose the leak.

Client called us out due to the toilet handle in upstairs daughter’s bedroom bathroom coming off of the tank. Removed the lid and noticed the nut had been screwed up or made its way off over time. Put nut back on and toilet is operational. The tub in that bathroom was heavily clogged with hair and soap scum. Cleaned that drain and got it flowing.

Customer called us out for multiple plumbing issues at the house, however, when we arrived, customer pointed out of a humid smell behind dish washing machine for customer that we would like to make an exploratory hole to determine what is leaking behind dishwasher. Customer approved found drain line behind sink leaking. We have video of that as well. Inform customer remediation strongly advised customer understood and would like remediation to come out. Also customer noted a leak in crawlspace from three-quarter to three-quarter to half inch T gave price to replace as well and to cap off half-inch line completed work mention above with no issues everything is test tested.

Customer had a leaking water heater. Per customer request left pricing for a tankless install, two 40 gallon gas heaters, and a 75 gallon gas heater.

Replaced water heater in basement. Reworked the vent as the old vent did not have proper pitch. Due to the pitch being incorrect, the b-vent was overheating and caused it to rust through in certain small sections. We covered them up with vent tape and notified the homeowner she would need an hvac company to come repair that section as it’s on the venting for the hvac system. Swapped out the 1/2 hp disposal in the kitchen. Filled sink up and tested to ensure proper function and a leak free install. No further issue at this time.

Customer had a clogged toilet in main hall bath. Ran closet auger to clear the blockage. Informed customer that since the toilet is over 10 years old, if it clogs again, replacement will be recommended.

Found sprayer hose for for kitchen sink leaking. Replaced sprayer hose with customer supplied hose. Replaced main level powder room toilet seat with customer supplied toilet seat. Replaced upstairs kids restroom toilet seat with customer supplied toilet seat.

Customer stated that they had a clogged sanitary sewer system flushed every toilet, ran water and all the fixtures and nothing was backing up. Took a look inside the cleanout and all the water is flowing down. Couldn’t check water pressure. Water heater is older in the utility closet however there is no clogged that I can see. Can’t recommend to do anything.

For this customer, they had a tailpiece on their tubular sink that was coming loose from the slipknot the way that the sink is currently done. It looks all correct not really away for me to correct it and make it look better. It already looks fine. The basket trend on the left side looks like it’s wet However I don’t see anything leaking at this time. I can’t really recommend anything to do. Couldn’t charge this lady for tightening a slipknot on a sink water pressure is normal at 60 psi water heater is fine.

Customer had new cabinets and countertops installed. Installed customer kitchen faucet, customer disposal. Connected drain and water under kitchen sink. Set dishwasher and connected water and drain. Did not connect power to dishwasher. Could not test dishwasher due to known leak on dishwasher itself.

3 handle shower valve dripping constantly upon arrival. Customer stated it’s been dripping since Saturday. Informed customer we no longer work on 3 hand shower valves but could replace it with a single handle shower valve. Gave customer estimate, customer declined

Replaced the broken pedestal sink tested everything. Everything is working as attended. Customer is happy.

Gave customer multiple options to fix the issues we found during the yearly inspection

Found flange for basement toilet broke. Replaced with new flange. Found upstairs hall restroom lavatory faucet leaking. Replaced with new Delta lavatory faucet.

Gave customer estimate to replace 40 gal gas tall tank water heater

Call for leak near water heater and for garbage disposal. Arrived and met with Ms. Natalie and Robert. They stated that they’ve had issues with the heat pump water heater within the last year, and that they’ve switched it to purely electric mode in the meantime. Now water is leaking from drain relief lines. Inspection revealed: Heat pump water heater is out of warranty. Water pressure is maintained, newer prv with gauge is installed.d 65psi. Three stage house filtration system installed on main line. This was installed approximately 2019. Home is new build, not renovation. Water heater had no leaks from connections. Thermal relief line is actively dripping to outside. When pulling the element cover I found that the interior tank has ruptured, and was allowing water to escape in between casing and insulation. Replace the preexisting gas water heater with an electric water heater, an electrician will have to come back and wire up a whip and a electrical panel for the new electrical water heater, customer is responsible for hiring a electrical contractor. For this customer we needed to repair and or replace the water heater, the due to code violations, the vent pipe wasn’t connected to the water heater, the cpvc pipe on a gwh, the water heater was leaning, on the wood platform, was deteriorating, the expansion tank was not supported. So what we did is, replace the 40 gallon gas water heater with a 50 electric water heater, and the electrician would out after me to install the quick disconnect, and run the wire. We are not connecting the water heater to power the electrician will be doing that. We brought the water heater up to code, adding a thermal expansion tank, supported with a bracket, installed a new plastic pan for the electric water heater, followed by installing a new ball valve.

Client called us out today due to a couple reasons throughout the building. One issue was that in the upstairs executive suites, the commissioners toilet was not flushing. After removing toilet I could see water sitting in the pipe. Inserted sewer camera to try to get it cleared and at the very least get an idea of what was clogging the cast iron drain line. It looked like a large collection of paper and possibly feminine products that had bunched up over time, caught by the bits of rotten cast iron pipe inside. We went and got the big drain machine chain snake and put it in the drain line. After more passes than expected and some moving with the camera i was able to break the clog free and get the drain flowing again. There is a slight backpitched portion after the toilet 90 that could cause some similar issues to this down the road. Shut off water to home and drained system. Removed old kitchen faucet and 2 lavatory faucets on pedestal sinks. Installed new faucets and replaced p trap on both lavatory faucets. Tested all work for proper operation. No leaks after work completed.

Customer wanted to relocate hose bib near garage approximately 10 inches higher. Also wanted to replace toilet in downstairs bathroom. Gave customer different options to make repairs/replacements along with membership. Installed new hose bib with new penetration 10 inches above old hose bib and filled old penetration. Installed customer provided Gerber toilet. flange was in good condition. Checked all areas of work for leaks and proper function.

Landlord called us for no hot water call on heater and to possibly relight water heater however we could not relight after various attempts.
