Call for leak near water heater and for garbage disposal. Arrived and met with Ms. Natalie and Robert. They stated that they’ve had issues with the heat pump water heater within the last year, and that they’ve switched it to purely electric mode in the meantime. Now water is leaking from drain relief lines. Inspection revealed: Heat pump water heater is out of warranty. Water pressure is maintained, newer prv with gauge is installed.d 65psi. Three stage house filtration system installed on main line. This was installed approximately 2019. Home is new build, not renovation. Water heater had no leaks from connections. Thermal relief line is actively dripping to outside. When pulling the element cover I found that the interior tank has ruptured, and was allowing water to escape in between casing and insulation. Replace the preexisting gas water heater with an electric water heater, an electrician will have to come back and wire up a whip and a electrical panel for the new electrical water heater, customer is responsible for hiring a electrical contractor. For this customer we needed to repair and or replace the water heater, the due to code violations, the vent pipe wasn’t connected to the water heater, the cpvc pipe on a gwh, the water heater was leaning, on the wood platform, was deteriorating, the expansion tank was not supported. So what we did is, replace the 40 gallon gas water heater with a 50 electric water heater, and the electrician would out after me to install the quick disconnect, and run the wire. We are not connecting the water heater to power the electrician will be doing that. We brought the water heater up to code, adding a thermal expansion tank, supported with a bracket, installed a new plastic pan for the electric water heater, followed by installing a new ball valve.

Client called us out today due to a couple reasons throughout the building. One issue was that in the upstairs executive suites, the commissioners toilet was not flushing. After removing toilet I could see water sitting in the pipe. Inserted sewer camera to try to get it cleared and at the very least get an idea of what was clogging the cast iron drain line. It looked like a large collection of paper and possibly feminine products that had bunched up over time, caught by the bits of rotten cast iron pipe inside. We went and got the big drain machine chain snake and put it in the drain line. After more passes than expected and some moving with the camera i was able to break the clog free and get the drain flowing again. There is a slight backpitched portion after the toilet 90 that could cause some similar issues to this down the road. Shut off water to home and drained system. Removed old kitchen faucet and 2 lavatory faucets on pedestal sinks. Installed new faucets and replaced p trap on both lavatory faucets. Tested all work for proper operation. No leaks after work completed.

Customer wanted to relocate hose bib near garage approximately 10 inches higher. Also wanted to replace toilet in downstairs bathroom. Gave customer different options to make repairs/replacements along with membership. Installed new hose bib with new penetration 10 inches above old hose bib and filled old penetration. Installed customer provided Gerber toilet. flange was in good condition. Checked all areas of work for leaks and proper function.

Emailed new quote for 75 gallon water heater

Landlord called us for no hot water call on heater and to possibly relight water heater however we could not relight after various attempts. Recommended full replacement of water heater or replacing burner assembly and gas control valve landlord agreed on gas and burner assemblies furnished and install installed new burners assembly and gas control valve re-lit water heater water heater is working as intended, thoroughly checked for any leaks also added check valve on sump pump so pump would not short cycle tested thoroughly tested function on pump

Customer called about slow draining lavatory in upstairs guest restroom and constant drip on master restroom left shower valve. Pulled pop-up assembly on guest restroom lavatory and cleaned debris. Reassembled lavatory pop-up and tested. Drain flowing properly. Pulled master restroom left shower cartridge and replaced with new cartridge. Tested and left in good working order.

Right water heater leaking due to first tank doing majority of the heating as the tanks were piped in a series. Did temporary repair to disconnect right side tank and drained the tank down. Left gas off to the right side tank. Left quote options to replace the water heater. Also left quote for PRV and Flo by Moen device. Home water pressure currently at 100 psi. Customer elected to fix everything at one time once they’ve decided which option they would like to do.

Found constant leak from cold boiler valve for washing machine. Left estimate to drain building and replace both hot and cold boiler drains. Tested pressure and checked water heater for proper operation.

Came out for low water pressure at the hose bibs. Issue was not related to our previous service visit. Both hose bibs are piped in after the pressure regulator, and house pressure is at 50 psi. Confirmed both hose bibs are at the same pressure. Gave quote to reroute water supply to hose bib on left side of house. Will connect the hose bib before the pressure regulator to get better water pressure for washing vehicles. Cannot increase the pressure at the hose bib in the right side of the home as it is a mixing valve with hot water supply as well as cold water. Because this valve is connected to the water heaters, we cannot increase the water pressure to this valve without increasing water pressure to the whole home. Homeowner requested we flush the water heaters on this visit. Shut down power to both water heaters and flushed both tanks completely. Filled both tanks back up, purged the recirculating line, and confirmed power was on to both tanks. No further issue at this time.

Replaced a hose bib and shut off valve for the back of the home , all copper pipe and fittings installed in basement

Fixed a water service line leak in the yard , found an improperly installed sharkbite fitting was leaking , fixed with correct way .

Gas leak upon arrival. Customer stated he smelt gas in the basement near the water heaters that we installed last month. After doing a gas leak detection found gas whip leaking. Replaced gas whip at no charge to customer. Gas leak is now fixed and water heaters are fired back up

Gave customer estimate to replace 40 gal gas short water heater and bringing it up to code. Customer declined

Used jackhammer break 4-6 inches thick concrete after water meter , found and fixed cracked pvc tee fitting connected to main line for irrigation system , by customer requested we disconnected irrigation system permanently because customer thinking get separate water meter for the irrigation system in the future.we get water on and checked no further leak at this time,fill hole back , not include fix concrete and stone back .

Customer wanted estimate before going into home to run a sewer machine. Gave customer estimate to pull toilet and run sewer machine. Customer declined and did not allow us to inspect the issue

6785921115 Run camera from clean out to inspect sewer line outside of home. Ran camera from pvc clean out and was only able to get about 30 feet out. Found that there looks to be a pipe separation and also root intrusion. Also there was lots of debris in pipe. Also found that 1 bathroom in basement is on a pump and the other is gravity. My recommendation for customer will be to replace sewer line and install an additional pump system for bathroom that is currently gravity. Ball park estimate for repairs that are needed will be between $23,000-$33,000.

Client called us out due to the sewage ejector pump for basement fixtures and kitchen drain not working anymore. We’ve been out previously to remove large amount of grease from the pump and pit and got it running again. This time the pump was burnt up and would no longer work. I believe this is due to the original installer not drilling a “weep hole” on the drain pipe causing the pump to get air locked and burn up. Client also had a continuous gas smell in the basement ongoing since last visit. Customer thought it might be the vent for the tankless water heater, which is incorrect. I bubble tested the gas connections checking for leaks and found a leak at the flex connector. Was able to tighten that up and stop that gas leak. We also turned up water pressure to 60 psi as it was 40 psi and we recently replaced the pressure reducing valves. Today we replaced the burnt up sewage ejector pump with new and reconnected the discharge line and vent pipe and tested. Pump now running as it sho
