Dug down to pipe where we were seeing sewage come up out of the ground at. Found lots of chunks of asphalt/concrete buried around the pipe. Cleanout branch was cracked, which we took a video of. This was the source of the leak. Cut out the damaged section and replaced with 3” pressure pvc. Ran water inside the home annd tested repair to ensure the line was holding sewage with no leaks. Let the repair sit for 45 minutes while we went annd got more sand to ensure no slow leaks. Encased the shielded fernco’s with hydrostatic foam. Bedded pipe up to 6” above and below the pipe with sand. Backfilled by hand another 1’ of dirt above to ensure no rocks were touching the pipe. Backfilled the rest of the soil, tamping every 12”. Replanted the bushes we removed back in their original locations. No further issue at this time. No warranty on the repair due to it being a lift station ejection line. This customer wanted to make sure that he had bypass valves installed on his tankless water heater because he was planning on doing the flush himself however, I recommended him to do our membership that includes the tankless flush for our annual visit without in mind he instead of spending the $390 on the flush. He would actually pay the 240 for the year and get all the special benefits. It comes with membership so that’s what he decided to do. His water. Pressure is fine. His tankless is fine as well.

Remove existing water heater and haul away. Furnish and install new 50 gallon gas water heater with new tank shut off and new thermal expansion tanked with bracket. Also install drip pan under heater. Install new water heater and tested. No leak leaks were present at this time. There should be hot water within 30 minutes. Cleaned up work area.

Customer had a Moen positemp shower valve that had a handle that was severely sticking. Replaced the cartridge. Left customer price for a new heater and Prv due to age and condition of water heater, as well as high pressure in the home. Tested all work to ensure proper function and no leaks. None were found.

Diagnosed all plumbing issues and left estimates for repairs.

Toilet running upon arrival. We previously replaced the fill valve but it was still running. Noticed water level for fill valve was too high. Lowered water level on the fill valve. Toilet is no longer running constantly

Leak on hose Bibb line upon arrival. Customer stated they had the hose Bibb shutoff for the last 2 years due to it having a freeze break and now they want to repair it. Informed customer we could cut out the bad section of pipe and replace it. Also recommend customer replace gate valve to eliminate any future problems with shutting off the water to that hose Bibb. Gave customer estimate, customer approved estimate. Cut out busted section of 1/2 inch copper line and replaced it with a new section. Also installed new ball valve in the crawlspace. Turned water back on to check for leaks and found no leaks. Customer now has water to their hose bib and no leaks upon departure

Cut section of Sheetrock to access drain line for pedestal sink. Cut out section of copper drain line that was leaking inside the wall and installed new section on pvc pipe with new p trap. Tested for proper operation. No leaks and sink draining well.

Dishwasher leak from unit. Disposal jammed. Customer does not want any work at this time.

For this customer, they have a couple things that are needed to be done. They need a new gas line from the meter to the pool heater that needs to be replaced so therefore I gave an estimate to do that. Customer was curious about some gas logs converting them to regular ones to go cut the water heater, water heater is in 2016 in addition to that the service top valves behind the toilet and two in the kitchen sink. I recommended to get those replaced to compression because of the shark bites. In addition to that the toilet replacement with a scope at this time just an estimate

Today we replaced a busted 40 gal tall electric water heater , installed new pan , thermal expansion valve , new main unit shut off valve and shut off for new water heater , supply and installed a whole house water filter with bypass

For this customer, they have a couple things going on. They have a water heater gas and it leaking from 2009. Their water pressure is at 115 pounds which it needs to be regulated down to 45 to 80 pounds so therefore I recommend the replacement of the pressure reducing valve in addition to that There is a problem with the drain line behind the sink and the dishwasher in order to further figure out what’s going on with that the dishwasher will need to be removed. The floor drain is apparently backed up however it is hard to fully determine that because the floor drain is full of water, but water is going into it so I recommended to use the flex shaft to clean out that pipe. The customer has a couple things that he needs to get done at the house, he will give us a call back when he is ready to do to work

I meet with Mr. Bill , checked leaking 40 gal electric water heater , provide quote for replacement and along with new main unit water shut off valve . And schedule for next week

Call for leaking water heater in basement. ***Notes for Mark and insurance provider: Water heater was only 7 years old. Pressure regulating valve had a sudden failure on the plumbing system, resulting in sudden ruptured water heater. Today, we also instlled a Moen Flo automatic leak detection and shut off device. Assessed problems and discussed multiple repairs, replacement, and upgrade options with Mark. Today, we removed the failed pressure regulating valve. I installed a Navien tankless water heater. This included adjusting waterlines, gas service, installing new exhaust vent pipe, condensate drain line. I also removed three bad sections of corroded copper pipe, and installed a dedicated shut off valve for hvac humidifier line. We installed. New shut off valve for the home, and located to be easier to reach without a ladder or stool. New pressure regulating valve on home. Additionally, we installed a Moen Flo automatic leak detection and shut off device. Cleaned work space

Dishcharge line is broken underground, we believe it is broken by the cleanout next to the driveway. We camera’d line to confirm the depth and verified the line is clear down to the sewer manhole. Had the homeowner run water inside the home and verified it is discharging. We are getting sewage coming up through the ground by the cleanout. Coming back Monday to dig up the line and do a repair if we can confirm the location of the break. Based on the volume of water it appears the break may just be a crack. Homeowner can continue to use their plumbing as normal.

Client called us out due to them having a backed up sewer line, causing all drains in home to not drain. Client has 2 cleanouts for the sewer line outside, one in yard and one closer to the house. The cap is off the one in the yard but the cleanout closer to home had a cap on it. Removed that cap and the line was under a little pressure/it was full of water, indicating an issue. I inserted my chain snake drain machine and ran it some when I hit turbulence. The line started flowing fairly easily with using that machine. Once cleared I was able to get my sewer camera in the line to see what’s going on. The line has a large tree root infestation due to a section of pipe being broken out in yard near that cleanout. Located it about 9’ deep. Line is flowing for now but it is going to need to be dug up and repaired then bedded down properly to avoid this happening again. There is a large tree in middle of the yard, but the line looks good in that section and back to the home looks good as we

Customer stating he’s having water pressure issues upon arrival. Customer stated when multiple fixtures run the pressure drops. After checking pressure and turning fixtures on the pressure dropped from 50 to 20 psi. Informed customer his PRV had failed and would need to be replaced. Gave customer estimate customer approved estimate. Installed new PRV and turned water back on to check for leaks. Found no leaks. Set pressure to 60 psi and turned multiple fixtures on and pressure no longer dropped. No longer a pressure issue and no leaks upon departure

Customer had leaking PRV in garage. Also found pressure to be high. Suggested to replace PRV. Gave options for replacement. After replacing PRV, checked for leaks and proper pressure from PRV

Called out today due to a small leak staining the kitchen ceiling, with the bathroom right above it. The stain was directly beneath the toilet and that drain pipe is cast iron. After some investigation, realized the toilet was not even secured to the floor and it was very wobbly. When we pulled the toilet up the toilet flange actually came up with the toilet which it is not supposed to do. To get client up and running we installed new mechanical toilet flange and secured to floor. New wax ring, closet bolts, and supply line, then sat the new customer supplied toilet. After fastening down tested. No leaks. Caulked around the base leaving back 1/3 open so leaks will show at the back if it does leak in the future. We did cut out that small section of stained Sheetrock to verify. There’s a couple copper water lines running right there as well. I wiped 1 drop of water off of one of the section of copper pipe but could never make it drip again. As a courtesy we cut out the 2 sections of co

Customer stated that water heater was making a hissing noise. Went into crawlspace and found water coming down. Went back upstairs and shut off tank shut off and hissing noise stopped. Came to the conclusion that water heater was leaking given age of over 10 years old. Also found corroded galvanized piping. Will send customer estimates for repairs that are needed. Also recommended customer to provision for a free water damage inspection. Currently, there is no active leaks unless galvanized piping brakes.

Upstairs master shower leak passed cartridge. Replaced Kohler cartridge in upstairs master shower. Tested and left in good working order.

Customer had old disposal not working and rusted on inside. Gave options for replacement of disposal. After replacement checked for leaks and proper function of disposal.

Pulled the toilet in the master bathroom and camera’d down to the septic tank. We did find one minor belly in the line where the remodeled master bathroom PVC drain transitions into the old ABS. Gave quote to install pressure assist if the bathroom ever has problems with backing up. Customers main issue is the drain field in the backyard holds a lot of water when we get heavy rain and does not allow for the septic tank to drain the excess water properly. Recommended he look at having a French drain system installed in the back yard to help with diverting a lot of the rain water, as the drain field system was replaced within the last 10 years. No further issue at this time.

Found toilet in upstairs restroom constantly running. Replaced fill valve, Kohler flush seal and supply line. Tested and left in good working order. No other issues at this time.

Tenant had removed the old shower head and had purchased a new one he needed installed. We installed the new shower head and tested to ensure proper function. No further issue at this time.
