Diagnosed leak. Found temperature and relief line for water heater leaking. Tested pressure and it was over 100. Shut off water and drained system. Cut out and removed old cpvc shut off and pressure regulator. Installed new ball valve and new pressure regulator. Also installed new tnp valve for heater. Tested all work for proper operation. Home pressure is set to 65psi. No additional leaks found

Was called out for rocking toilet we just installed last week. Tighten bolts down for bowl to flange. Also homeowner wanted me to look at toilet handle in the other bathroom upstairs. Tighten chain for toilet lever to flapper. Checked work

Fixed a leak on toilet by kitchen , rebuilt tank with new fill valve , supply line , 3” flapper

Was called out for a whistling noise coming from the plumbing. When I arrived customer home owner turned the utility sink on and the PRV started whistling. Checked water pressure at water heater at it was 100 psi. Home owner also stated the hose bib was making a hammering noise when using. Checked water pressure at hose bib which was tied in before the PRV and was 130. Fixed the problem by replacing the PRV and installing before the hose bib. Also replaced main shut off. Checked water pressure after work was completed and it’s at 60 psi. Homeowner also wanted clean out lowered, lowered clean out ( see pictures). Clean up work area

Water heater not working upon arrival. Customer stated the water heater went out a few days ago and they are looking to replace it due to the age. Gave customer estimate to replace tank water heater with tankless option, or replacing the tank with another 50 gal gas water heater.

Toilet was clogged when I arrived. Unclogged toilet with toilet auger and tested multiple times. Fill valve does make a whistling noise and will need replaced gave estimate for tank rebuild and a complete toilet replacement.

For have a multiple cross lines outside the reason being is whenever the house was free from the Albanis two packs they fed one water heater off of the whole house, even though there’s two water heaters in the house, what I propose is to either re-pipe the entire home and have the proper supplies for all the fixture or replace the tankless and supply everything that is needed for proper installation. However, at this time it’s just an estimate for what needs to be done. What we recommend is to do the full re-pipe so it’s proper in addition to that recommend to replace the tankless water heater due to an error code of E one.

Camera storm drain to determine issues. Found bellies, root intrusion and large debris in storm drain. Recommend consulting city. House is under remodel so could not get water heater information and line pressure.

Fixed three copper pipe leak in basement with ceiling opening, 1/2 and 3/4 “ shut off valve replaced, Also replaced sewage ejector pump with a Zoeller M264 pump , new ball valve and check valve also installed.

For this customer we replaced a shower head for the home owner, customer supplied. The customer opted to go with a customer supplied filter shower head. Additionally that is what we installed. Recommended the customer to replace the water filter in the basement with a new halo filter unit. At this time the water heater is good condition and the water pressure is at 40 psi.

Faucet leaking upon arrival. Customer stated the faucet was leaking on the top near the sprayer and into the cabinet. After looking found sprayer head loose. Tightened up sprayer head as a courtesy. Tested faucet and it’s no longer leaking. No leaks upon departure

Customers condensate drain line on HVAC unit was clogged and leaking. Informed customer about being from HVAC system. Offered options for attempt to repair. Customer wanted to wait to make decision. No individual PRV for unit.

Pull and reset toilet , cleared blockage , after camera inspection found major belly in the line need replacement and make better slope .

Shut off water to heater and drain. Cut out and remove old leaking water heater. Install new 50 gallon water heater with new pan, and new thermal expansion tank. Test new heater for proper operation. Clean workspace

Water heater not working upon arrival. Customer stated the water heater won’t light. Due to the age of the water heater being 13 years old, informed customer we could not repair the water heater but could replace it. Gave customer estimate, customer approved estimate. Installed new 40 gal gas short Rheem water heater, new expansion tank, pan and shutoff valve. Turned water and gas on to check for leaks and found no leaks. Fired water heater up and set to correct temperature. Water heater is fired up and working properly, customer will have hot water in 45 minutes. No leaks upon departure.

Found washing machine drain clogged and water heater leaking. Snaked washing machine drain to clear blockage. Filled and drain washing machine to test. Replaced water heater with new 47 gallon electric low boy. Filled and tested water heater. Left everything in good working order.

Sewage ejection pump making loud noises upon arrival. Customer stated the pump went off and made a loud screeching noise and that it was making a lot more noise when pumping. Informed customer we could pull the pump to inspect it and make sure the blades were able to spin freely. Gave customer estimate, customer approved. Pulled pump and did not see any signs of the blades having any obstruction, informed customer and customer chose to go ahead and replace it due to the age and the new noises. Gave customer estimate, customer approved estimate. Installed new zoeller sewage ejection pump, check valve and shutoff valve. Ran water and tested pump multiple times to make sure it was not leaking and working properly. Pump is working properly and no leaks upon departure. The previous plumber who did the last pump cut the pit lid and sealed it with silicone. Customer was aware and allowed us to just reseal it using silicone.

Camera scope inspection , found old pipe outside but could not pass 35 feet from clean out

Diagnosed leak underneath kitchen sink. Found basket strainer to be cracked and also nut to basket strainer was also cracked. Removed old basket strainer and elbow. Install new basket strainer with double basket design and installed new elbow drain piece. tested and no leaks found and sink draining well. Also pressure was around 120psi. Shut off water to home and drained system, cut out and removed old shut off valve and pressure regulator. Installed new 1/4 turn shut off valve and new pressure regulator. Set pressure to 65psi. Test for proper operation. Also replaced hose bib shut off valve as a courtesy. Left estimate for other plumbing recommendations

This customer had an issue with water pressure on the kitchen sink faucet. Additionally, they had low water pressure throughout the home. I had checked the pressure and it red at 65 psi however with the pressure test it dropped down to 55 however, this wasn’t really a reason to change the pressure, but the main reason was to replace the shut off valve and the pressure reducing due to the low hanging pipe, low hanging pipe, one from cpvc to packs overtime that cpvc is gonna get super super brutal if not supportive properly since it was just hanging by a few different straps I recommended to redo it the proper way add some better Support. And install a better pressure reducing valve for the home installed the whites 25AUb rather than the Zen NR 3XLPRV once everything was properly installed. There are no leaks. Diagnosed heater not working and not staying on. 2 week prior Chen had replaced faulty elements for electric heater in crawlspace. Upon arrival today found heater off and tripped. Power to heater was on, Reset heater. Tested both elements and both new thermostats. Both elements and thermostats were good and reading properly. Recommended electrician to check breaker panel and wiring, to check for and breaks in line causing heater to trip and not work. Once electrical is tested if heater is still having issues recommend swapping out heater under warranty Left estimate to swap out heater under warranty Heater is currently 4.6 years old

The nut at the bottom of the faucet was loose, so therefore I was able to tighten it from below, it’s not a traditional nut and more a wing nut style. At this time the faucet is tight and there are no further issues.

CUSTOMER came out to their house because Lowe’s or Home Depot tried to come out to install a gas range for this client however they did not install the unit due to the type of gas shut off valve that was there so therefore I recommended to swap it out with a brand new quarter turn gas cock once installed there are no leaks. CUSTOMER is all set to use the range as needed however, the appliance company had quoted her $800 for the repair of the gas regulator on the range itself however, I found it online for hundred bucks and she would just have to get an appliance repairman to install the gas valve regulator at this time. The gas is back onto the unit I did not smell any gas or see any gas with the bubble solution from the regulator and or the valve that was installed by us at this time there are no further issues and the customer is all set.
