Performed win with Chen annual plumbing inspection. In upstairs hall bathroom shut off water to toilet. Remove old ball fill valve, flapper, and toilet supply line. Install new fill valve, new flapper, and new supply line. Test for proper operation

Shut off water to home and drain system before water filtration system. Remove pressure regulator that was installed with flow in wrong direction causing loss of water volume. Reinstall pressure regulator going in direction of proper flow. Test for proper operation

We did camera inspection for the main sewer service from clean out locate in the front of the house to the street , found sewer service line is still old original clay / concrete pipe , pipe is in very good condition and no Any issues at this time . No any repairs or replacement need it at this time . Also checked crawl space cast iron pipe leak , provide quote for replacement of remaining cast iron pipe .

Flushed Rheem tankless water heater in basement. No other issues at this time

Customer had soft tissue clog which flooded basement area with sewage from toilet. Gave customer options to repair issue remove toilet from floor in order to camera line to determine condition of piping in slab. Found clogged to be cleared and no additional clogs to be found. While attempting to put back toilet after addressing issue, toilet fell apart, and can no longer be put back. Toilet will be further addressed after additional work is handled.

Customer had a Kohler Cimmaron to install in main floor powder room. Removed the old toilet and installed the new toilet. Put customers back stops back between the wall and tank to avoid the tank breaking. Made a note to the customer that the flange is offset and doesn’t allow the toilet to sit perfectly straight. That means the toilet doesn’t allow the second back stop to touch the wall. Customer understood. Tested all work to ensure proper function and no leaks.

No issue with the water heater. Verified pilot was lit, water was hot, and the burner assembly was coming on. Offered to go inspect the shower where she ran out of hot water to check for any cross connections, she declined as her husband is currently sick in bed. Recommended if the issue occurs again to go try some other faucets and see if they are getting hot water to verify if it’s an issue with a single fixture, or if it is effecting the whole home.

Returned to install new 40 gal gas tall ao smith water heater with new expansion tank and shutoff valve. Installed the water heater and mounted up the expansion tank. Turned water back on to check for leaks, found no leaks. Turned gas back on and fired up water heater. Water heater is fired up and working properly, no leaks upon departure

Installed customer supplied Navien tankless water heater and customer supplied water softener. We also installed and rerouted main water cut off valve and prv for better access. Tested thoroughly. All work is complete.

For this customer, they have an unknown leak in their garage with some water damage, unable to locate the source of it. It could be a faulty, shower pan and a faulty waxing seal from the toilet however, I’m unable to pinpoint it. No water could be seen from the outside in the bathroom. The water stains on the garage ceiling are mainly dry however, I’m unable to determine where it’s coming from, I recommended our water, restoration partner, provision come out and take a look at the water damage and if there is a plumbing repair that is needed to come follow that I recommend that the customer of the house come back out What our pressure is at 75 pounds their water heater is from 2018, and our customer signed up with the win with Chen membership

Customer had two center spread faucets for both bathroom. Installed both faucets and tested to ensure proper functi9n and no leaks. None were found. Customer returned the kitchen faucet that was ordered. Will need to come back on a separate visit to installed.

Customer had us do rough in for 2 bathroom remodels. Now customer needs to have fixtures installed. Give customer quote for plumbing work needed. Quote is good for 30 days.

Found stop valves for basement restroom lavatory sink leaking. Removed existing compression angle stops and replaced with new cpvc glue on angle stop valves. Removed existing lavatory faucet and replaced with customer supplied moen lavatory faucet.

Major toilet rebuild Customer supplied parts For this customer they had all the necessary parts to repair this American Standard champion for toilet, so therefore rather than going to the store and grabbing all the necessary parts, we went ahead and discounted our services and installed all the customer supplied parts without the fill valve. CUSTOMER’s water pressure is at 50 psi in addition to that his water heater is from 2018 still rocking and rolling no major issues with that other than the expansion tank not being supported in addition to that the toilet is basically a brand new toilet with all brand new guts inside what we replaced today is the tank bolts along with the gasket fill valve supply line in the Flush valve once installed there are no leaks

This customer installed a brand new hose bib on the back of their house. The prior hose bib was constantly dripping and would not stop so therefore I recommended we install a brand new Hydro pro gate valve style. I was caulk around the hole to ensure that there would be no bugs getting in in addition to that it needed to be re-piped on the inside so I went from three-quarter to half to half and installed a new quarter term ball valve Along with a new threaded angle stop. I went the threaded route due to the fact that if it ever needs to be changed in the future, the next guy will be able to just unthread it at this time. There are no leaks on any of the fixtures water is on, and it has been all caulked and all the holes. The customer is all set to use their new outside faucet.

For this customer water heater in the crawl space, it is a natural gas heater 40 gallon short and he needs to get it replaced so therefore that is what I recommend is either go tank or tankless for an estimate for both. He’s not able to check water pressure. It would be a two person job in order to get this water heater in and out and for the water to be pumped out. CUSTOMER has a couple more estimates that he is looking to get before signing off on an estimate to get the work done.

Checked issue with back up main line , after camera inspection, found roots in three area after 6” clean out near the street caused back up to basement floor drain , informed customer called Dekalb county for this matter since problem is on county side .

We fixed a running toilet for upstair hallway bathroom , we replaced a fill valve , Kohler flush valve disc and new braided water supply line with a metal nut installed .

Customer had sewage coming up from around 4 inch cast-iron drain line going into slab of house indicating some forms of separation in piping. Ran camera to find part of cast-iron rotted out and in poor condition. approximately 40 feet away from stack in basement, found blockage causing back up in home then machine from same access point was but was unable to clear. went and got Jetter then ran Jetter into drain line from 4 inch clean out outside in the front of house. Was able to clear blockage but swells and quarter pipe of water still remain for large portion of drain line run. explained to customer about condition of pipe and few replacement/repair options.

Customer had two 50 gas water heaters in parallel. The left heater didn’t have a lit pilot. Both heaters had a manufacturer date of 01/2014. Informed customer prior to any diagnostic or attempts to relight that due to the age of the heater, replacement is recommended. Customer approved work to replace both heaters with two new pans, new shutoffs, and a large thermal expansion tank. Had a gate valves above the existing pump start leaking, replaced as a courtesy. Informed customer that typically pump replacement is recommended to replace at the same time as the heaters. However, pump seemed to be in good working order and had no heavy signs of rusting or corrosion. Informed customer that if any issues happen further down the road with the pump that options can be given for repair or replacement. Tested all work performed to ensure proper function and no leaks. None were found. Customer asked about replacing whole home filter. Inspected the unit and declined to attempt to replace due to a

Call for broken hose spigot pipes. Arrived and met with Ms. Sherry and Chris. They expressed frustration and concerns about the back hose spigots leaking and bursting many times over the last couple years. There was also trash and debris left after a water heater installation in January. Inspection findings: Home is split in to two houses on top with on large basement. Utilities occupy shared space in basement. Front hose spigots fine. Rear hose spigots both had ruptured lines. I found fittings completely separated, and a burst pipe on one copper line. Siding in bad shape with large gaps between pieces. I cleaned all debris from around the water heater. This included a bunch of old hvac stuff as well. Installed two new hose spigots and plumbed in with pex b instead of copper to help provide extra relief should a freeze event occur. Found lavatories drain clogged. Snake drain to clear blockage. Found washing machine clogged. Snaked with 25’ cable to clear blockage. Filled an dumped washing machine to test. If problem continues recommend jetting drain from roof vent.

Replaced concentric tankless rinnai in crawlspace with the updated model. Cut out the underground PRV outside the crawlspace, and replaced the PRV inside the crawlspace. Set water pressure to 68 psi. This did improve the customers issue with low water pressure inside the home. Confirmed new unit was working correctly and leak free. Had customer feel the hot water at the kitchen and the master bathroom shower to verify the temperature was in a desirable range. No further issue at this time.

Customer had water service leak in yard 10ft past meter. Dug down and found 1” leak on sch 20 PVC. Explained to customer about age and pipe. Gave options to repair water service. Cut out section and repaired with new pvc. Waited for glue to dry for hour and checked for leaks and proper function. Honored 3/4 price that was given up front.
