Customer had blockage in mainline again affecting downstairs bathroom due to bathroom being lowest point of house. Blockage was again before clean out had to pull toilet and run machine through line several times before being able to clear ran camera through line pass clean out to check for issues of pipe or potential causes for problem. was unable to identify anything as the main source of the issue. Reset toilet and ran water to check for proper drainage function. Informed customer about no warranty with drain stoppages. Customer does have cast-iron piping. Customer could consider redoing piping with PVC to prevent further issues. Gave video of piping to customer.
Customer had hose bib freeze and bust. Gave customer options to replace hose bib with frost free hose bib. Cut small hole in the wall to access piping after replacement check for leaks and proper function.
Cody explained all of my options and executed efficiently. Would recommend Chen pluming!
Customer had issues with old toilet. Gave options for repair/replacement. Customer wanted to replace toilet with CP Kohler High-line. Flange is good. Removed old toilet and installed new. Checked for leaks and proper function.
Excellent service
Upon arrival customer stated they were having a backup occurring in the home. I found there was a condensation line stubbed in the main sewer line. I informed the customer that we would have to pull a toilet and run the camera and sewer machine. Gave customer estimate customer approved the estimate. I cleared the blockage and ran the camera. When running the camera found a belly in the main sewer line outside of the home. I located the line and found it was under the front porch. I informed the customer on what was happening. Gave customer estimate to do a spot repair. Customer approved estimate. We had to tunnel under the porch. When we got the pipe exposed we found that all the 45s were installed improperly which was causing the belly. We cut out the section that had a belly and repaired it. Tested system and system is working properly with no leaks or issues. Then we backfilled the hole. Also told customer it could backup again due to the rest of the existing sewer line.
Call for toilet not filling properly and to install new seals on a faucet neck. Checked pressure on home and found it to be good at 60psi at 2pm on a weekday. Chlorine levels read higher than I can test, above 5ppm at kitchen faucet. Water heater is approximately ten years old. Toilet fill valve is bad in guest bathroom (upstairs, immediate right hand turn, Kohler toilet). Rohl faucet provided new replacement parts for kitchen faucet. Replaced toilet fill valve and toilet is flushing normally. Installed rebuild kit on faucet spout. I recommend installing a whole house water filter to reduce the chlorine and chemical levels in the water. This will help reduce the stress on fixtures. Further, I am providing a water heater estimate as it is at the end of its life expectancy. Age, with water quality, increase risk of premature failure.
Customer stated that they wanted a quote to install RO system under kitchen sink and also find where there was a leak coming from under kitchen sink. Found leak coming from dishwasher supply line and recommended to customer to have that replaced. Gave customer quote for installing filtration system under kitchen sink also installing new dishwasher supply line. Customer signed quote and will return Monday to install Customer provided filtration system under kitchen sink and also new dishwasher supply line.
Upstairs in bedroom bathroom installed new lavatory pop up assembly. Tested and no leaks were present. On main floor also replaced pop up for pedal sink. Tested and no leaks present. Also installed new garbage disposal and tested. Disposal now works properly and no leaks present. Cleaned up work area. Also recommend to have water heaters replaced due to there age.
Call to disconnect sink and stove in anticipation of countertop install. While working we also found that the hot and cold,d shut off for the faucet were not functional. We removed and replaced the shut off valves. After disconnecting all required plumbing, we drained the water down to the house and left water off at request of Jackie. We also found a leaking faucet in the basement and provided an estimate to install a customer provided faucet.
Customer had a Rinnai tankless unit that was reading code 12. Code happens intermittently, but most often happens later in the day when the primary shower is run. Ran combinations of tubs and showers and was unable to recreate the code. Went to check the rating plate on the gas meter and it has been painted over so was unable to check the btu load. Inh20 reading was in normal range at 7.5 when static and 6.5 when heaters were firing. Need to be able to run the pool heater 8n conjunction with the heaters to ensure it doesn’t drop below 4 inh20 reading for proper function. Remote start for the pool heater wasn’t working and the screen was too pixelated to see the messages for the beeping. Informed customer the pool heater needs to be able to heat and AGL should check their meter and regulator to ensure proper function. After this, we can return to do a check on the gas pressure system.
Remove existing water heater and haul away. Furnish and install new 40 gallon low bow water heater with new thermal expansion tank and drip pan under heater. Also install 3 new service valve 2 under lavatory faucet and one for toilet. Furnish and install new American standard toilet. Removed old water heater and furnished and install installed new one. Also installed new thermal expansion tank and drip pan under heater. Upstairs in bedroom bathroom installed new toilet and new service valve for toilet. In hallway bath upstairs installed two new service valves under vanity. Wasn’t able to test work due to mainline is broken. Will need to return tomorrow to do so. Left water off for unit just in case it comes on before then.
Customer had a 50 gallon electric with heavy signs of wear and rust. Customer stated hot water ran out with a single bath and requested a higher capacity unit. Installed an 80 gallon electric unit with a new drip pan, thermal expansion tank, and shutoff. Tested all work to ensure proper function and no leaks. None were found.
Customer had fuse on breaker fixed after installing garbage disposal. Garbage disposal will not turn off. Switch that activates disposal seems to be issue as power is not shut off when switch is in off position. Informed customer about electrical issues. If further work is needed will credit dispatch fee to job.

Thumping noise from the heater, when I got here I can not hear a noise, Recommend to take a video of the thumping if it happens again. Can’t recreate the issue at this time.
Return to install two liberty pumps and a float switch on a duplex grinder system. We dig up basin lid and lifted and shifted it to be level. Removed two pumps and the float switch, required to junction box near system. Installed new check valve outside of basin to replace failed check valve. This item was done as a courtesy at no additional cost. While on site, we reconfirmed history of system and components with Tim. He did mention a concern with the electrical. Stating that the plug in was required to be a gfci grounded switch, but there were concerns with daisy chaining grounds in such a way. Tim eventually elected to return the outlet to a normal outlet and has stated he hasn’t had any issues since then. There is also a concern that the alarm box may have been damaged or otherwise gone through stress with recent pump and alarm issues. I have tested 5e pumps and everything appears to be working as intended at this time. I was unable to replicate anything that may cause concern.
Cody A replace a couple toilets and garbage disposal. He was great about explaining the work that would be done, what I should do to keep my plumbing in good condition, and answered all my random questions about work I might want done in the future.

Cast iron line to the back bathroom/kitchen is back pitched. Left quote to replace the piping and restore proper pitch. Also left quote for the water heater as it is from 2014. Gave quotes to tenant for him to reach out to the landlord about.
For this customer came out to the call for hot water in the shower, not heating up in the shower. However, I took a look around the residence, took a look at the kitchen sink faucet, following the lavatory faucet and in the shower. And the water is about lukewarm, not completely hot on the tankless. It is showing an error code of E5, which is indicating that the heating element either has a problem and or the electrical supply has a problem. This typically is a problem with the electrical and not the water. In our professional opinion, I recommend calling a certified electrician to take a further look at the electrical issue before proceeding with any repairs if y’all choose to go with said repairs, it would be replacing the heating elements of the tankless water heater however we typically do not work on tankless water heaters that are electric. We typically only work on natural gas tankless water heaters if the quote is approved to replace the elements unfortunately we wouldn’t be ab
Customer having sewer smell upon arrival. Customer stated after demo she smelt sewer gases. Informed customer we could place temporary caps on all sewer lines in the demoed bathroom. Gave customer estimate, customer approved estimate. Installed new caps on all sewer lines. Customer should not have the sewer smell anymore
Called out today due to the washing machine drain plug accidentally being dropped down the washing machine drain pipe. I got my camera and saw it was clearly in the trap. So, we used the washing machine hose and put it in the drain. Blew some good pressure water into the drain and was able to get it pushed out and into the main drain. It should flow right out to the city large sewer pipe outside no problem. No charge for today.
Customer had a few customer provided items needing replacement. Replaced two toilets with customer provided Toto toilets. Both flanges were in good condition. Had to replace one stop for hall bathroom in order to replace toilet. caulked both toilets to floor and checked for leaks and proper function. Also replaced customer provided garbage disposal, hardwired disposal. after install, ran disposal to check for leaks and proper function.
Kitchen sink faucet replacement only I replaced the kitchen sink faucet in unit 3c the prior faucet was leaking from the internal and exposed supply lines of the faucet. We went ahead and replaced the faucet with a brand new Moen Adler kitchen sink faucet. Connected the supply lines to the existing service stop valves, and tested for leak. No leak on the faucet and or supply lines. Customer would like to try some house hold remedies for the bathroom sink drain. At this time there are no leaks. Wasn’t able to check water pressure and I couldn’t get a clear photo of the water heater due to the location of it
Returned to home today to rebuild the previously assessed toilet in the guest bedroom bathroom. We had to order the flush mechanism specially. We replaced the flush mechanism, the fill valve, and the toilet supply line with new of each. Tested for function, no issues. Client payed for this on previous visit.
There was an unnecessary bracket on the shower valve customer requested to have removed. While I did that he mentioned the handle to the shower valve was loose which I tightened. Hose for the sprayer was assembled at the factory and cannot be modified in any way. Answered questions about his water smell/taste and gave recommendations for different options on the filtration system. Customer going to do more research and decide what best fits his water quality needs before deciding. No further issue at this time.
Not a recall. Water meter had hex nut lock, as it was located in an Atlanta sidewalk. Water shut off as requested.
Return tomorrow morning to continue job.
Return to replace waterline and perform other plumbing items. Ran new waterline from meter to house. New waterline through foundation, with hydraulic cement sealing foundation penetration. New pressure regulating valve, shut off valve, hose spigot and shut off valve. Installed new waterline for fridge ice maker. This included running new pipe, shut off valve, and supply line. Installed new gas line and shut off valve for stove from basement to behind stove. While on site we accidentally damaged a planting pot. I replaced the pot with as similar an item as I could and discussed with Chris. All work spaced cleaned up. Locating flags removed. We lifted water meter box slightly at the request of Chris. We performed a walkthrough and explained all work.
