Customer needing customer supplied Moen Flo installed and a toilet auger was upstairs upon arrival. Customer stated his neighbor had a Moen Flo installed so he bought one and wants us to install it, customer also stated the toilet upstairs hasn’t been flushing right for the last few days. Informed customer we could install the Moen Flo with no warranty due to it being customer supplied. Also informed customer we could auger the toilet out upstairs. Gave customer estimate, customer approved estimate. Installed the Moen Flo device and help customer set up the app on his phone, also augered toilet upstairs. Turned water back on to check for leaks and found no leaks. Toilet and Moen device are working properly, no leaks upon departure

Call for leak under sink. Arrived and met with Isabell, the tenant for this property. She said there is occasionally a leak from behind the sink in the main level powder room. Inspection revealed the following: rust and deterioration present on faucet stems and housing. Pop up assembly appears to have been recently replaced. The pipe up trip lever housing is leaking. I did briefly attempt to reset but leak persisted. I believe there may be a small crack, but I am unable to inspect further wi5out removing it or moving the pedestal sink. I am providing estimates to replace the pop up, as well as the faucet. After speaking with Ms. Sylvia, she elected to replace the pop up drain assembly. I removed the failed plastic assembly and installed a better quality brass assembly. I tested for leaks and ensured work space was cleaned up.

Upon arrival, shower was working fine handle was loose tighten handle, and set temp guard to appropriate temperature. Everything is working as intended at this time.

Cut out section of copper that is leaking. Repair section and test. Customer stated that there was a waterline leaking on the porch. Found that copper broke on 90 from freezing. Gave customer quote to make repair and customer agreed. Went ahead and made repair by cutting out small section of pipe and replacing it with new copper piping. Turned water back on and tested, and no leaks were present at this time. Tested water, pressure and water pressure tested fine. Cleaned up work area.

Client called us out due to a pressure drop issue they were experiencing in top floor tub when other fixtures were ran. They were concerned the water heaters had failed, so we checked them out. The dual nat gas water heaters seem to be functioning properly. Tested water pressure and it got up to 120 psi which is a good bit higher than the safe range of 50-79 psi. The tub on top floor was also not draining and the toilet in Same bathroom had some on and off issues. We replaced that failed pressure reducing valve due to high pressure and to fix the pressure drops client was experiencing. Installed new ball valve as well. In upstairs tub I removed the drain pieces and ran my snake. After a couple passes I cleared out a large wad of hair and soap scum build up. That drain is now draining much better. We also rebuilt that toilet with new fill valve, new kohler flush seal, and new supply line. Turned water on and tested, no issues. 1 yr warranty except for the drain cleaning portion.

Customer contact details regarding a reported leak in the garage. Upon arrival, the issue could not be re-created, customer was advised to monitor the area and notify us if the issue occurs. During the thorough system evaluation, we identified the water heater was missing to require thermal expansion tank and had multiple code related violations. These findings were explained to the customer, along with the potential risk of property damage if not addressed. Customer elected to proceed with installing a thermal expansion tank and performing a water heater flush. All work was performed and completed to professional standards and confirmed to be operating properly at the time of departure.

Ptrap leaking, 3/4 cpvc line broken, and 2 inch laundry drain leaking upon arrival. Customer stated all three were leaking and would need to be fixed. Informed customer the cast iron p trap would need to be replaced with pvc, we could repair the busted cpvc line and repair the broken section of 2 inch pvc line. Gave customer estimate. Customer approved estimate. Replaced cast iron p trap, repaired 3/4 cpvc line and repaired 2 inch pvc drain. Turned water back on and ran water through all the drains to check for leaks, no leaks were found. Everything is working properly and no leaks upon departure

Customer had issue in drainage system when toilet in master was flushed, Large gurgling sound come from studor vent under kitchen sink. in attempt to fix issue, replaced Studer vent. Reflush toilet, but found issue not fixed. Put back old studor. Later looked outside to find a clean out. removed clean out and large amount of water came out. Cleanout seems to be between inlet of septic tank and Leech filed line. Gave customer option to camera to see if we could further address issue. Also repaired shower handle in master bath. Customer wanted to have septic tank company come out to address issue. Also explain to customer about flush for tankless water heater.

Checked customer mentioned sewer back up problem In basement floor drain , sewer line in the yard was replaced on 8/18/2017 with 10 years warranty, checked today everything is working with multiple faucets on and toilet flushing with no any back up , last occurs problem is inside the basement floor drain. We will come unclog the line for free within warranty period is problem happens again between the house to street .

For this customer, they had a garbage disposal in the kitchen sink that would only hum so therefore knew exactly what needed to be done. The garbage disposal needed to be replaced however, we did try to unjam it prior to replacing it. Replace the unit with a brand new one half horsepower hooked everything up at a new wire nuts to the electrical components new waist bracket cleaned up the area use the dropcloth to hold the tools what’s installed? There are no leaks.

Downstairs toilet was loose and moving back and forth. Received approval to pull toilet and replace wax ring. Installed new wax gasket and closet bolts. Reinstalled toilet. After reinstalling we found old supply line was leaking and fill valve was 90% inoperable. We replaced both. No further issue at this time.

We did Rinnai model RXP 199 in tankless water heater unit as warranty job , no charge to customer

Customer wanted an estimate for various repairs throughout home took a look at all of the issues and gave several estimates to have repairs/replacements done. Water heater info sticker was removed from heater. Customer will call back later with decision for work.

Call for hammer arrestor on washing machine. Arrived and met with Mrs. Biasiwala. She stated that her and her husband would like hammer arrestors installed on the washing machine box. This is to remedy water hammer that is consistent with washing machine use. I performed an inspection to ensure no other contributing factors were present that may lead to water hammer. Water pressure read at 62 psi. Prv appears to be 2-3 years old at most. Two gas water heaters with recirculating pumps and spring check valves. Water heater are natural gas, manufactured in September of 2023. I asked about some common water hammer symptoms. Specifically, no hammer or noises reported when using any faucet, shower, toilet, dishwasher, or ice maker. With an absence of other symptoms presenting at this time, I do not believe there are other causes of hammer. However, if symptoms were not noticed or reported but later present, we can return and perform a diagnostic inspection to assess things such as rec

Removed all back pitched cast iron all the way back to the kitchen sink. Installed new pvc drains. Capped off old kitchen sink drain/vent. Ran water from every fixture to ensure a leak free install. Replaced approx. 40’. No further issue at this time.

Leak in garage upon arrival. Customer stated she opened the garage and water was coming out of the ceiling. After opening up ceiling and upstairs cabinet found 1/2 inch copper line broken from a freeze break. Informed customer we could repair the break. Gave customer estimate, customer approved estimate. Repaired section of pipe and cut the water back on. No leaks were found. No leaks upon departure

Client called us out today due to their hose connection next to garage door splitting and leaking outside. There was no access to the pipe behind, so we had to cut small section of Sheetrock in order to access the pipe. Cut the 1/2” cpvc, adapted to 3/4” pex a water pipe, then connected the new hose bib connection. Due to temperature we had to let glue dry for about an hour and the pex a rings needed a minute also. Turned water back on and tested. No more leaks. Client responsible for any Sheetrock repair necessary. Water pressure is good at 45 psi. 1 yr warranty.

Customer had a few issues to address. Gave options for repairs/replacements. Did minor tank rebuild including, fill valve flapper, supply, and toilet handle to toilet in hall bath. Also replace delta single handle shower cartridge in master. Looked at handles on wide spread faucet in master bath but unable to repair issue. Issues result from age. Noted to customer about loose toilet and broken cleanout outside. Gave options for additional repairs. Customer is gonna explore home warranty before continuing. After work was complete, checked for leaks and proper function of all repairs.

For this job I Went through the clean out with the camera to find out where the issue was at, following that I tried to snake the clean out from the outside to clear the clog however we were unable to clear it, so therefore we went ahead and pulled the toilet and snaked from there, was able to clear the sewer line. Once complete, I cleaned the toilet, recaulked the toilet and disinfected the area, also some sewer water came out of the clean out, took my hose and cleaned the side walk and the grass.

Under kitchen sink install customer supplied filter and also install new supply line for dishwasher. Returned and did quoted work. Tested all connections and no leaks were present at this time. Cleaned up work area. Also drilled hole at top of cabinet and put dishwasher drain through top as a courtesy item.

Customer has a Noritz water heater that is around 20 years old and has a code 16. Customer had initially requested to flush the tankless. This service was declined due to the age of the unit. Left a price to reroute the exhaust line because the current one is exhausting under a porch and this isn’t allowed by code or manufacturer specifications.

For this customer, he doesn’t have many major repairs that are currently needed. However, his pressure is on the higher side at 90 pounds my gauge is off by 20 pounds of pressure however would I recommend is to still replace the pressure reducing valve in the crawlspace just because it is at a code CUSTOMER decided that he would be a win with Chen member so thank you for that. In addition to that the faucet that is squeaking, I believe is due to the high water pressure for his kitchen faucet and the flow of the bathroom sink faucet has no issues it’s at one .2 gallons per minute and there’s not really a repair that I can do for the flow of water given that everything is looking correct at this time. Customer wants to wait on the pressure reducing valve and the swap for the tankless there’s no current issue or leaks with the tankless.

Remove existing water heater and haul away. Furnish and install new 40 gallon gas short water heater with new thermal expansion tank and tank shut off. Also rework vent. Install new hose bib and new line for hose bib with new shutoff valve. Installed 40 gallon gas water heater and corrected vent. Tested no leaks were present at this time and water heater was working properly. Cleaned up work area. Also found leak on cast-iron piping and will send Customer estimate to get that taken care of as well.

For this customer, they have a vessel sink 12 inch size single hole faucet in their back guest building in the back of the home so therefore, I recommended to replace the faucet due to where it is currently leaking. Gave a couple different options if we were just quiet and or if the CUSTOMER were to supply at the CUSTOMER went the route of them supplying it and we installing it also recommended to replace the service top valves underneath the sink due to the fact that they do not look like they will close. Took a look at the water pressure and the water pressure red 120 however, when I took it out of my pocket after I was done checking the pressure realized the pressure gauge stayed at 1:20 indicating a bad pressure reading at this time. The customer does not need a pressure reducing valve for The other building. We will be coming back on Sunday to install the faucet for them.

Returned because customer stated the water heater was leaking, when I opened the garage found the floor dry with no water on the ground. Removed cover from tankless and the inside was dry. Saw no active water leak. Informed customer to keep an eye on it and if she noticed it again to have us back out but right now nothing is showing a active water leak
