Customer stated that toilet was backing up. At this time toilet was working properly, but tenant did mention that it will back up occasionally, and she would clear it with a plunger. Current toilet is older and has a bad flush. Recommended to customer to replace toilet with better flush. Also found that water heater is about nine years old, so it’s coming up to the end of its life. Will send estimates for repairs needed.

Arrived to begin work for Customer’s new home per quote. Installed 5 gallon thermal expansion tank with bracket secured to wall installed new PRV and shut off for whole home. Also installed Moen smart valve and rebuilt three toilets. Also reconfigured some piping in area of PRV. Check for leaks and proper function of work will return Wednesday to install gas line and completely set up flow by Moen with Customer.

In guesthouse, removed existing toilet and furnishing installed new ADA round front toilet. Tested and toilet was working properly with no leaks present at this time. Also in guest house crawlspace, remove the existing water heater and hauled away. Furnished and installed new 50 gallon lowboy electric water heater with new thermal expansion tank and bracket. Also rework main waterline and installed new main house shut off valve closer to crawlspace door. Tested all work and no leaks were present this time. Turned water heater on. Cleaned up work area.

For this Job, the sink was partially clogged with hair and debris at the pop-up assembly. I ran some water to verify where it clogged at. And it looked like it was isolated to the pop-up assembly only so therefore I remove the pop-up assembly and pulled it out to see what was going on with. It comes to find out it was just hair in grease buildup from overtime in the sink, so therefore I removed the blockage And threw it away once complete. The sink drains like normal now no further action is needed at this time.

Toilet needing to be augured and shower cartridges needing to be installed upon arrival. Customer stated the toilet is flushing slowly and that they ordered the cartridges for their master shower. Informed customer we could auger the toilet out and install the customer supplied cartridges. Gave customer estimate, customer approved estimate. Installed both cartridges and turned water back on to make sure they were working properly. After running auger through the toilet, hit a blockage but could not pull it back. Flushed toilet and it was still doing the same thing. Pulled toilet and ran camera through toilet. Found a pair of glasses in the toilet. Pulled glasses out and reset toilet, it is now working properly. Showers and toilets are working properly. No leaks upon departure

Minor toilet tank rebuild with a new handle For this customer the had an issue of the toilet handle no engaging and then going down and back up. The toilet is a little bit older, around 10 years old, however it was in good condition. I recommend to replace the handle, fill valve, flush valve seal, flush valve tower arm and the supply line. So that is exactly what we did. We replaced all of that. Once completed, there are no leaks. The water heaters are old, I recommend to go tankless when they need to be replaced. Install ice maker water line Install ice maker box inside the wall Will need to cut and remove drywall to access the wall to drill through the subfloor For this customer they are getting a new refrigerator, and the company that came out told them that they wouldn’t install the refrigerator, due to the fact that it didn’t have a shut off valve accessible near the fridge. So therefore due to Georgia state code, we had to install an ice maker box. In order to do so, I needed to find out where I can drywall and where I couldn’t. On the back wall of where the icemaker box could’ve gone where the outlet is below it was a structural beam, so therefore I couldn’t drill through that so where I had to put the icemaker box was on the side wall of the fridge, I cut a section of drywall out Drilled through the choices below ran, picks a pipe over and across into the crawlspace and connect it back into copper piping once everything was installed. For existing eletric water heater , we replaced CPVC pipe and flexible connector with copper , replace water shut off valve with 3/4 ball valve , add pan and capped , new expansion tank installed, new tub overflow gasket installed

Customer had old electric water heater and looking to replace with tankless. Gave customer options and after approval began to install Navion 240 a tankless water heater. Removed old heater. Mounted new heater to wall. Ran vent out back of wall. Secured all piping and reconnected recirculation line. After installation was complete checked for leaks and proper function. Courtesy item of hose bib install will be done with filtration install at a later date. Will also look into new face plate for tankless heater. Gave customer quote for filtration install.

Checked washing machine auto shut off valve , was off and turn back on

Looked at cracked cast iron 4” pipe in basement. Looked at water heater in basement. Prv in basement is leaking from adjustment bolt. Has 2 sections of copper pipe about 2 “ each that needs to be replaced in basement. Front silcock is not working. Disposal is jammed. Gave estimate to repair all issues shown today.

Customer says he has better price for job from te certified. Would not disclose other price.

Came out for a leaking water heater, dripping shower valve. We replaced the water heater, shower cartridge, rear hose bib, and PRV and main shut off valve. Set new pressure to 50 psi. Tested to ensure proper function and a leak free installation. Diagnostic work done by Tim Chen. We came and performed the repair work.
