Remove and repair/repair diverter Customer stated that toilet was running and there was a leak. Looked at toilet and gave customer repair options. Also tested pressure to home and pressure was at 75 psi and did drop test. Found that Prv is starting to fail because when faucet was turned on pressure would drop by 20 psi. Attempted to make repair in 3 handle shower valve diverter but wasn’t able to get diverter out. Will send customer options for plumbing repairs. Charge customer $49 because wasn’t able to get diverter repaired/replaced.

Upon arrival, talked with Ben about issues going on with tankless. Customer let me know that tankless is working as it should but every once in a while, we’ll have to reset unit in order to have hot water. At this time, customer didn’t want to proceed with any diagnostics. Tankless was on and running saying in use when no hot water was being used.

Camera and locate main sewer line from clean out in the front to street

Customer had 13 yr old heater stop heating. Also found a couple incorrect installments of items relative to heater. Checked pressure, found pressure to be at 165PSI. Customer also mentioned slow draining shower. After reviewing issues at hand, gave a few options for repairs/replacements. Replaced heater with 50 gal Rheem water heater. Also installed new PRV with main valve. Later ran small machine into drain line for shower. After machine filled shower stall and allowed to drain to check for proper drainage. Checked for leaks and proper function. Pressure is now set at 60PSI.

Price is to replace Rheem tankless unit for Navien tankless unit in attic. we were engaged to remove an existing tankless water heater and install a new winner in its place. The service included safely disconnecting water, gas, and electrical connections, inspecting the existing supply lines for compatibility and making any necessary adjustments to ensure a secure fit, mounting the new heater and reconnecting all utilities, followed by verifying venting for safe operation. Once the new system was installed we fill it purge air and powered it to perform a full functional check is included setting the temperature and verifying performance underload. Everything tested successfully and is operating as intended.

Gas company was out and found leak on corroded fitting outside of home. Gas company shut gas meter off also locked meter. Gave customer estimate to make repair on corroded pipe and customer agreed. Went ahead and remove old piping and replaced with new. Wasn’t able to test work because meter is locked and at this time customer didn’t want to proceed with an air pressure test. Gas company will come back out and check repair for leaks. Cleaned up work area. Like customer know that if gas company finds leak on repair to leave meter unlocked so we can come and fix and test ourselves.

Shut water off to unit. Remove existing service valve for dishwasher and furnish and install new one with new supply line. Also disconnect oven and test service valve for fridge. Shut water and gas off to home. Cut out old shut off valve for dishwasher and replaced with new one and also removed old shut off valve for oven and installed new one. Turned gas and water back on and tested. No leaks were present at this time. Cleaned up work area. Also tested pressure to unit and pressure was at 75 psi. Recommended to customer I have PRV replaced and also water heater replaced due to age.

Came out today to install customer supplied garbage disposal as courtesy, and secured the front hose connection after making sure it functions.

Found no gas leak , possible oven issue , told customer call manufacturer company to get someone to check

Arrive and found there was no power to the unit. Reworked and restored power to unit to allow it to properly heat water in the home. Isolated the outgoing hot line and waited 10 minutes to confirm water is heating up. Customer stated that there was hot water upstairs but none in basement or main floor. Since there was no power to the new unit in the basement since yesterday there should have been no hot water anywhere. Found an almost 15 year old tankless unit in the attic with no service history and a code for heavy scale flashing. This unit needs to be replaced as any servicing of an unserviced tankless after around 7 years is too likely to cause leaks. Will return tomorrow to install tankless unit and restore proper hot water to the house.

Customer stated that lavatory faucet in master bedroom bathroom was backing up. Stated to customer that the stoppage is in a common line that shared between units because even when customer is not using lavatory faucet, water is still backing up into sink. Customer stated that they will gain in contact with HOA before proceeding with any work. Will send estimate to run snake.

I came today to install a new water heater and new shower valve. I cut out the old water heater and started draining it. Then I when and cut a hole in the back off the wall in the bathroom to replace the shower valve. After I cut the hole I cut out the old shower valve. Next I installed the new shower valve and trim kit. Newly I installed the new water heater with a pan and new thermal expansion tank with a mounting bracket. I also installed a recirculating pump with a comfort tee that I installed under the kitchen sink. Tested all systems and all systems are working properly with no leaks or issues.

Came out for leaking kitchen drain. Arrived and found wet spot on drywall ceiling in the basement. Cut open the drywall and found a section of the cast iron has rotted out on the bottom side. Received approval to reroute the kitchen drain. Disconnected the cast iron in the basement and under the sink. Capped off the cast iron under the sink, in the basement, and the vent stack on the roof. Drilled down through cabinet. Cut out section of cast iron mainline and added new pvc branch line. Connected plumbing under sink down into new branch line in the basement. Installed AAV under kitchen sink. Tested to ensure proper function and a leak free installation. No further issue at this time.

Client called us out today due to their under sink pump for basement kitchen drain had failed and was no longer working. The check valve on the old pump was not functioning, which is the most likely cause of the pump burn up. Cut out old pump and check valve, and replaced with new liberty pump of same model. Once all connections were made, tested for proper function and leaks, there are none. 1 yr parts and labor warranty

Customer called for toilet is filling up sometimes, we removed toilet checked found blockage in main line under the slab , we cleared blockage with chain snake , did camera inspection found old cast iron pipe with build up not good slope , some area had negative slope , reset toilet , recommend customer for jetting cleaning, customer want wait till next time because of the cost

Shut down building at the meter and drained. Cut out ball valve and replaced. Repressurized buildings so no one was without water while we finished repair work. Replaced additional 30’ of piping and retied in fixture piping that was removed. Replaced hose bib. Tested to ensure a leak free install.

We check and found : fixed a leak in gas line for stove , correct code violations remove flex connector ran hard pipe thru floor ,replaced expansion tank with bracket , new water heater shut off valve installed

Customers water heater was old and leaking at bottom. Gave a few options to replace. Replaced heater with Rheem 40 gl gas short. Also installed new TET with bracket and ball valve. While replacing heater found vent coming from heater to be damaged, replaced section all the way to wall to section. vent in its entirety seems to be issued due to back draft from heater when heater was turned on. Suggest to have a HVAC company come to assess vent line and possibly clean or replace. After install checked for leaks and proper function.

Replace customer supplied service stop for toilet and ensured no leaks. Everything is working as attended upon departure.

Customer had a sewer smell coming from kitchen sink area. Inspected the area, saw no heavy buildup on the tubular, and no dried out traps. Diagnosed a failed AAV. Recommended replacement of the AAV. Customer requested changing all the pvc under the sink instead. Gave customer price to replace the strainer, the traps, the other tubular, and the pvc all the way to the cast stub out in the cabinet (cast runs through several inches of concrete). Customer approved work. Reworked pipes for both sides to tie into a common trap as well as drilling the drain for the reverse osmosis into the vent instead of directly into an active horizontal drain. Tested all work to ensure proper function and no leaks. Customer was dissatisfied with the new strainer. Customer would like his previous sink strainer installed. The ring had to be cut off to remove the old strainer. Will have to find a nut to put the old strainer back and will return to install the old strainer at no additional charge. Collected pa

Customer called us out for potential leak caused by a tub, however, customer did not want to proceed with diagnostic work. She will have painter cut hole in ceiling then determine if leak is plumbing related or not and call us back .while on site I checked water pressure and found water pressure to be over recommended limit informed customer that PRV and thermal expansion tank would have to be replaced. Customer understands of risks involved of not replacing thermal expansion tank and PRV.

Returned to replace electric water heater in crawlspace. Re,over old unit, and installed. New 50 gallon electric water heater. Also added drip pan under unit, and a mounting bracket for the new thermal expansion tank. New shut off valve on supply. Turned unit temp up slightly. Cleaned workspace. Locked crawlspace door and returned key. Bled air out of waterlines.
