Shower not shutting off and whole home shutoff not working upon arrival. Customer stated the shower had been dripping for a few months and now it won’t shutoff at all. Once they realized the shower would not shutoff they attempted to shut the water off to the home using the gate valve in the basement but the water would not shutoff all the way. Informed customer the shower cartridge had failed and that the gate valve was no longer working properly. Informed customer we could replace both. Gave customer estimate, customer approved estimate. Installed new gate valve and new Moen 1222 cartridge for the shower. Turned water back on to check for leaks and found no leaks. Made sure shower had both hot and cold water. Shutoff valve and shower are working properly and no leaks upon departure.

Found water heater leaking also found basement restroom tub&shower valve constantly running and back hose bib leaking. Gas to water heater was soft 3/8” copper with a crimp in line. Replaced Pfizer cartridge in basement restroom tub&shower valve. Replaced back hose bib with new hose bib secured to wall and caulked to wall. Replaced water heater with new 50 gallon ng water heater with new pan and thermal expansion tank. Replaced gas line with new 1/2” black steel pipe. Tested and left everything in good working order.

Customer stated that there was a leak coming from base of toilet. Customer also said that when they first noticed toilet leaking, they couldn’t get toilet to leak again until laundry was going. Stated to customer that there may be a blockage in the line. Stated to customer that toilet will have to be pulled and camera will have to be ran to inspect line. Went ahead and pull toilet. Found that there was a blockage made of soft tissue. Wasn’t able to clear with camera so went ahead and brought out bigger snake to get it cleared. Afterwards ran camera to inspect line. Found that snake wasn’t able to clear enough of the buildup in pipe, and also that pipe looked to be broken. Recommended customer next steps but at this time didn’t have access to crawlspace, so I wasn’t able to give estimate on repairs needed. Went ahead and reset toilet and tested. No leaks were present at this time. Given the condition of the pipe, there may be a blockage that reoccurs and causes leaking from toilet. Chen

Replace flapper in down stairs basement bathroom Free flapper replacement in the upstairs floral bathroom Kitchen sink faucet replacement For this customer we replaced the kitchen sink faucet due to a leak coming from the base off the faucet, there was also low water pressure so therefore we removed a old filter for under the sink however the sink already had a filter on it. So therefore i removed the other one. New shut off valve for the cold side service stop. Replaced the flapper in the down stairs basement bathroom. Additionally replaced the fill valve and flapper upstairs in the hallway. Once everything has been installed there are no leaks, pressure is back to normal.

Customer had toilet order to our shop and wanted to install. Checked pressure and water heater. Pressure was good. Gave Customer options for replacement. Replaced old toilet with Toto and bidet side mount install had to drill through tile on flooring in order to secure anchors to floor for proper securing of toilet after toilet was set into place flush toilet to check for leaks and proper function.

Me out for a toilet not flushing. Arrived and everything was working. We flushed the upstairs toilet several times and water went down every time. Flushed toilet paper multiple times in a row and toilet continued to flush. Took video of toilet operating normally. Gave quote to pull toilet and camera the drain if the issue should reoccur. Customer said old toilet was having the same issue, the replaced the toilet and it was continuing to do the same thing. We could not recreate the issue and homeowner did not want to do a camera inspection if everything was working.

For this customer we are installing a new faucet and rebuilding a toilet and doing a free flapper replacement.

Found existing drain that t&p tied to leaking. Repaired as courtesy due to previous work done. No warranty on courtesy work. If problems come back recommend placing drain.

Returned to install sheet rock access panels, forgot when completing work for water heater previous visit. Reinstalled panels and recommended membership

Came out to look at the pump system I installed in January of 2025. Main pump and battery back up still operating normally. Customer has a waterless urinal in the basement that was having blue liquid come up into the bowl. We left quote to replace the cartridge. Customer had two bad vacuum breakers in his hose bibs. He had already purchased the parts. We cut off the old ones and installed two new vacuum breakers. No further issue at this time.

Rebuild downstairs toilet with new fill valve, new flapper, and new toilet supply line. Test for proper operation And leaks. No leaks found after work completed. Also flushed water heater with win with Chen membership! Strongly recommended replacing 21 year old heater and left estimate for replacement

For this customer they wanted a few estimates for a laundry sink basin install, gave them a few estimates on what we could do for them, options reflect either Chen supplied or customer supplied wash basin, additionally gave a secondary estimate for installing new water lines from below and reconnection from up top. At this time we did not check pressure due to the fact the regulator was new as well as the heater, we will reach back out to the home owner on how they would like to proceed.

Leak is coming from upstairs bathrooms will need to cut hole in ceiling to she where leak is coming from. Additional estimate will be given when leak source is found. we also do not fix or repair any drywall. After cutting out ceiling I found an old lead toilet flange that has be leaking for awhile cut out old flange and replaced with new fernco, pvc and new flange . Check work and cleaned up work area

Quoted a water heater replacement today

Repaired water pipe busted in the front of home , leak was from 1” sharkbite fitting and should not been used underground, we replaced pipe with 1” pex B pipe and pex B fitting , one year warranty

Opened ceiling checked leak , fixed with overflow gasket , new diverter tub spout .

Use small snake and clear shower drain. Once cleared test thoroughly for proper drain. Clean work space Shut off water to toilet. Drain all water and remove toilet. Provide and install new toilet. Install toilet with new wax ring, toilet bolts and toilet supply line. Test new toilet for proper operation and leaks. Clean work area

Removed and hauled off old electric tank water heater. Capped off old lines. Installed new navies 240A2 in the garage. Drilled and routed venting and and drain piping to exterior of home. Ran new 3/4 gas line over to the tankless water. Powered up unit and tested to ensure proper function and a leak free installation. No further issue at this time.

Returned to install customer supplied in line filter. Install customer supplied inline filter and added a bypass. Turned water back on to check for leaks and found no leaks. Flushed system out for 10 minutes. Water is turned back on and filter is working properly. No leaks upon departure

Rebuild toilet with new fill valve, flapper seal, canister rebuild, and toilet supply lines. Test toilets new parts for proper operation. Pressure was over 90 psi. Shut off water to home and drained system. Cut out and removed old pressure regulator and installed new pressure regulator and shut off valve. Set pressure to 70 psi. flushed water heater with win with Chen membership. Checked all work for proper operation and leaks. No leaks found after work completed and cleaned work space

Call for running toilets and to question about adding hose spigot functionality to fourth floor bathroom. Arrived and met with Neil. He explained that two bathrooms have toilets that are always dripping or running. Additionally, the top floor of the condo has a balcony, and they have no hose spigot. Neil has tried changing the faucet in the bathroom and adding a hose adapter, but the components were not compatible. I performed an inspection of the toilets and plumbing system and found the following: Toilets were gerber with a mix of failing flush valves, and flappers. Some gaskets were deteriorated significantly. We checked pressure on the home and found it to slightly exceed the legal limit of 80psi, reading between 85 and 90psi. Customer called us out due to active leaks, occurring from the cold water side of two existing 8 inch spread laboratory faucets. After performing an issue evaluation, customer was presented with options to disassemble the faucets and identify the manufacture and cartridge type to determine repair feasibility. Customer approved diagnostic disassembly. Upon inspection, it was determined that the existing faucet model had been discontinued and replacement parts/cartridges were no longer readily available, requiring special order components with no guarantee of timely availability. Customer was presented with replacement options and elected to replace both laboratory faucets. Removed and dispose of existing faucets and installed two new 8 inch widespread laboratory faucet assemblies. Was called out for a dripping faucet and drain that was backing up. Checked water pressure and it was 120. Gave estimate to add PRV and main shut off valve.
