First customer we installed a brand new half horsepower garbage disposal previous one was pipe incorrectly underneath the kitchen sink so therefore, I recommended to do the proper way and reconnect everything. They already had a tubular P-trap so therefore what I recommended is to install a T for the garbage disposal and pipe everything that way once fully installed, there are no further leaks. There are no issues that I can see the customer is all set. The customers sink needs to be fixed along with their cabinetry however it is working properly. there is a little bit of buckling from the countertops however, everything is installed correctly at this time there are no further issues.

Additionally, we installed that new faucet with new angle stops for the dishwasher in the hot side. The fittings were shark bite originally on I recommended to go ahead and just swap it with pecks angle stops. I didn’t have pecks B fittings so therefore I use packs at eight to a reducer to pack B and crimped everything once everything was installed came out perfectly fine cleaned up everything CUSTOMER is all set however, the customer asked if we have installed garbage disposal so therefore he asked about the price and I said yeah I got one on the truck that I can install so that is exactly what we did installed a new three-quarter horsepower garbage disposal. Tankless flush and some troubleshooting work with exhaust pipe pitch fix

Replaced p-trap and 6’ of horizontal drain for tub. Bypassed kitchen drain and tied into 3”cast iron drain. Removed remaining galvanized pipe and replaced with pex on distribution system. Added new stop valves for fixtures we ran the new Pex line to. Line in yard is still galvanized, did not replace Prv or main shutoff. Turned water on to check for leaks and found no leaks. Ran sink to ensure it was draining. Recommend jet to customer to prevent kitchen sink from backing up. No leaks upon departure.

Water heater replacement quote

Upon arrival customer stated cast iron p trap from tub and hub on cast iron toilet where leaking gave customer estimate to replace the p trap and all the horizontal run from the toilet. Customer approved the estimate we replaced the cast iron p trap and horizontal run from the tub and the toilet with pvc and tied back on the the main line and vent with ferncos and replaced lead toilet flange with pvc flange ran water to test for leaks and no leaks where detected upon departure. Customer is responsible for setting toilet.

05/26/2026 In basement pulled toilet in basement bathroom to run camera to locate drain line. Pipe is in basement living room. Pulled carpet in living room. Used saw to cut slab to access drain pipe. Will return tomorrow with tractor to dig up outside of home to replace cast iron with PVC piping. Also left estimate for water heater replacement. 05/27/2026 Used tractor to dig down to pipe outside of home to access sewer line. In the process of digging hit water line. Cut out old cast iron inside and out side of home. Inside connected pvc to existing abs piping. Ran pipe and installed back water valve. Ran pipe through foundation wall. Will return tomorrow. 05/28/2026 Finished installing sewer line by connecting to existing abs outside of home. Installed cleanout. Packed down dirt to hold pipe in place. Sealed around foundation wall penetration. Repaired water line by replacing section through foundation wall and covered back soil. Wasn’t able to save any bushes because they have died wh

Camera drain and found build up in line. Jetted drain line to clear build up out of drain. Camera drain after jetting to verify that build up was removed.

Customer has very small bugs different than “sewer flies“ within bathroom areas. As process of elimination. Ran hand machine in daughter’s tub shower, master tub, and master shower to help assist with the bug removal. Well drain cleaning pulled large amounts of hair out of both tub drains. Put drains all back together and checked for proper drainage function. Customer is going to continue with other methods of bug removal.

Came out for an alarm going off on a sewage ejection pump. Received approval to remove the lid, pump down the basin, and inspect the pump. Pulled pump and bypassed float switch which confirmed that the pump was not activating with power. Notified homeowner and received approval to replace the pump. Ordered pump and returned next day once it had arrived. Installed pump new check valve and connected wiring. Tested to ensure proper function. Ran water inside the cottage until the float switch engaged and the pump drained the basin back down. No further issue at this time.

Replaced Kloher cartridge for downstairs bathroom. Checked work and no more drips from the tub spout. Had to replace handle with new due to the new cartridge was not compatible with old handle

Customer had dripping shower on arrival. After giving customer full plumbing inspection of home found pressure to be high and other additional items to bring to Customer’s attention. After going over work and options, Customer wanted to proceed with all work to be completed. Rebuilt, two toilets, one located downstairs in basement and one located upstairs in guest bedroom. Replaced six stops. Two located in kitchen in basement. Two located in bathroom upstairs. Along with one stop at toilet. And last stop located at toilet in basement. For this customer, we installed four brand new western toilets in the master bathroom following that was the downstairs half bathroom. That was the downstairs guest bathroom following that was the jack and Jill bathroom for the children for the Jack and Jill bathroom. We had to misaligned the toilet because the toilet would hit the door so therefore we had a shift the toilet just over a little bit however we made the tank flush with the wall additionally, all of the toilets were caulked with bright white cock four brand new supply lines have been added for brand new wax rings with horns have been added as well Four brand new Johnny bolts.
