Fixed busted pipe in the yard near the sidewalk ,dug up found cracked sharkbite fitting which is not supposed used for underground, replaced fitting with propress fitting and type L copper pipe used for the repair

Customer had three toilets ordered to install. Also replaced each stop with toilet installs. While performing work, had issue with one flange resulting in a replacement flange. Also found a cracked tank. Customer went back to exchange and then installed last toilet. When checking pressure found pressure to be 110PSI. Suggested to replace PRV. As courtesy, replaced main valve as well with proper tag. After work was complete, checked for leaks and proper function then caulked toilets.

Call for sewer backup in basement. Met with Ms. Sheila and discussed the issue. Inspection findings discovered the sewage ejection pump has burnt out and no longer functioning. No electrical issues found. Removed failed pump and installed new pump, new check valve, and resealed. When basin was open I found no wipes or evidence of misuse of pump. Pump is from around 2008. It serves two bathrooms and a kitchenette. Discussed findings with Ms. Sheila and the repair work done. We also discussed the water filtration system that was recommended by Mr. Chen. Shut off water to faucet. Remove old leaking kitchen faucet. Install new customer supplied drop in sink with new kitchen faucet. Install new disposal supplied by Chen. Install all fixtures and seal properly. Test all work for proper operation. Clean workspace

Shut down water to home and electricity to low boy water heater. Drain down portable water system and tank water heater in garage. Take extra care in cutting CPVC piping due to age. Furnish and install new 2.5 gallon thermal expansion tank and secure. Place new lowboy water heater in pan. Make all necessary connections to CPvC piping and give sufficient time For adhesive to cure. Pressurize system slowly and test for leaks before turning on power to water heater. When shutting off main valve for townhome, stem in multi turn valve broke. As courtesy replaced valve with new ball valve

High water bill upon arrival. Customer stated her water bill has gone up and they isolated the leak to the front yard. After shutting off ball valve in the basement, confirmed at meter there was a leak in the yard. Informed customer we could repair or replace the water service, but we do not have the equipment to locate the leak in the yard so she would need a leak detection company. Left customer estimate to replace the water service using a bore shot to save the yard. Also left customer estimate to repair the water service if it is less than 3 ft deep and a repairable pipe.

Call for spike in water usage. Arrived and met with house sitter (Amber), and briefly spoke with Ms. Sara on the phone (Home owner, away on travels). Did initial walkthrough for obvious signs of water escape. Verified leak was not in mainline between meter and yard via ball valve isolation. Conducted thorough and complete inspection of water system. Observations and findings: Home main line from city in front of house. Appears to have irrigation on well system. Copper pipes throughout home. Pressure regulating valve replaced and operating normally, replaced June of 2024. Tankless (Navien) was installed (it appears as a swap out) in December of 2023. Several toilet rebuilds and replacements over the last couple years, with two toilets installed in September of 2024. No water filtration on mainline. Simple in line filter for kitchen sink. Recirculating system served by stand alone recirculation pump located in crawlspace area near master bedroom/kitchen. Point of use heater under kit

Quote for whole house re-pipe do not recommend repair at this time. Pipe is corroded.

Customer had leak on toilet gave customer option for repair/replacement. Customer was already in route of purchasing new toilet. After approval removed old toilet and installed new toilet Kohler toilet. Flange was in good condition. Set toilet and caulked flushed a few times to check for leaks and proper function.

Minor plumbing repair for a clogged toilet for this customer came out for a clogged toilet in the bathroom for the master took a look at what was going on and the homeowner had tried to use a closet auger to clear the line they had put down paper towels into the sewer system into the toilet so therefore I recommended to pull the closet auger out and as we did that the paper towels came with it so we took the paper towels and put it in a bag and flush the toilet and it was good to be flushed again. Recommend not to put paper towels down the toilet as they would clog additionally during our thorough evaluation, we took a look at the water heaters and the water heaters are from 2014. Need to get those replaced either with the same unit or place an upgrade to a tankless water heater a time that customer wants to wait on replacing the water heaters as reason because there’s nothing wrong with them right now and they are functioning properly so the customer would like to wait water pressure

Customer called us out to make one pex connection for hose bib as well as secure hose bib. Also customer wanted to unclog storm line informed customer that the best option would be to jet. Customer approved as a courtesy. We reinstalled frost free hose bib, as well as secured to the wall. all work has been tested and completed.

Customer stated they had a few issues going on and had another plumbing out and wanted a second opinion. Found that water heater is from 2008 and has a small drip on it and also that thermal expansion tank has failed. Also found that pressure was above 130 psi. Also customer wanted kitchen faucet replaced and two toilets as well. Will send estimates for plumbing repairs needed/that are recommended. Biggest concern at the time is a high water pressure and the leak on the water heater.

Upon arrival, customer stated he is wanting to service tank water heater. Customer also stated interest in a recirculating pump. Provided customer with estimates. Customer approved estimate for water heater service. Flushed water heater, checked expansion tank and shut offs. Water heater is serviced and relit.

In crawlspace access through basement, shut off water to hose Bibb and cut out old hose Bibb. Install new hose Bibb and reconnect to water line inside. Secure hose Bibb and seal properly. Test for proper operation and clean work space

Return to complete quoted work. Arrived and greeted Barr and Ms. Stephanie. Discussed and confirmed scope of work. Shut water down, drained system. Installed ice maker shut off valve with hammer arrestor. Ran steel braided supply line to fridge. Turned on valve and verified line was on and leak free at both connections. Removed brass and pex condensate line. Installed all cpvc condensate drain line, with air vent branch. Increased to 3/4 inch pipe to assist with better flow and to help reduce risk of freeze blockages in winter time. Removed old garbage disposal and replaced with a new half horsepower unit. Transition from 3/4 to 1/2 hp done at the discretion of Barr and Stephanie. Installed extension tube, as p trap was barely hanging on to drain line from disposal. Ran water and did drop test to verify disposal was draining and leak free. Discussed all work and ensured work spaces were clean.

Diagnosed leak around basement bathroom toilet. Suspected wax ring failure due to water found around toilet. Pulled toilet and confirmed that it was indeed failed wax ring. Reinstalled toilet with new wax seal, new toilet bolts, and new toilet supply line. Tested toilet for proper operation. No leaks found after repairs completed. Cleaned workspace and caulked toilet base Left estimate to replace older water heater

Customer wanted a quote for toilet installs gave quote for three replacements of toilets provided by Customer also suggested to replace all three stops. Customer will call back when toilets are ordered.

Found toilet in men’s Ada stall and regular women’s restroom stall toilet with broken T bolts. Pulled toilet in men’s restroom Ada stall found roots growing around toilet flange. Removed roots and cleaned area. Set toilet with new wax seal and T bolts. Pulled women’s restroom regular stall toilet found no issues with toilet flange. Set toilet with new wax seal and T bolts. Flushed both toilets several times to test left in good working order.

Customer was looking for a quote on water service.

Return to replace float switches for duplex sewage system serving rental house. Parts ordered were exact replacement models for system that was installed. I discussed repairs with Bobby, and also made sure to explain that there are sometimes secondary causes of failures. If problem returns again, we can start by performing check valve and union replacement. However, if there is a blockage in the mainline, or a break, it is likely that jetting and camera inspection would be necessary. I left the system on, pumps on auto on the HOA board. Tested before closing.

For this customer they had called us out to install one vanity and two toilets installation. Gave different solutions of what we can do with it, water pressure is at 45 psi. Customer will give us a call when they have everything

Came out to replace tub drain. We tarped off the downstairs bathroom with plastic. Cut open the ceiling where necessary. Cut out the waste and overflow, p trap, and approx 4’ of 2” cast iron. Replaced with pvc and tested to ensure proper drainage and a leak free install. We took the brass waste and overflow apart and found a red plastic cap stuck inside the drain. I believe this cap was flipping back and forth inside the drain when we would snake it and was causing the tub to have problems draining. Customer also mentioned while we were here that the downstairs toilet gurgled really badly randomly a couple days prior while they were doing laundry. We camera’d the mainline from the outside cleanout and found that there is a section of the cast iron pipe that has rotted out on the bottom side, and caused a dam of build up on the downstream side, that is causing the pipe to hold water in this section. I believe they had a partial blockage occur in that section of the drain as it is at the

Water heater leaking upon arrival. Customer stated the water heater has been leaking for a few weeks and she’s ready to get it replaced. Informed customer there was no repair option for the water heater but we could replace it. Gave customer estimate, customer stated she has two more companies coming out today.
