We will cut out approximately 10 feet of cast-iron that has a leak and replace with new PVC in attic

Customer had water coming through ceiling of basement. Cut three holes in ceiling looking for leak. Could not find anything leaking. Meter did not reflect any leak either. Customer will call back if anything changes.

Customer was looking for sediment trap to be installed before gas supply to unit in crawlspace. After approval, replumbed gas line with sediment trap in place secured line back together checked for leaks with leak detection soap.

Came out for a back draft on the water heater vent. Arrived and made access to the unit after speaking with the homeowner. We inspected the water heater vent and found it was immediately connected to the hvac vent going up through the roof. Because the vent is connected to the furnace, we are unable to work on the exhaust venting. Notified homeowner he will need an hvac company to come out due to the furnace. Locked the doors as instructed by the homeowner. We gave the keys ti a realtor who showed up with permission from the homeowner to the unit as she was doing a tour of the unit for a potential buyer. We are not responsible for the keys.

Upon arrival, customer informed me about old leaking toilet. looking to replace toilet to update bathroom. After approval for work, went to pick up toilet from supply house when I returned, I removed old toilet and installed new Kohler toilet. flange was in good condition, after setting toilet, flush toilets multiple times to check for leaks and proper function.

Weren’t able to get cartridges to repair faucets. Recommended to customer to have fixtures replaced so customer is gonna buy some faucet and give us a call back to come and install new fixtures. Also will probably need to install a new shower valve.

Upon arrival, customer stated toilet was running continuously. Toilet was installed two years ago by us. Checking inside of toilet, found flapper to be slightly offset removed flapper and found warp defect in flapper. Due to young age suggested only flapper replacement and gave discount in order to fix issue. Also left quote for tankless replacement due to age after work was complete checked for leaks and proper function.

Found back restroom tub and shower valve constantly dripping. Customer did not want wallpaper cut so removed tile from front of 2 handle valve. Installed new moen single handle valve. Installed cover plate to seal penetration through tile. Installed 1” moen handle extension due to wall thickness. Trimmed and tested shower. Left everything in good working order.

Fixed busted pvc pipe after water meter for the irrigation system in the yard , new pipe and fitting installed

Came out for a possible spell in the bathroom. Came out and met with homeowner. She directed me to the upstairs bathroom they had renovated. She stated they are smelling a mildew/mold like smell. I did not notice a strong smell, but upon looking around we found no noticeable issues other than the bathroom exhaust fan just vents into the ceiling, but has no pipe taking the air outside of the house. Notified the homeowner of this. We gave a quote to do a smoke test on the house as there was no other visible sign of any issues that we could see from outside the walls. Smoke test will allow us to check for openings in the pipe where we cannot access. Emailed quotes over to the homeowner and recommended she discuss the bathroom vent with a hvac company as we do not work on venting systems.

Replaced Prv in ceiling of basement due to high pressure. Left water pressure at 65 psi. Replaced upstairs jack and Jill restroom delta shower valve cartridge due to constantly leaking. Tested and left everything in good working order.

Customer needing ro system installed upon arrival. Customer stated he purchased the ro system and wants it installed. Informed customer he needs a separate hole drilled in his counter top but we could install the rest of the system prior to that. Gave customer estimate, customer stated he was going to talk with his wife, but he has to wait until after his meeting is over

No hot water upon arrival, customer stated they lost hot water before the storm. After looking noticed gfci outlet tripped. Untripped outlet and unit fired back up. Ran hot water in the kitchen sink, house is now getting hot water. No issues upon departure. Tightened pot filler as a courtesy for customer

Toilet was double flushing whenever the lever was activated. Toilet was not flushing this way when I replaced the parts previously.We adjusted the flapper setting and lowered the water level in the tank until we got the toilet flushing one time consistently. Had the home owner come and visually see the toilet was flushing normally now. No further issue at this time.

Customer had clogged in drain line for various condensation lines located behind water heater ran two different machines in order to clear drain line then ran water hose through drain line for 5 to 10 minutes to ensure proper drainage function.

Shower valve cartridge leaking by. Water pressure is 85 psi sold cartridge and Prv replacement will complete 7/29/26

Snaked master shower drain with 25’ hand auger. Ran everything in bathroom group to test. Left everything

Snaked carrier drain line between the two restrooms. Pulled back feminine products. Flushed all toilets several times to test. Left in good working order.

Quoted bidet installation work today , customer will get more quote to compare

Jack and Jill bathroom, toilet and lavatory stop valve replacement. Tested to ensure proper function and a leak free installation.

Found thermal expansion tank in front of new prv leaking. Replaced thermal expansion tank with new thermal expansion tank. .

Customer stated that toilet was backing up. At this time toilet was working properly, but tenant did mention that it will back up occasionally, and she would clear it with a plunger. Current toilet is older and has a bad flush. Recommended to customer to replace toilet with better flush. Also found that water heater is about nine years old, so it’s coming up to the end of its life. Will send estimates for repairs needed.

Arrived to begin work for Customer’s new home per quote. Installed 5 gallon thermal expansion tank with bracket secured to wall installed new PRV and shut off for whole home. Also installed Moen smart valve and rebuilt three toilets. Also reconfigured some piping in area of PRV. Check for leaks and proper function of work will return Wednesday to install gas line and completely set up flow by Moen with Customer.

In guesthouse, removed existing toilet and furnishing installed new ADA round front toilet. Tested and toilet was working properly with no leaks present at this time. Also in guest house crawlspace, remove the existing water heater and hauled away. Furnished and installed new 50 gallon lowboy electric water heater with new thermal expansion tank and bracket. Also rework main waterline and installed new main house shut off valve closer to crawlspace door. Tested all work and no leaks were present this time. Turned water heater on. Cleaned up work area.
