Client called us out due to their main water service line leaking in the front yard and causing a very high water bill. Went in crawlspace and found the line is still galvanized as the home is from the 60’s. It was going in under the concrete front porch. We replaced the galvanized main water service line from water meter in front yard up to left side of home bored under the driveway, missing the gas line running under the driveway as well. Continued the trench past driveway and down to the back left corner of the home. Added a ball valve in a valve box per customer request so they can use it and not have to get in the crawlspace, just before going into the crawlspace with the new line. We rerouted the line so we had to run the new line up to front of home and tie into the existing 3/4” copper water system for the home. Shut off water to home and drain water system and water heater. Cut out and remove old water heater. Provide and install new 50 gallon gas water heater. Install new thermal expansion tank. Test for proper operation Upon arrival tried locating pressure regulator and main shut off valve on main line coming in or in valve box near meter. None were found. Install new pressure regulator and main shut off valve 1/4 turn ball valve. Test for proper operation.

Warranty Repair: Returned and replaced both vent collars and the horizontal penetration through the walls for concentric venting. Raised the level of the tankless units to accommodate this change. Resealed the vent on the wall. Installed communication cable between the two units. Tested all work to ensure proper function and no leaks. None were found.

Water heater leaking upon arrival. Customer stated he noticed a slow drip from the t&p and wants to replace the heater. Informed customer we could replace the 40 gal gas tall water heater with a new one and add a new shutoff, new expansion tank, new pan and reworked the t&p line. Turned water and gas back on to check for leaks, no leaks were found. Fired water heater up. Water heater is fired up and working properly. No leaks upon departure

Sprayer was leaking where head connects to hose. Removed head reapplied Teflon tape to threads, checked rubber seal and reconnected sprayer head. Ran water to test. No other leaks at this time.

Cut Sheetrock to access plumbing. Once plumbing is exposed give quote to install new drain line and wash machine box. Replace water shut off valves for laundry box and also install new pvc piping for laundry drain. Installed quoted work. Tested all work and no leaks were present at this time. Also ran snake through laundry drain. Tested draining now. Laundry is draining as it should. Cleaned up work area.

Removed 40 gallon natural gas water heater in basement. Capped off water and gas.

Customer had minor issues, including pressure issues in toilet and concerns about temperature of hot water. Checked pressure again found pressure to be at 65 explained to customer about pressure threshold of PRV also checked minor things like aerators in faucet that were clogged also found slow filling fill valve. Explain to customer about individual issues rather than central problem relating to PRV. Also insured to handle temperature control shower valve was set to proper parameters. And increased water heater temperature slightly. After work gave quotes for toilet repair/replacement.

Old valves and pressure regulator showing signs of corrosion. Shut off water to home at the street. Drain system. Cut out and remove old pressure regulator and main shut off valve, as well as hose spicket shut off valve and replace with new pressure regulator and new 1/4 turn ball valves. Test for proper operation. As a courtesy cleared drain for master bathroom lavatory faucet. No leaks found after all work completed

Left quote for tankless or double water heater install. Customer has everything there already for the tankless conversion except we will need to run a new 2” vent to the exterior. Open access for running the vent. Customer already has an adequate sized gas line, an electrical outlet nearby, and a condensate pump in close proximity.

Thoroughly inspected PRV tested water pressure and looked over water heater. Everything is working as intended at this time. Customer also wanted me to look over plumbing fixtures in general. Everything is working as intended at this time.

Client called us out to replace the existing kitchen faucet with new customer supplied of same model. Removed old faucet after disconnecting the water lines. Installed the new faucet and hooked up the water lines. Turned water on and tested, no issues. 1 yr labor warranty

In master bedroom rebuild the toilet by replacing fill valve and flapper and also toilet handle. Also replace supply line. Customer called us out today because she needed a quote to replace two lavatory faucets in master bath, and also toilet handle was broken in master bath. Also, pool house has running toilet that I found an outdoor shower by pool house is broken and needs replaced. Went ahead and replaced fill valve, flapper supply line and toilet handle in master bath toilet. Tested and now toilet works properly and no leaks will process at this time. Will send estimates for other plumbing repairs needed. Faucets that are needed for master bath are 8 inch spread lavatory faucets.

Called out due to client not being able to get their ac filter out due to the newly installed water heater we did being too close to it. New unit was put in exact same spot at old unit, but the newer units are a bit thicker. I turned water off and drained water heater. Cut it loose and turned it so the filter could come out. Reconnected the water lines and turned on. Client should be good to go. No charge for today.

Completed win with Chen annual plumbing inspection. Checked all plumbing components, recommend rebuilding powder room toilet and gym toilet with new fill valve, flapper seal, and supply line. Also upon inspection found navien tankless over 12 years old and no history of flush and maintenance. Informed customer that with old units, the flushing process could potentially open up and show hidden leaks or cause leaks from not being properly maintained. Customer did not want to flush unit at this time. Left estimate for toilet rebuilds, customer will reach out if any new history is found on tankless.

Customer stated that there was a puddle of water in laundry. Attempted to locate leak and couldn’t find source. Only thing I found was condensation pump drain was on floor and could be the source of leak but not a 100% confident. Recommended for provision to come out to see if they can find anything else.

Called out due to a urinal auto flush valve continuously flushing in first floor men’s bathroom by cafeteria. Gave estimate to replace the auto flush valve with new sensor and flush valve. Client would like to get another estimate. Charged dispatch fee. Bill out.

Return to install customer requested hammer arrestor replacements on washing machine. Replaced hammer arrestors with dedicated pair. Cut drywall below washing machine box and installed new shut offs with hammer arrestors. During this visit I also rechecked water pressure. During this check I noticed significant fluctuation on the gauge when checking pressure. Further targeted inspection revealed that the two water heaters in the basement had only one undersized expansion tank, and that it was isolated from the water heaters by check valves serving the recirculating systems. I discussed concerns, specifically stating that I believe water hammer is being made worse by this situation. We installed new dedicated thermal expansion tanks and corrected the isolation by repiping both cold water inlets. Found disposal on kitchen sink leaking. Replaced disposal with new disposal. Ran water and disposal to test. No other issues at this time.

Shut off water to home and drain system before water filtration system. Remove pressure regulator that was installed with flow in wrong direction causing loss of water volume. Reinstall pressure regulator going in direction of proper flow. Test for proper operation

We did camera inspection for the main sewer service from clean out locate in the front of the house to the street , found sewer service line is still old original clay / concrete pipe , pipe is in very good condition and no Any issues at this time . No any repairs or replacement need it at this time . Also checked crawl space cast iron pipe leak , provide quote for replacement of remaining cast iron pipe .
