Customer had several items throughout house to look at for possible repairs/replacements. After thorough evaluation, gave customer several options for repairs, replacements, and installs. After agreeing on estimates, proceeded to start work. Installed icemaker box into wall behind fridge and removed old copper line. Installed customer supplied kitchen faucet along with replacing 3 stops for discounted price. Attempted to unjam disposal but found disposal was no longer operational. Replaced disposal at kitchen sink as well. Removed old tank heater and installed new Navien 240A water heater. Ran vent to exterior. Made penetration for vent and patched area back with quick Crete. Also replaced two recirculating tees under sinks along with reorganization of area. Installed Flo by Moen and went over operation. Due to PRV’s age suggested to replace alongside new installs to ensure pressure doesn’t worsen over time. Lastly replaced two customer supplied faucets in master bath with new pop up a

Completed whole home inspection, after completing whole home inspection. Gave customer options to fix all the issues including all stops, cast iron horizontal run, p trap for shop sink, PRV and whole home shutoff. Customer approved estimate, we will be out next Thursday to start the job. Customer paid 25% deposit today.

Remove existing water heater and haul away. Furnish and install new 50 gallon electric water heater with new tank shut off and new thermal expansion tank with bracket. Also install drip pan under heater. Also remove existing Prv and main house shut off valve an install new one. Rework piping to have better access to Prv and shut off valve for future repairs. Did all quoted work and tested. No leaks were present at this time. Cleaned up work area.

Shower valve leaking. Pressure was at 85 psi. Replace Prv next to water heater in mechanical room in unit. Replaced tub&shower valve in restroom with new delta tub&shower valve. Tested and left ever In good working order.

Diagnosed smell in downstairs bathroom and laundry area, found shower drain and floor drain have no water running through them. Smell is possible from dried traps. Recommend adding water in traps regularly and if issue returns will need further diagnostics. Also added estimate to inspect sewer line with camera. Tightened master bath shower handles as courtesy

Gave customer estimate to uninstall water heater so the floors can be done. Once the floors are finished we would be returning to install a pedestal vanity, toilet, and the water heater. Customer stated this would not be able to be started for a week or two.

Came out for multiple minor issues. Customer said they found some water under the kitchen sink. We tried several different things to recreate it but did not see a leak anywhere. He requested we turn up the water pressure which we adjusted to 70 psi. Master bathroom toilet was clogging once a month. We found the line was back pitched. Received approval to redo that section. Cut out 8’ of drain and repiped it, restoring as much pitch as we could to the line. No further issue at this time.

Customer stated that there are 2 old water heaters he wants replaced. One is from 2007 and one is from 2010. Gave customer options on replacements and will email over quotes. Also found that the 75 gallon heater is currently leaking and 80 gallon had small drip coming from boiler drain.

Fitness CUSTOMER we did their annual plumbing visit to take a look at what they had going on throughout the house. We did a scope of main sewer line it is partially PVC for where the cleanout is however for the main drain line it is cast-iron considering it’s cast-iron at some point. It’s in a breakdown in the grade however, there’s no signs of it breaking down. Everything looks like it is in fair working condition addition to that there are no leaks that are currently in the home. The water heater is a marathon water heater. it is old. I recommended to replace it with a basic electric water heater or hybrid did not flush the water heater because it’s never been serviced before due to those reasons. I don’t recommend flushing that water heater until it needs to be Replaced. Water pressure on the house is good no issues with that. In addition to that there are no real issues going on within the home at this time.

For this customer they called us out to add a hose Bibb to a pool pump, for a swimming pool. Unfortunately we do not work on pool systems, we leave that work for the pool professionals. Additionally there was another spot of where the hose Bibb could go however a irrigation specialist would have to give you those options, additionally we went into the crawl space to see where we can enter for installing a Bibb. There is no good place for a hose Bibb to installed.

Was called out to give estimates for new gas line for dryer and leaking faucet. The gas could be ran from the unfinished part of the basement thru the garage to 2nd floor of the house where the dryer is located currently. We would have to drill and hole from unfinished part of the basement to garage, drill hole from garage ceiling to 2nd floor to where the dryer is currently and cut a few tiles out. Also gave estimate to replace 2 delta monitor cartridges

Bathroom on main floor removed existing toilet and hauled away. Found that flan was old and went ahead and installed new flange. Also replaced toilet shut off valve as a courtesy. And replaced fill valve as a courtesy as well.Installed customer supply, toilet and tested. No leaks were present at this time caulked around base of toilet. Also rebuilt shower valve because it was dripping. Tested and no leaks were present. Also replaced wasting overflow trim supplied by the customer. Removed existing lavatory faucet and install installed customer supplied faucet. Tested with no leaks present at this time. Chen membership is $19.95 a month

Performed win with Chen annual plumbing inspection. All plumbing is in good shape. Left estimates for repairs on issues found Shut off water to home and drain system. Cut out and remove old ruptured thermal expansion tank. Install new thermal expansion tank and mounting bracket. Turn on water and test for proper operation. Check for leaks and clean work space. Left estimates for other plumbing repairs

Will credit $145 reschedule credit towards job if any estimate is scheduled within 30 days. Came out for a high water bill of over $600. We checked 5e meter and did see active usage occurring on the digital meter. We went and side and planned to isolate service line to rule that out. Found an old PRV and gate valve that was hard to turn. Had to give quote to replace the valve and PRV as the PRV has a slow leak out of the top stem, and the gate valve may have to be replaced if it drops out upon attempting to turn off the water. Water heater had multiple code issues we left a quote to correct. Found there’s a shower valve in the hall bathroom that is constantly dripping. There’s a toilet in the master bathroom that is slowly leaking water into the bowl. Homeowner stated that toilet was running non stop for awhile until they fixed it. Notified him that was likely why the water bill was so high. Emailed quotes over for all of the issues we found. Customer did not wish to move forward with

Shower not shutting off and whole home shutoff not working upon arrival. Customer stated the shower had been dripping for a few months and now it won’t shutoff at all. Once they realized the shower would not shutoff they attempted to shut the water off to the home using the gate valve in the basement but the water would not shutoff all the way. Informed customer the shower cartridge had failed and that the gate valve was no longer working properly. Informed customer we could replace both. Gave customer estimate, customer approved estimate. Installed new gate valve and new Moen 1222 cartridge for the shower. Turned water back on to check for leaks and found no leaks. Made sure shower had both hot and cold water. Shutoff valve and shower are working properly and no leaks upon departure.

Found water heater leaking also found basement restroom tub&shower valve constantly running and back hose bib leaking. Gas to water heater was soft 3/8” copper with a crimp in line. Replaced Pfizer cartridge in basement restroom tub&shower valve. Replaced back hose bib with new hose bib secured to wall and caulked to wall. Replaced water heater with new 50 gallon ng water heater with new pan and thermal expansion tank. Replaced gas line with new 1/2” black steel pipe. Tested and left everything in good working order.

Customer stated that there was a leak coming from base of toilet. Customer also said that when they first noticed toilet leaking, they couldn’t get toilet to leak again until laundry was going. Stated to customer that there may be a blockage in the line. Stated to customer that toilet will have to be pulled and camera will have to be ran to inspect line. Went ahead and pull toilet. Found that there was a blockage made of soft tissue. Wasn’t able to clear with camera so went ahead and brought out bigger snake to get it cleared. Afterwards ran camera to inspect line. Found that snake wasn’t able to clear enough of the buildup in pipe, and also that pipe looked to be broken. Recommended customer next steps but at this time didn’t have access to crawlspace, so I wasn’t able to give estimate on repairs needed. Went ahead and reset toilet and tested. No leaks were present at this time. Given the condition of the pipe, there may be a blockage that reoccurs and causes leaking from toilet. Chen

Replace flapper in down stairs basement bathroom Free flapper replacement in the upstairs floral bathroom Kitchen sink faucet replacement For this customer we replaced the kitchen sink faucet due to a leak coming from the base off the faucet, there was also low water pressure so therefore we removed a old filter for under the sink however the sink already had a filter on it. So therefore i removed the other one. New shut off valve for the cold side service stop. Replaced the flapper in the down stairs basement bathroom. Additionally replaced the fill valve and flapper upstairs in the hallway. Once everything has been installed there are no leaks, pressure is back to normal.

Customer had toilet order to our shop and wanted to install. Checked pressure and water heater. Pressure was good. Gave Customer options for replacement. Replaced old toilet with Toto and bidet side mount install had to drill through tile on flooring in order to secure anchors to floor for proper securing of toilet after toilet was set into place flush toilet to check for leaks and proper function.

Me out for a toilet not flushing. Arrived and everything was working. We flushed the upstairs toilet several times and water went down every time. Flushed toilet paper multiple times in a row and toilet continued to flush. Took video of toilet operating normally. Gave quote to pull toilet and camera the drain if the issue should reoccur. Customer said old toilet was having the same issue, the replaced the toilet and it was continuing to do the same thing. We could not recreate the issue and homeowner did not want to do a camera inspection if everything was working.

For this customer we are installing a new faucet and rebuilding a toilet and doing a free flapper replacement.
