In crawlspace access through basement, shut off water to hose Bibb and cut out old hose Bibb. Install new hose Bibb and reconnect to water line inside. Secure hose Bibb and seal properly. Test for proper operation and clean work space

Return to complete quoted work. Arrived and greeted Barr and Ms. Stephanie. Discussed and confirmed scope of work. Shut water down, drained system. Installed ice maker shut off valve with hammer arrestor. Ran steel braided supply line to fridge. Turned on valve and verified line was on and leak free at both connections. Removed brass and pex condensate line. Installed all cpvc condensate drain line, with air vent branch. Increased to 3/4 inch pipe to assist with better flow and to help reduce risk of freeze blockages in winter time. Removed old garbage disposal and replaced with a new half horsepower unit. Transition from 3/4 to 1/2 hp done at the discretion of Barr and Stephanie. Installed extension tube, as p trap was barely hanging on to drain line from disposal. Ran water and did drop test to verify disposal was draining and leak free. Discussed all work and ensured work spaces were clean.

Diagnosed leak around basement bathroom toilet. Suspected wax ring failure due to water found around toilet. Pulled toilet and confirmed that it was indeed failed wax ring. Reinstalled toilet with new wax seal, new toilet bolts, and new toilet supply line. Tested toilet for proper operation. No leaks found after repairs completed. Cleaned workspace and caulked toilet base Left estimate to replace older water heater

Customer wanted a quote for toilet installs gave quote for three replacements of toilets provided by Customer also suggested to replace all three stops. Customer will call back when toilets are ordered.

Found toilet in men’s Ada stall and regular women’s restroom stall toilet with broken T bolts. Pulled toilet in men’s restroom Ada stall found roots growing around toilet flange. Removed roots and cleaned area. Set toilet with new wax seal and T bolts. Pulled women’s restroom regular stall toilet found no issues with toilet flange. Set toilet with new wax seal and T bolts. Flushed both toilets several times to test left in good working order.

Return to replace float switches for duplex sewage system serving rental house. Parts ordered were exact replacement models for system that was installed. I discussed repairs with Bobby, and also made sure to explain that there are sometimes secondary causes of failures. If problem returns again, we can start by performing check valve and union replacement. However, if there is a blockage in the mainline, or a break, it is likely that jetting and camera inspection would be necessary. I left the system on, pumps on auto on the HOA board. Tested before closing.

For this customer they had called us out to install one vanity and two toilets installation. Gave different solutions of what we can do with it, water pressure is at 45 psi. Customer will give us a call when they have everything

Came out to replace tub drain. We tarped off the downstairs bathroom with plastic. Cut open the ceiling where necessary. Cut out the waste and overflow, p trap, and approx 4’ of 2” cast iron. Replaced with pvc and tested to ensure proper drainage and a leak free install. We took the brass waste and overflow apart and found a red plastic cap stuck inside the drain. I believe this cap was flipping back and forth inside the drain when we would snake it and was causing the tub to have problems draining. Customer also mentioned while we were here that the downstairs toilet gurgled really badly randomly a couple days prior while they were doing laundry. We camera’d the mainline from the outside cleanout and found that there is a section of the cast iron pipe that has rotted out on the bottom side, and caused a dam of build up on the downstream side, that is causing the pipe to hold water in this section. Water heater leaking upon arrival. Customer stated the water heater has been leaking for a few weeks and she’s ready to get it replaced. Informed customer there was no repair option for the water heater but we could replace it. Gave customer estimate, customer stated she has two more companies coming out today.

Water service leak upon arrival. Gave customer estimate to replace water service. Customer approved estimate. Installed new hand dug 1 inch pex water service from the meter to the house. Drilled new stubout and capped off old stubout so no water could fill up and come back to the house. Hydro plugged inside and outside the house to ensure no water can come through the foundation. Added a ball valve right past the meter for any time the water needs shutting off. Turned water on to check for leaks and found no leaks. Water service is on and working properly. No leaks upon departure

Upon arrival, customer states they’re having a leak come from upstairs shower. Leak has caused watermarks around light. Inspected shower, found no obvious issues. Informed customer we need to cut around light to attempt to find leak. Customer approved estimate. Cut three holes in ceiling. One hole where the watermark was, one where the shower is, and another where another watermark is. Failed to find any leaks, subfloor is dry. Informed customer to leave ceiling open, and if leak occurs to take a video and call us back.

Customer stated that kitchen faucet was dripping. Took apart, kitchen faucet and found which cartridges need to be replaced. Went ahead and filled out form to have cartridges ordered. Once cartridges come in will return to install them. Collected 25% job deposit today.

Customer stated different company came to give quote for a gas line and said pressure was at 90. Just recently replaced PRV a couple of weeks ago here. Checked pressure again found pressure to be at 65. No issue.

Provided customer with estimate to replace solan valve with new handle. Customer denied estimate at this time.

Returned to install customer supplied shower valve, kitchen faucet, and tub lift and turn drain. Installed new p trap for vanity. Installed new shower valve, tub drain and the new kitchen faucet. Turned on water to check for leaks and found no leaks. Set temperature on shower valve to correct temperature and tested p trap to ensure there was no leaks. Everything is working properly and no leaks upon departure.

Came out to give a quote for the sewer line in the basement. Customer has cast iron drains running 75’ across the basement. We checked the pitch of the pipe with a level. Confirmed which sections seemed to have the most options and gave different options to replace the pipe inside. Customer has cast iron main drain, but we are unsure how much of it is the original cast iron. At least one section has been replaced to install a cleanout. We found the drain line to be holding water at the second cleanout, and showed the customer that it was doing this. Recommended we do an assessment of the mainline before replacing sections of pipe, as homeowner stopped flushing toilet paper awhile ago due to having back ups in the cast iron, and she would like to be able to flush paper again. If mainline is having problems, drain will back up even if piping inside home has been replaced.

Upon arrival, customer stated they are wanting two new toilets in upstairs bathrooms. Customer stated they are wanting comfort height toilets. Provided customer with estimate to install new toilets. Customer approved estimate. Replaced two upstairs toilets. With new wax ring, Johnny bolts, and supply line. Caulked and check both toilets. Both toilets are flushing properly and not leaking at departure. Customer will need to have HOA shut water off so we can replace whole home shut off and hose bib in garage.

Customer stated they wanted a quote to have water heater replaced due to age. Tested pressure to home and found that pressure was above 80 psi. Also customer mentioned that lavatory faucet was dripping. Will send estimates for plumbing repair repairs needed. Quotes are good for 30 days.

Found handle to cold washing machine valve broken. Replace hot and cold washing machine valves. Installed hammer arrestors to washing machine valves. Tested and left in good working order.

Customer stated chlorine in water. And two running toilets. Caves options for repairs after approval replaced to fill valve flapper supply line in master bath. And adjusted tube in overflow of flush valve and swapped flapper as courtesy. Also replaced whole home carbon filter. After work was complete checked for leaks and proper function.

Came out to replace a Moen part in the Flo device. Customer said the Flo has been saying he had a leak going on for the last month. Leak was infrequent, but his active flow rate reading was not working in the Flo device. He got a new turbine from Moen. Approved us to replace the part. Removed 5emold one, which did have scale on it and swapped it out. This restored proper reading to the Flo. We did a dye test free of charge and let them sit while we worked on the Flo. Found the master bathroom toilet had a slow leaking flapper. Rebuilt the tank with a minor rebuild. Recommended doing a major rebuild due to the condition of the tank bolts but the homeowner elected not to at this time. Customer decided to sign up for the Win with Chen membership, and we did his tankless flush on this visit as it had not been flushed since it was installed. No further issue at this time. Return to install Moen Flo. Arrived and met with Kathy and discussed the Moen Flo. We originally quoted to install the Flo. However, to install correctly we would need to add a PRV to the main one inch line. I provided the estimate for Kathy to install the PRv and Flo, as well as a Flo only for the primary house. She would not like to install the Flo today as she wants to consider her options first.we also discussed the toilets in the home and cottage, and she would like the cottage toilet replaced the following week after they are finished with a move.
