Plumbing installed for washing machine at garage , hot and cold water line with shut off valves , drain connection and AAV installed

Today we dug up the main sewer line in the front yard , fixed broken pvc pipe and slope issues on customer side of the sewer line , used excavator dug up approximately 7 feet . Back fill after fixed issue , warranty is 5 years for this work today

Call for garbage disposal and laundry room. Arrived and met with Nancy. We checked the garbage disposal and found it was jammed and reset has been tripped. While checking disposal I found that housing on kitchen faucet is broken. Laundry had a backup or leak, but line is draining currently and a new washing machine is being delivered today. When attempting to locate pressure regulating valve i discovered the water heater bae is starting to cave in through the floor. This will require water heater to be removed and board to be replaced, and water heater to be reinstalled after. I discussed concerns with Nancy and we developed a plan to address issues. She is going to select a faucet and sink this weekend. We will return and remove water heater and correct problem, attempt to replace prv if we can locate in wall, install faucet and sink, and replace disposal.

Gas leak from meter to generator upon arrival. Customer stated they’ve isolated the leak from the meter to the generator. Informed customer his best option would be to replace the entire gas line to the generator with new gas piping and a tracer wire. When testing water pressure noticed water pressure at 90 psi, recommended customer have the PRV replaced. Gave customer estimate to run new gas line with tracer wire and risers. Also left customer with estimate for PRV. Customer stated they were leaving to go out of town today and they would take a look at their schedule to see what day works best for them once they get back home.

Call for inconsistent hot water. Arrived and met with Troy. He states that after our recent tankless water heater installation he has had inconsistent hot water, and delayed hot water, in the master bathroom. I discussed some of the history of the property and water heater. In December of 2024 Mr. Nottingham experienced inconsistent hot water issues and called us out (invoice 185838844). Crossover tee failure led to similar issues, and tankless error codes were documented and addressed. This year we replaced the unit and installed a condensing navien tankless. Home is 25 years old, and master bathroom has been recently renovated (2-3 years). Pressure regulating valve is functioning well nd water heater is correctly set up. Call for leak search in utility room. Spoke with Tom and gathered history of issue. He states that leak has been appearing for several weeks, and he has had an hvac technician out multiple times to search as well. I checked pressure on home and found it was nearly 80psi at ~3pm on a weekday. Water heater is 8 years old. Thermal expansion tank bladder is ruptured and is waterlogged, a symptom of intermittent high pressure. I inspected the prv and found visible rust. The water main from the meter to house is galvanized. Sewer lines are mostly cast iron. And the sewer main is near leak area. Possible causes: Saddle tap directly above has two drips. I believe the failing prv is allowing this to drip more during times of high pressure, such as over night. HVAC: hvac exhaust was just worked on within the last day. Residual water may be here still. Signs of exhaust leakage on unit itself. It is still possible that unit may have another leak, but we cannot verify that as it falls under h

Customer needed gas grill connected to gas line. Went ahead and connected gas line coming from grill to existing gas line outside. Turned valve off and tested for leaks. Didn’t notice any gas leaks at this time and also grill was working as it should.

Leak from kitchen to crawl space , we found incorrect installation under the kitchen sink , replaced all the pipe with two separate p traps , add AAV , cap off pipe in the wall and at roof , fixed a leak under the basement bathroom sink .

Customer stated that there was a leak coming from her unit to the unit below. Took a look behind access behind tub and found leak coming from waste overflow. Stated to customer that we can replace the seals and trim pieces or replace piping with the seals and trim pieces. Also tub was draining. Slow recommended sneaking drain. Customer agreed to replace piping with wasting overflow trim pieces and also sneaking drain. Went ahead and installed new piping with new pieces and ran tub gun to clear stoppage in drain. Tested and didn’t notice any leaks at this time. Also caulked around trim pieces in shower. Found that by overflow tub is cracked and don’t know the extent of the cracking. Also, very common for cast-iron tubs because where they drilled overflow will be a weak point for the tub. Stated to customer to customer that if cracks are all the way through water can get and leak out that way. Told customer keep an eye out for leaks. Cleaned up work area.

Call for high water bill. Arrived and discussed concerns. Water bill was $1,200 during the last bill cycle. I inspected all four toilets nd found extreme degradation of flush tower gaskets, allowing all four toilets to run constantly. Home is only five years old. Pressure is 50 psi. I recommend rebuilding or replacing all toilets, as well as installing a whole home filter to help protect the plumbing system.

Customer stated that kitchen faucet wasn’t working properly in that side sprayer was not functioning. Recommended to customer to have faucet replaced which customer already purchased kitchen faucet. Went ahead and installed. Customer supplied kitchen faucet and tested. Now, kitchen faucet is working properly, and no leaks were present at this time. Also, water heater is over 10 years old and the thermal expansion tank has failed. Recommended to have water heater replaced. Also garbage disposal has rusted through and also recommended to have that replaced. Will send estimates to do so.

Clogged basement bathroom for tub and toilet, we opened lift station lid, snake and camera unclogged line , found old cast iron pipe is in very rough condition and not enough pitch .

Co leak upon arrival. Customer stated that AGL came out and found a co leak at the water heater. After looking at water heater noticed it was leaking, as well as an incorrect vent. Checked pressure and read it at 120 the building had two PRVs. Also noticed leak on 3/4 copper line and a fill valve in the basement toilet constantly spraying. Informed customer of all issues and the work that would need to be completed including 2 new PRVs, new gas line ran, new navien 240a2, running the vent outside, fixing the 3/4 copper leak and fixing the toilet. Gave customer estimate, customer approved estimate. Installed new navien 240, fixed leak, repaired copper line, and installed two new 1 inch PRVs. Turned water and gas on. Found no leaks on any gas lines inside the building and no leaks on water lines. Tested to make sure tankless was working properly. Tankless is working properly and no leaks found on any work we did. Customer has slow gas leak on the roof on a mega press union. HVAC company

Existing tankless unit not working, this unit has not been flushed , vent pipe is not correctly, used foam core pipe instead pressure pvc , gas line is 1/2 “ , best use 3/4 “ instead for 199,000 btu unit

Return to install new pressure regulating valve and shut off valve. Ran new gas line to tankless on second floor. New gas shut off valve. Installed Rinnai concentric vent and ran outside. Installed new vessel sink pop up drain assembly.

For this customer, we went ahead and checked the water pressure because the customer had a running toilet in the guest hallway bathroom the fill valve and flapper needed to be replaced so therefore that is exactly what we did but addition to that the water pressure was really really high the water pressure red at 140 pounds and then went down to 100 after I rechecked it anything after 80 PSI, it is recommended to replace the pressure reducing valve, so that is exactly what we did. We did a minor rebuild added a new pressure reducing valve did not have to install a new shut off valve because there was already a ball valve present. What’s everything was installed to re-pressurized the system and there are no leaks on the pressure reducing valve and or the toilet CUSTOMER is all set. I do recommend replacing the water heater due to its age. It is from 2009, it is a GE gas water heater 50 gallon at some point that is going to fail and I recommend getting that replaced

Customer wanted new hose Bibb installed at front of house. Ran new line and drilled hole for hose Bibb. Secured Bibb to wall and caulked area. Also added shut off to line. Insulated piping. Checked for leaks and proper function. Allow 24 hrs for caulk to dry.

For this customer they have reliable hvac, plumbing and electrical came out to snake the tub drain. However the problem is the the other tech took off the drain to run a hand snake on the tub. And he didn’t take off the overflow plate. When he was done he went back with caulking rather than silicone or plumbers putty. What I recommended for the repair is we replace the overflow cover plate and the drain with new plumbers putty. The customer is wanting to see if the other company will warranty the work as it is their fault that water is leaking below to the other unit. At this time no repairs will be made. Wasn’t able to check water pressure. No hose Bibb or individual shut off valves. Water heater is from 2011 recommend to replace

Replaced bad disposal today , upgrade to one HP disposal

Call for leak in ceiling. Arrived and found copper pipe has leak in ceiling of basement. While investigation I also found a leaking pressure regulating valve, an additional leak in the utility room. A thermal expansion tank with ruptured bladder, and. Ten year old water heater. Installed a high pressure and regular pressure regulating valve due to excessive pressure. Replaced water heater, new thermal expansion tank and shut off. Drip pan would not fit due to HVAC unit being too close. Replaced both dripping sections of copper. After all work we pressurized home, checked for leaks. Water heater is on and heating. Restoration crew contacted to help with water damage to basement.

Installed customer supplied shower valve and tub spout. Installed new cartridge that we provided. Tested and there was no leaks present at this time. Caulked around trim. Also water heater is over 10 years old will send estimate for replacement. Cleaned up work area.

Customer stated the toilet piece was broken upon arrival. After looking at toilet noticed Kohler toilet stem broken at the bottom. Informed customer the stem would need to be replaced. Gave customer estimate. Customer approved estimate. Replaced toilet stem and tested toilet. Flushed toilet multiple times and had no issues. Toilet is fixed and working properly upon departure. I’m going to look for a sprayer hose for the specific Kohler faucet the customer has because customer wants to keep that faucet.

Delivered 4 halo cartridges to customer home

Customer stated toilet over flowed upon arrival. She stated the toilet was clogged and she plunged it but noticed water dripping through the ceiling onto the cabinet. Flushed toilet multiple times and ran tub to make sure the line was clear. Unscrewed clean out cap and could hear the water flowing. Informed customer her plunging had cleared the blockage. Reliable restoration will be in contact.

For sewer job we completed on 12/17/2025 there will be a 5 year warranty on material defects and workmanship.
