Returned to install sewage ejection pump due to old pump not working. Installed new zoeller sewage pump with a new check valve and ball valve. Tested system 3 times to ensure it was working properly and no leaks. Pump is working properly and no leaks upon departure

Customer wanting tankless water heater upon arrival. Customer stated his water heater was 13 years old and since it was time to replace it, he wanted to go tankless. Informed customer we could install a navien 240a2. Gave customer estimate, customer approved estimate. Installed new navien 240a2 with new service ports, expansion tank, and ran both exhaust and fresh air vent outside. Sealed up around both vents using hydro plug and silicon. Turned water on to check for leaks and found no leaks. Ran unit to ensure it was working properly and condensating. Unit is working properly and no leaks upon departure

Looked at leaking pipe in ceiling of basement. Found that there were serval places leaking in water line. Recommend repiping the water distribution system.

Customer had leak coming from master shower to downstairs bathroom/bedroom. Ran water in shower from different spraying options until finding that sprayer wand spraying at wall on loose eschueton. Caulked area and caulk tub for kids bath for potential leak above kitchen also looked at meter determined no leak on meter to house was unable to find meter to irrigation to further investigate Water bill leak issue.

No issues at this time. Custer saw water in p-trap and thought there was a blockage.

Diagnosed sewer smell coming from back bathroom of home. Did not really smell anything upon arrival but after running shower for few minutes could definitely smell a sewer odor. Checked in crawlspace and did not find any breaks or leaks in drain lines. Also in bathroom did not find any immediate causes of smell. Recommend doing a smoke test as next step. With smoke test introduce smoke into drain line to pin point and breaks causing smell

Found that toilet on main level was leaking. Pulled toilet and found that wax ring has failed causing water to leak. Stated to customer can’t reset toilet. Will return to install toilet once flooring issue is addressed.

Customer had drain issues within kitchen sink. Ran small machine to clear drain. Ran water after to check for proper drainage function.

Arrived with main line soft tissue blockage back up issue , snaked in two clean out with camera work , auger upstairs toilet .

Removed existing water heater and hauled away. Also removed stand. Furnish and installed new 50 gallon gas water heater on floor in pan. Also installed new thermal expansion tank and new tank shut off valve. In crawl space installed new Prvs one high pressure Prv and one regular Prv. Also reworked about 20 feet of piping. Replace kitchen faucet by installing customer supplied kitchen faucet. Also removed and furnished and installed new toilet in master bedroom. Removed toilet on main floor and found that wax ring has failed and caused damage to floor. Will need to return and install new riser pipe and also install new toilet and flange once flooring is replaced. Replaced toilet service valves as a courtesy. Tested and no leaks present. Cleaned up work area. Set water pressure to 65psi. Technician.

Adjust pressure at new Prv we just installed , notice bad up thermostat ( tripped , do not reset ) , replaced up thermostat and heating elements today

Customer wanting kitchen drain re worked and new garbage disposal installed upon arrival. Customer stated his kitchen sink has always drained slow and his garbage disposal is getting old. Informed customer we would need to reroute the kitchen drain line through the sub floor and rework the p trap assembly. Informed customer we could also replace the garbage disposal with a premium one like he had previously. Gave customer estimate, customer approved estimate. Rerouted kitchen drain line and p trap assembly, installed new premium garbage disposal. Capped off old drain line on the roof and in the cabinet. Also replaced basket strainer due to it leaking. Filled up both sides of sink multiple times to make sure it was draining and not leaking. Sink is draining and no leaks upon departure. Informed customer the entire cast iron drain line would need to be replaced at some point to allow the sink to drain more efficiently.

Upon arrival, customer is interested in receiving estimates to replace 10 year-old water heater. Customer also mentioned concerns over pressure reducing valve. Checked water pressure, water pressure is sitting at 60 psi. Informed customer that pressure reducing valve is currently working properly. Provided customer estimate to replace 40 gallon gas tall water heater in mechanical room. Estimate includes replacement of 40 gallon gas, water heater, new expansion tank, new ball valve shut off, and new water heater pan. Also includes new copper piping.

Customer stated issue with kitchen faucet, found Delta faucet to be missing blue clip that connects sprayer hose to mainline of faucet. Customer is ordering blue clip. Also took pressure reading and found pressure to be at 120 psi. Suggested PRV replacement.

Customer is purchasing unit and would like estimates on repairs found on home inspection. Left estimates for kitchen drain repair and new faucet install.

Looked at job. Customer wants to be first call Thursday to do job. Restoration needs longer to complete their portion of job.

Customer needed camera scope of drain line/ sewer line. Pulled toilet found flange to be in bad condition and suggested to replace to allow for proper seating of toilet. Cut out flange and glued in new while also securing to wood pieces to help stability. Then camera line to main 60’ out. Found inside drain line to be rough. Leaving quote for inside drain work replacement. Checked pressure. Pressure is 70 Psi. After all work, check for leaks and proper function.

Came out for a running toilet and water pressure issues. Arrived and met with homeowner. She explained that recently the city was out working in a broken water main in the neighborhood and the water was shut off, and since then her water pressure has been very low and her toilet started running. We found that when any fixture was ran for more than 5 seconds, water,pressure dropped dramatically. We located the hose bib in the front of the house which was piped in after the PRV. We found the water pressure was also dropping off at this point and concluded that issue must be with the PRV or service line. Static pressure tested at 50 psi, but once a fixture was opened the psi dropped to 0 at far away fixtures. Notified homeowner of our findings. Received approval to rebuild the toilet and replace the PRV. Installed new 3/4 watts 25AUB. Tested to ensure proper function and a leak free install. This did resolve the issue with the low water pressure, believe the old PRV got clogged up with d

Diagnosed toilet not working. Found toilet off upon arrival, reason for being turned off is fill valve lock broken and was spraying up and over the lid. Removed old fill valve, old flapper, and old supply line, installed all new replacement parts and tested for proper operation. Toilet is working well and no additional issues found. Cleaned workspace Checked other toilet in home and found no issues.

Fixed in the half bathroom that I did not work on however for the courtesy I threw in a new 2 inch quirky flapper. I did look at the toilet at the time. There was nothing wrong. Is an issue now But at this time the customer is all set

For this job we will be installing a new sewage pump and basin lid. Will be returning back on Tuesday.

This customer I came back out to their house after we did a repair earlier in the week. We did a partial cast-iron re-pipe in the bathroom and they called us out for a second time because something in the bathroom was leaking. However, upon arrival, the water was coming down Very fast indicating that it is a breaking a waterline or something is constantly running not a drain line issue, so I took a look at the issue at hand and turned off the toilet immediately because there was a big crack in the tank. I don’t believe that we were at fault for that due to the fact that this crack would’ve happened the day of or During the project that we completed I believe the tank was leaned on at some point and that’s how it created the crack so I gave the customer a couple different verbal options. We could replace the tank replace the toilet or upgrade to a good toilet. My recommendation was to go with the western toilet so that’s exactly what we did. Major toilet rebuild for (master) bathroom Service stop replacement (master) Tank to bowl bolt replacement in the front bathroom This customer, I rebuilt the master bathroom toilet major rebuild with new tank bowl gasket tank bolts, fill valve flush valve and installed it back to the toilet. The shut off valve also needed to be replaced. That’s why we are here for the second time because the HOA had to turn off the water and replace the valve so therefore how to install a new angle stop with discussion and supply line once that was complete. there are no leaks to add to the toilet in the front room. The tank bowl bolts were corroded and needed to be replaced so that’s exactly what I did installed two new tank bolts with rubber washers to complete the project and then there are no leaks from that issue anymore. Any water that ended up on the floor from that other issue was shop vac and cleaned so there would be no further issues at this time
