Customer wanted to replace old 50 gallon gas water heater with new Navien 240A tankless water heater. Mounted tankless on wall with two by fours and ran 2 inch PVC approximately 15 feet through new penetration for correct venting. Also installed condensate pump and ran condensate drain line out existing penetration. Caulked wall penetrations. secured all piping with straps. Also installed Navien recirculating T in furthest fixture in master bath. After install was complete, checked all areas for leaks and checked for proper heating of water in all areas of home. lastly, removed tank water heater.

Customer originally called us out due to a freeze related failure at next year hose. Inspection we determine the freeze caused the ball valve to separate, causing some water damage. While on site, we performed the thorough evaluation of water system as a whole.During this evaluation, we found both 264 262‘s water heaters to be extremely aged and recommended replacement due to the condition. Customer approved replacement. Customer’s mother occupies the the 264 side of the property. During evaluation of the unit, we tested the existing pressure and found the water pressure to be high, indicating that the PRV had failed. Customer approved PRV replacement new PRV was furnished installed and pressure was retested to confirm proper regulation within a safe operating range. Customer also opted to replace half inch shut off valve for exterior hose bib. However we did notice line was still frozen customer opted not to fix at this time. Client called us out due to a leak on their main water line under the concrete driveway. Client has 2 water shutoff boxes in their driveway, which is odd because most of the rest of the neighborhood only has 1. Sewer and water line seem to be running right on top of each other. The leak appears to be in between the 2 boxes, as they both are taking on water from the leak, but the downhill box is filling up way faster than the one by garage and can see the water flowing in from the front of that downhill box when water is pumped out. Gave estimate to bust up concrete and repair the leaking water line. Waived service fee.

Returning tomorrow morning to swap out tankless

came out today to finish the set out for the remodel victor had done previously in the add on guest sweet above garage. vanity was already installed, and we had to install the widespread faucet in very small space. Also installed the hot and cold shutoffs for that faucet with new compression multi turn stops with new escutcheons and faucet supply lines connected to the new faucet. Installed the drain assembly, glued on trap adapter, then installed a tubular ptrap and extension tube for the drain hookup. We also set the toilet flange on the stubbed up drain pipe and installed new shutoff, escutcheon, and supply line there as well. Set the customer supplied toilet that had been sitting for a while. When we went to test found the toilets components had dry rotted to the toilet and toilet was cracked but still completely functional. We will return tomorrow with new customer supplied toilet and install a new toilet up there. We also installed the black delta shower trim in the shower. Teste

Price is to install warrantied (part only) parts control board for Rinnai tankless unit. Dropped the tier of repair per Hunter. Added 30% discount per Tim. 11/27/26 Returned and installed manufacturer supplied pcb for Rinnai tankless unit. Installed the pcb per Rinnai specifications. Checked all values for parameter settings, confirmed matching gas valve values, and ensured proper wiring harness connection. Had customer run two upstairs tubs for several minutes and had no issues producing hot water with the new board. Found no issues post install at this time.

Tankless needing yearly flush upon arrival. Customer stated the tankless was needing a maintenance done. Customer stated the tankless was sometimes fluctuating water temperature when they run any shower. Informed customer this could help with that issue but there is no guarantee it would completely fix that issue. Also informed customer due to age of tankless we would not be responsible for any issues that could possibly happen after flushing. Gave customer estimate, customer approved estimate. Flushed tankless for an hour and then flushed the tankless out to get chemicals out of it. Fired tankless back up and checked to make sure the customer had hot water. Tankless is working properly and producing hot water upon departure. There was a lot of condensation build up happening on the gas line but no active water leak

On gas line going up to tankless install sediment traps to bring up to code. Customer stated that gas company came out and flagged tankless water heaters because they didn’t have sediment trap on gas line. Shut gas off at shut off valve and installed sediment trap at both tankless. Turn gas back on and tested and found no gas leaks at this time. Ran water throughout the house and everywhere is getting hot water. Tested for gas leaks again and no leaks were present. Cleaned up work area.

Sewer line backed up but cleared itself upon arrival. Customer stated the sewer line backed up but now is working properly. Informed customer we could run the camera from the clean out to the city’s tap to make sure the line is in good condition. Gave customer estimate, customer approved estimate. Ran camera from clean out to city’s tap and found two belly’s in the line. Recorded the sewer line inspection on camera

Customer stated that there was a leak on main water line pipe coming through foundation wall. Customer had dug up water line at foundation wall. Took a look and stated to customer that we will need to replace piping through foundation wall and gave customer estimate to do so. At this time, customer didn’t want to proceed with any repairs.

Customer stated that they weren’t getting hot water. Found that water heaters are piped in series and the heater that is doing all the heating went out. Was able to relight water heater. Stood by water heater and water heater was heating for about 15 minutes without shutting off. Stated to customer that if water heater goes out again, let us know. Also gave customer price to pipe water heater heaters in parallel. Tested faucet in basement and it was getting hot water.

Urgent call , arrived in 7 mins after call , found upstair toilet tank leak water all over in bathroom floor and caused leak down to ceiling below , we fixed by did toilet tank rebuild with new supply line , fill valve , Kohler flush valve seal .

This customer we had installed a water heater in the ceiling that is on a support in the ceiling. The prior water heater failed as a result. There was no hot water so therefore we installed the new unit once the new unit was installed. There are no leaks at the thermal expansion tank with the bracket on the left side of the water heater. Installed the return vent back the way it was cleaned up the area to ensure a proper job once installed there are no leaks. No leaks on the pre-existing gate valves and the customer is all set. Also replaced a customer supplied garbage disposal that the customer had on hand replaced the bracket at a new putty install the new garbage disposal. It was hardwired once complete. We tested for a leak. No leaks garbage disposal works just fine. The customer is all set

Call for faucet installation and water heater flush. Met with Andrew and he expressed that he would like a kitchen faucet installed, and asked about flushing the water heater. I installed the customer provided kitchen faucet. While installing I noted that the soap dispenser was poorly installed and is severely bent. I discussed this with Andrew, who stated that he is not concerned with the old soap dispenser, as he has plans of installing a water filtration faucet installed that space. I discussed the options for installing a reverse osmosis system, and have attached an estimate for installing that system. This includes the system, faucet, and alternative location (inside utility closet, to save space under the sink). I discussed the benefits of our maintenance membership program, as it also includes an annual water heater flush. I also recommend replacing pressure regulating valve as soon as possible.

Busted pipe upon arrival. Customer stated the water is running constantly. After going in house found a half inch copper line cut and constantly spraying at full pressure, since there is no shutoff for this individual unit informed customer we could cut the line live and install a new ball valve. Gave customer estimate, customer approved estimate. Installed new half inch ball valve and shut it off to stop the leak. Also shutoff water heater because it was leaking as well. The leak is now stopped but the house is under 2 inches of water across the floor. There is also no heat or electricity in the house so more leaks may come if the temperature gets low enough.

Kitchen sink clogged upon arrival. Customer stated the sink backs up. Informed customer we could run a cable down the line to clear the blockage. Gave customer estimate, customer approved estimate. Ran cable down the line and cleared the blockage. Filled up the sink multiple times and it is no longer backing up and is making it to the clean out. Sink is draining properly upon departure

Customer had toilet stoppage only affecting toilet ran water throughout the house no affect to stoppage. Cleared stoppage with auger, then flush toilet several times to ensure proper drainage function. Also replaced fill valve flapper in back toilet ran water and flush toilet to check for leaks.

Reroute the drain for washing machine and laundry sink in basement ceiling, then ran down from closet , break concrete floor connect to the pipe in slab , add a clean out inside the closet . Fixed concrete back

Client called us out to take a look at a couple different plumbing issues in the home. Water pressure was 75 psi, which is getting close to that high mark of 79 psi. Safe range is 50-79 psi. Pressure will increase over time as the pressure reducing valve wares and gets older. Once it is too high, pressure reducing valve will need to be replaced to prevent possible future plumbing issues in the home. In the guest bedroom bathroom the toilet has the American standard vormax flush system. It is not functioning properly therefore the toilet need to be rebuilt with new flush assembly and fill valve. We collected for that repair today, and ordered the part for the flush assembly. Once we have in hand we will come back out and get it put in for customer. Also, in daughter’s bedroom bathroom, there was a strong sewage smell around the lavatory sink. Looked below and found an air admittance valve. That AAV had failed and was stuck open allowing the sewer smells out into the room. We replaced th

Customer has what appears to be a 1/2 pound meter and a 400k btu pool heater that runs in the winter. Recommended having AGL come out to tally btu pull and resize ,enter as needed.

Toilet clogged upon arrival. Customer stated he believes too much toilet paper was stuck in the toilet and it stopped flushing. Informed customer we could run the toilet auger through the toilet to clear it. Gave customer estimate. Customer approved estimate. Ran toilet auger and cleared the toilet. Flushed toilet multiple times and it was working properly. Toilet is working properly upon departure

For those customer, the water pressure was low whenever the appliances were being used and or the rest of the house what I recommended is to replace the pressure reducing valve with a stronger one and adjust it to 65 pounds we did that in completed the task to add to the vacuum breakers on the exterior hose bibs were failed and I recommended replacing those as well so that is exactly what we did replace both vacuum breakers. In addition to that Moen cartridge for the shower needed to be replaced in the upstairs guest hallway once replaced there’s no leak went back with clear caulk for the trim and the customer is all set.
