Replaced t p valve for tankless heater , replaced a flapper for powder room toilet

For existing eletric water heater , we replaced CPVC pipe and flexible connector with copper , replace water shut off valve with 3/4 ball valve , add pan and capped , new expansion tank installed, new tub overflow gasket installed

Customer had old electric water heater and looking to replace with tankless. Gave customer options and after approval began to install Navion 240 a tankless water heater. Removed old heater. Mounted new heater to wall. Ran vent out back of wall. Secured all piping and reconnected recirculation line. After installation was complete checked for leaks and proper function. Courtesy item of hose bib install will be done with filtration install at a later date. Will also look into new face plate for tankless heater. Gave customer quote for filtration install.

Checked washing machine auto shut off valve , was off and turn back on

Looked at cracked cast iron 4” pipe in basement. Looked at water heater in basement. Prv in basement is leaking from adjustment bolt. Has 2 sections of copper pipe about 2 “ each that needs to be replaced in basement. Front silcock is not working. Disposal is jammed. Gave estimate to repair all issues shown today.

Customer says he has better price for job from te certified. Would not disclose other price.

Came out for a leaking water heater, dripping shower valve. We replaced the water heater, shower cartridge, rear hose bib, and PRV and main shut off valve. Set new pressure to 50 psi. Tested to ensure proper function and a leak free installation. Diagnostic work done by Tim Chen. We came and performed the repair work.

Hook up washing machine and dryer in laundry room. Hook up lavatory in basement powder room. Set toilet in basement powder room. Replaced stop valves for lavatory and toilet in basement powder room. Tested and left in good working order

Came out for a toilet slow to fill, a shower that was leaking, and a disposal that made a loud noise when turned on. We found the tanks components to be worn out and causing toilet to be slow to fill. Received approval to do a minor rebuild. Replace the fill valve, flapper, handle, and supply line. Shower valve stopped leaking a few days before we arrived but we left a quote to replace the cartridge if the issue returns. Garbage disposal made a very loud grinding noise. We received approval to swap the disposal. Installed new 1/2 hp insinkerstor and mounting bracket. Tested to ensure proper function and a leak free install. Water pressure tested in the normal range.

Homeowner had multiple issues going on. His kitchen faucet slowly leaks from the bottom. He is going to call Kohler to get repair parts for the faucet as it is 20 years old. We gave him a quote to return and repair or replace the faucet. His downstairs tub spout diverter was not holding the water back properly so the shower felt like it had low pressure. We cut out the old tub spout, extended the copper pipe with solder fittings, and installed a new identical tub spout. His upstairs toilet had a sponge stuck in it that was causing the toilet to drain slowly. We augered the toilet and were able to snag the sponge and remove it. Will return when the parts have arrived from Kohler for the faucet. No other issue at this time.

4043130140 Sam Shut off water to home and drained system. Removed both toilet stop valves on level 2 of home and replaced with new stop valves. Tested both valves and installed new toilet supply lines. As courtesy installed customer supplied bidet in master bathroom. Cleaned workspace Left estimate for new pressure regulator

Replaced kitchen faucet with customer supplied Kohler faucet. Faucet is working and not leaking at departure.

Came out for a possible leak. We inspected the area where they saw water come in and confirmed it was not where any plumbing was ran. It was in a section of flower bed with no drain that got a lot of water from the pressure washing the area. Shower diverter was fine, just the screen filter on the handheld sprayer was clogged which we unscrewed and rinsed off and this corrected the issue. We checked the water pressure and confirmed it was at a safe level. No further issue at this time.

Performed win with Chen annual plumbing inspection. Completed inspection form. All plumbing in unit 29 is up to date, no leaks or issues found at this time. Heater is new installed in 2025. Pressure is around 45psi and is in the safe range.

Camera main sewer line and gutter drain

Installed cartridges ordered for water works faucet. Removed old cartridges and installed new. After install checked for leaks and proper function.

Toilet needing to be rebuilt and customer supplied toilet seat needing to be installed upon arrival. Customer stated the toilet in the guest bath constantly runs, and they had an old bidet toilet seat they don’t use anymore. Informed customer we could rebuild the toilet and install the new customer supplied fill valve. Gave customer estimate, customer approved estimate. Rebuilt the guest bathroom toilet and installed customer supplied toilet seat with new supply line. Turned water back on to check for leaks and found no leaks. Toilet fill valve in master bath was filling up slowly after turning water on. Replaced fill valve as a courtesy. Everything is working properly and no leaks upon departure

Returned to install sewage ejection pump due to old pump not working. Installed new zoeller sewage pump with a new check valve and ball valve. Tested system 3 times to ensure it was working properly and no leaks. Pump is working properly and no leaks upon departure

Customer wanting tankless water heater upon arrival. Customer stated his water heater was 13 years old and since it was time to replace it, he wanted to go tankless. Informed customer we could install a navien 240a2. Gave customer estimate, customer approved estimate. Installed new navien 240a2 with new service ports, expansion tank, and ran both exhaust and fresh air vent outside. Sealed up around both vents using hydro plug and silicon. Turned water on to check for leaks and found no leaks. Ran unit to ensure it was working properly and condensating. Unit is working properly and no leaks upon departure

Looked at leaking pipe in ceiling of basement. Found that there were serval places leaking in water line. Recommend repiping the water distribution system.

Customer had leak coming from master shower to downstairs bathroom/bedroom. Ran water in shower from different spraying options until finding that sprayer wand spraying at wall on loose eschueton. Caulked area and caulk tub for kids bath for potential leak above kitchen also looked at meter determined no leak on meter to house was unable to find meter to irrigation to further investigate Water bill leak issue.
