Diagnosed additional leaks. Customer spotted small droplet of water on dishwasher supply line and tightened. Tightened supply a little more and no additional leaks found, informed customer to monitor and update us with any questions or issues. Currently undergoing restoration from water damage, left estimate for replacement hoses if issue remains.

Shut off water to building and drain system and old water heater. Cut out and remove old water heater and leaking hoses on top. Install new lowboy electric water heater and Install new shut off valve for water heater and new thermal expansion tank. Test for proper operation and leaks
Performed win with Chen annual plumbing inspection. Found everything to be working properly and no leaks detected. Left future estimates to replace water heater and recirculation pump as well as replace rubber hoses for washing machine.
Found lavatory pop up assembly leaking in hall restroom. Removed pop up assembly and inspected for damage. Found putty was missing in a section. Puttied pop up assembly and reinstalled. Filled lavatory and drained to test pop up assembly. Advised customer that it is not recommended to flush water heater due to age. Checked toilet for leaks. No leaks at this time. Brylen W. was invited back to our home for plumbing and sewer service, after an excellent performance here last year. Diagnosed leak through ceiling coming from kitchen above. Water was turned off upon arrival. Turned on water and tested thoroughly, found drain fitting loose by disposal vibrations and leaking when turned on, no under leaks detected. Advised customer to check area regularly to see if issue returns. Gave contact for provision restoration. Provision restoration 678-383-0889
Arrived to perform annual inspection of whole house plumbing for Win with Chen membership. Did a thorough evaluation of all of the customers bathrooms, kitchen, bar sink, and laundry area. Also flushed the tank style water heater. Found a toilet in the powder room that needed to be rebuilt and was running. Attempted to tighten a loose faucet, the handle is broken and can’t be tightened, and left quote to replace four sets of supply lines that aren’t steel braided upstairs. Found a loose shower handle in basement bathroom. Reset the handle and tightened the set screw. Also left quote to replace the frost proof in the back that doesn’t flow properly. Made customer aware that we will have to cut the walls and ceiling to determine where the hose bib comes through the wall. Chen Plumbing isn’t responsible for repairs to drywall. After cutting, found that a ball valve was already on the line. Removed quoted price for ball valve, isolated the line locally with existing shutoff, and replaced t

Found toilet sitting about five inches away from wall. Customer wants toilet moved closer to wall and replaced with new Kohler toilet in hall restroom. Customer wants a 3/4 horse disposal installed on kitchen sink. Customer has been informed that we do not repair tile or Sheetrock. Informed customer that there is a chance that tile can crack when drilling through for new toilet drain and we would not be liable if tile cracks. Customer has to have electrical ran for disposal and wants to complete job after electrical has been installed.
Inspection for source of high water bill. Checked all 5 units for leaks. Could not find anything leaking at this time. Checked meter building has 1 meter for all five units. Meter did not reflect any water movement in 10 ten minutes of observation. Also inspected the crawl space for leaks no leaks at this time.

Customer had a stop for the kitchen that was broken. Stop started leaking when I inspected it. Replaced the stop as a courtesy since the inspection caused the leak. Turned on front hose bib. Water heater installed in 2024.
Didn’t see a leak from the work preformed and no leaks at all, dishwasher potentially backed up, but couldn’t see a leak from the work we did

Replace the boiler drain and 1/2 shut off valve for the hose Bibb Replacement of 10 feet of copper piping in the home in the laundry room Repacement of the pressure reducing valve with shut off valve in the crawl space For this customer, we went ahead and replaced the boiler drain for the cold side waterline in addition to that the half inch gate valve that was on the waterline and replaced it with a new boiler drain and half inch ball valve and also replaced 10 feet of copper due to corrosion and oxidation and a small little drip that was happening on the water piping. Our customer here also complained of lower water pressure so therefore we did a drop test on the hose bid to see what the pressure was reading at first it was reading at 75 pounds. However, when the toilet was flush, it was water is ran. It dropped down to 45 pounds so therefore what I recommended is to replace the pressure reducing valve in the crawlspace following that I recommended to install a new ball valve for t
For sewer scope inspection found a few areas of concern. They are highlighted in the form submitted via email. Also, attached is a video of sewer scope.
Client called us out due to their kitchen sink drain line being clogged and backing up. To get our camera and machine in the drain line to clear it, we had to remove the garbage disposal then take apart the drain and insert our chain snake. It took a good bit of running back and forth, but once I was to the cleanout outside, I pulled it back spinning it the whole way, and then flushed the drain line out by running a bunch of water in home. Was able to watch a lot of grease chunks go down the drain as a result, and the drain line is now flowing properly. Tested for leaks, there are none after putting back together. No warranty on drain cleaning. Charged card on file per customer request.

Today we fixed pool heater 1 1/2 “ gas pipe leak underground, we replaced hose bib left side garage and add access panel , we supply and installed a new brizo SS pot filler .
Completed win with Chen annual plumbing inspection. Did not find anything needed to repaired and everything is working in proper order. Recommend rebuilding toilets in the future
Metal p trap leaking and sink stopped up upon arrival. Customer stated he attempted to take off the p trap to clear the blockage and the p trap broke. Informed customer we could cut out the old ptrap and run our cable down the line to clear the blockage and then replace the p trap with a new tubular one. Gave customer estimate, customer approved estimate. Cut out old ptrap and ran cable out 25 ft twice to clear the blockage. Installed new tubular p trap and turned faucet on to check that it was draining properly and not leaking. Sink is now draining properly and the p trap is not leaking. No leaks upon departure
Client called us out due to the garbage disposal in kitchen island sink being jammed up. The reset button was tripped on bottom, and disposal would just hum. I was able to unjam the disposal with running water to wash whatever it was down the drain. Disposal is now operating normally. Home water pressure is good at 70 psi.
Returned and installed a new hp prv and prv with new shutoffs. Installed new water heater for 2950 with a new thermal expansion device, pan, and a new shutoff. Tested all work to ensure proper function and no leaks. Customer said that the city had been out for a stoppage. Found a slight separation in city 6 inch pipe, but no roots actively in the line. If the city line back up again they have access to their own line with a 6 inch cleanout. While installing prv in the unit for 2952 discovered that unit has its own water heater. That water heater is 17 years old and is well past replacement age. Left quote to replace.

Water spot on ceiling upon arrival. Customer stated she noticed two water spots on the ceiling but didn’t know how long they had been there. After looking in the up stairs and not seeing any signs of leaking informed customer we could cut the ceiling or she could watch it and see if the spots grow.
