Kitchen faucet leak , customer will get new one and call us back
Jetted sewer line from basement and cleared mainline blockage. Replaced PRV and expansion tank.
Replace existing 75 gallon gas water heater and add Recirculation for increased hot water deliver speed.
Sewage ejection pump backing up in basement bathroom. Removed float out of system and plugged in just the pump. Pump kicked on and drained down bathroom. Informed customer we would have pull the pump out of the tank and inspection float and pump. Customer said she call us back when she talks with husband.
Will be back to do work when hoa gives authorization.
Water heater is working and pilot light is on with no issues. Customer has a power vent 50 gallon water heater. She also wanted us to check water pressure. After checking pressure gauge was reading 95psi. Talked to Tim since we were out here a month ago and replaced it. We adjusted water pressure to 65psi. System is working with no leaks or issues
Fixed leaking gas pipe inside wall with new pipe , shut off valve to cook top
Removed old leaking tank water heater and installed tankless water heater in basement.
Eric came to give us a quote and replacing our water heater. He was very patient and gave good explanations to answer all of my questions. There’s a good chance he’s coming back to work on installing our new water heater as well.

Checked water leak in the front yard issue , pumped water out from meter box , found water leak is from before the water at city side , informed customer to call city or county water department for repair
Jetting
Returned to installed customer supplied kohler toilet. Installed toilet in master bathroom. Tested system, system is working with no leaks or issues. Flushed toilet multiple times no issues.
Returned to installed navies outdoor tankless. Rerouted water lines and gas line. Installed tankless to code. Gas tested by meter and on tankless no leaks detected. Went through crawlspace as we turned water on also no leaks in crawlspace or at water heater. Tested system system is working with no leaks or issues and unit is set at 120 degrees.
Replaced sump pump and installed back up emergency pump and battery system. Tested to ensure proper function.
Replacement of pressure regulator - previous home pressure at 130 psi. New pressure regulator set to within safe limits at 65 psi. Replacement of expansion tank at water heater due to potential failure.

Excellent and Outstanding Service
Hunter came in and identified the problem (clogged drain line), and chose the least obtrusive way to solve it, which meant no cutting pipes etc … I would recommend Chen plumbing again.
Cody sets the customer service bar very high! 5 stars.
We had a mystery vent pipe, discovered when we replaced our roof. Eric came out and evaluated the pipe. He and his apprentice corrected the pitch on the pipe so that it would vent properly and not collect water. Both Eric and his apprentice were very professional and courteous. They take obvious pride in their work.
