Leak is coming from upstairs bathrooms will need to cut hole in ceiling to she where leak is coming from. Additional estimate will be given when leak source is found. we also do not fix or repair any drywall. After cutting out ceiling I found an old lead toilet flange that has be leaking for awhile cut out old flange and replaced with new fernco, pvc and new flange . Check work and cleaned up work area

Quoted a water heater replacement today

Repaired water pipe busted in the front of home , leak was from 1” sharkbite fitting and should not been used underground, we replaced pipe with 1” pex B pipe and pex B fitting , one year warranty

Opened ceiling checked leak , fixed with overflow gasket , new diverter tub spout .

Use small snake and clear shower drain. Once cleared test thoroughly for proper drain. Clean work space Shut off water to toilet. Drain all water and remove toilet. Provide and install new toilet. Install toilet with new wax ring, toilet bolts and toilet supply line. Test new toilet for proper operation and leaks. Clean work area

Removed and hauled off old electric tank water heater. Capped off old lines. Installed new navies 240A2 in the garage. Drilled and routed venting and and drain piping to exterior of home. Ran new 3/4 gas line over to the tankless water. Powered up unit and tested to ensure proper function and a leak free installation. No further issue at this time.

Returned to install customer supplied in line filter. Install customer supplied inline filter and added a bypass. Turned water back on to check for leaks and found no leaks. Flushed system out for 10 minutes. Water is turned back on and filter is working properly. No leaks upon departure

Rebuild toilet with new fill valve, flapper seal, canister rebuild, and toilet supply lines. Test toilets new parts for proper operation. Pressure was over 90 psi. Shut off water to home and drained system. Cut out and removed old pressure regulator and installed new pressure regulator and shut off valve. Set pressure to 70 psi. flushed water heater with win with Chen membership. Checked all work for proper operation and leaks. No leaks found after work completed and cleaned work space

Call for running toilets and to question about adding hose spigot functionality to fourth floor bathroom. Arrived and met with Neil. He explained that two bathrooms have toilets that are always dripping or running. Additionally, the top floor of the condo has a balcony, and they have no hose spigot. Neil has tried changing the faucet in the bathroom and adding a hose adapter, but the components were not compatible. I performed an inspection of the toilets and plumbing system and found the following: Toilets were gerber with a mix of failing flush valves, and flappers. Some gaskets were deteriorated significantly. We checked pressure on the home and found it to slightly exceed the legal limit of 80psi, reading between 85 and 90psi. Pressure read twice with two different gauges at hose spigot and water heater, not during a heating cycle. Customer called us out due to active leaks, occurring from the cold water side of two existing 8 inch spread laboratory faucets. After performing an issue evaluation, customer was presented with options to disassemble the faucets and identify the manufacture and cartridge type to determine repair feasibility. Customer approved diagnostic disassembly. Upon inspection, it was determined that the existing faucet model had been discontinued and replacement parts/cartridges were no longer readily available, requiring special order components with no guarantee of timely availability. Customer was presented with replacement options and elected to replace both laboratory faucets. Removed and dispose of existing faucets and installed two new 8 inch widespread laboratory faucet assemblies. Was called out for a dripping faucet and drain that was backing up. Checked water pressure and it was 120. Gave estimate to add PRV and main shut off valve. I due believe the faucet is dripping due to age and water pressure. Gave estimate to replace T&S faucet. Office has to get an approval before work can be done

Today we replaced a leaking expansion tank , did a major toilet tank rebuilt with new flush valve, tank to bowl gasket , bolts , fill valve and supply line . Discussed and signed membership with customer

Remove old leaking and seized faucet. Installed new customer supplied 8”spread lavatory faucet and new supply lines. Tested new faucet for proper operation and leaks. No leaks found after work completed. Cleaned work area

Found two upstairs tub&shower Kohler cartridge not working properly. Upstairs master garden tub stopper not plugging drain. Main level powder room lavatory pop-up assembly missing plunger. Water pressure at over 80 psi. Replaced cartridges in both son and daughter’s restroom tub&shower valve. Replaced master restroom garden tub stopper. Replace master shower head filter with customer supplied filter as a courtesy. Replace main level powder room pop-up assembly with new push pop assembly. Replaced Prv and set to 65psi. Replaced outside kitchen sink faucet sensor with customer supplied parts as a courtesy. Tested and left everything in good working order.

Issue was not a plumbing issue

Diagnosed leak from near water heater to into unit below. Water was still on in unit upon arrival and found leak on shark bite fitting from cpvc to pex, customer said it was leaking heavily earlier and filled heater pan. Shut off water to heater. Removed both flex line and replaced with copper and correct fittings to adapt to cpvc and pex existing. Replaced with copper piping. Tested for proper operation and no additional leaks found

Customer called to sell Tamke high water bill after doing a thorough evaluation would determine the water usage to be caused by a broken pipe in the backyard feeding the hose bed. Customer informed me that they would like to have a line capped Line, spotted meter found no movement while water was on the house

Customer had old loose and leaky faucet he wanted to repair with cartridges. Explain to customer about condition of faucet and highly suggested replacement. Customer stated he has new PRV and water heater is new.

Upon arrival laundry drain and utility sink backed up and root ball in main line gave customer quote to jet both lines to clear the lines. Customer approved the quote we cut the 3 in PVC line leading to the laundry and utility drain and added a clean out to jet from. Ran jetter through the clean out cap we installed and cleared the line and ran sewer camera and noticed cast iron is starting to deteriorate, but line was clear and draining. Ran jetter through outdoor clean out and cleared rootball in main line. Ran sink and washer to verify water was not backing up and draining properly. No leaks and everything draining properly upon departure. No warranty included on drain cleaning calls.

Left estimates for septic to sewer conversion

Call for toilet back up. Arrived and ran water for approximately 7-10 minutes via tub, vanity, and toilet flushes. No sign of back up on main or branch. Bathroom group is 4 inch pvc, no cleanout access. The toilet is a project source brand toilet, and this is used in a short term rental capacity. I believe the toilet should be upgraded to a pressure assist toilet to help facilitate misuse and hopefully better accommodate the space. I have provided an estimate for that work.

Customer had water service leak. after going over issue, did small home inspection found pressure to be good and water heater in good condition. Went over options for repair/replacement on water service leak and went over additional options for filtration and flow by Moen shut off. Replaced service with 1 inch pex piping and installed three stage filtration system, and flow by Moen in crawlspace. with two new additional main valves. After work was complete backfill trench to best of ability. turned on water to check for leaks and proper function. Also went over. Electrical set up for flow by Moen.

Did member inspection and flush tankless , found a bad disposal and replaced with bager 5 type , found a pvc pipe for a hose bib installed in the back comes out the ground with no drain valve , that may leading to a freeze and pipe break problem.

Was called out for hose bibs and outdoor kitchen repairs. When I arrived the shark bite stop valve for the ice maker was blown off and the press elbow on the hot side for the out faucet was also blown off. The hose bib was in the cabinets. The water pressure is 120. Replaced all the stop valves under outdoor kitchen sink and moved the hose to a more accessible location. Checked work and cleaned up work area.
