We replaced a faulty pump due to overloaded grease application, new pvc check valve replaced with brass type

Hose bib on back of house was constantly running with no shut off valve on arrival. Cut 1/2 water line serving back hose bib and added a ball valve. Replaced hose bib on back of house. Pressurized hose bib to test and left in good working order.

Installed 3 customer supplied new lavatory faucets with new supply lines and 2 water filters. Tested all work for proper operation. No leaks and cleaned work space.

Checked high water bill problem, I found a old 14 years old water heater with failed T P pressure relief valve continuously running water to outside , we replaced the water heater today with new Rheem pro heater , new expansion tank installed, replaced a toilet with Kohler ADA toilet .

Customer had leak coming from tub shower cartridge. Fatter thorough evaluation, found pressure to be high assisting issues. Explained to customer about pressure. Gave options for repair/replacements. Installed new watts PRV and replaced delta monitor cartridge. After installs checked for leaks and proper function. Pressure is now at 60PSI

Customer had a shower valve running non stop in the upstairs guest bathroom. He also had a wet spot on the ceiling below the shower. We looked through the access panel and found no signs of the leak from the valve or the drain where visible. Water was spraying right underneath the glass through the caulking and running down to the floor. Believe this was the source of the leak. We replaced the shower cartridge and recaulked the shower at no charge. No warranty on the caulking. 1 year warranty on the shower cartridge.

Looked at sewer replacement. Customer wants to receive more estimates before making a decision.

Remove existing water heater and haul away. Install customer provided water heater. Also replace galvanized piping going up to the water heater. Shut water off to home. Replace section of galvanized piping going up to water heater both on hot and cold. Reconnected new copper line to copper pipe in crawlspace. Installed customer supplied heater. Turned water back on and tested. No leaks were present at this time. Cleaned up work area.

Came out and spoke with homeowner about previous quote. She has insurance involved and needed the quote revised to send to the insurance company with a cost breakdown. We reconfirmed the scope for work and updated the pricing since the bathroom has already been demo’d.

Found hall restroom tub&shower valve constantly dripping. Also found that washing machine drain did not have a ptrap. Also washing machine valves were leaking. Replaced Kohler cartridge in hall restroom with new Kohler cartridge. Replaced hot and cold washing machine valves and replaced washing machine stand pipe adding a ptrap in crawl space. Tested and left in good working order

Diagnosed leak under kitchen sink and found couple of leaks. Found leak coming from old stop valves being turned on and off and also found kitchen faucet to be leaking. Left estimates for repairs. Also recommend provision.

Left quote to dig line up customer approved. Will return Thursday to perform work.

Looked at customer provided faucet for pedestal sink. After thorough evaluation gave customer options for install and other items. Customer did not agree with pricing. That was crazy. She started being rude all of a sudden saying I was talking down. That was a crazy.

Switched direction of recirculating pump , no charge

Performed win with Chen annual plumbing inspection. Upon inspection found no issues. Water heater is from 2025 and pressure is around 70 psi. Could not locate main shut off valve and pressure regulator suspect it is covered up in basement wall. Also left estimate to rebuild upstairs master bathroom toilet with new internal parts. Also advised customer once ready to replace pressure regulator we could add access panel and replace pressure regulator.

Customer called us out for water showing up behind sheet rock. Were previous work was after initial evaluation. We found gate valve packing to be leaking unrelated to any work that we did fixed gate valve for customer informed next time replacement was necessary. Customer understands.

Customer called us for various plumbing issues, after a thorough evaluation gave customer options to remedy issues found. Including two hose replacements, one thermal expansion tank replacement with proper strapping by code. As well as fixing of water heater flue pipe that was backdrafting. Customer agreed to all work mention above furnish and installed two hose bibs as well as one Thermal expansion tank and thermal expansion strap thoroughly tested all work after work was performed. Everything is working as intended at this time.

Call for leak, called in by reliable restoration. Reliable portion: Leak on cast iron 4 inch sewer line. I cut the leaking section of sewer line out and replaced with a pvc section. Sewer line in very poor condition. Met with Mrs. Buckler regarding the project, history of the issue, and reasons for the calls. We have have been out multiple times this year regarding sewer backups. Reliable restoration had to perform asbestos remediation throughout basement. I conducted n inspection to consolidate notes and options for this property. During inspection I found a main shut off gate valve actively dripping. The pressure regulating valve is from the 1990’s. The thermal expansion tank at the water heater has failed. Additionally, in basement bathroom a leak was present on the hot side before the shut off valve. Right side was also galvanized iron pipe. Replaced a handheld shower hose customer supplied, no charge

Front hose bib was leaking and shut off for hose bib was leaking, Replaced hose bib gate valve with new ball valve and replaced hose bib with new hose bib. Gave estimate to replace Prv due to high pressure. Customer does not want to replace Prv at this time. Explained the risk of waiting to replace Prv.

This customer the error code 10 popped up again and the customer had reset the unit the unit when I got there was an appearing error code of 10 or any error code at all took a look on the outside of the vent. It looked like there were some debris on the inside. I used a hanger to take out the piece of dust. Those inside the vent and the vent line is clean and clear not really sure why the error code is appearing however I did recommend if it continues to happen. Recommend to do a further diagnosis of the unit additionally Potentially swap out the tankless it is 11 years old.

No hot water to shower upon arrival. Customer stated stated she cuts the water off to the shower every year due to how the builder ran the water lines and when she cut it on this year she had no hot water. After cutting the water on found the hot water side had froze and busted causing no water to get to the shower. Also noticed older gate valves. Informed customer we could cut out the broken section of copper and replace it. Recommend customer replace gate valves with two ball valves. Gave customer estimate, customer approved estimate. Installed 2 new ball valves and repair broken section of pipe. Turned water back on to check for leaks and found no leaks. Customer signed up for membership program and wants to be scheduled October 1st for water heater flush and annual inspection. Shower is working properly and no leaks upon departure

Call to check shower drain and remove RO system. Met with Alexandra. She is moving this week and would like to remove the RO system that was recently Installed in order to take it with her. I removed the RO system and put it in a box, including all extra parts and clips (in bottom of box). I do not have a sink hole cover to match the finish of the faucet and soap dispenser. I have shown Alexandra a link for an Amazon purchase, and she has already has other contractors coming in to do work. For the shower drain, I assessed history of problem, and the drain and cannot find any plumbing issue. The drain does have some hair and drain gunk in it, but is draining and appears to be correctly vented. The shower tile and grout does appear to be deteriorating, which may lead to water under or behind tiles and moisture allowing mildew to accumulate.
