Client called us out due to a hose bib leaking just outside the chapel. It was a frost free old hose bib that they tried repairing but could not. We cut out the old bib and installed new frost free with a mounting plate secured to the brick, then secured hose bib to plate. After mounting filled in the large hole around bib with concrete. Inside we added a shutoff for that bib as it should be, made it easily accessible moving it close to the small door to get below the stairs. Then reconnected the lines. Turned water on, no leaks or issues. 1 yr warranty

Pre-sold Cut out section of old cast-iron and also cut out section of old copper drain pipe. Replaced with PVC. Afterwards, ran multiple fixtures to test work and no leaks were present at this time. Also installed new toilet in bedroom bathroom and tested. Toilet was working properly and there was no leak. Caulked around base of toilet. Cleaned up work area. There’s a one year warranty on all work done today. There’s no warranty if the drain backs up.

Came out to do a pressure tech on this house and took a look at the water heaters while I was doing that and the water heaters are from 2002. The customer does not want for them to be out of hot water so therefore they opted to get one of the water heaters replaced. We’re going from two to one and as a result, the customer wants to go back with a new 75 gallon gas water heater so therefore we are doing that tomorrow

Came out today to do some preventative maintenance sewer line jetting like we did previously a few months ago. I was able to get past the point we could not get past in the 2 previous visits, which was beneath the deck. I was able to get out into the yard just barely, and we located that point and marked with green paint. We could dig up that point in the yard about 7’ deep, and then find good pipe to make our repair. There is a chance we have to chase the sewer line further out into the yard to find good pipe. Estimate included covers that possibility in the summary. The line was completely clear when we first started at least for about 20’. After jetting it was back holding water and it overflowed out of the cleanout while jetting some. Cleaned up our mess and put cleanout back on. No warranty on drain cleaning, heavily recommend repairing that collapsed line especially now that we know it’s running out in yard and not under concrete.

For this customer, he called us out for a couple different things a toilet leaking and he wanted to get two bidet installed in his home so I took a look at the first issue with the toilet leaking because that was the biggest issue on the list and what we have found is that whenever the bidet is being used in the master bathroom, it would spray backwards because the Toilet bolts in the bracket was not secure as a result it would start to leak and then leak down to the floor off of the toilet so for that fixed the customer will be buying some new bolts for the bracket so it is nice and secure and that should be the fix for that as for the two bidet seats I didn’t charge the customer for installing one of the bidets due to the fact that he had majority of it all connected, except for the waterline so I did that with no extra cost. However, for the toilet in the second floor guest hallway bathroom we went ahead and charged for that per day. Install did not need to replace the supply line b

Faucets getting Luke warm upon arrival. Customer stated the faucets will get hot sometimes and other times be cold. After taking cover off of tankless found heat exchanger leaking. Noticed when running fixtures the gpm of hot water would drop almost to 0 and then go back up to 4. Informed customer it would be best to swap the tankless due to the age and the issues. Gave customer estimate, customer approved estimate. Install new navien 240a2 tankless. Turned water and gas back on to check for leaks, found no leaks. Ran all fixtures in the house and they are now all getting hot water with no issues. Water heater is fired up and working properly, no leaks upon departure

Inspected PRV and checked water pressure. Everything was working normally. Customer stated he was not having any issues with anything else inside the home. No further issue.

Condensate drain in the hvac closet in the garage was backing up and overflowing. No leak on the meter. Tenant said now that it’s getting hot they just started using their AC for the first time since they’ve moved in. Condensate was overflowing up out of drain. We snaked the line and restored flow to the drain. Dumped a few bowls of water down the drain after snaking it to ensure it was now draining properly. No further issue at this time.

Performed complementary pressure check. Pressure is at 62 psi. Water heater and pressure regulator are newer. No issues with water pressure and no leaks found. Left estimate for new washing machine boiler valves.

Water heater was able to be lit. Did not notice anything actively leaking. Vent was drafting correctly. Vent is ran into a chimney chase which is against code without having a liner installed by a licensed hvac company. Left quote to replace the water heater as it is 12 years old. Customer is considering doing a tankless water heater instead and wants to do some more research before she decides since the water heater is still working.

CUSTOMER did our annual membership evaluation and during the evaluation nothing major came up on the inspection report other than other water heaters are older and recommended to get replaced. They are from either 2014 or 2015 coming up on their life expectancy. They also do not have plans underneath the water heater so that is a problem. The thermal expansion tank is on a T hanging down of the Main waterline still full of air after taking a look at the bladder so there’s no issues with that the only thing is recommended at this time is to get those two water heaters swapped out.

Call for sewer backup in master bathroom. Arrived and met with Jenny and Joe. Jenny states that yesterday they hired a gouging or gurgling sound near the master bathroom, and then a sudden noise that sounded like water gushing through the walls. She said this has happened once before about a year ago. Inspection findings: History: We have resealed a sewage ejection pump in the basement years ago. Two months ago a sewer spot repair made on main line under porch. History of backup in master group a year ago, and a self resolved backup yesterday. Customers are original owners of home. House is on city sewer. I didn’t find clean out, but Joe said there is one buried in the front, and manhole is in front of house. Upstairs has three bathrooms. Came out due to me running a tire through our customers neighbors yard just past the curb. The day we did the job there was water constantly running in that area and down the street. Trying to get out of the way i backed up and unintentionally went in these folks yard. I inspected the water meter and they do not have a leak on their side at least. The area is still damp but there is not water flowing out now. Unsure where the water was coming from, but it had made that area of the yard super saturated which would be the reason the tire made that slight rut in the yard by the curb. Will talk with hunter to see what we can do about the yard tomorrow as he is in a meeting today.

Customer had eyeglass flushed down to toilet , we had to remove one piece Toto toilet , camera the line , removed eyeglass with cloth wire hanger , reset toilet , new wax , supply line installed, snaked 2 inch p trap for basement hvac drain .

Today problem we have is water on basement floor from kitchen above , we cut drywall behind cooktop , found a pinhole leak copper water for the pot filler , we replaced 4 feet pipe with add a new shut off valve We also noticed loose pot filler faucet , we can’t tell what brand , discussed replacing the pot filler , customer will order and for us come back to install it

Return to fix sewer line breaks from previous quote. Arrived and started dig up. Once pipe was exposed we found a broken and buried clean out, a cause of one root intrusion. The second break and intrusion was located further down as seen on camera. However, upon cutting pipe we discovered it was not cast iron, but orangeburg pipe. I discussed the findings with Chris, as well as some recommendations. He elected to replace the entire sewer from the pvc section near the house, to as far back as we could go towards the back of the property, to make the sewer as much continuous pvc as possible. We also installed a clean out near the back towards the orangeburg connection that allows access towards the house and away. We Left approximately 4 feet of 4 inch pvc for future repair connections of the remainder of the line is ever replaced. That repair would require several trees to be removed, and a thorough assessment of pipe depth in order to provide an accurate estimate. Backfilling pr

Replace one toilet. Rebuild 2 toilets. Replace 3 service valve. Also replace Prv and main house shut off valve. Also run a camera through drain line. Customer stated that toilet was overflowing. Found that toilet suddenly had a soft tissue clog that caused toilet to overflow resulting in water damage on main level full bathroom and also finished basement area down below. While I was here, customer also wanted me to take care of a few other plumbing repairs. So today went ahead and replace toilet that was overflowing and ran camera through drain line to inspect line. Also replaced three shut off valves all for toilets and rebuilt toilet in basement. Also installed new main house shut off valve and new PRV. Set water pressure to 60 psi. Tested all work and no leaks were present at this time. Caulked around base of new toilet. Cleaned up work area. Will return Monday to install new drain line.

Diagnosed sink backing up and not draining. Took apart trap and removed all visible debris. Tried that step first and sink continued to back up. Removed trap again and ran sink snake. Broke and cleared blockage. Filled sink multiple times and tested drain thoroughly. Sink is draining very well. Installed new p trap.

Will remove 80 gal heater and install with 50 gal standard electric heater. Will also install thermal expansion tank with bracket, new shut off, and pan for heater.

Came out to give estimates on full cast iron drain pipe repipe to pvc in crawlspace and also for replacing the sewer line outside In yard up to city tie In.

Customer called us out for running toilet informed customer toilet needs to be rebuilt. Customer approved, rebuilt toilet and tested for leaks everything is working as intended at this time.
