Call for leak in ceiling. Arrived and found copper pipe has leak in ceiling of basement. While investigation I also found a leaking pressure regulating valve, an additional leak in the utility room. A thermal expansion tank with ruptured bladder, and. Ten year old water heater. Installed a high pressure and regular pressure regulating valve due to excessive pressure. Replaced water heater, new thermal expansion tank and shut off. Drip pan would not fit due to HVAC unit being too close. Replaced both dripping sections of copper. After all work we pressurized home, checked for leaks. Water heater is on and heating. Restoration crew contacted to help with water damage to basement.

Installed customer supplied shower valve and tub spout. Installed new cartridge that we provided. Tested and there was no leaks present at this time. Caulked around trim. Also water heater is over 10 years old will send estimate for replacement. Cleaned up work area.

Customer stated the toilet piece was broken upon arrival. After looking at toilet noticed Kohler toilet stem broken at the bottom. Informed customer the stem would need to be replaced. Gave customer estimate. Customer approved estimate. Replaced toilet stem and tested toilet. Flushed toilet multiple times and had no issues. Toilet is fixed and working properly upon departure. I’m going to look for a sprayer hose for the specific Kohler faucet the customer has because customer wants to keep that faucet.

Customer stated toilet over flowed upon arrival. She stated the toilet was clogged and she plunged it but noticed water dripping through the ceiling onto the cabinet. Flushed toilet multiple times and ran tub to make sure the line was clear. Unscrewed clean out cap and could hear the water flowing. Informed customer her plunging had cleared the blockage. For sewer job we completed on 12/17/2025 there will be a 5 year warranty on material defects and workmanship.

Call for toilet issue. Spoke with Kristen and she showed me the toilet. When testing I found that flapper wouldn’t close all the way sometimes. The chain from the handle to the flapper was twisted and slightly tight. I adjusted chain and was unable to replicate issue. Pressure is reading very low, at. 40psi. I recommend replacing pressure regulating valve soon, as abnormal low reading can be early warning signs of failure.

Leak in the ceiling at kitchen area , found very loose toilet in master bathroom, did pull and reset with flange repair today

Call for steam shower issue. Arrived and met with Austin and Ms. Josephine. Austin states that the steam unit in the master shower has power, but won’t produce steam. It has been installed for many years, potentially 7-10 years. It has worked fine until the last few months. Inspection revealed the following: Steam control unit in shower does have power. Steam unit is located in the attic above master bathroom. Flood stop automatic shut off was showing that it has activated, and the valve was closed. Rust marks and signs of water escape present on the side of the unit and the drain pan. T&p line empties straight in to pan above flood stop sensor. I turned valve open, and Austin stated steam unit still not functioning. To ensure we assess the entire system, I went to check water pressure at the water heater. Customer decided to move forward with PRV and main valve replacement. After replacement, checked for leaks and proper function. Also lnsulated area of work.

Clogged toilet , auger snaked cleared , could something still in toilet bowl caused back up , no wattanty

Moved water heater for ESOG to complete wall will return on Monday to reinstall water heater and rework vent. Before work was commenced noticed water heater was off prior to water heater being worked on water heater is more than likely not working at this time however, unable to determine because water house will shut off upon arrival due to other trades working in house. Return to reinstall heater thoroughly tested and confirmed the leaks. Everything is working fine at this time.

We were originally called out by ESOG to relocate the customers existing water heater during the course of our work we advised the homeowner that the current heater was not only quite old, but also had multiple code violations and was likely non-functional after discussing these issues. The homeowner approved a replacement of the unit at a discounted rate of $1300. We have documented confirmation of this approval via text message upon approval we completed the water heater replacement, ensuring that all code requirements were brought up-to-date after installation. We turned on the water temporarily to test for any leaks or issues. All joints were confirmed, secure and in working order. Camera inspection found roots and broken sewer pipe in front of home , used excavator dug up fixed broken pipe , also add additional clean out in basement

Customer needed new water heater due to old age of current heater. Replaced heater with Rheem 50 gal heater. Also camera drain line to determine location/depth of roots seen on inspection report. Area is approximately 10 in length and 7-12ft in depth. Area of issue looks be located at tap to city sewer. Will give quote for future repair. Unable to test work due to water to property not currently being on. Will return to test for leaks and proper function.

Excavate approximately 10 feet down from cleanout, replace section of pipe that is broken and then after excavation has been complete we will jet line to ensure rest of the line is clear as well as scope line to ensure line is in good working order as well as add a two way cleanout to facilitate maintenance 17-19 mainline repair and replacement. we were called out to address a broken cleanout located approximately 10 feet deep during excavation. We discovered an additional issue with the mainline exiting the house. We presented the customer with repair options and they chose to proceed with both the cleanout replacement and the main line repair work performed excavated to access and replaced the broken cleanout. Call for leaking dishwasher stop valve. Arrived and spoke with Mr. Brennan. He has the main house, and an additional tiny house in the back. The tiny house had a new dishwasher installed and the shut off valve developed a leak. Assessment shows that the shut off valve is old, and corrosion present along this section of pipe. I attempted to check water pressure, but hose spigots are winterized, and the water heater is incredibly old and has a plastic twist port. Also found loose p trap nut, and tightened to prevent continued drip from drain. Noticed a third drip spot and found that water has been splashing back along wooden backsplash, and wood appears to not be waterproofed. Recommend handyman address this issue to prevent further damage behind and under sink. I cut away corroded valve and pipe, and installed two dedicated quarter turn shut off valves. Reattached faucet and dishwasher, checked for leaks. With the exception of the water heater, no immediate concerns present in tin

Customer stated that they attempted to repair toilet in master bath and couldn’t get toilet back together and that also toilet im hall bath upstairs would run. Gave customer options for repairs. Went ahead and installed new fill valve, flapper, supply line, and tank to bowl gasket kit for toilet in master bath and also replaced fill valve, flapper, and supply line for hall bath. Tested and now both toilets are working as they should and no leaks are present at this time. Cleaned up work area.

Replaced three water shut off valves for kitchen faucet and dishwasher with new supply line to kitchen faucet

After further investigating issue found bad studor vent in attic space for add-on bathroom. Replaced vent and ran water to ensure problem was gone and system was functioning properly.

Remove existing toilet and haul away. Furnish and install American standard toilet. Also install new Prv. Furnish installed new PRV and also furnish installed new toilet in basement. Tested PRV and no leaks were present at this time. Set water pressure to about 60 to 65 psi. Also tested a toilet by flushing multiple times. No leaks were present at this time. Caulked around base of toilet. Cleaned up work area.

For this customer, we tried to unjam the garbage disposal due to something getting caught in the garbage disposal. However, the garbage disposal was also near end of life so therefore what I recommended is we go ahead and replace the unit with a half horsepower Badger 5 brand new one. The water heater is close to end of life as well so I recommend replacing that sooner than later and bringing it up to code compliance with that given no work for the water heater will be done today. Water pressure is at 60 pounds per square inch at this time we replaced the garbage disposal and took off a faulty vacuum breaker in the front house hose Bibb.

Customer had a three handle shower valve hat wasn’t diverting completely from the tub to the shower. Informed customer that due to the age and condition repair isn’t recommended as you risk causing additional leaks on the valve, or needing to potentially replace all together. Customer stated that while permanent solutions are eventually the goal, the shower just needs to be functional for the holidays first. Recommended installing a tub spout with a diverter to divert the water so that the valve doesn’t risk being touched and needing to be repaired or replaced additionally. The customer consented to this service. Replaced the tub spout and tightened two packing nuts to temporarily stop handle leaks. If there are any additional issues with the valve replacement is recommended.

Came out for a clogged laundry drain. Arrived and found washing machine drain was a 1.5” pvc drain shoved inside a 2” cast iron pipe going down into the slab. Cast iron was backing up and not draining. Cast iron did not go into the crawlspace. It ran underground and tied into the cast iron mainline somewhere under the deck before connecting to the septic tank. Customer elected to have us install a pump basin next to the washing machine and reroute the drain through the crawlspace and tie into a section of the cast iron. Cut out section of cast iron and installed a pvc tie in. Ran 2” pvc back into the laundry room. Installed pump basin and check valve. Ran new vent out side of house. Stuck garden hose down sat pipe and tested basin through 10 cycles and inspected to ensure proper function and a leak free installation.
