Remove old water heater and haul away. Furnish and install new 50 gallon gas water heater with tank shutoff and thermal expansion tank with bracket. Rework corroded copper piping by water heater. Also install new PRV. Remove old cast iron kitchen drain line and replace with new pvc piping. Bring drain up to code.

Came out for not gas getting to the water heater. I could get the pilot to light but would immediately go out. We replaced the Honeywell gas control valve, this did not correct the issue. Customer elected to replace the water heater. Installed new Rheem ProG50. Tested to ensure proper function and a leak free install.

Hunter & his partner were there within the estimated arrival time. I showed them the problem & they answered my questions. I went for not only fixing the problem but solving the problem. There was no pressure or up-sale. They were personable & professional. Leak in shed upon arrival. Customer stated she had someone make a repair before and it is leaking again. Gave customer estimate to make repair. When giving customer estimate for repair she asked if we had a way to isolate the shed and still have water in the house. Informed customer where the water comes up we can cut galvanized line and unthread the tee and transition to copper. Gave customer estimate to make repairs customer approved all work. Installed new ball valve and hose bib as well as fix leak under sink in shed. Tested systems, all systems are working with no leaks.

Arrived, customer took me downstairs to look for potential plumbing issues, main issues found were old water heater and code violations on water heater, also found the pressure was high and PRV Seems to be original to home, found old pitting copper above water heater informed customer on best solution Furnish and install new 50 gas water heater, Bring everything up to code, remove trim to fit new water heater also add new drain pan. Also furnish and install new whole house shut off and prv. Sheet rock will have to be cut to access plumbing. Also replace old sections of pitting pipe while water is off including two 1/2 shut offs ***(Trim for door will have to be removed not responsible for reinstalling also not responsible for any sheet rock cuts to access main shut off and prv)***
