Homeowner states that they noticed water continuously leaks from two tub/showers that aren’t used very often and can sometimes take days to stop. Upon arrival I was greeted by homeowners and they showed the issues and expressed their concerns that too much water is wasted and consumed. I did my inspection and didn’t find anything else wrong other than the leaks and PRV pressure fluctuations but I highly recommend replacing the PRV and the two delta cartridges for the tub/showers to fix the leaking issue and prevent further leaks. Homeowners weren’t sure if they wanted to fix these issues right away and will let us know at a later date.

Customer had jammed disposal. Unjammed and reset button on disposal. Ran disposal to check for leaks and proper function.

Customer wanted to replace tankless with new tankless. Installed Navien 240A. Removed old recirculation pump as navien has internal pump. Also installed small TET. After install, checked area of work for leaks and proper function. Checked all areas of house for correct temp. Customer wanted to wait on PRV.

Upon arrival, customer had broken hose bib adjacent to garage and driveway. There’s access in basement with ladder to cut copper line and replace. Psi is exceeding 110 and thermal expansion tank is compromised. Explained to customer importance of plumbing hardware for pressure in entire home. Customer declined work and wanted second opinion for better pricing.

Pull/reset toilet, run camera towards septic tank. Rebuild old style delta shower valve, replace shower drain Ran camera 100’ down the line. Found septic tank was full and backing up roughly 30’ upstream in the drain. Homeowner said 4 people live here and tank hasn’t been pumped in 7 years. Replaced trainer in master bathroom shower. Rebuilt delta shower valve in upstairs guest bathroom. No fur5er issue at this time.

Upon arrival customer stated he wanted a water heater quote. Gave customer estimate. Customer approved the estimate. I started by drain the old water heater and cutting it out. After the water heater was drained I took it out of the home and brought the new water heater inside. I installed the new water with a drain pan, a new ball valve, and new thermal expansion tank. After I made all the proper connections I filled the water heater up and got all the air out of the system and turned the water heater on. I informed the customer that it would take anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour for the water to get hot. Tested system and system is working properly with no issues or leaks.

Replaced a toilet in master bath with we supplied western toilet today

Came out to identify why sewage backed up into the home. Found cleanout outside with standing water. Flushed toilet inside and felt ground start vibrating. Dug around and found lift station lid underground. Opened lid to inspect pump. .4 hp zoeller sewage ejection pump. Spoke with homeowner who said original pump float switch went bad and they had to have it replaced. Appears that new float switch was installed too high in basin, allowing sewage to back up into line before pump activates and activates very frequently. Believe the frequency of the float switch engaging caused a failure to engage with the pump and caused the sewage to back up into the home. Notified homeowner of findings.

Basement bathroom continuing to back up after we corrected pitch under slab and on exterior of home. We flushed toilet multiple times and ran tub and sink last time and all were draining. Today arrived and found water was still draining, but very very slowly. Pulled toilet and camera’d from toilet. Found grease blockage that had occurred during the time before the pitch was corrected under the slab. Was able to clear most of the grease and restore flow. Ran all fixtures in downstairs bathroom to verify. Rerouted line has some spots that are flat, and branch line going to toilet is back pitched and holding approx 1” of water. Toilet is very old and I recommended we try replacing toilet before committing to jackhammering the slab under the bathroom. Left quote to replace toilet, also left quote to reroute the bathroom drains back to the existing drain that was previously capped off 6 years ago. Both lines have adequate depths where this would be possible. Branch line appears to be 3”. To

Jackhammer another 6’ concrete on inside of house, drill new penetration through foundation, redo drain down to septic tank, pump septic tank effluent into lift station, lower septic tank discharge line going to effluent tank, no replacement of concrete/flooring included. 2 year warranty Jackhammered slab in downstairs living room. Drilled through foundation wall and lowered pipe running out of house. Corrected pitch on pipe to septic tank. Dug up effluent discharge line and corrected pitch down to lift station. Installed new two way cleanout on line to septic tank and effluent line between septic tank and lift station for servicing. Bedded pipe inside the house but did not back. Customer had ESOG out to assess dirt settling under foundation that initially caused sewer back up. ESOG requested we not backfill holes inside the house as they are going to be pumping grout under the slab. Took video showing proper pitch of every section of the sewer line under the slab and notified homeown

Did diagnostic/camera work today. Identified issues and received approval for estimate to repair sewer lines. Customer has belly inside the house on drain line, as well as on exterior line going into and out of the septic tank. Returning Thursday/Friday to complete the work. Service titan glitched while processing payment. Need to ensure customer receives additional credit of $498.31 off the total for main repair job once job has been completed.

Quoted repipe job today

Came out for gurgling noises coming up through the main floor toilet. Arrived and found everything draining normally and no gurgling. Homeowner said she was doing laundry upstairs, and came downstairs to find the main floor powder room gurgling, and then the water in the toilet rose up out of the bowl and started flooding the bathroom. Could not recreate issue. Received approval to pull toilet in powder room and run camera. Located a belly outside of the home right before the septic tank with signs that this is where the blockages had been occurring as this has happened to her more than once. She already had the septic tank pumped a month ago thinking this was the issue and this did not correct the issue. Received approval to repair the sewer line. Dug up the sewer by hand and Repiped the section with a belly in it. Bedded pipe with a gravel foundation and backfilled to top of pipe with sand. Re-camerad the sewer line with the homeowner to show her everything was now flowing correct

Finished water heater installation in Cumming this afternoon. Customer upgraded from 40-gallon to 50-gallon high-efficiency unit for growing family needs. Removed old unit, installed new gas connections, and properly vented system. Water heater installation included new expansion tank and updated safety features. Customer stated that only some fixtures in home were getting hot and others weren’t. Stated to customer that there may be an issue with pump on dedicated recirculating line. Will send quote to replace tankless and also for diagnostics.

For this job, we worked on replacing customer supplied faucet.

No hot water upon arrival. Customer stated he tried everything to get water heater to turn on. After looking at heater was able to get pilot light to light but it would not ignite when turning it on. Customer called manufacturer while we were here we went to Ferguson to pick up warranty part. Installed new gas valve and tested system. System is fired up and working wi5 no leaks or issues upon departure

Failed tub cartridge leaked and caused water damage to ceiling below. Estime sent to replace cartridge or faucet .
