Christian is amazing. I have them coming back here to do some follow up work. He is very service oriented and always looks out for the customer.
Upon arrival customer had a couple of issues, 1 being a leak in his kitchen faucet. We Diagnose the faucet and is an internal issue with the faucet itself. Customer already ordered his new faucet and we will come back out to install it and we will refurbish back the diagnostic fee from what we collected today just the diagnostic of the kitchen. Secondly he has a 80 Gallon water heater that was throwing him a code T005. We also did diagnostic fee on troubleshooting. The water heater was on the phone with Rheem technician customer support to troubleshoot a water heater found that the thermistor is higher than it supposed to be meaning we check voltage and it was giving 20 digits higher than it’s supposed to be rain. Will send part out to customer on the warranty. Also notified customer we will give accurate estimate Once part is here. Customer will call us back out to install kitchen faucet. Replace the thermistor and flush out 80 gallon water heater. Customer also got membership with

Customer wanting whole home filtration system installed upon arrival. Customer stated she has been looking at few different filters and is getting quotes to see what the cost would be. After going in crawlspace found where the water came in, informed customer my recommendation would be to install the filter in the water heater closet so she would not have to crawl in the crawlspace to change the filters. This would require repiping of the way the main water connects. Gave customer estimate, customer is going to look into the models I recommended before making a decision
Customer wanting sewer line and rest of cast iron in crawlspace replaced upon arrival. Customer stated they already have had majority of the cast iron replaced in the crawlspace and there’s only around 10 ft left. Customer did not want to pay for the camera. Informed customer her water service ran on top of the current sewer line and based on the age of the home it would most likely be galvanized and it would be best for us to replace it with the sewer line. Gave customer estimate, customer is price shopping before making a decision
