Customer wanting estimate to install a bidet upon arrival. Customer stated she was getting a new toilet with a built in bidet and wanted us to install it. Informed customer we could install it once it was on site. After checking pressure found it to be 120 psi and the expansion tank had failed. Informed customer we could replace the PRV, whole home shutoff and the expansion tank. Gave customer estimate, customer approved estimate. Installed new shutoff, PRV and expansion tank. Set water pressure to 60 psi. Turned water back on to house to check for leaks, found no leaks. Pressure is now set at 60 and no leaks upon departure

Jackhammer slab in basement, replace broken section of cast iron pipe, camera rest of line, remove concrete basin sink, jackhammer slab and install sump basin, install catch basin at bottom of stairs, route drain from catch basin to pump basin, run discharge out back of house, cut hole into corrugated downspout and run 1.5” pvc drain into downspout drain. Performed work as quoted. Ran water into the basin and tested new system to ensure everything was draining correctly. Poured back the concrete. No further issue at this time. Camera’d rest of sewer line after we had removed broken section of pipe. There are two separate bellies in the line, one under the foundation wall, and one out in the yard. We left quote to reroute sewer line across crawlspace and out front of the house in a new location. Sewer line will back up again at some point due to the standing water in the drain.

Arrived and performed annual inspection of customer plumbing system. Made a note for a failed thermal expansion tank, improper t&p, dripping t&p, leaking lavatory faucet, missing hose bib shutoff, and missing handle on kitchen service valve. Augured clogged toilet as a courtesy.

Customer stated that water heater was leaking and not producing any hot water. Stated to customer that water heater will need to replaced. Tested pressure to home at rear hose bib and found pressure above 80 psi. Rear hose bib may be before Prv. Still recommend replacing Prv given age and corrosion on it. Will send estimates for plumbing repairs needed.

Water heater making noise upon arrival. Customer stated the water heater was old and made noise so she wanted to replace it. Gave customer estimate, customer approved estimate. Installed new 40 gal gas Rheem water heater, new expansion tank mounted up, new shutoff valve, new pan. Turned water back on to check for leaks, found no leaks. Fired up water heater. Water heater is fired up and no leaks upon departure

Left quote to install new shower valve, also rebuild toilet, customer wants next week Monday

Customer concern was standing water and crawlspace right under PRV valve after doing the thorough investigation. We found PRV and main waterline where it’s connected to to be not leaking source of water has not been found yet. However, waterline is not leaking at this time. Inform customer to keep an eye out to prevent any major water damage.

Quote for water heater replacement

Expansion tank had rusted through and was leaking. Expansion tank failed due to how the builder connected the recirc pump. Hot water is getting pumped into the expansion tank and causing the rubber bladder to fail quicker than normal. Recommended having the recirc line repipe through the drain port whenever the tank gets replaced. Replaced expansion tank and set to 50 psi. No further issue at this time. We flushed the water heater at no charge since we had to drain the water heater partially anyway.

Left quote for water heater replacement as well as PRV replacement

Customer stated that water heater is not producing hot water like it used to and wanted quotes for water heater options. Will send estimate for tank and tankless heater.

Quoted kitchen and washing machine pipe replacement

Returned and installed a new garbage disposal in the newly installed sink. Tested all work to ensure proper function and no leaks. None were found.

Replace service valve and fill valve. Adjust flapper. Customer stated that toilet was running. Found that toilet service valve wasn’t working and that fill valve has gone bad. Went ahead and replaced service valve and fill valve. Tested and no leaks were present at this time. Toilet now works as it should and didn’t notice it running. Cleaned up work area.

Toilet running constantly upon arrival. Customer stated the toilet runs throughout the night. After looking noticed toilet cleaner that customer put in had a rubber line hanging from it that had got underneath the flush tower seal not allowing the toilet to seal inside the tank. After removing that rubber line toilet no longer ran. Checked at meter for an additional leaks and meter was showing no leak. Informed customer due to the age of the toilet and his mom not being able to move as good I would recommend getting a higher toilet. Gave customer estimate, customer declined

Customer had a small ring of discolored water around the tub shoe of basement tub. Customer had concerns that the tub had maybe backed up. Pulled the hair strainer and found a sticky residue that was discolored from water sitting around the tub shoe. Informed customer that the tub shoe likely just needs to be cleaned and that there is no imminent signs of a blockage at this time. Tub drained normally.

Replaced cast iron pipe in crawl space for washing machine and kitchen today , included drywall open installed new washing machine box , new line up thru cabinet to kitchen sink with a new p trap and AAV , explained and signed membership with Mr. Walker today , thank you

Remove old PRV and straight pipe. Customer stated that there was a leak in the basement and also that toilet in basement was running and shower upstairs was dripping and dishwasher wasn’t draining properly. Customer started to show me something inside dishwasher and stated to customer that that is an appliance company. Gave customer quotes for plumbing repairs needed and for just today customer accepted to fix leak. Went ahead and made repair and tested. No leaks were present at this time. Cleaned up work area.

Camera inspection from clean out , found no issues on 4” pvc line , only issue found is after 6” clean out , pipe separation at one area

For this job, the customer had a piece of zinc tubular going into a lead pipe, following that it went into a cast-iron pipe. The customer has tubular for their waste and overflow for their tub rather than PVC so therefore I had recommended for us to cut the cast-iron pipe at the bottom so I wasn’t cutting lead and added a new band at the bottom connected to 2 inch PVC reduced down to inch and a half and then install a trap adapter with a tubular extension piece at the top made sure everything was tight before running water. There are no leaks on the glue fittings and or tubular fittings. I do recommend a full cast-iron re-pipe up to the sewer line to ensure that it is proper flow, but more importantly, all brand new with that in mind I had recommended an estimate for him. We would have to dig in the crawlspace and re-pipe the drains under there and dig outside to find the sewer line.

Client called us out today due to their kitchen faucet coming completely loose and just kinda hanging there. I had not seen this before, but the mounting mechanism completely came out of inside the faucet. I tried to put it back in but could not. We checked water pressure and it was just over 80 psi which is higher than the safe range of 50-79 psi. We replaced the failed water pressure reducing valve on 3/4” cpvc pipe with new reliable ball valve as well for customers use in future. Added supports to the pipe as well. In the kitchen we installed the new delta kitchen faucet that customer supplied with soap dispenser. Turned water on and tested, no leaks. Home water pressure is now good at 50 psi. 1 yr labor warranty on today’s work.

This customer did tankless flush on their water heater. They had gotten it done last year and they wanted to get it done again so therefore, I had to get a nice new clean white bucket so we wouldn’t put nasty dirty water in the tankless use the haymaker tankless water heater decal turned off the power to the tankless along with the gas and the recirculation line flushed out the tankless to ensure that everything is being cleaned properly once completed, opened up the TMP to run the hot water to make sure that there are no leaks no leaks after closing up the valves. The customer is all set to use their hot water.

Customer had drain clog caused by heavy disposal usage. Due to age and process of work needed. Suggested to replace disposal. After replacement, which cleared drain, checked for proper drainage, leaks, and proper function.
