Upon arrival customer stated that one of there toilets was not flushing and clogged. Customer son in-law snaked toilet before arrival. We went through the house flushing all the toilets and with doing that saw whole house drain from cleanout and made it way all the way to the citys line. All systems are work properly.

For this job, I worked on rebuilding faucet and replacing handles.

Customer had leaking 40 short gas water heater. Installed a new 40 short gas with a new thermal expansion tank, pan, wag valve (to meet code requirements for having another unit below), and shutoffs. Adjusted the slope of the vent to allow better venting. Recommended having hvac tech inspect the 6 inch tee the vent ties into. A wye is the recommended connection to allow flow of the exhaust to safely vent away. Made customer aware that if the wag valve gets wet and shuts off, it can’t be reused and additional pricing will be necessary to replace the valve. Also made customer aware that there is grey poly piping coming out of the wall above cold line in water heater. Customer is aware and has replaced most of the poly in the home already.

Customer stated she wanted Main sewer line scoped To confirm the age and material of pipe, presented with option to camera line. However, there is no clean out by house. We have the pull toilet and run camera down line to confirm, age pitch, and condition of pipe,Customer declined, while on premises,Visually inspected plumbing system plumbing system is old.

Shortened and capped gas stub previously serving gas dryer.

Cut Sheetrock and removed old improperly installed shower valve. Replaced CPVC plastic water piping with copper and connected to original copper lines. Installed new Delta tub and shower valve with new Chrome trim. Closed all necessary piping penetrations with silicone sealant. Installed new backing in wall for proper securing of shower valve. Cut additional Sheetrock and installed panel to allow easier access to plumbing for any repairs necessary in future.

Upon arrival customer stated that they had a clogged toilet. Gave customer estimate to auger the toilet. Customer approved estimate. After clearing the drain I noticed the tank to bowl was leaking. Gave customer estimate to replace the tank to bowl. Customer didn’t approve estimate.

Installed customer supplied shower valve, will return after tile is done to install trim, tested work. Everything is working fine.

For this job, customer said pipe for toilet flange had a crack in it, went down to crawlspace to confirm, found riser for flange had two major cracks, resulting in minor leaks, presented customer with options to replace internals of toilet and replace flange from below, customer approved, cut out old flange with 2 foot section of pipe, replaced with new flange, bolt flange to ground, replaced internals of toilet as well as supply line ,pull and reset toilet as well,Confirmed flapper was not letting water by with dye test, everything is working as it should we are tested and complete.

Arrived on site, tenant explained toilet would not seal causing toilet never to fill up , recommend to landlord to replace seals and flush meter and supply line,received approval, dye tested to ensure toilet was no longer leaking , everything is functioning correctly at time of departure.

Clogged kitchen sink drain , replaced cast iron pipe in crawl space , tested, running good now

Returned to install new 1/2 gas line in crawlspace and add new valve in behind dryer. Installed new line and fittings tested system, system is working with no leaks or issues. Customer stated he had gas company come out and they found a leak behind the dryer coming off of the flex line. After looking at the line and pulling the dryer out found Soft copper line with old valve. Went into crawlspace informed customer we would need to replace 10 to 15 feet of piping in crawlspace and stub hard pipe through the floor. Customer estimate customer stated he is going out of town and will call us Friday to do work. Customer went ahead and signed.

Two bathrooms and household. One bathroom completely backing up anytime faucet shower or toilet is used. All PVC piping coming off of bathroom that connects into long stretch of 4 inch cast-iron in crawlspace. It’s an approximately 30 to 40 feet of cast-iron before it ties in to other bathroom that is draining fine. Most likely build up of soft tissue and descaling of cast-iron that is creating this blockage. Customer denied pulling toilet and runner camera and drain combo.

Returned to install cleanout and back water valve. Installed section of pvc with a 2 way cleanout and a back water valve. Tested system system is working with no leaks or issues. Also ran camera down line customers line is cast iron. Informed him to plan for replacing line. Customer also asked about maintenance plan so emailed him quote for that

Replace section of cast iron that has hole No warranty on rest of cast iron Cut out section of pipe that had a hole in it, found line was 60 to 80% clogged with grease, chen plumbing is not responsible if line backs up, left estimate to replace line that is hanging, would not even attempt to clean line due to age of cast-iron pipe. Inform customer on findings and left estimate to replace line.

Customer stated supply line, running to toilet broke, shut off water, installed see PVC straight valve, Check the water pressure found water pressure to be at 100 psi, also found thermal expansion tank full of water, inform customer of findings recommend replacing thermal expansion, and PRV. Customer approved replaced PRV and thermal expansion. Tested pressure afterwards pressure is at 50 psi.

Customer has crack on cast iron kitchen Line, Recommend restoration company come out first before proceeding with work

Upon arrival customer stated that there was hot water coming out of a pipe into backyard. The T&P was letting water bypass and the water heater was 26 years old. Gave customer estimate to replace water heater and bring everything up to code. Customer approved the estimate. Installed new water heater, thermal expansion tank and new gas valve and wip. All systems working properly. System is fired up and working with no leaks or issues

Flushed Tankless Water Heater. Replaced Pressure Regulator due to age, quality, and potential to alleviate pressure issues. Replaced shower cartridge to address temperature issue.

Upon arrival customer stated the upstairs bathroom tub cold water wouldn’t shut off. Customer also stated she wanted to replace two shower heads. Gave customer estimate to replace cartridge and shower heads customer approved estimate. Installed new cartridge and two shower head. Tested all systems and was getting brown water. Informed customer that there water heater needed to be flushed. Also informed customer the pressure to the house was 105psi. Gave customer estimate to flush water heater and replace PRV. Customer approved estimate. Tested all systems and all systems working properly.

No leak. Confirmed at meter. Just rain water standing in the yard.

Left two options to address gas leak going to water heater.

We replaced Prv , main water shut off valve , install new water heater shut off valve , expansion tank mount on bracket

For this job, I worked on installing customer supplied 8” spread faucets. Also installed a furnished pop up assembly for sinks. Also installed new 1/4 turn angle stops for Both sinks.
