Client called us out today due to their t&p valve on the 6 yr old water heater dripping onto floor. Checked water pressure and it was 85 psi, which is higher than the safe range of 50-79 psi. Due to the high pressure, the thermal expansion tank had failed also on the water heater. It was decided best to replace the water heater with new of same model, giving customer a new 6 yr tank warranty and 1 yr labor from us. New unit was installed up to code in a pan with properly supported thermal expansion tank, new ball valve shutoff, and new copper piping. We also replaced the failed pressure regulator with new of same model and added a new ball valve to shut water to home off if needed. Set pressure to 60 psi. Water heater is working as it should be with no issues as well as pressure is now at a safe range.
Came out for gas leak. Gave quote for air test and repair. Notified homeowner we can’t relight water heater as the vent is installed so incorrectly, it is a huge safety hazard to have it lit. Gave options to replace the water heater as there’s no way to make a gas water heater work in the crawlspace with a metal venting system. Homeowner declined service as I would not relight the water heater after we were done repairing the gas line.
We came out yesterday due to a sewer line backed up into the home. We opened the clean out on side of home and inserted camera. Got about 35’ out and couldn’t go anymore, of course under water. Located it directly below a large pine tree in the front yard. We had to get it cleared so we got the jetter and jetted the line out to get it flowing. After clear, i put camera back in line and got to the same point as last time and I could see a section of broken pipe and a large root ball in the pipe as well. Again, directly below the large pine tree. The rest of the sewer line had 0 issues to the tap. Returned today to dig up the sewer line we located yesterday. After A LOT of tree roots and about 5’ of digging we were right on top of the problem section. Had to cut a lot of roots around the pipe and then was able to cut and remove the section of pipe. We repaired the pipe with a pvc repair coupling and a 4” husky band and secured. Bedded pipe down and then backfilled the hole as best we c
Shane was great. Explained everything to me and had good experience with older homes. I highly recommend.
This customer came out to her house to figure out an issue with the laundry drain line. It goes PVC into a cast-iron stack. However, the bathroom next to the washer and dryer was flushing and draining just fine so I believe it was just an issue with the standpipe going into the cast-iron stack after doing my further investigation I believe I was right. I recommended that we use a flex shaft to clean out the pipe to get all the debris out and I pulled back some cast-iron remnant however the cast-iron is not leaking. It is in between a shared wall between the crawlspace and slab so in order to replace that we’ll have to bust up the slab and go into the crawlspace to make that replacement With that in mind I was able to clear and clean the standpipe and the lateral line going into the stack with the flex shaft and then once I finish cleaning out that pipe, we ran a cycle on the washing machine to make sure that it was draining properly and it dumped down the drain line twice with no back
Customer complaint was for slow draining toilets after thorough investigation determined a full line blockage gave customer options for on stopping customer approved, ran machine and camera found mainline stoppage and cleared. Cast-iron is in really rough shape. We recommend replacing with PVC. Customer understands also found water psi to be extremely high. Customer also understands leaving water like this would likely cause damage to fixtures left estimates for re-pipe and for replacement of PRV
Customer had toilet in bathroom that was backing up. Ran the sink to determine if the bathroom group was backed up or just the toilet. Didn’t see any indication if the whole bathroom backing up. Pointed out toilet scarring to the customer and recommended replacing toilet rather than snaking since that won’t have any long or even medium term benefit for her. Customer declined work at this time.
Collected deposit for sewer main line spot repair. Return tomorrow to complete.
Picked up concrete
Sewer line backing up upon arrival. Customer stated after washing multiple loads of laundry the sewer line began to back up. Informed customer we could attempt to clear the blockage and run the camera to see what was causing the issue. Gave customer estimate, customer approved estimate. After running sewer machine pulled back roots and mud. Located the spot of the issue and informed customer we could dig up the sewer line and replace that section. Gave customer estimate, customer approved. After digging up bad section found entire line to be concrete. Informed customer it would be best to replace the entire line. Gave customer estimate, customer approved. Replaced entire line from house to the city tap with pvc. Installed two new clean outs one at the house and one at the tap. Ran camera to make sure line was clear and flowing. Line is now flowing properly and no longer is backing up. We will be back Monday to pick up concrete
Customer had a sewage ejection pump that was taking long cycles. Customer said it isn’t consistent and has no rhyme or reason for the long cycles. Ran multiple cycles and had normal cycles for the pump. Ran another cycle to put a lot of water in the line and didn’t see any indication of a blockage in the drain the discharge ties to. Ran both bathrooms above and had no water coming back down the vent. Pulled the pump and ensure the float is unobstructed and the grinder is clear. Replaced the section of 2 inch threading into the pump and redrilled a higher weep hole to ensure no airlock is occurring. Found the check valve was broken. Replace the check valve. Hooked the pump back up and it ran with no issue. Resealed the lid and informed customer if it happens again we will need to just replace the pump. Left quote to correct high pressure.
Customer wanted quotes for water heater replacement. Also tested pressure and found pressure to be high. Gave options for replacements. Customer will call back with decision.
Shane was great Explained everything A+ all around
Customer has credit of $35.00. No issues with the toilet. The home owner when ever they create urination, they sometimes miss and leaked down the toilet and has a little puddle of urine, from a plumbing standpoint I can’t not fix anything. The toilet isn’t leaking. Customer also had me take a look at faucet that was tight, however I wasn’t able to help much. At this time there are plumbing issues with the toilet. With that in mind I’d recommend getting the water heater replaced.
Call for toilet gurgling. Ms. Arline states that she heard gurgling from the toilet when the washing machine was draining. I tested all fixtures, ran multiple fixtures at once, and verified water was flowing by looking through the clean out. I believe there was likely a blockage at the the time (last week was when Ms. Arline noticed the issue). The blockage appears to have been resolved. I discussed our maintenance program, and the benefits of it. I also discussed potential options, including camera inspection, line replacements, etc. while testing I noticed the kitchen faucet is very old and gaskets are starting to degrade. I recommend replacing faucet.
Installing the pop-up assemblies, it came with a drain catcher thing that will save pills or diamond rings from going down in the drain once we remove those the drain started flowing normally customer didn’t want them in so we took them out and the drains are draining normal
Shane did a great job. Was very knowledgeable and professional. Would request him again for any further work needed.
For this customer, he had a couple issues that he wanted to get dealt with. He had two customer supplied widespread faucets that he was looking to get installed in his master bathroom so therefore we installed two brand new customer supplied widespread faucets. They were in a very tight spot, the shut off valves were also all seized and corroded need to be replaced so we replaced four in the vanity along with a brand new pop-up assembly for both sinks And all brand new braided supply lines. Once installed there are no leaks following that we did a minor build on a toilet in the guest bathroom hallway swapped out the fill valve the flapper the supply line we also replaced the shut off valve as well. Installed all new discussions. We also swapped out a fill valve in the master bathroom toilet as a courtesy no charge for that no further issues at this time along with that we also checked the water pressure water pressure is reading at 60 psi water heater is at least 10 years old unable to
Called out due to a leak occurring in kitchen from bathtub above. Client had replaced the drain piece and reputtyd the drain and that repair was working fine. They only noticed it when the shower was used. There’s some grout cracks in the tile shower, and after some diagnostics we could hear water hitting the ceiling but didn’t see water. Opened the Sheetrock in that small square below and saw the water was coming down when we sprayed the shower walls. Also, client had a leaking pop up assembly in their main floor powder room lav. Replaced that leaking pop up with new brushed nickel push pop up assembly. Tested, no leaks and good to go. Home water pressure is good at 60 psi.
Checked basement sewer pump , is working at this time , no work need it
Call for toilet running. Discussed repair options and Mr. Robert elected to replace fill valve and flapper. During repairs however, I found that the flush valve gasket was deteriorated and also allowin*water to pass through. I spoke with Robert and explained the new findings. We removed the tank and rebuilt the entire toilet tank. The first flush valve tank to bowl gasket was not sealing properly and caused me to have to remove the tank and replace with another gasket. Due to lte hours and for customer service, I rebuilt the shut off valve at no charge. Tested toilet several times. Cleaned around site. Pressure read 50 psi.

Customer contacted us regarding multiple leaking toilets . Upon arrival, a diagnostic evaluation was performed, which revealed that the toilets were significantly aged, and no longer cost-effective to repair. The customer was informed of our findings and advised the replacement would be the most reliable solution given the condition and age of the fixtures. Customer approved the recommendation. We are scheduled to return the following day to install And supply three new toilets.
Shawn is extremely knowledgeable and provides great customer service!
Fantastic service! Very detailed and helpful
Customer wanted to take a look at a few items gave options for repairs/replacement. Customer also wanted us to dig down to identify material for water service found material to be 1 inch soft copper, which comes through penetration for home.
Call for toilet not flushing well. Arrived and met with Steve. He has a toilet in the basement that wasn’t flushing well. This morning he almost cancelled the call because it appeared to be working, and on the third test flush he noticed irregularities again, as well as water on the floor. Pulled toilet and ran sewer machine and camera to clear line. When pulling toilet we found sewage had built up under the toilet, and some type of worms or pests were massing under the toilet. Cleaned and sanitized as best as possible. Cleared line and inspected with the camera. Found soft tissue blockage. Cast iron in house is in poor condition, and has bellies. I strongly encourage replacing the lines. Toilet flange is not a correct flange, and is some kind of remedial solution to replacing the flange in the floor. We reinstalled the toilet with existing flange after discussing concerns and risks of leaving this. Steve is aware that the flange is not sealed, and adhesives were required to set t
Checked make sure that copper line is not connect to gas to fire place
We had water leaking from right by our meter all day yesterday. The county didn’t make it out until 7:15pm to tell us it wasn’t in their purview. We frantically called TE but the soonest they could come was the next morning (after water had already been flowing all day). Luckily, Tim Chen responded and made it out to us within a a couple of hours of us contacting him. He resolved the issue within an hour or so. It was late and we were so grateful that he came out to take care of it instead of leaving it gushing all night. We will definitely stick with them for future plumbing needs.
Emergency plumbing services, water running out after water meter on customer side , we dug up area after meter , found problem is from a sharkbite fitting which not supposed use for underground, we cut section pipe , replaced with 3/4 pex b fitting and pipe , tested after repair , no more leaks
Customer did not like the Kohler ADA toilet ( too high ) , we replaced a standard height western toilet at no charge today
We had an apparently hard to fit bathtub pipe and multiple plumber visits had us buying several different replacement tub spouts, none of which would work. Finally, Tim Chen came out and fixed it with the original hardware. We can finally shower and can return the other three items for a refund! Woo hoo! Thanks, Tim
