Customer call us out to do low flow inspection for plumbing fixtures. Took a look at all toilets and faucets. Everything and home is conserved to be low flow. We have office send certificate. Also found that thermal expansion tank has failed and that water heater is from 2014. Will send customer estimates.

Pulled toilet and ran camera. Found the cast iron under the slab was completely rotted out and has to get replaced. Also found another belly further down that other company left quote for. Attached video of broken cast iron section. Marked outside where the belly was at and gave multiple options for repair work. And repair work outside will require obtaining a permit. Not responsible for replacing any concrete

Drill down through cabinet, run new drain with AAV down through base of cabinet, tie in to existing 3” pvc. Replace additional 10’ section of cracked 3” cast iron in crawlspace Ended up having to replace all of the off section in the crawlspace as well. Once I removed the cast iron I found the occ section was back pitched and completely packed full of grease. Tested new install to ensure a leak free installation. Water pressure in the house is high. Notified homeowner and left a quote for it.

Customer stated that toilet tank was cracked and needed to be replaced. Toilet was old and recommended customer to have new toilet installed and customer agreed. Furnishing installed new American Standard Rumson toilet. Tested and no leaks were present at this time. Caulked around base of toilet and cleaned up work area.

Cut concrete with wet saw. Removed concrete dug down to piping. Cut section of piping camera both ways in line to check for issues. Found issues moved down line towards septic tank. Ran sewer machine to further clean line. Addressed to customer visible issue with baffle. Ran water to check for proper flow and leaks. Backfilled dirt to appropriate level for concrete. Packed dirt to support new cleanout. 3” cleanout raised to floor level.

Customer had frequent stoppages. Removed cleanout cap ran machine in two different stacks before clearing line. Ran camera and found obstruction at 70ft. Unable to clear or identify. Suggested cutting floor to further repair line is free from water but obstruction still remains.

Customer drop a razor blade into the shower tub drain I remove the P-trap to retrieve the razor blade and I remove a lot of hair from the cast-iron transitioning. I recommend customer to replace all the cast-iron with PVC since pipe are very corroded. Replaced P trap

Customer three-quarter inch shut off valve shark bite under the crawlspace for front of house outside spigot is broken and discharging water into the crawlspace. I replaced the three-quarter inch valve with pro press and test operation.

Customer kitchen drain line is fully clogged with solid grease. I tried to clear it with a chain knocker from the outside vent access. Also trying to clear from the inside studor vent access unsuccessfully. I had to cut the drain pipe near the washer and run the snake back to the kitchen and was able to clear out. Test run with hot water the drain flow good now, however, the drain are installed incorrectly. I recommend customer to do a re-pipe from the kitchen to the 4 inch drain stack next to washer dryer.

Customer got a overflow toilet in lower level , problem is with main line back up , we pull and reset the toilet , cleared blockage , camera inspection done , is old cast iron pipe and clogged by baby wipe , showed customer.

Customer basement shower and toilet drain are backing up whenever customer is taking a shower. The drain is bubbling and backing up. I remove the basement toilet to get access to the pipe. Ran a 30 feet of Chain knocker, snake and clear out the blockage. I put in the camera and found that the basement of the house Are feeding into the back of the house septic and then the top of the house is feeding into the front of the house septic. Recommended customer to have both of the septic tank pump.

Under kitchen sink removed old leaking disposal. Furnish and install disposal. Tested and disposal was working as it should and no leaks were present at this time. Customer also mentioned that kitchen sink would gurgle. Recommended first step to replace maintenance valve under sink. Installed new air, maintenance valve and tested. Couldn’t get gurgling to return. Furnish and installed new PRV with new main house shut off valve and also new rear hose bib with new shut off valve. Tested no leaks were at this time and pressure to 70 psi. Also in hallway bath cleaned out here out of tub drain and tested now tub is draining as it should . Cleaned up work area.

Cameron Road mainline sewer from clean out inside of house as well as clean out outside of house found multiple issues with sewer line running outside of house informed customer of what we found and next steps rectify issue. Customer understands leaving line as it is now will more than likely, cause a backup. Inside basement, but we originally thought to be cast-iron leaking was not. There was a slow leak on copper line found more leaks developing on copper line to form customer to replace customer agreed, cut out and replace lines fully pressurized system. Everything is working as intended.

Came out for a high gas bill. After some diagnostic work, I found that water heater t&p had blown and was dumping water outside constantly, causing water heater to constantly run. Water pressure tested at 120 psi, indicating a failed Pressure Reducing Valve. Notified homeowner and gave different options for repairs. Due to water heater being 12 years old, homeowner elected to replace water heater. Installed new Rheem 40 gallon short Natural Gas water heater. Installed new PRV and calibrated to 70 psi. Tested to ensure proper function and a leak free installation. 2 year labor warranty. 6 year manufacturer warranty on the tank. No further issue at this time. Shut down water to home and drain down portable water system. Run new three-quarter inch line from front of crawlspace to crawlspace entrance. Install new three-quarter inch pro press ball valve main shut off for home with new pressure valve installation. After pressure valve install customer supply whole home carbon or in-line filter. Pipe in bypass with valve and post water filter valve for service ability. Run waterline back to front crawlspace, and connect onto existing system. Install customer supplied versus osmosis system underneath kitchen sink. Replace basket strainer on left side of kitchen sink that is currently leaking. Rework dishwasher, discharge line into garbage disposal and cap off underneath the sink to create additional space. Homeowner states that they noticed a small leak coming from a 3/4 Tee above the GWH hot side and called us out to fix the issue. After arriving homeowner greeted me and showed me to the first floor where the GWH is located and I could see a small amount of water dripping from the tee. Gave homeowner a few solutions and he agreed to only fix the leak even tho I explained there would be NO WARRANTY due to the pressure fluctuating more than 20 psi which I explained that isn’t normal and he needs a new PRV as well as a new GWH 13 + years old. He opted to only fix the tee and understands the risk and that we are not held liable for any damage caused by water due to the pressure fluctuating. I turned off the water at the meter and removed the section where the tee was placed and used 2 slip couplings and 1 stop coupling and a new tee. Once I pressed it together I turned on the water and it works properly no leaks or issues and homeowner is satisfied with the service provided.

Customer had a main stoppage. Water was overflowing from toilet on the main floor of the home and flooded into the garage. Opened the front cleanout and didn’t have water backed up to the top. Customer approved pricing for the camera and I ran the camera back from the front cleanout. Stoppage was about a foot behind the cleanout towards the house. Broke the stoppage free with a closet auger and restored flow. Ran the camera and recommended repairing the section of pipe coming from the house and to the cleanout towards eliminate the belly, as well as jetting the main line back into the house due to severely damaged cast piping.

Removed old toilet and hauled away. Installed customer supply toilet. Tested and no leaks were present at this time. Caulked around base of toilet. Upstairs toilet replaced fill valve and flapper with new supply line. Tested in toilet was working as it should. Cleaned up work area.

Customer stated that they needed help installing disposal due to drain piping isn’t coming apart. Took a look and found that whole drain was all hard pipe and they use silicone to keep it together. Recommended to customer I have drain reworked under kitchen sink. Reworked drain under kitchen sink and installed customer provided garbage disposal. Capped off hold dishwasher drain and plugged dishwasher drain into disposal. Tested work and at this time, there was no leaks present. Cleaned up work area. Water heater is 15 years old and would recommend to replace any leaking occurs. Will send an estimate to do so.
