This is an email to resend quote to pull and reset toilet with failed flange in upstairs bathroom. Will inspect the flange and give options to repair or replace the flange once we can see the exact nature of the failure and what needs to be done.

Came out for no hot water. Water heater had a puddle of water under it. Was 16 years old. Water pressure tested at 130 psi. Notified homeowner and received approval to replace the prv’s and water heater. Installed a high pressure and standard pressure PRV. Set to 70 psi. Replaced water heater and tested to ensure proper function and a leak free install. Homeowner has a tenant renting their basement. He had a puddle of water in the floor that was coming up through the floor boards. We inspected the entire area as all of the plumbing lines are visible. Ran every fixture we could. No sign of where the leak was coming from. Referred restoration services for the water damage.

Came out to pull/reset toilet. Customer had stop valve for the toilet that was leaking. They said the house has backed up twice recently. Got approval to replace the valve, and pull the toilet to run a camera. Ran camera down the toilet flange. Old cast iron piping under the slab of the home is deteriorated and holding water in some spots. Blockage was much further down the line. Located a blockage under the street at the sewer tap. Confirmed city cleanout by the curb was holding water. Notified homeowner and she contacted county to have them come service the line. Replaced the stop valve and reset the toilet. Left quote options to replace remaining cast iron piping under the slab. Sewer line has been replaced going down to the road already. Tested to ensure a leak free install of the toilet. No further issue at this time.

Homeowners state that the kitchen sink drains are leaking and called us to come replace them with plastic tubular pipe. Upon arrival I was greeted by homeowner at garage door and she explained the situation and showed me the kitchen sink drains. I did my inspection and found that the expansion tank is blown and the t&p line is full of water and couldn’t locate the PRV but did find the main water shut off. I did offer to replace the t&p valve and expansion tank but due to the age of the GWH homeowner wants to wait. She agreed to the investment of new tubular pipe and I began by removing the old chrome pipe which came off in pieces and installed a new p trap and replaced the all the tubular pipe. Once it was all in and properly connected I ran the water and noticed the water comes up both drains some but still drains after shut off the water which homeowner states it’s normal. I suggested replacing the drain and the GWH but since she is retired and on a fix incoming she wants to wait and

Replaced a leaking 50 gas water heater, expansion tank , 4 year’s warranty extension kit installed

Customer stated previous company came out and snaked sewer line, and pulled back roots. Customer wanted quote to have sewer line replaced. Stated to customer First step will be is to run camera to take a look at everything. Customer agreed so I went ahead and ran camera from clean out in basement. Found roots in the line about 28 feet away and couldn’t get past to inspect the rest of line. Also from clean out in front yard ran camera and got into a 6 inch pipe but couldn’t get past a pipe separation. Will send, customer estimates for repairs needed. Cleaned up work area.

Cleared the blockage from basement bathroom to septic tank , found wipe in the old cast iron line caused and negative pitch also found

Replaced two old toilets with western elongated ADA , replaced a lead toilet flange as well

Price is to do a full rebuild of toilet. See line item details for description. Replaced the trip lever, flapper, fill valve, tank to bowl gasket, and tank to bowl bolts. Recommended replacing galvanized pipe/toilet stop. Customer decline repairing the stop at this time, but approved the rebuild for the toilet. Made customer aware that if there are any issues with the stop, we will have to return to perform quoted work for stop replacement. Tested work to ensure proper function and no leaks. None were found. Customer had already turned gate valve off. Cut off water at the street so the stop didn’t leak since it wasn’t holding. Client called us out due to main water service line leak in the yard. House is from the 60’s and the water service was original. It was decided it best to replace that leaking water service from meter in yard up to the home. Ran new trench from meter to home and layed our 3/4” pex a pipe in the trench with the only 2 connections being at the meter and inside the house. Added new pressure reducing valve as well as new ball valve shutoff for the whole house, as well as for the front hose bib. Added new meter nipple and new dual check valve at the meter required by code. Sealed the foundation with hydraulic cement after testing. No more leaks. Full replacement has 5 yr warranty.

Customer called us out to install kitchen sink. Provide customer for a quote to replace kitchen sink. Customer approved. Installed kitchen sink thoroughly tested as well as adjusted weight for optimal sprayer reach,work is tested and complete.

Replaced wall hung sink 4” center faucet , new chrome ptrap

Customer call us out to do low flow inspection for plumbing fixtures. Took a look at all toilets and faucets. Everything and home is conserved to be low flow. We have office send certificate. Also found that thermal expansion tank has failed and that water heater is from 2014. Will send customer estimates.

Pulled toilet and ran camera. Found the cast iron under the slab was completely rotted out and has to get replaced. Also found another belly further down that other company left quote for. Attached video of broken cast iron section. Marked outside where the belly was at and gave multiple options for repair work. And repair work outside will require obtaining a permit. Not responsible for replacing any concrete

Drill down through cabinet, run new drain with AAV down through base of cabinet, tie in to existing 3” pvc. Replace additional 10’ section of cracked 3” cast iron in crawlspace Ended up having to replace all of the off section in the crawlspace as well. Once I removed the cast iron I found the occ section was back pitched and completely packed full of grease. Tested new install to ensure a leak free installation. Water pressure in the house is high. Notified homeowner and left a quote for it.

Customer stated that toilet tank was cracked and needed to be replaced. Toilet was old and recommended customer to have new toilet installed and customer agreed. Furnishing installed new American Standard Rumson toilet. Tested and no leaks were present at this time. Caulked around base of toilet and cleaned up work area.

Cut concrete with wet saw. Removed concrete dug down to piping. Cut section of piping camera both ways in line to check for issues. Found issues moved down line towards septic tank. Ran sewer machine to further clean line. Addressed to customer visible issue with baffle. Ran water to check for proper flow and leaks. Backfilled dirt to appropriate level for concrete. Packed dirt to support new cleanout. 3” cleanout raised to floor level.

Customer had frequent stoppages. Removed cleanout cap ran machine in two different stacks before clearing line. Ran camera and found obstruction at 70ft. Unable to clear or identify. Suggested cutting floor to further repair line is free from water but obstruction still remains.

Customer drop a razor blade into the shower tub drain I remove the P-trap to retrieve the razor blade and I remove a lot of hair from the cast-iron transitioning. I recommend customer to replace all the cast-iron with PVC since pipe are very corroded. Replaced P trap

Customer three-quarter inch shut off valve shark bite under the crawlspace for front of house outside spigot is broken and discharging water into the crawlspace. I replaced the three-quarter inch valve with pro press and test operation.

Customer kitchen drain line is fully clogged with solid grease. I tried to clear it with a chain knocker from the outside vent access. Also trying to clear from the inside studor vent access unsuccessfully. I had to cut the drain pipe near the washer and run the snake back to the kitchen and was able to clear out. Test run with hot water the drain flow good now, however, the drain are installed incorrectly. I recommend customer to do a re-pipe from the kitchen to the 4 inch drain stack next to washer dryer.

Customer got a overflow toilet in lower level , problem is with main line back up , we pull and reset the toilet , cleared blockage , camera inspection done , is old cast iron pipe and clogged by baby wipe , showed customer.

Leak search with multiple hole cut , found leak from a 1/2 copper pipe hit by nail , capped two pipes with pro press fitting

Customer basement shower and toilet drain are backing up whenever customer is taking a shower. The drain is bubbling and backing up. I remove the basement toilet to get access to the pipe. Ran a 30 feet of Chain knocker, snake and clear out the blockage. I put in the camera and found that the basement of the house Are feeding into the back of the house septic and then the top of the house is feeding into the front of the house septic. Recommended customer to have both of the septic tank pump.
