Pressure is too high recommend doing PRV first before installing filter

Used sewer machine to unclog main line, Camera afterwards found major root infiltration downline about 80 feet, 98% of pipe was covered in roots, inform customer the next logical step would be to jet however, this would not guarantee roots from ever returning again, Inform customer that permanent solution is to replace sewer line going out to street. Customer wants to move forward with jetting Used Jetter to cut out root Infiltration, while we jet will use Camera to confirm roots are cut out. Cut most of the roots out however, some roots still are in pipe and informed customer they understand this is not a permanent solution. Due to the Inherent risk and Age of pipe we cannot guarantee no damage will occur to pipe. We have no responsibility if pipe gets damaged incurring more work.

Looked at faucet that was leaking, customer would like to buy own faucet and have us come back to install

Mainline partial blockage. Customer has multiple lift stations. Pumps appear to be working. All of the drains inside the house are against code and have no pitch. Customer is selling house and doesn’t want to repair anything and correct the issues. I gave quote to pull toilet and snake which he didn’t want to do at this time. Emailed quote over. Water pressure is fine. No expansion tank in the water heater. Customer did not want to correct.

Replacement of piping and valves serving back-to-back tub/shower combos in hall and master bathrooms. Replacement of shutoff valves serving same. Repressurized piping and tested for leaks. Will return to install trim, quoted separately.

Customer wanted tankless service again. Gave customer 55 dollar discount due to miscommunication about the 55 dollar water heater inspection promotion.

Drain repair for hallway vanity . We cut open drywall from kitchen area to acces drain and make repairs .

Shut down water to home and drain down portable water system. Cut out and replace three-quarter inch PRV on copper line in crawlspace. Remove washing machine and cut drywall to access waterlines to valve box. Cut waterlines and remove valve box. Install new valve box and secure to Studs in wall. Make necessary connections to existing half-inch waterlines. Pressurize system slowly, and test for leaks.

Furnished and installed new Kohler toliet , also replaced angle stop , tested for proper function.

Customer stated that he bought 2 toilet one for upstairs hall bath and the other for the master bedroom bathroom. He wanted them installed. Removed old toilet and hauled away. Install customer supplied toilets and tested. Neither toilet was leaking at this time. Caulked around bases of toilet and cleaned up work area.

Price is to furnish and install 50 gallon gas water heater, pan, and new thermal expansion tank. Price for inspection included in pricing. Pressure couldn’t be safely checked at the heater on the previous visit. Pressure will be checked post work completion to ensure it’s in a safe range. For new work to carry warranty the pressure must be in a safe range. If the pressure is high, pricing will be given to replace the prv (price range 500-600 for standard 3/4 prv replacement inside the home). Returned and installed 50 gallon tall water heater. Installed new shutoff, drip pan, shutoff, and thermal expansion tank. Reconnected to existing water, gas, and vent lines. Tested all work to ensure proper function and no leaks. None were found. Reinstated shutoff for hvac connected dehumidifier. Felt water on the bottom of the dehumidifier. So shut off water to the unit until hvac tech can confirm good working order.

For this job, we worked on installing new main water service line from there meter to the home. We also installed new pressure regulator and main shut off with a 1/4 ball valve.

We fixed leak around water meter area , cracked pvc fitting found , replaced a section pipe with copper pipe

Returned and replaced customers water heater with new 50 gallon gas water heater. Installed a new pan and new thermal expansion tank. Reconnected to existing water and vent lines. Installed a new gas supply to the new heater. Customer had concerns about water that was dripping down a drain pipe when it rained heavily the previous day. Inspected the pipe and observed that it appears to be a vtr pipe. Customer stated the leak can’t be recreated by running any water and only seemed to appear during the rain. Recommended having a roofer inspect the boots for any roof penetrations for the plumbing.

New water line and filter

Customer had a dripping noise in the garage area. The garage area is unfinished and has access below the subfloor. Customer said it had a metallic sound when dripping and only when the shower is run. However the area pointed out as having the sound isn’t near drain lines. Made sure there were no active leaks and saw no signs of new water leaking through the floor or pipes. Informed customer it was likely due to expansion or contraction in the pipes and the hot water made the pipes shift. House pressure is in a safe range of 70 psi. Customer had questions regarding the caulking around the tub. Made customer aware that we don’t do that kind of work, but recommended a tub and tile company to see if it needed grout or caulk. Customer had questions regarding staining on the subfloor below the shower and possible structural integrity questions for the subfloor. Get cut out drain piping on one and a half inch PVC directly next to half-inch CPVC line. Use glue and primer to attach new one and a half half inch male fitting.
