Customer had leak coming from tee for irrigation head. Customer wanted line capped. Unable to find irrigation valve. Found gate valve behind main meter box. Capped line and waited for glue to dry. Checked for leaks and backfilled hole. After turning on water found meter still slowly spinning. Found irrigation head leaking. Customer has irrigation company coming to address issues Explain to customer about active leak.

Customer noticed high water bill and had us come out to review issue. Found customer had water service leak on 1 inch polyethylene piping. Found leak to be located at stub out. Dug down to piping, in order to make repair had to run new piece through existing penetration and reconnect inside in the basement of house. After making repair turned on water to check for leaks and proper function then backfilled hole to rough grade. Water visible on driveway is coming from neighbors water service leak. Will be returning tomorrow to install flow by moen and valve for house. Also gave quotes for other items of work.

Water line leak upon arrival. Customer stated he noticed water coming from both sides of the driveway and from the crack in the middle of the driveway. After digging by the shutoff noticed pvc piping in the ground. Informed customer the leak was most likely under the driveway and we would need to bust the concrete up to find it and repair it. Also gave customer option to replace the entire line including the inside piping that was necessary to connect back to the PRV.

For this customer, their hot side knob started to come off needed to be re-tightened however it was a special three handle design and it wasn’t just the screw was the issue so therefore they did a basic troubleshoot to figure out why I was doing it and figure out tighten everything back together Once complete no leaks. CUSTOMER is all set to use their tub shower combo as they wish. Water pressure is inaccurate. Their water heater is from 2014. It’s gonna need to be replaced at some point. No further issues at this moment customer paid via check.

This is warranty call for fix the leak in crawl space under the toilet, tighten 3” fernoco fitting

Customer stated that there was a leak coming from bathroom upstairs into bedroom down below. Went upstairs to bathroom and found that shower valve cover plate wasn’t properly secure to shower valve and also was missing a piece. Also noticed that hole cut for shower valve was too big for trim to cover, which may allow water to go through. Attempted to tying down, screws for cover plate, but shower valve is crossed threaded. Recommended to customer to have shower valve replaced. To get access to shower valve will either a have to remove vanity or be cut out a section of tile. Will send an estimates to do so. Also gave customer referral for drywall. Wasn’t able to put cover plate back onto the shower because of the stripped shower valve. Stated customer to best use a different shower in the house. If any work is completed within the next 30 days, there will still be a $55 credit

Customer stated that he wanted quote to replace both water heaters. Will send customer quotes for water heater replacements.

Came out to this customers house to diagnose a dripping faucet the customer ordered a new shower body valve from Amazon to be installed in one of the showers. We are happy to install customer supplied parts, but I also gave him an estimate if we were to supply a moment and or a delta for it to be installed The customer just for right now wanted an estimate on getting it replaced either. He supplying it or if we supply, it provided both estimates check the water pressure to see if it had any factor in it as well. This time it does not look like it has any factor to it being related in terms of water pressure at this time. It is just an estimate no further action is taken.

Call for water leaking from shower panel. Arrived and inspected unit. Water was on when I arrived, no leak present. I tested all the functions and features in all combinations available to attempt to replicate leak. I ran water from shower head for nearly ten minutes. I manipulated the shower handle to see if the housing could be fractured or defective, leaking only during use. I tested with unit off of wall, and on wall. I called Amanda, the assistant of Mr. Syed, and asked if there was a certain combination of settings I could stress test. I tested functions with the knobs halfway between features. Tested with water on, but features off. With the exception of turning the hand held spray directly at the seam between the unit and wall, I was unable to see any kind of water escape. If problem occurs again. Please annotate which settings were on, approximately how long the shower was running, and at what time. It seems likely that the shower panel may have a defect or some kind of man

Replaced a tank water heater with electric tankless customer supplied

Customer supplied part Rebuild Moen Flo Customer had the replacement part for the Moen flow, which is indicating the turbine turbine had failed causing incorrect numbers on the Moen app and that is what he wanted to be installed. The old parts came out all rusted in the customer had the parts waiting for her to be installed lubed up both old rings put the new turbine in and put the unions back with the flow attached. I had to carefully shop vac the water out of the pipes in order to not make a mess on the floor however I did put a plastic drop cloth down for extra measures just in case any water did come off the wall and onto the floor once complete. There’s no leaks in. The customer verified that the Moen flow app is working correctly now And at this time there are no further issues. Water pressure is about 65-70 psi roughly it’s a furthermore. The customer has two water heaters. One of them is from 2015 and the other one is from 22.

Customer had two 50 gallon Rheem water heaters old and leaking. Gave options for replacement of both heaters. Installed two new Rheem heaters with new ball valves. Also re-attached recirc system. After replacements checked for leaks and proper function of heater. Pressure is at 50 PSI.

Customer had lines he needed moved in the wall in two different spots in the primary bathroom upstairs for two separate vanities. Bathroom was already down the subfloor with open floor access. Informed customer that a pressure check would be necessary for any work done involving the domestic water system in the home. Found the house pressure over psi. When locating the prv behind the water heater and noted the heater was over 20 years old. Recommendations: - Replace water theater with a new thermal expansion tank, shutoff, and drip pan - Replace the PRV and whole house shutoff - Reroute drain and water lines Description of work as sold: Price is to furnish and install a new 50 gallon gas water heater with a new thermal expansion tank, whole house shutoff, and prv. Reroute water lines, and drain lines upstairs to match center line for vanities. Completed all work as quoted. Tested work to ensure proper function and no leaks. None were found.

Call for loose toilet after recent work, and a shower system replacement. Arrived and inspected all requested items. This included the powder room toilet being loose. This was resolved by reapplying the adhesive sealant. It appears as if toilet was moved slightly prior to complete adhesive cure. Toilet is not moving by the time I left the job site. Shower system was a panel style system of unknown brand. A new system was present on site. The complaint for the old system was that it had very low pressure, it took a very long time to get hot water, and the electrical components were not functioning. I removed old unit and found supply lines protruding 5rough a small hole in the tile. Tile was broken in several places behind the unit, likely during this systems installation. I had to turn water off to the home during this work because shut off valves were inaccessible inside the wall. Customer had a shower and a sink draining slowly. Removed hair from the tub as a courtesy and replaced pop up in the same basement bathroom. Tested all work to ensure proper function and no leaks. None were found.

Client called us out today Jan. 1, due to their shutoff for the hose bib being turned off and them not knowing how to turn it on, and also the kitchen faucet was not putting out any water. Supply lines are built in to the faucet and there is water at the shutoffs, indicating something is wrong inside the faucet. Gave estimate, client said Home Depot would install it cheaper and we were on our way. Waived service fee. Reschedule discount is no longer applicable if future work is needed.

Customer stated that toilet wasn’t flushing properly and also water level was lower than normal. Used auger to clear stoppage and also replaced fill valve to correct water level. Tested toilet by flushing multiple times at this time toilet was flushing as it should and no leaks present at this time. Also, customer stated that there was a smell coming from water from lavatory faucet. Stated that anode rod on water heater may have gone bad in recommended replacing water heater due to age. Will send an estimate to do so. Also, customer stated that there was mold growing on lavatory drain and recommended cleaning and using little bit of bleach to prevent mold growth. Cleaned up work area. No warranty on drain cleaning

For this job, we were called out to replace the pressure reducing valve. The customer already had a 25 AV, but it was installed about 1015 years ago the one that we went ahead and replaced it with was the same model turned off the water to the house let drain down the house as much as possible some residual water would still be in the line Disconnected. The union added a mail adapter to the new PRV and pro pressed the male adapter to the copper once that was complete there are no leaks tie. The union back on the customer is all good. Check the pressure it was reading at 60 pounds and then I asked the homeowner to flush the toilet and it dropped down to 40 pounds indicating a decrease in pressure so therefore that is why we did the recommendation on replacing the unit. No leaks after installed.

Give options to repair multiple items. Customer did not want to proceed at this time.
