Customer had since dried the water under fridge, but water was coming from the corners of the unit. Removed the cover plate on the bottom and found no water, or signs that water had been under the unit anywhere and had near full visibility in the water supply. Found water pooled under a drawer on the refrigerator side of the unit. Recommended customer call an appliance repair company to inspect the unit to see where the water could be coming from. Asked customer if he wanted the unit pulled to remove the water line still. Informed customer it’s never a bad idea to remove potential leak points. Customer opted to wait until an appliance repair technician can inspect since it could possibly need to be replaced anyways. Customer had two center spread faucets that needed to be installed. Installed two new traps and pop up assemblies as well. Customer had a new tub spout, face plate, handle, shower anrm, shower head, and drain cover for tub. Customer also had a new trip lever, stop valve, and hard supply line for the toilet. Installed and cleaned/caulked all of the material the customer provided in the upstairs bathroom. Tested all work to ensure proper function and no leaks. Customer had a drain cover but no overflow plate. Advised customer against keeping the drain cover because it sits high and allows a water ring to pool around the cover. Recommended getting a matching two hold overflow plate and a new matching tub shoe.

Customer has been having issues with kitchen faucet becoming loose. Tightening nut from underneath was loose. Gasket to countertop underneath kitchen faucet needed to be replaced as well. Uninstalled kitchen faucet and found sprayer hose housing to be loose inside of faucet. Initial installation of faucet would have been extremely hard to fasten correctly due to Air admittance valve being directly in the way. Estimate for customer to rework kitchen drains. Replaced customer supplied cartridge in upstairs master bathroom. Cleared to superficial drains in upstairs bathrooms as well.

Installed new icemaker shut off valve box for refrigerator. Secured in wall and drilled hole for half-inch waterline and connected to half inch copper where compromise saddle valve was in garage. Replaced pop-up assembly in downstairs bathroom and P-trap. Advise customer on other plumbing issues throughout the home and gave estimate for Leaking waterline fixes and replacements.

Replaced Kohler shower cartridge.

Call 811 emergency locate for location of underground utilities before excavation can begin. Chen plumbing is not responsible for any unmarked utilities. Mini X will be necessary for sewer line repair and small tree stump removal. Cut down Holly Bush tree, cut major roots and remove stump. Line is directly underneath stump and adjacent to foundation wall. Replace 4 inch PVC 90 that has split and allowed root Intrusion. Once 90 is cut out camera rest of line to ensure no further problems. Additional cost may apply if further work is needed Down the main line. Remove any roots inside the pipe and repair. Bed pipe properly and fill in excavated area. Chen plumbing is not responsible for any landscaping that may be necessary after project is complete. Additional cost if customer would like flange replaced.

Garbage disposal replacement. Garbage disposal was rusted through the bottom and leaking from Sink. Cut out garbage disposal and replaced. Tested with no leaks.

Removed the trim from the master bathroom shower to access the shower valve. After breaking through a section of concrete, securely fastened the valve within the wall, ensuring stability and proper function. Reinstalled the trim and applied fresh caulk for a clean, watertight seal, preventing future leaks.

Investigated drain system. Pulled toilet and ran camera to find blockage. Ran drain cleaning machine to eventually get alleviation in line and drainage. Cracked 4 inch PVC 90 outside of home as allowed root intrusion that has blocked the line. Gave estimate for excavating and replacing compromised section.

For this job, we came out to clear main line through clean out. The main line is collapsed. Drain will back up again very soon. Advised customer to get it repaired
