Returned and installed customers pop up assembly in pedestal sink. Reworked the piping below to correct the backwards Ptrap and drain line not being secured with a compression fitting going into the wall. Customer requested that we install vanity where pictured in notes. Made customer aware that the bottom left drawer wouldn’t be able to open and that it isn’t centered with current mirrors and lights. Gave customer option to rework drain lines in wall. Customer is ok with current placement of the vanity and requested an install where it was before. Installed vanity, faucet, and mounted to wall. Had to cut cabinet to allow room for water and drain lines and cut the molding to allow the legs to sit flush against the wall. The walls and floor aren’t squared and the vanity doesn’t have adjustable legs. The vanity doesn’t sit correctly on the floor and against the wall. Cleared main line from clean out , found roots , no warranty

Returned to do spot repair on sewer line. Dug up by city tap and found 4” inch separated and roots entering the line. Cut out section and pulled 3 foot ball of roots out. Reconnected system. Tested system and ran camera system is draining with no leaks or issues. Also ran hose the whole time I was back filling. System drained with no issues. Clogged sewer line upon arrival. Customer stated five months ago he had someone clear the main line and it had roots in it. Informed customer we could run the Jetter rather than a flex shaft. Customer approved estimate. While Running Jetter got out around 40 feet and instantly started blowing back mud and water started coming out of the ground. Informed customer we would need to do a repair on the sewer line. Customer agreed to estimate we will be out tomorrow morning to start on repair.

Repaired water service line. Water service is polybutylene. No warranty due to presence of illegal material for water service. Notified homeowner about the poly. Tested repair to confirm a leak free install and no further issue.

Open the septic tank with mini excavator digging , cleared blockage, back fill dirt , replaced two toilets with customer supplied

Customer supplied faucet upon arrival. Gave customer estimate to install faucet. Installed new faucet. Tested system system is working with no leaks or issues.

Returned and installed cartridges supplied by Chen Plumbing for right side lavatory faucet in master bath. Tested work to ensure proper function and no leaks. None were found. Customer noticed a slight increase in water bill. Checked t&p and toilets and none were running. Customer has the city coming to check meter and will check bill next billing cycle. If bill is higher again and meter is fine, customer will call back to determine next steps. Water service is pvc where it enters the home.

For this job, I worked on installing and providing new kohler toilet. Also replaced metal supply line. Flange was broken so that was replaced as well.

Replace customer supplied toilet and run drain camera.

Cleared drain line through clean out and scoped line . We found roots growing inside. Estimate was left to cut section out and replace with new pvc

Customer had since dried the water under fridge, but water was coming from the corners of the unit. Removed the cover plate on the bottom and found no water, or signs that water had been under the unit anywhere and had near full visibility in the water supply. Found water pooled under a drawer on the refrigerator side of the unit. Recommended customer call an appliance repair company to inspect the unit to see where the water could be coming from. Asked customer if he wanted the unit pulled to remove the water line still. Informed customer it’s never a bad idea to remove potential leak points. Customer opted to wait until an appliance repair technician can inspect since it could possibly need to be replaced anyways. Customer had two center spread faucets that needed to be installed. Installed two new traps and pop up assemblies as well. Customer had a new tub spout, face plate, handle, shower anrm, shower head, and drain cover for tub. Customer also had a new trip lever, stop valve, and hard supply line for the toilet. Installed and cleaned/caulked all of the material the customer provided in the upstairs bathroom. Tested all work to ensure proper function and no leaks. Customer had a drain cover but no overflow plate. Advised customer against keeping the drain cover because it sits high and allows a water ring to pool around the cover. Recommended getting a matching two hold overflow plate and a new matching tub shoe.
