Diagnosed toilet on main floor not flushing. Once arrived found toilet drained. Tested toilet thoroughly and found no issues and toilet flushing properly. Toilet is older and if issue continues recommend new toilet with stronger flush. Left estimate for new toilet

Call for no hot water, and a ringing noise. Arrived and spoke with Matthew on site. He states that last night they had no hot water, and his daughter noticed a ringing noise all night. Ringing noise is a failed toilet fill valve in the toilet in daughter’s bathroom. I was able to replicate on site. Additionally, there is a running Kohler two button flush valve in a different bathroom upstairs. Water heaters: Left two working and heating. Right side unit not heating. I isolated right side unit and tested water. Hot water is running. Checked thermostats, elements for continuity and resistance. No repairable issue identified, leaving us with isolating the unit or replacing it. Matthew mentioned that there are only 3 people living in the home, and would like to see if two 50 gallon units is sufficient for their needs before he decides to replace unit. Call for leak outside house and water noise in floor. Arrived and met with Matthew. He explained that they noticed water in the front yard near a drain pipe. He could also hear water running from inside the house. Inspection revealed the leak to be from a temperature and pressure relief valve serving one of three water heaters. The noise was from the water going through the pipes. Pressure reading was read at 150psi. True read couldn’t be taken as pressure exceeded T&P relief pressure. Prv was from 2014. It was not a high pressure PRV. One of two thermal expansion tanks had a bladder rupture and was waterlogged. Copper pipes throughout home. Discussed findings and concerns with Matthew. Today, we installed a high pressure and regular pressure regulating valve in series per protocol for pressures exceeding 130psi. We also replaced the shut off valve with a ball valve as a courtesy. Replaced one thermal expansion tank, and mounted both to dedicated brackets to support the weight.

Came out for a leak at the sink, upon inspection we found water was pouring out the bottom of the lavatory faucet on the left sink in the master bathroom. We received approval to replace the faucet with one we provided. Swapped out the faucet, the pop up, the p trap, and the supply lines. Tested to ensure a leak free install. No further issue at this time.

Rebuilt toilet in hall bathroom with new fill valve, flapper, and toilet supply. Tested for proper operation. Left estimate for water heater and pressure regulator replacement

Water line leak under the slab and into garage floor , we used jackhammer break concrete and dig up outside fixed a broken sharkbite fitting

Pull wall hung toilet and run snake to attempt to clear blockage. If more than one toilet needs to be pulled there will be an additional charge. Customer stated that girls locker all toilets were backing up. Pulled toilet that was closest to main drain and ran drain cleaning equipment to clear blockage. Found that blockage occurred because a rag was flushed down. During resting toilet, toilet cracked. So went ahead and installed new toilet with no extra charge. Tested toilet by flushing multiple times and didn’t notice any leaks. Also all toilets are now flushing as they should. Chen plumbing dosent warranty drain cleaning. Cleaned up work area. Give caulked 24 hours to dry before use. Toilet has a 1 year warranty

Customer has water service leak. Could hear leak through foundation in basement. Gave customer options for repairs/replacements. Also found pressure to be high and suggested to replace PRV. Customer wants to check other quotes before decision.

Finished toilet installation and clean up removed everything from job site

Replaced a old leaking 50 gallon gas power vent water heater today with a Rheem pro 50 gas power vent heater , new expansion tank and pan installed

Customer had a hose bib leaking from anti-siphon device 8n the front hose bib. Cautioned customer that an attempt would be made to drill/cut out the anti-siphon device. Made customer aware the attempt carries no warranty and may damage the threads to make the existing hose bib unusable. Left customer a quote for replacement so that the extent of additional work would be known ahead of time. Successfully removed the anti-siphon device and installed a new washer for the hose for the hose bib. Reconnected and found no leaks present on the threads. Customer’s house pressure 8s in a safe range.

Cut concrete in three different rooms , fixed pvc sewer pipe back pitched problem , replaced 40 gal electric water heater , new main water shut off valve , prv , Flo by Meon , water filter , water solenoid valve install , trap primer valve replaced. Included fill the dirt back , haul away trash and concrete, not include fix concrete and floor back

Call for drain leaking after ice maker installation. Arrived and met with Chad on site. He states that after a vendor installed an ice maker they noticed a leak under the sink. I inspected the sink and found that the trap was leaking from the ice maker branch. Due to the height of the drain exit in the wall, the sink configuration, and space restrictions we were not able to install a dedicated p trap for the ice maker. I replaced the nut on the basket strainer, and reconfigured the p trap to accommodate the ice maker condensate line. This work was done under warranty. During this we also discovered the line was backed up again. I used small auger and bent in a Z to scrape coffee grounds and residue off the interior of the pipe walls. Inspection camera used to verify as far as possible. Due to configuration of drain lines we were required to cut vent line in ceiling to auger the drain further. Drain was cleared, water ran for approximately ten minutes to verify no further blockag

Customer had a pvc line from a well that had frozen and cracked a 1 inch pvc shutoff. Gave price to repair the section, as well as correct the pressure due to the age and condition of the prv. Customer decl8ned work at this time. Waived dispatch fee.

Customer stated that they wanted quote to install customer supplied RO system under kitchen sink. Checked pressure to home and pressure tested fine. Gave customer options on install filter and at this time customer didn’t want to proceed with any work. Also didn’t charge customer for dispatch fee.

75 gal gas water heater and another gas leak upon arrival. Customer stated the water heater was no longer fired up and when he went to relight the pilot light he noticed a gas smell as well as water around the bottom. Informed customer there was no repair options for the water heater but we could replace the water heater and re work all the gas in the area to stop the leak. Also noticed Recirc pump was leaking, informed customer we could replace it or just cap the line off. Customer wanted to replace the pump as well. Gave customer estimate to fix all the issues. Customer approved estimate. Re worked all the gas in the area and made sure there was no longer a leak, installed new 75 gal gas Rheem water heater with a new Recirc pump. Turned water and gas back on. Found no leaks on water or gas. Ran water in master bath where the dedicated line was ran to allow the pump to have water. Turned pump on and it is working properly. Water heater is working properly and there is no longer a gas

Customer stated that they needed estimates to get pipes cleaned. In crawlspace found that drain line goes from 4 inch to 3 inch and then back to 4 inch which is not up to code and mention that to customer. Will send customer estimates on repairs needed.

Call for back up in left side sink in the break room. Met with Chad on site and he showed me the break room. He stated that the left side sink was backing up after we were out recently to do some other work in this break room. Tested sink and found that the backup has resolved itself. I ran water for approximately five minutes. The right side sink has an open dishwasher branch on the p trap, and the left side drain passes by this. If any blockage remained it would have occurred during the testing period. I readjusted the p trap to stop a drip and remove tension from the drain. I also noticed that the hot water was not being delivered during the testing, and advised that it may be a good idea to have a plumbing inspection performed. If the water heater is not producing hot water there may be a risk of it failing or causing water damage if left unaddressed.
