Came out for a possible secondary leak on a shower another tech recently repaired. Previous tech replaced a leaking shower arm and tested the shower and found no leaks. Customer stated after he used the shower for the first time again, he noticed a small amount of water had pooled on the plastic where they had cut the ceiling open below the tub. Leak was due to inadequate caulking on the left/hot side handle of the shower valve. When someone was in the shower, water would bounce off and run down the wall and slowly leak behind the trim plate and run down the outside of the tub before pooling up and dripping down below. This is not a new issue as seen from the video and pictures as where the water is pooling is heavily rusted in that spot alone. Demonstrated the leak to the homeowner by spraying water on the wall with the shower head so he could see the leak occurring. He is going to have his contractor waterproof the shower as part of the remediation process.

Diagnosed issue with stove not sitting flush with wall. Pulled back stove and noticed piping was in the was and not allowing stove to move back all the way in. Turned and set gas line to side and allowed stove to move. Set stove flush to the wall. Left estimate for new water heater

Diagnosed leak through ceiling, bathroom right above. Ran all water thoroughly and checked for leaks. Could not recreate water leak. Recommended cutting Sheetrock where there is a stain is as a next step to resolve water leak issue. Checked shower handle and head. No leaks found. Customer did not want to cut Sheetrock at this time. Upstairs toilet had failing fill valve not allowing bowl to fill with water and created a weak flush. Installed new fill valve in master bathroom toilet and tested for proper operation. Cleaned workspace Left estimate for water heater replacement

Shower leaking upon arrival. Customer stated the shower constantly runs, informed customer we would need to replace the cartridge. Gave customer estimate, customer approved estimate. Installed new Kohler cartridge and turned water back on to check for leaks. Made sure shower had both hot and cold water. Shower is now working properly and no longer dripping upon departure

For this job, I took a look at the faucet in the basement. The hose line was kinked up and that was causing the low water pressure gave the customer two options of what we could do. They could supply us a single hole faucet to be installed or we can supply a premium grade faucet up to $240 to be installed at this time. The flow has been restored by moving the weight and then the customer is all set at this time.

Install moen Flo in basement on main water line after Prv. Helped set up moen Flo on customer phone. Dug out side sewer service due to root intrusion and replaced bottom section of pipe 20’ from road.

Found roots is 6” drain. Gave estimate to replace bottom section of sewer service from 6”cleanout in middle of yard to within 5’ of road. Also will install a 3/4” moen flow to water system in basement in front of Prv.

Customer stated that they need mop sink installed. Found area where we can install mop sink. Found also that water heater is leaking. Will send quotes for installing mop sink and replacing water heater. Also will check water pressure and if pressure is to high will need to address that issue in order to warranty work.

Customer stated that toilet handle came loose. It was a customer supplied toilet handle and was able to tighten to fix issue. Tested toilet and toilet is now working as it should.

Upon arrival, customer stated is experiencing a leak coming down from kitchen ceiling. Found access panel behind master shower. Inspected shower, found leak coming from showerhead. Had to cut another access hole to expose leak fully. Found leak coming from shower arm. Replaced leaking plastic shower arm. Shower is no longer leaking at departure. Leak on toilet supply and pop up assembly not working upon arrival. Customer stated he noticed a leak on the supply line and that his wife’s pop up assembly doesn’t work at all. Informed customer we could replace the stop and the supply line and open the wall to double check for no more leaks. We would also need to replace the pop up assembly. Gave customer estimate, customer approved estimate. Installed new quarter turn angle stop with new toilet supply line and installed new pop up assembly. Turned water on to check for leaks and found no leaks. Installed new pop up assembly and let sink drain multiple times to make sure there was no leak. No leaks upon departure

For this job the customer wants to repipe the water lines and sewer line and then bring out a drain line. What we would have to do is run the line for the upstairs toilet and do a 45 to 45 to bring the line out, then reconnect the lime underneath, in the basement. Following that we would have to run a 2in drain line over and then repipe the kitchen sink to where the island is. Will need to remove and install a new 4ft section of gas piping to where the new range will be. Following that we would run water lines in Pex pipe to the center and stub out for the dish washer and the kitchen sink lines. The customer has plans on doing the trim out for the kitchen. This estimate is only for the rough in of the drain lines.

Customer had leak in yard after meter. Neighbor found leak and shut off water. When I arrived, dug down to the area to make repair cut out section of piping and replaced with PVC piping waited for glue to dry turned on water to check for leaks. after checking for leaks turn water back off while Customer is out of town per customer request.

Upon arrival, customer states they’re experiencing a backup in home. Found two clean outside of home. Provided customer with estimate to run camera to find if issue is septic or in home. Customer approved estimate. Run camera both ways. Found blockage towards home, but also found water holding towards septic. Informed customer we will need to run drain machine towards home to clear blockage. Cleared blockage. Ran camera again. Home side of drain is cleared. House is still holding water on septic side. Informed customer to have septic company come out. Customer signed up for Win With Chen!

Removed old 40 gas tank water heater was not installed by code , safety issue , supply and installed a 50 gallon electric water heater , electrical breaker , disconnect box installed

Customer called us out to flush tankless water heater gave code customer approved, flush water heater, as well as clean intake and water filter on the bottom of unit. Unit is in great shape. Recommend ref flush in two years.

Found basement toilet hand not operating properly. Replaced basement toilet handle. Found right side of house hose bib constantly running. Replace washer to correct as courtesy. No warranty on work rendered.

For this customer they have a few issues going on, the water heater needs to be relighted, however it can’t be relighted at this time due to the fact that the exhaust vent would be leaking out carbon monoxide, and it would leak out. In order to bring the water heater up code a few things would need to be corrected, the t&p is done incorrectly, the line can’t be pointed to the side of the heater and then up with out the proper service valve. Following that the water heater has the shut valve before the thermal expansion tank. This has to be the other way around. The shut off valve needs to be before the thermal expansion tank. Additionally the thermal expansion tank needs to be supported to a mounting bracket so it is secured place. So when the tank fails it doesn’t break the pipe but more importantly it doesn’t flood the area due to improper installation. If we were to replace the heater all of the issues would be corrected as part of the new install. The water heater must not be turne

Return to replace failed faucet and leaking grid drain on same sink. Old delta faucet has been marked obsolete, and exact match not possible. Installed closest matching faucet. Faucet includes new supply lines. During this work we also replaced grid drain assembly to stop leak. After replacing and installing components, ran water and tested for leaks. No issues found, except that the shut off valves are old. Throughout history of work in this building we have noted that shut off valves are almost all unreliable and won’t shut off water completely. I recommend considering replacing valves, and the water heater leaking in the ceiling above break room. I discussed this with Chad, and he will call us if they are responsible for that, or the building owner if that is their responsibility. Cleaned all work spaces.

Fixed a broken 1” pvc irrigation line was cracked by roots ,dig and back filled by mini excavator, installed a new 1” brass ball valve and 1” Prv with new access box after water meter

Came out for a bathroom in the basement that was having problems. Customer was unsure if it was the pump or the toilet. He said he has 10 grandkids that all use that bathroom when everyone comes over. Flushing the toilet did cause water to back up in the bowl. Ran the other fixtures in the bathroom and verified at the sewage ejection out that water was making it to the tank, and the pump was cycling and clearing the pit. Deduced it was an issue with the toilet. Gave the customer the possible outcomes we would have to do to address the issue and received approval to start by auguring the toilet. Augured toilet and restored flow to the toilet. Tested by flushing paper multiple times to verify it would not back up again. Left quote to replace the toilet and valve to the toilet at a later time.

Call for sewer backup with sewage on floor of women’s restroom. Arrived and met with Chad. He states that the bathroom had sewage backed up recently (not today), and that sewage was on floor of restroom. Today, we tested all toilets and ran water to check flow. Lines appear to be cleared and self resolved. Ran all four faucets, and flushed all four toilets. Faucets ran greater than ten minutes. Toilets flushed five times each. No hydraulic bounce seen on floor drain. Trap level appears to be correct. No signs of backup remain. While testing drains we discovered a failed delta faucet and leaking drain post.
