Customer stated that there was a wet spot in garage closet. Took a look and determine that what spot is most likely not plumbing related. Also tested water pressure to home and found that water pressure was at 100 psi and also customer wanted rear hose bib replaced. Stated to customer that we recommend replacing PRV and replacing hose bib and customer agreed. Went ahead and shut water off to home and removed existing PRV and main house shut off valve. Furnish and installed new PRV and shut off valve. In master bath, cut into cabinet to attempt to access hose bib and given how house was built wasn’t able to access hose bib line. Recommended customer to install a shut off on hose bib and customer will do that. Turned water back on and tested for leaks, and no leaks were present at this time. Set water pressure to 65 psi and cleaned up work area. One year warranty.

Did not notice a gas smell but noticed the exhaust for the over was creating a burnt smell. Recommended turning on vent to air out smell, gas line has no leaks going to stove.
