Installed customer supplied toilet for downstairs bathroom

Replaced a leaking 50 gas water heater with new Rheem heater , Pan , new shut off valve , new hose bib ball valve installed

Customer had a leaking shower head and a shutoff that needed replacement. Noted a cracked packing nut on hose bib shutoff. Replaced it also. Replaced prv due to high pressure, whole house shutoff, and Kohler cartridge. Tested all work to ensure proper function and no leaks. None were found.

Returned due to pop up not working properly. After inspection found pop up to not be connected to faucet puller. Informed customer we are not responsible for issue but resolved issue today at no charge. No warranty.

Customer had multiple things to address. Customer had a loose handle on the cold inside on main floor lavatory faucet 8n powder room. Pointed out to the customer that the handle was fused to the trim and replacement would be recommended. Customer stated if that is the case he would prefer to leave it as is. Inspected broken tub shoe, a malfunctioning Moen posi-temp shower cartridge in the primary bathroom, and customer had questions regarding the water heater. Gave customer pricing for all work discussed as well as a price for a functional whole house shutoff and replace leaking prv. Customer approved work for prv, cartridge repair, and tub shoe replacement. Will return for prv and shutoff replacement because the meter can’t be located and is under hoa managed landscaping. Customer will contact the city the mark the meter and will call to schedule work for the prv. Tested all work to ensure proper function and no leaks. None were found.

Upon arrival, customer stated they’re experiencing a dripping faucet in master bathroom, also wanting us to clean shower drain. Discovered that both hot and cold stopps for faucet are not working properly. Gave customer estimate to replace stops and replace cartridges. Customer approved estimate. Replace both hot and cold stops as well as hot and cold cartridge. Faucet working properly at departure. Also ran hand auger through shower drain. Shower drain is now clean.

Upon arrival, customer stated they are wanting to replace upstairs hallway, bathroom toilet. Provided customer estimate to replace toilet. Customer approved estimate. Replaced toilet, with Western, normal height, elongated toilet. Also replaced emergency stop with quarter turn stop and new supply line. Tested toilet, toilet is flushing and not leaking at departure. Caulked base of toilet.

Install customer supplied toilet upstairs With a new handle brushed nickel For this customer, we came out to a toilet that would leak when flushed from the back of the toilet between the tank in the bowl. There had been multiple cracks on the toilet itself on the tank, some hairline cracks, which could be indicating the problem. However, the customer decided to purchase their own toilet for us to install it the Toilet that the customer went with was the Kohler highline arc toilet round we got that toilet installed we scraped off all the old wax installed some new closet bolts. In addition to that once that new toilet was properly installed we caulked around the toilet, installed the tank to the bowl with all the supplied hardware from Kohler Installed a new 16 inch braided supply line as part of the installation. The shut off valve works perfectly fine and to add to that we installed a new brush, nickel corky style lever to match the rest of the bathroom once installed there are no

Customer wanted to have water heater flushed. Went ahead and flushed water heater. While kicking off tmp it started to leak. Stated to customer that tmp needs to be replaced. Installed new tmp. Pressured water heater back up and tested tmp. No tmp is working and no leaks are present. Bleed air from hot water lines and relight water heater.

Replace customer supplied hose tested thoroughly no issues

Came out for a leak shower. Customer already had the after shut off at the meter when I got there. He approved us to replace the cartridge. Removed the trim and the Moen posi temp cartridge. Installed new posi temp cartridge. Turned the water back on slowly at the street. Tested to ensure proper function and a leak free installation. Water pressure tested at 50 psi. No further issue at this time.

Diagnosed leak at kitchen sink. Found pull out sprayer hose leaking in multiple places. Shut off water to faucet and removed hose. Replaced with new moen replacement hose and tested for proper operation. No leaks found after work completed

Customer had squeaking sound coming from toilet when running any water in the house. Offered full inspection of home customer wanted to address sound issue alone. Checked pressure, found pressure to be 80 psi. Gave customer options for repair/replacement in order to fix sound issue. Explain to Customer process of elimination to resolve issue if issue returns in fill valve of toilet, suggested minor rebuild for second step of resolving issue. Replaced three-quarter PRV in basement and set pressure to 60 psi. Check for leaks and proper function. Went over any and all reviewed work.

Came out for a clogged toilet. Homeowner directed me to powder room toilet where the bowl was full of paper and waste. When I arrived I flushed the toilet and the water went down. Homeowner said it was not doing that earlier. I flushed it multiple times and the water went down every time without fail. Believe the paper say in the toilet long enough that it broke apart and was able to be flushed. No further issue at this time.

Found back unisex restroom toilet clogged. Auger back unisex restroom toilet to clear blockage. Did not pull anything back. Flushed several times to test.

Diagnosed tub not draining in hallway bathroom. Ran snake and cleared stoppage. Thoroughly tested tub drain and is working properly. Also checked kitchen sink faucet handles. No issues found with faucet.

Quoted sewer repair and full replacement today

Water heater quote needed upon arrival. Customer is getting quotes on replacing the water heater in her condo since she is just moving in. Gave customer estimate to replace 48 gallon lowboy electric and adding a new pan, expansion tank, and shutoff valve.

For this customer, they had a handyman install a kitchen sink faucet for them and after that the garbage disposal started leaking so therefore I recommended we replace the three-quarter horsepower garbage disposal with its direct replacement or go back with a half horsepower or if the customer wants to supply it with different warranties and what not however the customer at this time wants to wait on it Because they have a appointment to get to this morning the water heaters from a liquidation store water heater does not carry any sort of warranty from was not able to check water pressure at this time. It’s just an estimate only.

Fixed upstairs bathroom shower valve hot water low pressure issue , clean faucet cartridge and inside the faucet valve , hot water side was clogged by old water heater sediment debris , recommend customer replace the old water heater to prevent happening again .

Customer had a toilet with a broken aqua piston that was running, customer had a 400 dollar water bill, and there there was a leak of unknown origin under basement lavatory faucet. During the safety inspection, found that the tankless hadn’t been flushed for around a year, recommended flushing the tankless again as it an annual necessity to maintain the system. I also found an uncapped water line that needs to be closed by another means than a shutoff. Checked the water meter and found no movement on the meter which makes the determination that there is no secondary leak causing the water bill to be high. Recommended a tankless flush, capping the open water line, fixing the leaking slip join in the basement drain, and rebuilding the toilet. Customer approved all work with the exception of the tankless flush. Adjusted the positioning of the weight on the pullout sprayer so that it doesn’t hit the pipe coming up and down when being used.

Faucet got debris in cold side. Back flushed faucet to remove debris. Tested and showed customer. No other issues at this time.

Diagnosed leak under master bathroom lavatory sink on right hand side of bathroom. Found found drain piping gasket had fail and caused water damage underneath sink and into garage ceiling as well as floor of bathroom. Removed failed drain piping underneath sink and installed new trap and new gaskets. Tested for proper operation. No additional leaks found after work completed. Recommend provision property restoration for water damage assistance.

Installed new customer supplied garbage disposal, removed old one that was leaking. Upon work customer informed us that the hot side for kitchen faucet had low volume. Changed stop valves and found lots of build up there and in the supply lines. Also found kitchen faucet to be leaking. Shut off water and replaced hot and cold stop valves and installed new Chen provided kitchen faucet with new supply lines. Tested all work and no additional leaks found. Cleaned workspace
