Customer got main sewer line backed up for both restrooms same as happened last November, we removed one of toilet , cleared line with camera , we also did camera inspection. We found clog was at tie in point next to three compartment sink before exit the building, because of this repeat problem within three month or so , we have determined this back up is related to the pipe installation at tie in point based on where we cleared line and camera inspection. To fix this problem permanently we will need cut floor in the kitchen and redo section of line with new pipe and fitting . Call chen plumbing 6786216363 ask Tim chen for questions

Customer had stoppage in both bathroom groups. Unit is new construction and only two months old. Found soft tissue stoppage in wye fitting about 45 feet downstream. Cleared the stoppage and confirmed water was flowing all the way to vertical drop in pipe almost 50 feet out. Set the toilet back and let customer know I didn’t recaulk toilet in commercial bathroom because of the presence of a floor drain. Check all work to ensure proper function and no leaks. None were found.

We had a water leak outside within a couple feet of the the water meter. Elisa at Chen Plumbing promptly answered the call late Monday afternoon. She was professional and clearly relayed to us what to expect. There is no dispatch fee (which was a plus) and they provide a free estimate. Matthew came out the next morning and assessed the situation, provided us with an estimate, and we decided to go with Chen Plumbing. After a short dig, Matthew quickly found the leak, which was mainly caused by what the builder used during the original install about 9 years ago. The problem was corrected and we are all pleased. We very much enjoyed the conversations we had with Matthew while he was out here!! He was patient and answered our questions with pleasure. Thank you again to everyone at Chen Plumbing!

Arrived at a residential home to install a new water heater, water shutoff valve, and pressure regulator. Once carefully put into place, the system was tested for proper performance. The new water heater is running well for the home.

Matthew was great! I had a kitchen faucet that needed to be replaced. He did a great job and went out of his way to help me when the new faucet that I had purchased from Home Depot did not come with the correct parts. He easily could have told me that he had to come back another time. Instead he took care of the problem so I did not have to spend another day on this project.
