Customer had watermarks underneath lavatory sink in hallway. Water has been getting underneath the sink from backside of backsplash and water sitting on top of counter. Tested faucet and drain, neither are currently leaking. Recommend new fixture due to age and rust. New fixture can be sealed properly to not allow water from countertop to get underneath. Also recommend caulking between mirror and backsplash.
Customer had a 3/4 hp stainless insinkerstor that was jammed. Recommended unjamming instead of replacing with glacier bay disposal.
