Customer called for no hot water today , arrived found water heater control was left at pilot setting by some contractor was here this morning. We turned to on and water heater fired up no problem

Customer stated that they were having a high water bill for a little while now, and also that toilet in master bath was running. Shut toilet off that was running and spotted meter. Didn’t notice meter moving. Also tested water pressure to home. Found that thermal expansion tank has also failed. Gave customer quote to rebuild one toilet and replaced thermal expansion tank. Went ahead and furnished installed new thermal expansion tank with bracket and installed it. Tested and no leaks were pressed at this time. Rebuilt toilet by replacing fill valve flapper and supply line. Tested and no leaks were present this time. Also checked out other toilets and didn’t notice them running. Cleaned up work area.

Customer stated that urinal in men’s room wasn’t flushing properly. Replace diaphragm with bigger diaphragm and tested. Now urinal seems to be flushing as it should. Also tested drained by filling up bucket of water and dumping it down urinal multiple times and urinal was draining. Stated to customer that urinal may be flushing differently. Due to the fact there is the pad inside the urinal. Also flushed the rest of toilets in unit and all seem to be flushing as they should.

Customer stated that there was a leak under sink and also that they wanted service valves replaced. Took a look under kitchen sink and gave customer options on repair repairs. Went ahead and shut water off to home and installed one hot and one cold service valve for kitchen sink. Turned water back on and tested, and no leaks were present at this time. Also took apart drain under sink. ReFitted and reconnected drain back together. Tightened down all connections and test. No leaks were present at this time. Did state to customer that basket strainer on right side will need to be replaced because nut isn’t going on properly. At this time, customer didn’t want to proceed with replacing basket strainer. Will send quote to do so. Cleaned up work area.

Customer had high water bill resulting in finding a leak at stub out on PEX piping. Dug down and replaced bad fitting in ground along with section of pipe. Also found pressure of home to be 110 PSI. Suggested to replace PRV to fix issue. After work, turned back on water to test for leaks and proper function. Back filled dirt to rough grade.

Customer had issues with 9yr old garbage disposal. Gave options to repair or replace disposal. Also found pressure to be 130psi. Gave options for replaces of PRV as well. Customer will address issue with pressure at later date. After replacement of disposal, Checked for leaks and proper function.

Customer wanted quote for water heater. Will call back with decision.

Discussed options with customer for running new 3 inch pipe. Customer did not want to proceed at this time.

Replace cartridges for 2 lavatory faucets. Customer stated that in master bathroom, both laboratories on hot side were dripping. Recommended to customer rebuild lavatories by replacing hot side cartridge and customer agreed. Went ahead and replaced both laboratory, hot side cartridges and tested and at this time no leaks were present at this time.

Remove existing Prv and furnish and install new 3/4in Prv. Customer stated that they needed previous plumbing repair inspected that was done a few months prior. Couldn’t see the plumbing in the wall but with all visible plumbing everything looks done correctly and doesn’t need an additional repairs. Also Sheetrock was already repaired and customer stated they used fixture multiple times after repair and none of the new Sheetrock feels wet and or have any stains. Also tested water pressure to home and found that it was about 110psi. Stated to customer that water pressure should be at 80 psi and lower and recommend replacing pressure reducing valve. Went ahead and shut water off at the meter and remove existing Prv and installed new one. Turned water back on and pressurized home. Tested work and no leaks were present at this time and also set water pressure to about 60 to 65 psi. Cleaned up work area.

Checked a 1/2 pvc pipe hit by customer, appears to be old line not used anymore

I came today to install a new water service. I started by digging two holes one at the meter and one at the house. I had to wait for the septic company to install new drain fields. After they finished there work I trenched both the holes together. I also sleeved the new water service with 2 in pvc due to the drain fields. I also installed a new ball valve and new meter box. Tested system and system is working properly with no leaks or issues. After I tested I backed filled.

Found active leak in basement ceiling, openned ceiling found a leak from 1/2 gray poly elbow , repair with section of poly with pex and used two poly to pex adapter fittimgs

Did two major toilets tank rebuild , two new toilets water shut off valves , supply line , one extra toilet fill valve replaced

Homeowner states that her GWH is leaking and called us to come fix the issue. Upon arrival homeowner greeted me on driveway and showed me to the GWH area located behind garage. It was currently leaking and still working and informed homeowner that she needed a new unit and I offered her several different solutions. Homeowner opted to replace it with same 40 gal a new PRV and shut off and a new t&p line. I went to pick up the GWH and I removed the old one and also removed the shut off and PRV. I installed a the PRV using pex pipe and then replaced the gas shut off and installed the drip pan. I then removed the old shut off to the GWH and then installed the unit and also ran new pex pipe for the discharge line. I connected the new unit to the hot and cold lines and installed a mounting bracket for the expansion tank and connected all together. Once it was all pressed I turned on the water and it works properly no leaks or issues and homeowner is satisfied with the service provided also i

Homeowner states that she had her septic tank pumped and repaired over a year ago and now her whole home is clogged and called us to come and fix the issue. Upon arrival homeowner greeted me the porch and explained the situation and that it started a few days ago and couldn’t get the septic company back out so she called us. She took me to the backyard where her clean out is located and it was full of water and sewage and that she wanted us to snake it to clear the line of any possible clog. I did explain that it was a 50/50 chance it would work and that I would still charge if nothing happened and she agreed. I did the inspection and the water pressure is extremely high which I also informed the homeowner and she understands but will fix it at a later date even though I explained the problems it can cause. I ran my large sewer snake thru the clean out and the first try nothing happened so I pulled it out and attempted a second time. The second attempt was fruitful and I managed to cle

Customer main level hallway bathroom toilet tank is cracked. I replaced the toilet with the Kohler

Customer suspect a gas leak near the fireplace. I did a gas leak detection and find that the leak is possibly coming from the in-wall fireplace valve. I recommended the customer to replace all the OKconnection and pipe come from the cut off valve in the garage to the in wall valve and then replaced the valve as well. Had to cut drywall to access valve.

Customer needed a couple of cartridge replacements. Found pressure was high and heater was of age. Suggested to replace PRV, water heater, and faucet replacement to update system. Replaced cartridge in upstairs bathroom. Replaced handle due to set screw being stuck. After replacements, checked all areas of work for leaks and proper function.

Homeowner states that he had his kitchen sink remodeled and has a new countertop and cabinets and would like us to come back and give him a solution to replace everything that was removed. Upon arrival homeowner greeted me at front door and showed me the kitchen area that is mostly complete and asked for the install of a new kitchen faucet basket strainer angle stops and drain line as well as an expansion tank. I explained that I could definitely provide that for him and he wouldn’t want it done today due to the countertop company not being done. I showed homeowner the solutions and explained each step and what has to be done and homeowner is satisfied with the service provided and will let us know at later date when he wants it done.

Kitchen sink is backing up water on both side. Customer said when he run the disposer the water go to the other side and when he trying to plunge the other side, the water would go back onto the disposal. I remove the air admittance valve and run a flex shaft from there up to 30 feet. Clear out the inside of the pipe wall to wall and break down all the greases, pipe are running very good run a lot of hot water to test it out.

Upon arrival customer stated the toilet on the 3rd floor is backing up. I gave customer estimate to auger the toilet. Customer did not approve the estimate.

11 drop lines total. Cut out drywall in multiple parts of the house. Disconnected all cold polybutelene lines under the slab. Drilled up into attic and ran new pex lines across attic, dropped down into walls. Insulated all pex piping I installed in the attic. Stubbed pex back out into cabinets with new stop valves or tied back into existing fixtures. Replaced hose bibs on both sides of the house. Pressurized house to ensure a leak free install. Meter no longer constantly spinning. Hot piping was already partially repiped by another company. Still some polybutelene at the fixtures and under the slab on the hot side. Sent property manager a text message notifying him of what I saw once the walls were open. No further issue at this time.

Left quotes to repipe cold piping through attic. Hot piping has already been replaced.
