Customer wanted gas line connected to indoor fireplace. Customer specifically requested that the shutoff be to the other side of the wall on the exterior of the house. Customer had someone removed porch planks for access. Ran trac pipe from black iron through the porch to a stop. Strapped properly and ran flexible supply through the wall to the appliance. Tested appliance to ensure proper function. Downstairs rear discharge toilet was leaking. Found no mounts to keep the toilet secure to the floor. When toilet was pulled drilled anchor points for all thread into the floor. Cut tank to bowl bolts and drove them into the anchors and tightened it down to the floor. Noted flange was also not secured in the wall and wasn’t flush. Secured the toilet back as well as could possibly be done. Made customer aware that due to the initial install of the toilet there would be no warranty on the pull and reset. Tested toilet and found no leaks, tested gas line and found no leaks. Gas logs are working

Price is to jet from Cleanout access in mud room to attempt to clear grease from the line. Will also jet from vent stack on roof to hit both parts of the line. If customer has to cancel for any reason will collect the $425 quoted for running the flex shaft. 11/19/24 Returned and attempted to jet from the roof. Water started to back up out of the washing machine box so jetting was stopped immediately. Attempted to run a snake the pipe but was unsuccessful. Inspected the piping in the crawlspace and gave pricing to come back and replace with 3 inch pvc for proper drain. Heavily discounted the price for the original quote and collected part of the quoted amount to cover the time for the visits and the attempted jetting. Put a discount for around the collected amount from the estimate for tomorrow. Will return on 11/20/24 to perform quoted work.

Found kholer flapped all gummy and deteriorating. Gave customer estimate to replace flapper and handle customer approved estimate. Installed new customer supplied handle and new flapper. Tested systems, systems are working with no leaks or issues upon departure.

Customer had high pressure in home. Pressure started around 40 psi and went to 130 when water heated. Changed the thermal as a first step since the issue was presenting as thermal expansion issues. Pressure was still high so installed customer provided pressure regulating valve in utility room wall. Customer had code issues with water heater that were pointed out but heater still has 4 years or so left for average life expectancy. Tested all work to ensure proper function and no leaks and house pressure is set to 57 psi. No warranty coverage on customer provided parts, 90 day workmanship warranty on mechanical connections.
