Customer wanted quote to replace 40 gallon water heater after thorough evaluation found a few additional things to address gave quotes for repair/replacements. Also found pressure to be extremely high up to 140 psi.

Call for slow shower drain. I arrived and discussed concerns with Mr. And Mrs. Singh. They stated that we have been out before to clear the master shower drain (approximately two years ago). Shower was remodeled nearly five years ago. I inspected and what a grout like substance occluding nearly the whole drain. Substance was grotty and sandy, but had some plastic feeling tubular pieces as well. I was not able to identify the issue. I contacted a general contractor to advise us on possible grout or tile issues that could cause this, and they advised that grout color cover layer may be slowly piecing. But that no other possible scenarios came to mind. I discussed concerns and possible solutions with Mr. Singh. I stated that we could attempt to chip it off as best as possible and vacuum the bits out, if that didn’t work we would have to remove and reinstall p trap. We were successful in removing most of the blockage, with residual grit clinging to walls but not effecting draining.

Quoted two options for toilet replacement today

Diagnosed leak near hose spicket. Found propress fitting popped off during freeze break time. Cut out section of pipe and replaced with new copper piping. Tested for proper operation and no other leaks found

Today we fixed problems with when washing machine draining , water backing up to 3 kitchen sinks and gurgling, we open clean out inspect pipe camera, found 3 “ pvc pipe is complete blocked by grease , replaced 8 feet pipe in unfinished basement and snaked cleaned rest of pipe ,

Found stop valve for dishwasher behind dishwasher. Moved stop valve under kitchen cabinet by customer request. Drilled additional hole in cabinet for supply line.

For this customer the shower drain upstairs was all clogged up, due to organic matter build up. Not sure what it was inside of the pipe but it didn’t have 100% flow. What I recommend is that we use the flex shaft to clean and clear the pipe from the shower, so therefore that is exactly what we did and we were able to clear the organic matter and clean the inside of the pipe, the two videos shown are examples of how the shower is now drain, at this time there is no further clog and the customer is all set to use the shower -Hercules clobber drain cleaner -main line cleaner by instant power ^ two drain type liquid form cleaners that has worked for in the past rather than always snaking the drain. At this time the drain is cleared.

Customer stated that they had a leak coming from there RO system under kitchen sink. Customer thought it’s coming from drain line on a system, but stated to customer that it can’t be leaking from there cause I’m not seeing any leaks on the line and also that there is a check valve so water can’t come back in to the unit. Customer called customer service for unit and they mentioned to have filters replaced cause maybe O-ring isn’t sitting right.

Found guest restroom tub draining slow. Used hand auger to snake tub drain. Ran water to test. Found water pressure at 110 psi. Replaced Prv in crawl space off of basement at entrance door. Left pressure at 60 psi. Replaced 40 gallon natural gas water heater in basement due to age. Install new 40 gallon natural gas water heater in basement due. Installed new gas valve for water heater in basement.

For this customer‘s house, they have a mysterious leak in the ceiling. I believe it is coming from the toilet based off of what the customer was telling me that the toilet was clogged a little bit so after looking around and trying to figure out where this leak is coming from I believe it is from the toilet, however, to be sure I recommended to open up the ceiling to further investigate where that leak is coming from in addition to that the took a look at the water pressure as part of my thorough diagnosis along with the water heater in the water heater is on the other side of 2008, which is close to end of life recommending a replacement due to age. In addition to that pressure reducing valve is at end of life as well, so I recommended to get that replaced in a Moen shower cartridge upstairs at this time. The customer wants to talk with their husband on when to do the work.

Call for sewer cable stuck in clean out, and backed up sewer main. Arrived and met with Bud. He explained that he was trying to get the sewer line cleared and his cable bound up, and became stuck in the clean out. I asked about the history of the home, and Bud mentioned that the main has been replaced with pvc to replace terra cotta pipes. A few years after the replacement he started having issues again. Once I ran the hydrojet and was able to get the camera in I found that there is still 10-15 feet of old line towards the city side. Severe root intrusion has led to backups. I ran the jet at each union and cleared the roots. Video before, during, and after shows progress. Bud also asked me to check a leak under the home, and I repaired a half inch copper elbow with a pin hole. I also replaced another small section of copper with an active leak during this process. Replaced a washer for p trap , right side of the sink , no charge

Replaced 40 gallon gas water heater in basement. Redid vent transition and replaced with proper reducer fittings. Replaced leaking gas valve on fuel line to water heater. No further issue at this time. 2 year labor warranty, 6 year manufacturer warranty.

Replaced three stop valves under kitchen sink. Connected sink drain to wall outlet, installed customer supplied strainer, added dishwasher branch to the tubular piping and capped off the old copper drain in the crawlspace as Home Depot installers will not go into the crawlspace. Finished connecting kitchen faucet. Tested to ensure a leak free install.

Clogged toilet upon arrival. Customer stated over the weekend someone used the downstairs bathroom and now it only slowly drains out but won’t fully flush. After running sink and shower for 5 minutes the toilet flushed on its own. Flushed toilet multiple times and it no longer backed up. Recommend to customer it would be a good idea to run the camera down the line just to make sure they were no big objects in the line since the customer did not know what was flushed. Gave customer estimate, customer approved estimate. Pulled toilet and ran camera all the way to back water valve. Ran water down the line to make sure the valve was working properly. Back water valve is working properly and sewer line looks in perfect condition. Toilet is flushing properly and no leaks upon departure

Checked leak in basement on copper line. Left estimates to resolve issue.

Shut off water to home and drain plumbing system. Cut out and remove old pressure regulator and gate valve. Install new pressure regulator and 1/4 main ball valve. Set psi to 65 and test for proper operation Remove master bath shower trim and remove cartridge. Install new pfister cartridge and test for proper operation

Customer stated that dishwasher was backing up. Ran a cycle and dishwasher was draining as it should and couldn’t get issue to recreate itself. Tenant also stated that it only happens when dishwasher isn’t used in about a week. But if she uses it every day it works as it should. Stated to customer that the only thing we can do plumbing related is run a snake through abs drain line. Customer first wants to get the appliance it self checked out to make sure everything is working properly. Will send estimate to run snake.
