Customer called us out for a pinhole leak on copper line gave price to replace small section of it. Customer agreed, replace small section of copper piping thoroughly tested work for leaks. Work is tested and complete.

Customer called us out for murky water appearing in toilet suddenly, after our initial evaluation , we also noticed water leaking from flange suddenly.presented options to customer to pull and reset toilet to figure out what was going on found flange to be broken. informed customer to have subfloor fixed before re installing toilet

Camera sewer service from clean out to tap found multiple areas of root intrusion. Also found t&p valve leaking on 16 year old water heater. Recommend replacing sewer service and water heater in basement.

Customer had a tankless that was leaking. Inspected the scope of the work and gave customer price to install customer provided tankless. Customer declined work at this time even with same day discount. Left customer quote to replace. House pressure is in a safe range.

Open ceiling in garage , fixed a copper pinhole leak and fixed an additional area about to leak .

Pull toilet and run snake to clear stoppage. Pulled toilet near garage and ran camera to clear blockage. Blockage was made of soft tissue and grease. Found that there is still lots of grease build up in pipe and recommend jetting. Given all the grease build up drain may backup again. Will send estimate to jet out grease. Reset toilet and tested. No leaks were present at this time. Cleaned up work area and caulked around base of toilet. Give caulk 12 hours to dry.

I gave an estimate for a new shower body valve to be installed, the shower valve is pitted on the left side allowing water to pass through, recommend to replace the shower body valve with either a Moen or delta.

Found water heater in laundry room leaking. Removed existing water heater and installed new 40 gallon ng water heater with pan and new thermal expansion tank. Tested and left in good working order.

Rechecked water pressure, did a drop test to see if that was an issue with pressure fluctuating, it wasn’t, took the new cartridge out and put in a new one. Took off the shower head to see if water was consistently dripping from the arm. The head was holding water, however the cartridge was faulty. Once complete with the new cartridge there is no leak. Customer has plans to buy a new shower head

Stain in the garage ceiling, appears to be directly under the master bathroom toilet , discussed with customer we will try with pull and reset the toilet with new wax seal instead cutting the hole to investigate, if leaks still exist after this repair we will continue working by cutting hole in the ceiling next time since is not big leak , discussed and signed up membership with Mr brand today .

Unknown leak upon arrival. Customer stated the Sheetrock was wet and beginning to crack. Informed customer we could do a concealed leak search. Gave customer estimate, customer approved estimate. Cut open Sheetrock and part of the subfloor to expose water and supply lines for upstairs Roman tub. Ran tub and filled it up all the way and allowed it to drain, also ran all the fixtures in the bathroom and was not able to locate the leak. Informed customer we could have provision out. For this CUSTOMER, we did their annual win with Chen home protection plan annual membership look at all three bathrooms the kitchen all of the new water piping systems. Everything was looking good. The all the waterlines in the basement have been re-piped from copper two packs additionally the water heater is brand new Installed a filtration unit with the Moen flow with the PRV. The only notable thing was the hose bib in the backyard was a little bit loose. Pex was CPVC all the way to the wall into the fence post I had recommended we get rid of all of that. At this time, there are no issues in the home at time of service. Customer does not have clean out outside. Customer also has evidence of back drafting on the gas water heater recommended to contact an HVAC company to take a look at the backdrafting issue.

Replaced a section of sewer line outside was Damaged by roots with new pipe and concrete around new fitting for extra reinforcements, camera inspected rest of line , found a minor belly at 79 to 80 feet from clean out , but pipe is still in good shape with no break or roots , this belly should not caused any problems. We replaced bathroom sink ORB pop up assembly, tightened bathroom sink faucet Check shower valve divider and is working properly at this time

Water leak upon arrival, customer stated he has had water on that side of the house before but now it’s getting worse. Informed customer we could dig up the water service and make a repair. After digging up water service found a 1 1/2 inch water service to the house leaking at a 90. Informed customer we could cut that section of pipe out and replace it. Gave customer estimate, customer approved estimate. Cut out broken section of pipe and replaced it with a new section. Allowed glue 2 hours to dry and turned water back on. Meter is no longer spinning and there is no longer a leak. Water is back on and working properly, no leaks upon departure

Got a very slow leak at basement bar sink , leak is at faucet supply line that came with faucer , we remove used taflon tape and pipe dope because of type of connection this time .

Customer wanted quote to replace 40 gallon water heater after thorough evaluation found a few additional things to address gave quotes for repair/replacements. Also found pressure to be extremely high up to 140 psi.

Call for slow shower drain. I arrived and discussed concerns with Mr. And Mrs. Singh. They stated that we have been out before to clear the master shower drain (approximately two years ago). Shower was remodeled nearly five years ago. I inspected and what a grout like substance occluding nearly the whole drain. Substance was grotty and sandy, but had some plastic feeling tubular pieces as well. I was not able to identify the issue. I contacted a general contractor to advise us on possible grout or tile issues that could cause this, and they advised that grout color cover layer may be slowly piecing. But that no other possible scenarios came to mind. I discussed concerns and possible solutions with Mr. Singh. I stated that we could attempt to chip it off as best as possible and vacuum the bits out, if that didn’t work we would have to remove and reinstall p trap. We were successful in removing most of the blockage, with residual grit clinging to walls but not effecting draining.
