Job Locations and Reviews
Water leak upon arrival, customer stated they dug it up but they think it has multiple leaks. Informed customer we could do an exploratory dig with the mini ex to locate the line. Gave customer estimate, customer approved estimate. After digging up the line found 2 inch water main going down to 1.25 inch. Informed customer we could cut that section of pipe out and replace it. Gave customer estimate, customer approved estimate. Replaced broken section of pipe and allowed glue to set up for 2 hours, turned water back on to check for leaks and found no leaks. Backfilled dirt, no leaks upon departure. No warranty on spot pvc spot repair Repair water service
Upon arrival customer stated kitchen sink was clogged. After evaluation noticed sink was clogged p-trap assembly and basket strainer was also leaking. Gave customer estimate to replace basket strainer p-trap and to run drain machine. Customer approved estimate. Replaced p-trap assembly and basket strainer and ran snake from underneath sink. After multiple attempts of using the drain machine I informed the customer we would need to move forward with jetting to clear the line. Customer approved moving forward with the jetter so we jetted from vent stack and also jetted from clean out in downstairs bedroom. After clearing line and running camera we noticed 5-10ft belly underneath the slab. Kitchen sink in draining and no leaks upon departure. This is a temporary fix gave customer ball park price of 7,800-9,200 to fix the belly the price he paid today will go towards this job if moved forward with within 7 days.
Customer has a slow leak above the water heater upon arrival. Customer stated they noticed a slow leak and want a price to repair it, customer also mentioned it takes a while for the water upstairs to get hot. Left customer with options to take care of all the issues
