Came out for a sinkhole in the flower bed. Customer directed us to where it was. Flower bed located to the left of the driveway. We inspected area and found the sewer ran under neath this flower bed. We checked both of their water meters and nothing was spinning. We ran the camera as part of the membership program. Did not notice any breaks or issues with the line. We ran water from the house down the cleanout and everything was draining fine, and no water was showin up in the hole. We dumped a bucket of water into the sinkhole and found it was holding water and not draining out anywhere. We carefully inspected the drain with the camera to ensure we did not see any water slowly seeping into the pipe anywhere. There is a hill right next to the flower bed where the water may be running off to underground. I do not believe this is a plumbing related issue. Notified homeowner of our findings. Gave estimate for an exploratory hand dig if the issue continues to persist.
Glued pipe together without valve with customer permission , add new bigger access panel
Diagnosed non working garbage disposal. Disposal is from 2011. Removed old garbage disposal and collar. Installed new insinkerator badger 5 garbage disposal and new basket collar. Installed and hooked up power and drain. Tested garbage disposal for proper operation. Cleaned workspace
