It has been a very long time since I have felt that a service company was actually grateful for my business. Most act like I should be grateful for them, but I’m usually left feeling like they want me to appreciate them and their time, but they don’t appreciate me, or mine. I felt very appreciated by everyone I came in contact with at Chen Plumbing. From the staff that answers the phone to the technicians in the field they all seem genuinely happy and interested to help. These folks have my business for life. And, I’ll be telling my neighbors about them as well.
Warranty call for tech Seth did today toiiet repair , stopped leak under the tank , no charge
Upon arrival, customer stated toilet in front of building was not working properly and women’s toilet in back of building would not flush backed up. Gave customer options to repair both toilets after discounts and approval began work. Performed minor rebuild on front toilet with handle to fix toilets issues. Ran auger a few times through back toilet in order to clear toilet flush toilet several times after to check for proper drainage function. Toilet seat in front bathroom very loose. unable to tighten.
Upon arrival, customer stated they attempted to rebuild toilet. Toilet is now leaking. Found leak coming from cross threaded supply line to fill valve. Informed customer would have to replace fuel valve. Customer approved estimate. Install installed new fuel valve and supply line. No leaks at departure.
Dawson came with a long list to help make our house a home again and patiently listened as we walked through the issues Then he set a plan and expertly rectified the solutions
