Upon arrival customer stated they are experiencing a leak coming from shower. Found cartridge has failed and also shower drain is leaking. Provided customer estimate to replace cartridge and shower drain. Customer approved estimate. Replaced moen cartridge and flange style shower drain. Informed customer about shower linear. Shower linear will need to be inspected for leaks. We are not responsible for any leaks on linear.

Customer had leak from a few different items and wanted repair/replacement. Offered small plumbing inspection. Customer only wanted to address current issues. Check pressure to make sure issues weren’t correlated to pressure. Found pressure to be at 50 psi options for replacements/repairs. Went to supply house to pick up two standard faucets to install. removed both old faucets. install new supply lines. checked for leaks and proper function. Also did minor repair on toilet and as courtesy replace seat and spring in two handle shower. After work was complete check for leaks and proper function.later realized spout could not convert to shower. Replaced spout and caulked area.

Snake with camera only drain line through clean out in the back yard This customer had a sudden soft tissue clog & it caused the toilets and bathroom to overflow. As for the fix I recommend to camera the drain line from the clean out to see what the issue at hand was. I camera’d the line and about 107.5 I couldn’t go past that point however the camera. The toilet backed up all of sudden and leaked everywhere into multiple rooms of the home. Recommenced customer to contact his HOA and homeowners insurance. (Condominiums) Couldn’t get a water pressure read due to the fact that it is a communal Prv. Water heater is fairly new as well.

Diagnosed leak near bathroom and carpet is soaked. Made 3 square cuts in ceiling below and upstairs behind vent. Found water damage around vent in hole cut downstairs. Checked water lines and no leaks found. Found water stains from vent leading on top of vanity and found small amount of standing water on that side. Recommend calling ac company to confirm is vent is cause of leak. also recommend calling provision for water damage assessment Provision 6783830889

Upon arrival, customer stated they’re experiencing a back up coming from first floor bathroom. After inspection, found main sewer line to be backed up. Provided customer with estimate to pull toilet and run drain machine. Customer approved estimate. Pulled toilet, ran drain machine. Cleared blockage. Ran camera through toilet flange, found pipe separation and a cleanout cap Stuck in sewer line. Informed customer about findings, informed customer we will need to dig up front yard to perform a spot repair on sewer line. Also provide provided customer estimate to replace whole sewer line from house to city sewer. Sewer line will back up again.

hose bib dripping and shower leaking upon arrival. Customer stated the hose Bibb outside constantly drips and she has been noticing a water stain coming from the ceiling below her son’s bathroom. Informed customer we could replace the hose Bibb and open the ceiling to see if we can find the source of the water damage. After opening ceiling found shower to be leaking. Gave customer estimate to replace hose Bibb, customer approved estimate. Installed new hose Bibb with a new ball valve. Turned water back on to check for leaks and found no leaks. Customers shower is constantly dripping, left customer with estimate to replace cartridge. Customer is going to talk with provision first before deciding on the cartridge. Hose Bibb is working properly and no longer leaking upon arrival

In upstairs bathroom shut off water to old toilet and lavatory faucet. Remove both fixtures. Provide and install new 2 piece toilet and lavatory faucet. Install new toilet with new wax ring, toilet bolts, and toilet supply line. Install new lavatory faucet and drain with new supply lines. Test all work for proper operation. Clean workspace

Customer stated that there is water where sewer injection pump was installed. Tested pump by running water and letting pump kick on multiple times. Pump is working as it should and didn’t notice any leaks on plumbing side of things. Stated to customer that it maybe ground water/rain water coining in and recommend calling a foundation company.

Found bottom of 3” cast iron drain serving kitchen sink rust out and leaking. Also found Prv with minor leak. Gave estimates for both leaks. Could not complete clearing form due to no water heater in house at this time.

Customer needing two customer supplied wide spread faucets installed upon arrival. Customer stated he purchased to new faucets and wants us to install them. Informed customer we could install the faucets with new supply line and stops or just install them with new supply lines and leave the stops. Gave customer estimate to install both faucets. Customer declined estimate, customer stated he would not pay over $400 to install both faucets.

Rotate delta cartridge for free standing tub faucer

Came out and inspected where homeowner said leak was occurring. He had done a temp repair on the line himself. We gave quote to repair the line or replace the rest of it as he has had multiple leaks on the pipe before. We also gave quote for the water heater as it was from 2014. Customer elected not to move forward with any quotes at this time.

Performed win with Chen annual plumbing inspection. During inspection saw somethings that needed to be addressed and brought up to customer and left estimates. While performing water heater flush with membership, found Thermal and pressure relief line for water heater is touching metal exhaust vent and is melting cpvc discharge. Cut out section of relief line and reroute around vent to prevent water leaks in future. Test for proper operation and clean work space

Replaced failed garbage disposal. Installed new 1/2 hp garbage disposal with new basket strainer. Informed customer they will need an electrician to inspect electrical. Previous garbage disposal shortened and kept flipping breaker. No leaks at departure.

Installed a new flange , old one too low and broken

Use shim level toilet and tighten

Replaced a round toilet with a new western round toilet , new water shut off valve installed, one year warranty labor and parts .

Was called out for leaking toilet. Checked around the base of the toilet and was leaking from the back right corner. Pulled toilet and found toilet flange was broken. Replaced toilet flange and reset toilet. Checked work and cleaned up work area

Customer stated that rear hose bib was dripping. Tested pressure to home and found that pressure was above 100 psi. Stated to customer that we need to replace PRV and also replace rear hose bib and customer agreed. Went ahead and removed existing PRV and furnished and installed new PRV with new main house shut off valve. Also install new rear hose bib. Tested and no leaks were present at this time. Cleaned up work area. All work done today has a one year warranty.

Fixed delta free standing tub leak , discussed and signed membership with customer

For this customer they tried to install a bidet themselves, however the service stop wouldn’t turn off and as result they gave us a call. Came out and took a look at what needed to be done, we replaced the straight service stop valve and installed the customer supplied bidet. Cleaned the copper up installed a new cover plate and a supply line. New straight stop compression valve. Once installed there are no leaks. Customer is all set to use their new bidet as they wish. Plugged in the unit however did not test the unit. Due to the fact I don’t know how. Water pressure and water heater are new no issues with the following. Customer originally called us out for a toilet replacement. After evaluating the situation, represented the customer of pricing to replace the existing toilet, which was approved. Prior to the beginning work, the customer was informed that if the existing flange found to be damaged or compromised upon removal of the toilet, additional repairs would be necessary to complete the installation properly, Especially due to a flange being set in a slab foundation. Upon pulling the existing toilet, it was discovered that the flange was compromised and unable to properly support new installation. The customer was shown the issue, provided with options and updated pricing to perform the necessary flange repair, and approved additional work. Concrete around the damage flange is carefully broken out to gain proper access to the pipe. The compromise flange was removed, and new flange was installed, secured to slab to assure a proper connection. Everything was thoroughly tested prior to departure

Replacement of two overflow gaskets in the bath tubs This customer we installed two brand new tub gasket. Overflows had to modify one to make it a little bit skinnier for the back bathroom however, we installed a larger gasket for the bathroom closest to the stairs once everything was installed. There are no leaks prior. Gaskets were all dry, rotted and needed to be replaced at this time. CUSTOMER is all set to use their tub as they wish additional the water pressure is at 60 psi water heaters from 2020. After I was completed, made sure to clean up all the dust and debris that was created from the job with the shop vac.

Garbage disposal leaking upon arrival. Anytime the sink is ran the disposal would leak, informed landlord there was no repair for a leaking disposal but we could replace it. Gave customer estimates with multiple discounts. Customer declined.

High water bill upon arrival. Customer stated her water bill has more than doubled over the last two months. Customer stated she had a running toilet but has had the water off to it for the last month to see if that fixed the high bill but it did not. After checking meter and it not showing any signs of leaks, we dye tested all the toilets in the house. No toilets were by passing any water, the shower in the upstairs has a slow drip but not enough to cause an additional 3-6000 gallons of water used in the last month. Checked the city sewer tap to ensure no water was being bypassed, city sewer was dry no water flowing. Informed customer we have seen it in the past where the meter was not spinning but the customer had a water service leak, informed customer we have checked all the options inside the house. The last option would be the water service which was a copper water service. Informed customer she could have American leak detection out to try and locate the leak or we could replace
