Diagnosed high water bill and leak. Performed leak test on main line, leak is detected on main line between meter and home. Line is pvc and there is a big tree in yard. Gave options or spot repair with assistance of national leak detection or to replace line from meter to home entirely National leak detection 4045791188
Quoted different jobs today include reroute drain for softener, lid for pump basin , high water alarm , new grinder pump .
Could not determine the leak source , recommend water restoration company Also quoted water heater replacement.

We had a suspected clogged drain. I called & Chen Plumbing was here within 2 hours on a Friday night. No emergency or extra charge for after hours fees! Tim & Otto had a diagnoses quickly. They checked everything thoroughly. Since he was going to have to pull a toilet to check the line, Tim offered to replace my my 41 year old toilet. He had a new one on his truck. I had planned on replacing it sooner or later, but Tim made it very easy to get it done. Thank you Tim & Otto for a job well done!
