Customer was having leak coming through ceiling on first floor from shower in master bathroom. Lee had occurred before and temporary fix was not holding. Customer has multiple grouting issues in shower and around drain. No shower pan is believed to be underneath. Cut ceiling and diagnosed leak issue. Connected customer with reliable restoration due to water damage. Gave estimate for reworking copper, main shut off, PRV, meter and expansion tank. Located shut off for building. Customer will have to get HOA approval before scheduling work.

Toilet, that was previously installed was not the issue of drain leak. Cut ceiling of area question and found leaking tub connection. Replaced tub drain and gasket underneath. Sealed with putty from up top. Ran tub for approximately 10 minutes filling up and draining multiple times. No leak detected.

We performed leak search because of high water bill. We did dye test on every toilet and no leaks were found We also inspected water heater and t&p valve and no leaks were found. We inspected main water line in the ground and no leaks . Meter stays still . We advised home owner to not use any water for two hours and look at meter numbers and make sure they’re still reading the same amount

Left price to install another 18x30 basin with a new Zoeller sewer ejection pump. Will reconnect to the existing wet vent and discharge line. Left quote attached. This is the job took total 4 days from start to finish Sunday 02/01 /25 we got a emergency call for pipe leak in the basement ceiling, we checked problem , found leak is from 3” waste sewer line because line was full and back up caused pipe joint start leaking . This day , we did investigation/ evaluation by remove toilet , snake , camera and locate pipe work . Because of clogging is far from the toilet and access point , we locate the pipe outside home and determine clean out is need added it for further work. Monday 02/02/25 Hand digging approximately 6 feet deep , cut pipe and installed two way clean out , used sewer cleaning equipment attempting to clear the blockage but unsuccessful due to distance and where pipe is located . Tuesday 02/03/25 Continued with hand digging at another area located by camera , this time we cleared soft tissue blockage , also we add new clean out at area we digging . Wed 02/04/25 Back filled dirt in both digging area , pine straw areas . Put

Customer has pictures from the night before and the morning next where nobody used any water in the meter was continuously spinning. After checking, the toilets did not see any toilets leaking or anything like that. Informed customer that we would need to do an under slab leak detection. Shut down water to home and drain down portable water system. Shut off gas to water heater and drain down 50 gallon gas water heater in basement area. Detach, gas lines, ventilation, line, temperature and pressure discharge line, and water lines. Remove water heater and install new rheem 50 gallon gas water heater inside of a pan. Replace three-quarter inch gate valve with new progress ball valve on three-quarter inch copper line for isolating water heater. Furnish and install new 2.5 gallon thermal expansion tank. Water will be shut off at meter to replace three-quarter inch main shut off valve and three-quarter inch pressure reducing valve. All items on system are on three-quarter inch copper. Make all necessary connections and pressurize system before lighting new water heater.

Found meter spinning at accelerated rate upon arrival. Pressure tested mainline to show leak somewhere inside of home. Three-quarter inch pressure valve currently leaking and thermal expansion tank compromised. Psi well over 100 with leak. Relieving pressure. Advise customer on the importance of getting these items exchanged out and gave multiple options to fix problems. Upstairs toilet fill valve. Become compromised due to high-pressure and was running at extreme pace and constantly. Spoke with customer son on the phone and explained different options and price points. Customer will shop around for price comparison.

Mr. Chen did a good job on replacing my garbage disposal today. He checked on my water pressure and hot water tank that need to be replaced and told him I will let him do that for me in a couple of months. He was friendly and very knowledgeable on his job. And most of all he was up front on the price and gave me a good discount. I would highly recommend his company for future repairs.

Wow!! The team at Chen Plumbing fit me in same day. Dawson and his teammate were so friendly, professional, and fixed our hot water heater issue no problem. They did not leave a mess. I received a follow up call after the service to make sure all was satisfactory. Overall great experience and will definitely work with then again.
Cody was one of the best contractors I've ever had. He took the time to understand the situation and what we had tried so far, explained what he was going to do and why, did not seem hurried or put off by our questions. Very pleasant to talk to, and even enjoyed meeting our dogs.
