Repaired Delta single handle tub/shower. Replaced disposal due to heavy corrosion. Replaced icemaker box.

Arrived at specialty tile products, customer wanted three toilets, looked at, one toilet with a Sloan valve with a Slow flush, used repair diaphragm. To remedy issue, however, Sloan valve is old and will likely need to be replaced in the future, customer also wanted one toilet pulled and reset because wax seal was leaking ,another toilet was clogged, suggested to customer to pull reset and unclog toilet to make sure wax seal was good, Tested both toilets to ensure they are working properly. Also to ensure line was clear toilets are back to back.work is tested and complete.

Customer supplied shower rebuild kit did not work,used pfister kit to fix issue ,water pressure is extremely high because of this we can not warranty parts at this time .

Replaced a kitchen faucet with customer supplied

Customer had 50 dollar coupon that was used for service to replace toilet. Removed the old round front toilet and installed a new ADA elongated Kohler toilet. Tested all work to ensure proper function and no leaks.

Conducted comprehensive plumbing inspection for property in Norcross. Client requested evaluation prior to home renovation project. Inspected all visible supply lines, drainage systems, fixtures, and appliance connections. Water pressure tested at 65 PSI, within acceptable range. Located several areas requiring attention: copper supply lines in basement showing early signs of pinhole leaks (documented with photos); master bathroom shower valve exhibiting mineral deposits affecting temperature control; kitchen sink drain configured incorrectly with insufficient slope. Performed thermal imaging scan of walls in finished areas, no evidence of active leaks detected within structure. Water heater functioning properly but approaching end of expected service life (11 years old). Provided detailed written report with prioritized recommendations and associated cost estimates. Client expressed appreciation for thorough documentation to incorporate plumbing updates into broader renovation plan. R

Customer needed inspection done to ensure no issues with plumbing. Inspected three separate bathrooms with fixtures, inspected all visible drain lines, kitchen sink plumbing and utility room. All outdoor hose spigots are functional. Water heater is approximately 16 years old and psi is exceeding 100. There is no thermal expansion device. Found 4 inch lavatory faucet with slight drip into drain, most likely due to high-pressure. Stop valve for master bathroom toilet is leaking when opened. Advise customer get tile repaired for trim plating in master bathroom shower. Estimate given for necessary repairs and recommendations.

Customer had toilet in basement bath that wasn’t flushing. It was just rising in the bowl and then slowly going down. Tested the pump and it’s only three years old. Pump is working fine. Ran water in the sink and tub and there were no gurgles or backing up. Augured and plunged the toilet to restore flow. Noted to customer that when toilet flushes it seems to be trying to back siphon water from lavatory trap. This is likely due to a venting issue. Recommended pulling toilet and running the camera if there are any additional issues in the bathroom. Left price for a camera inspection as well as a water heater replacement due to the age of the heater being 11 years old. Tested all water in bathroom and it is draining correctly with pump kicking off multiple times. Videos attached.

Customer stated that he wanted customer supplied garbage disposal installed. Attempted to install disposal and found that disposal is broken. Recommended to customer to have that one returned. Furnished and install garbage disposal under kitchen sink. Tested and now disposal is working as it should and no leaks were present at this time. Cleaned up work area.

For this job, I worked on installing customer supplied faucets on 3 bathrooms. I replaced old stop valve on each bathroom also installed new supply lines. New pressure regulator was installed as well.

For this job, I worked on removing and capping odd old dishwasher line. New dishwasher will be connected to garbage disposal.

Sink was clogged. Presented estimates for manually clearing of blockage and snaking drain line. Cleared sink basket and retrieved straws and plastic silverware. Tested sink multiple times and checked with customer to verify that work had addressed issue.

House is being sold. Water heater was installed last year and the T&P valve is leaking and pressure is reading 95 psi. Gave customer estimate to replace T&p valve and PRV and to pipe in T&P line customer approved estimate. Installed new PRV and T&P, and pipe. Tested system system is working and pressure is set to 55psi.

Customer stated that upstairs in hall bath tub would constantly leak. Found that cartridge went bad and needed to be replaced. Replaced cartridge and tested. Now shower/tub combo is working as it should and no leaks where present at this time. Also handle didn’t have set screw and husband took off tub spout. Cleaned up work area.

We came out to replace fiber glass shower drain in master bathroom.

Minor rebuild on upstairs toilet

Customer stated that master shower handle was broken and difficult to turn on and off. Customer had bought a new shower valve and wanted us to install it. Before work was started tested pressure to home and pressure was above 140psi. Shut water off to home and Installed customer supplied shower valve. Also furnished and installed high pressure prv and regular prv. Turned water back on and tested. No leaks were present at this time. Set pressure to 60psi. Cleaned up work area.

Men’s room toilet leaking from tank to bowl gasket. Owner hired by to install toilet for him. They did not assemble the toilet correctly. Took the tank off and reinstalled it correctly. Readjusted internal parts that were messed with to restore proper function of the toilet. No further issue at this time. Did not set toilet. Only removed and reinstalled the tank.

Diagnosed drainage issue with upstairs bathrooms. Unable to re-create gurgling or backing up. Advise customer to no longer use flushable wipes that were in bathroom. Main floor bathroom, unaffected and basement bathroom unaffected and on sewage ejection pump. Most likely soft tissue blockage before mainline goes to main floor. Customer declined pulling toilet and running camera to inspect issue. Gave Estimate for failing pressure valve and water heater replacement.

Stop Replacement. No Access point to check pressure.

Leak outside the townhome before the unit water meter located inside garage , need notify HOA first see if is Their responsibility first before we can make repair

For this job, I worked on repairing main water service line

Customer was having leak coming through ceiling on first floor from shower in master bathroom. Lee had occurred before and temporary fix was not holding. Customer has multiple grouting issues in shower and around drain. No shower pan is believed to be underneath. Cut ceiling and diagnosed leak issue. Connected customer with reliable restoration due to water damage. Gave estimate for reworking copper, main shut off, PRV, meter and expansion tank. Located shut off for building. Customer will have to get HOA approval before scheduling work.

Toilet, that was previously installed was not the issue of drain leak. Cut ceiling of area question and found leaking tub connection. Replaced tub drain and gasket underneath. Sealed with putty from up top. Ran tub for approximately 10 minutes filling up and draining multiple times. No leak detected.
