Client called us out today due to a stain in basement ceiling tile, and it actually being actively wet around a light fixture. We popped open the ceiling tiles, and discovered a 3/4” copper water pipe that was touching a metal duct and a metal vent pipe from a bathroom exhaust fan. The copper touching the dissimilar metal caused some corrosion in a few spots, and one of them had started dripping. We cut out that corroded and leaking section of copper pipe, and replaced that section with new 3/4” copper pipe and 2 propress couplings. Turned water back on to home and tested. No more leaks. Home water pressure is perfect at 50 psi. 1 yr warranty on today’s repair.

Investigated drain system of property. Ran sewer, scope multiple ways from two a clean out. Gave estimate for replacement of drain system in question.

Upon arrival customer stated he wanted an estimate to install two customer supplied faucets. Gave the customer an estimate. Customer did not approve estimate. Customer stated that Home Depot said they would install it for 500 and said we will just have them come out.

Main line back up , give quote for snake and camera , customer want gets more quote .

Garbage disposal intermittently not working, making grinding noises. Significant rust build up inside grinding chamber. Received approval to replace. Installed new 1/2 hp badger. Tested to ensure proper function and a leak feee install. Sink was loose which we notified the homeowner of. No further issue at this time.

Upon arrival customer stated he needed a toilet replaced. Informed the customer the toilet was cracked and informed him of the ways it can crack. Gave customer estimate to replace customer supplied toilet. Customer approved estimate to replace customer supplied toilet. I pulled the other toilet and installed the new toilet with a wax ring, supply line and caulk around the toilet. I also informed the customer the caulk needs to cure for 24-48 hours before use. Tested system and system is working properly with no leaks or issues.

Customer called her complaint was laminate floor near toilet was buckling, thought toilet, might have a leak, inform customer that we could pull toilet to see if Flange and wax ring and we’re set correctly, once we pull toilet, we found flange to be split in two areas. Inform customer the next step would be to replace flange as well as redo wax seal, customer also wanted to pop up assembly replaced as old one was longer working. Completed work mentioned above everything was working properly upon departure

Replace and remove old hose bib in front of house and replace with standard hose bib, back of home also remove and replace old hose bib, Install new line and shut off for brand new hose bib line in garage insulate pipe as well. Install new 40 gallon short water heater bring any code violations up to date As well as install new prv and whole house shut off. Sheet rock removal may or may not be required. We are not responsible for any sheet rock repair of any kind. 6/26/25: Performed all work mention above tested insured everything was working properly set pressure to 60 psi, tested extensively for any leaks. Everything is working fine upon departure.

Customer stated that hose bib in backyard wasn’t working. Gave customer verbal quote and at this time customer didn’t want to proceed with any work.

Replace 50 gallon Rheem water heater on stand in garage utility closet. Supplied and replaced customer toilet in Jack and Jill bathroom on main floor. Replaced handle for front hose Spicket of home. Replaced fill valve in flapper in master bathroom toilet.

Customer stated that there was leak on waterline that has been repaired. Turned water meter back on and there is still currently a leak going on. Customer wanted price on a new water service line for meter to home. Will send quote to install new water service line.

Checked leak from upstairs bathroom, found a leak from tub / shower out from shower curtain area

Came out for a dripping faucet and hose bib. Master bathroom left side sink had slow drip. Replaced delta cartridges and seats and springs. Replaced hose bib in back of house.

Homeowner was going to replace parts in the toilet and found that the angle stop did not turn off all the way. Gave price to replace the angle stop as well as rebuild the toilet. Homeowner decided he just wanted me to do the angle stop and he’s gonna rebuild the toilet himself. Tested angle stop replacement with no leaks or failures at this time.

Replaced adjustable 3 inch flapper in bathroom toilet upstairs. Replace customer supplied widespread lavatory faucet in same bathroom. Gave updated estimate for water heater replacement with tank booster.

Came out for leak in ceiling. Found water pressure was at 130 psi. Replaced PRV and set to 70. Cut open ceiling in kitchen found lots of moisture but no sign of the leak. Appeared to be coming down through subfloor from above. Cut open wall behind tub. Found the tub spout when the diverter was activated had an internal leak that ran partially into the tub, but also allowed a stream of water to come back through the wall and eventually showed up downstairs because someone had used the shower valve the night before and had not gotten the old three handle valves to shut completely so it ran through the night and leaked. Replaced tub spout and sealed the wall behind the spout.

Client called us out due to another electric 6 gal water heater for front bathroom this time, leaked through the ceiling in the bathroom. It had rusted out. We replaced that failed water heater with new Rheem 6 gal tank electric water heater, installed up to code with new ball valve shutoff and new vacuum breaker. Also, installed drain down valve on the new water heater. Turned water back on and filled up. Once air was out, turned water heater on and everything seems to be running as it should. 6 yr manufacturer warranty and 2 yr parts and labor. Commercial building water pressure is at 50 psi.

Replaced kitchen faucet ( bought from Home Depot for customer) , new supply lines installed

Customer stated that he wanted a quote for two toilet installs. In master bath, there is no flooring where toilet goes and currently flange is sitting too high. Recommended to customer to have flooring installed so that flame doesn’t have to be fixed twice. Will send an estimate for toilet installs.

Customer stated that tub and shower combo drain was broken and leaking into ceiling below. Cut Sheetrock and found that we will need to replace waste and over flow and also the ptrap. I couldn’t get repair made today due to reason of HVAC drain was tying into overflow for the tub. Customer didn’t want to go without AC through the weekend so once HVAC company can get out and make their repairs we will be able to come out and make our repair. Cleaned up work area. Will credit back some of the charge today to any work that is done in the next 30 days.

Customer had issues with drain and kitchen sink, toilet upstairs and widespread lavatory faucet upstairs. Diagnosed situation found thermal expansion tank, not functioning and causing excess pressure on system. Water heater is approximately 13 years old and so is the pressure valve. Pressure valve tested OK but original to home. Gave estimate for necessary replacements and preemptive ones. Replaced basket strainer on right side of kitchen sink. Use tablets in toilet upstairs tank to show flapper is holding.

Invoice #: 9734 Toilet doesn’t appear to have been used recently. Upon arrival, noted a normally filled bowl. Ran the lavatory faucet to ensure there was no stoppage in the bathroom group and no evidence of this being the case presented itself. Flushed the toilet 10 times mixing between regular flushing and flushing with a wad of toilet paper, no evidence of backups presented itself. Adjusted the float on the flapper for a stronger flush. Five of the flushes have an attached video to show proper flushing and no signs of backup. Customer also had a leak under lavatory faucet in the office. Noted water in the flexible trap under the drain, as well as a leak on built in supply line for lavatory faucet. Left a quote for faucet, drain, and trap replacement.

Customer got a notice from the HOA stating an irregularity with his usual water usage. Upon arrival, ran a tub and noted the meter is barely moving when the tub is ran. It took 25 seconds for the tub to register 1/10 of a gallon on the meter. Customer appears to be having a meter read issue. Customer had warping, separation, and darkening around the base of the toilet and separation on the baseboard. Due to the presence of hardwood, and customer stating the floor has been damp to the touch, recommended having Reliable Restoration inspect the damage and see what needs to be done. After Reliable inspects/repairs the damage we can ensure the flange is correct and set the toilet back. Customers water heater is 17 years old. Replacement is strongly recommended.

Came out for leaking water service. Water service had been replaced already by another company some time ago water service is maybe 4-5 inches deep. Homeowner having back yard regraded and two large stumps removed/ground up. Waterline was running over the top of the stump underground and was loosely covered with dirt. Landscapers regrading the yard hit it and broke it and did temp repair on the line. Notified homeowner we could repair line and get their water back on, but we are not responsible for the waterline being so shallow and warranty will be voided if it is rebroken during further landscaping work. Could not lower repair due to stump and concrete being under neath it. Left some play in the company to work around it while grinding the stump. No further issue at this time.
