Customer wanted new gas line ran, inform customer that we could not run gas line underneath deck, because there is no access, customer would like estimate.

Replace tank bowl, gasket and bolts for upstairs hallway toilet. Replace flapper with air, bubbles and silicone and downstairs toilet. I just water level and downstairs toilet that was set in properly on fill valve installation.

Install water service line from meter to inside garage , seal penetration in garage. From meter trench hole to sidewalk bore under sidewalk and replace line going through garage with 1 inch pex. (Not responsible for landscaping) Installed 1 inch pex from meter to inside of garage, hooked up to copper in garage, sealed all penetrations with hydraulic cement, ensure line was not leaking by spotting meter meter showed no signs of movement line is working as intended, after inspection has concluded, we will come back and fill in holes left open for Inspector. Bled air and debris out of line, in-house informed homeowners that if air persist or debris persist to keep running water.

Replace 1/3 hp garbage disposal underneath kitchen sink.

Customer stated that there was a leak in the yard. Gave customer options and customer opted to go ahead with repair. Dug down to pipe and repaired section of three-quarter inch copper piping. Tested for leaks and no leaks were present at this time. No warranty coverage for repair due to location. Covered back soil and Cleaned up work area.

Customer had issues with toilet in basement that was previously augured. Had spoken in the first visit about pulling the toilet and running the camera if any future issues occurred. When I returned, I pulled the toilet and found roots growing in the flange. Made customer aware of multiple contributing factors. The first was the presence of the roots themselves. There was a rootball that had grown in the top of the flange, and a small amount of roots where the drain enters the basin. Made customer aware that it is hard to determine any hairline cracks in abs pipe, but the roots didn’t appear to be growing from a crack in the pipe, but rather came over the top. Also, the pipe is challow and the flange appears to be glued into a tee instead of a wye fitting. Informed customer of the issues that can cause flow from a vertically flushing toilet. Replaced a leaking water heater with a new 50 gal gas heater , new water shut off valve , Pan , expansion tank

Customer had leak on gray polybutylene pipe. Water was off upon arrival. Had to make multiple repairs. There’s no warranty for work completed.

Customer had rusted tank bolts and 42-year-old toilet that began leaking. Strongly recommended three-quarter inch PRV replacement. Took apart toilet and replace bolts, flapper and gasket to bowl.

Banana games first stall in women’s restroom was allowing water to push through fill valve. Flapper was in bad shape as well. Replaced filled valve and flapper in toilet. There is no warranty coverage for this work due to high-pressure on building.

Pumped water from meter box to ascertain source of leak. No leak apparent. Watched meter indicator dial for fifteen minutes per code requirement for leak search under pressure. Meter showed no sign of movement. Ground before meter box is saturated which may indicate leak on supply side of meter.

Arrived at specialty tile products, customer wanted three toilets, looked at, one toilet with a Sloan valve with a Slow flush, used repair diaphragm. To remedy issue, however, Sloan valve is old and will likely need to be replaced in the future, customer also wanted one toilet pulled and reset because wax seal was leaking ,another toilet was clogged, suggested to customer to pull reset and unclog toilet to make sure wax seal was good, Tested both toilets to ensure they are working properly. Also to ensure line was clear toilets are back to back.work is tested and complete.

Customer supplied shower rebuild kit did not work,used pfister kit to fix issue ,water pressure is extremely high because of this we can not warranty parts at this time .

Customer had 50 dollar coupon that was used for service to replace toilet. Removed the old round front toilet and installed a new ADA elongated Kohler toilet. Tested all work to ensure proper function and no leaks.

All outdoor hose spigots are functional. Water heater is approximately 16 years old and psi is exceeding 100. There is no thermal expansion device. Found 4 inch lavatory faucet with slight drip into drain, most likely due to high-pressure. Stop valve for master bathroom toilet is leaking when opened. Advise customer get tile repaired for trim plating in master bathroom shower. Estimate given for necessary repairs and recommendations.
