Today we arrived , both toilet in entire office are backed up , overflowed in the rear restroom floor drain , problem is different than last visit back in Aug was only in front restroom behind the waiting area , we ran the big chain snake , cleared blockage today , pulled back with tampons type stuff ,did camera inspection found issue still with pitch of the line , pipe pitch need correct for permanent fix with concrete cutting , remove , install new pipe

Water heater not lit upon arrival. Customer stated they had a new gas line ran to the fire place and now they have no hot water. After checking to make sure the gas was on to the house, informed customer we could relight the water heater. Gave customer estimate, customer approved estimate. Relit water heater and made sure it fired up properly. Water heater is working properly and customer should have hot water in 30-45 minutes

Loading dock tamper proof hose spigot is leaking, and gate valve leaks when used. Found leak from ice maker in break room. Adjusted condensate pipe to drain in to drain instead of floor.

Customer had a fireplace company come and run a new line to a new fireplace. Fireplace company had left a supply line and gauge. Pressurized the section of line that inspector requested to be pressure tested to 15 psi (picture with pressure reading attached). Line will sit for 24 hours until inspection. If any leaks are found to be on the system by the inspector, fireplace company will need to find and repair leaking section of pipe.

For this customer, they wanted the two water heaters flushed out that the way that they were piped in. It was in series so therefore, I only had to drain one tank for the other tank to drain as well drained out both tanks. The reason for the call was a factor of hot water, not reaching the highest level, and that is subject due to the fact that the recirculation pump is bad and I recommend replacing the recirculation pump and the check valve as a result the customer has declined for now and just wanted the two tanks flushed at this time. Both tanks have been flushed. There are a video of it being flushed and the weight of the tanks have lessened at this time. There are no leaks turned off the two water heaters prior to doing the flushing. Let the water heat up to about 100° in the customer should be good in about 30 minutes.

Came out for a 18 year old water heater the homeowner wanted to replace. Replaced water heater with new 50 gallon electric tank. Installed full port ball valve at bottom of water heater to make flushing easier per homeowners request. Filled tank and tested to ensure proper function and a leak free installation. Customer was having issues with back hose spigot. Checked pressure at double water heater pipe and series. PSI approximately 78. Home is only six years old and pressure valve was manipulated for higher pressure. No thermal expansion tank found in utility closet with water heaters. When searching for winterization valve for back hose spigot found thermal expansion valve in basement bathroom. Explain the issues with these valves and gave estimate for 5 gallon thermal expansion tank installation. Showed customer where winterization valve was turned off underneath kitchen sink.

Client called us out today due to their basement plumbing sewage ejector pump that was recently replaced by a friend of clients, constantly humming and not working. We removed the basin lid, and discovered the pump that was installed by the friend was not the proper type of pump. The existing pump was a SUMP pump, which is only meant for water which is why it was not working. We removed old pump and installed new Zoeller .4 HP sewage ejector pump with new 2” pvc ball valve and new check valve as well. Set pump in place and then secured lid. Connected all the pipes with glue and primer then let it set up for 15 minutes. Tested, no issues. Pump now working as it should. 3 yr manufacturer warranty 1 yr parts and labor from us

Busted water supply line under bathroom sink , replaced both shut off valves

Back up sewer line for restroom behind waiting area in the front , opened floor clean out , snaked line , cleared blockage and did video camera inspection, found entire line 70 feet or so has many feet is got back pitched , that is reason. Caused this back up and will back up again if line is not fixed with correct pitch , concrete cutting and install new pipe is necessary for this project.

Upon arrival customer stated the toilet was running. Customer stated they we’re supposed to call and cancel the call but paid the dispatch fee for us coming out

Client called us out due to the water fountains drain backing up. Removed the front cover of the water fountain, and removed the plastic ptrap. There was some build up in the ptrap, but that was not the issue, as it was still clogging up. I grabbed my small Chain snake and drill, and put the snake into the drain line. We definitely cleared some sort of blockage from the line as we could feel the snake hitting it. After we ran the snake, I hooked up a water supply line and shot water down the drain for a few minutes, and the drain is now draining properly. Cleaned up our mess, and put everything back together. Customer complaint was possible leak underneath garage, informed customer that we could cut section of sheet rock and verify if any active leaks were present, however, customer informed me that hub drain for AC units backed up near the area where water was present in garage, inform customer that leak was more than likely caused from hub drain back up, but that we could still cut sheet rock to confirm there were no other leaks. Customer agreed, found no more active leaks in garage area. Also cleaned out hub drain with flex shaft poured water down line to verify line was clear, customer also wanted toilet fill valve and flapper replaced. Found water pressure to be high informed customer customer did not want to proceed at this time Everything is Working as intended upon departure Not responsible for Sheetrock repair

Replaced 40 gallon gas water heater with 75 gallon 76k btu water heater. Also installed PRV as there was not one previously. Set water pressure to 75 psi

Left multiple quotes. Customer looking to upsize water heater. Left quote to connect soda machine, left quote to replace bathroom faucet. Customer wanted us to connect ice container drains to drain. No way to do this in a code compliant way. Customer did not want to route drains with proper air gaps. Wanted to rig drain line together which we declined to do. Collected dispatch fee.

Homeowner has had tub replaced whoever installed the tub did not fully connect the waste pipe for the waste and overflow. Had to install inch and a half tubular extension to get the waste line to meet the tee. Reinstalled tub shoe tested with no leaks or failures at service. Did have to cut approximately 18 x 18“ hole in drywall behind tub to access the drain. homeowner is going to repair themselves.

County is working outside of the home on the sewer line running a jetter neighbors are having the same issue.

We replaced faulty expansion tank and rebuilt electric heater with both top and bottom thermostats and elements

Replace washing machine box and rerouted cold line.

Came out for back up. Main floor toilet had overflowed out of the bowl and would continue to do so anytime water was ran. Pulled upstairs toilet and snaked, cleared soft tissue blockage and restored flow to upstairs. Kitchen and main floor bathroom still backing up. Had reliable restoration out and they cleaned up the waste and sewage that came up out of the toilet and cleaned the toilet out and disinfected. We pulled toilet and ran snake down branch line for main floor bathroom and kitchen. Cleared secondary blockage that likely occurred after main blockage. Restored flow and camera’d to ensure no further issues.
