Exellent Service

I've dealt with Chen two times...both in 2024. Both plumbers who did the work were excellent craftsmen, and were friendly & interactive. The office staff is easy to reach, and they use the latest technology to communicate with their customers. I think the prices were fair. There was no price gouging going on. If you're looking for a plumber in the north or east parts of metro Atlanta, they are an excellent choice.

Had a great experience with Matthew C. today! My guest shower started leaking, and unfortunately my old home has the plumbing behind my shower in a very tricky & inconvenient location. Matthew told me "we'll get it done" and he got it done! He was able to get behind the shower in the least invasive way possible (even though he had to cram himself into a corner to do it) and we were able to avoid having to do major tile work. He fully replaced the shower valve and I have a non-dripping shower in better condition than before the leak even started! Thank you Matthew and Chen Plumbing ⭐️

While our need was not an emergency, Tim Chen Plumbing was able to see us the same day we called, identified the problem and proposed a solution. They returned a few days later and made the repairs. I’m in the process of selling my house, and has a major gas leak. My realtor referred to me Chen Plumbing. Eric, a technician, was sent out to my house, and he found the leaking gas line was in the crawl space where to pipes were in contact with each other. He made the repair, and I was so impressed with his work, I had him come back out to take care of some plumping issues before I sold the house. He did great work!! The people in the office were also great, and they kept me informed of when the technician was going to be out to do the work. I recommend Chen Plumbing to anyone who needs plumbing work done!
